Description

可自行设计纹路的运动垫 技术领域
本申请是与运动垫有关,更详而言之是指一种可自行设计纹路的运动垫。
背景技术
已知供体操等运动使用的运动垫,是以橡胶或塑料等弹性材料发泡制成而具适当的弹性、柔软性。另,进行某些运动时需要适当的止滑效果(如瑜珈),因此,部分运动垫表面更会设置纹路,用以避免运动时运动垫表面过于光滑而不慎滑倒。
另,已知在运动垫表面设置纹路的方式,通常是于制造时,将尚未发泡的弹性材料压成片状后,再通过表面设有纹路的滚轮予以挤压或压制,使得片状弹性材料加热发泡成型后表面可具有纹路。
前述在运动垫表面设置纹路的技术虽然已于业界沿用多年,不过,运动垫表面所设置的纹路是固定的,纹路的延伸方向或纹路的数量不见得符合每一个使用者运动时的需求,例如,使用者常会在运动垫上进行不同性质的运动,此时运动垫表面固定的纹路反而可能影响不同性质运动的进行,显然有改进之处。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的即在提供一种可自行设计纹路的运动垫,其可供使用者自行弯折或卷曲所述运动垫,而使所述运动垫表面形成合适方向的多数皱褶、纹路,获得可自行设计暂时性纹路或永久性纹路的使用功效。
缘是,为达成前述的目的,本申请是提供一种可自行设计纹路的运动垫,包含有一弹性垫体,呈片状;其特征在于还包含有若干抗拉片,延伸设于所述弹性垫体;借此,所述运动垫可受弯折或卷曲而产生皱褶,所述抗拉片可维持弹性垫体的皱褶以形成具有止滑效果的纹路。
较佳地,所述抗拉片是贴设于弹性垫体的表面。
较佳地,所述抗拉片外侧还贴设有一弹性片。
较佳地,所述弹性垫体是低密度弹性体,其二侧分别贴设有所述抗拉片,所述抗拉片二侧的弹性片分别为高密度弹性体与低密度弹性体。
较佳地,所述抗拉片设有若干弹性区,所述弹性区是以弹性材料构成,用以受到弯折或卷曲时所述弹性区可快速恢复原状而不会形成纹路。
较佳地,所述抗拉片是由若干抗拉件与弹性件交叉构成,用以使所述运动垫受弯折或卷曲时仅于各抗拉件的延伸方向形成若干皱折。
较佳地,所述抗拉片是布料,各所述抗拉件是无弹性纱,各所述弹性件是弹性纱,各所述抗拉 件与弹性件是垂直交叉编织。
较佳地,各所述抗拉件与弹性件的延伸方向是平行或倾斜相对运动垫的边缘。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本申请并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本申请的限定。
首先,请参阅图1所示,本申请第一较佳实施例的可供自行设计纹路的运动垫10,是包含有一弹性垫体12与二抗拉片14。
所述弹性垫体12,概呈矩形片状,是以橡胶或塑料弹性材料发泡而成的弹性体,例如,热可塑弹性体(TPE)或热固型弹性体(TSE)等。
所述二抗拉片14,以无延展性的材料构成,例如布料等,相对贴置于所述弹性垫体12的顶、底侧。
借此,本申请所述可自行设计纹路的运动垫10的特色、功效如下:
已知当弹性体被弯折或卷曲时,弯折或卷曲的部位内侧表面会受到挤压而产生多数不规则的皱褶,而当弹性体承受的外力消失时,即可借由其材质弹性恢复原状、使皱褶迅速消失。因此,本申请通过于所述弹性垫体12的顶、底侧贴设无延展性的二抗拉片14,当使用者弯折或卷曲所述运动垫10时,所述弹性垫体12与二抗拉片14的内侧表面会被挤压而自然地产生若干皱褶22(外侧表 面属伸展状态是呈光滑状态),而当使用者摊开所述运动垫10时,所述弹性垫体12的若干皱褶22恢复原状的趋势,会受到已变形的二抗拉片14的影响而推迟恢复原状的时间,使得所述运动垫10表面在一段时间内可布满若干皱褶22,如图2所示,而所述运动垫10表面皱褶22的消失时间,是视所述弹性垫体12与二抗拉片14的材料特性而定,所述弹性垫体12的弹性越低、抗拉片14的布料线材延展性越低,皱褶22消失的时间即越长,例如,所述弹性垫体12若为EVA材质、抗拉片14以延展性低的尼龙丝编织而成,则各所述皱褶22至少可维持1.5至2小时左右不消失。如此一来,所述运动垫10表面的若干皱褶22即为具有止滑效果的纹路,可供使用者于所述运动垫10上进行需有适当止滑的运动,而各所述皱褶22消失的时间也足够使用者完成运动。
基此,使用者可因应个人运动时的止滑需求,以各种不同方向自行弯折或卷曲所述运动垫10,使所述运动垫10表面形成合适方向的多数皱褶22、纹路,例如平行、垂直或倾斜对应所述运动垫10边缘的单一方向或各种不同方向皱褶22、纹路,获得使用者可自行设计暂时性纹路的弹性使用功效。
如图3所示,是本申请第二较佳实施例的可供自行设计纹路的运动垫30,相同的组件沿用相同符号,其与所述运动垫10的不同处在于:所述二抗拉片14外侧还分别贴设有一弹性片32、34,所述二弹性片32、34如同弹性垫体12,是以橡胶或塑料弹性材料发泡而成。借此,所述运动垫30亦具备前述可供使用者自行设计纹路的使用功效,且使用者运动时是接触所述弹性片32、运动止滑功效更佳,而另一弹性片34是接触地面,还具有避免所述运动垫30于地面滑移的止滑效果,此等效果可使所述运动垫30甚适于进行瑜珈运动。
且,本申请还可通过改变各所述弹性片32、34、弹性垫体12的密度,使所述运动垫30产生不同功效的变化,例如,所述弹性垫体12可设为低密度的弹性体,并将所述二弹性片32、34分别设为高密度弹性体与低密度弹性体。高密度弹性体材质较硬、不易弯折,但受弯折后产生的各所述皱褶22消失时间较长,适于供进行长时间的运动(运动垫30的顶侧),而低密度弹性体材质较软,亦具有相当的止滑效果,适于接触地面(运动垫30的底侧)。当然,使用者亦可视不同运动的需求,反过来,将以低密度弹性体构成的弹性片34作为顶侧、以高密度弹性体构成的弹性片32作为底侧来使用。
此外,如图4所示,是本申请第三较佳实施例的可供自行设计纹路的运动垫40,其与所述运动垫10、30的不同处在于:所述二抗拉片14上还可设有若干弹性区42,各所述弹性区是以弹性材料构成,例如弹性纱。借此,当所述运动垫受到弯折或卷曲时,各所述弹性区42可快速恢复原状而不会形成纹路,所述二抗拉片14的其他部位则仍产生若干皱折22,可产生纹路及止滑效果的变化。
如图5所示,本申请第四较佳实施例中各抗拉片14亦可为是由若干抗拉件44与弹性件46垂直交叉编织构成,例如,纬向部份是各所述抗拉件44,经向部份是各所述弹性件46(亦可为部分抗拉件44、部分弹性件46),且各所述抗拉件44与弹性件46的延伸方向是平行或倾斜相对运动垫的边缘,各所述抗拉件44是无弹性纱,各所述弹性件46是弹性纱,用以当所述运动垫受弯折或卷曲时,仅于各所述抗拉件44的延伸方向形成若干皱折,使所述运动垫仅可单向产生皱折22、产生纹路及止滑效果的变化。
此外,如图6所示,本申请第五较佳实施例中各所述抗拉件44与弹性件46的延伸方向亦可倾斜相对运动垫10、30、40的边缘,借以产生纹路及止滑效果的变化。
如图7所示,是本申请第六较佳实施例的可供自行设计纹路的运动垫50,其与前述各所述运动垫10、30、40的不同处在于:所述弹性垫体12内部还延伸设有另一抗拉件52(如抗拉件14或抗拉件44),且,所述抗拉件52可设于弹性垫体12内部的中央部位或偏移、接近弹性垫体12的一侧(顶侧或底侧)。当所述抗拉件52设置于接近弹性垫体12顶侧或底侧时,会使所述抗拉件52二侧的弹性垫体12厚度不同,如此一来,所述弹性垫体12厚度较薄的部分会受到抗拉件52的影响而较不易变形,而所述弹性垫体12厚度较厚的部分则较易变形。
此外,各所述抗拉片14、44、52亦可为金属网。基此,当各所述运动垫30、40、50受弯折或卷曲时,各所述抗拉片14、44、52的变形属于永久性,进而可永久地维持各所述运动垫30、40、50表面的皱褶。
其次,使用者亦可利用物品将各所述运动垫30、40、50弯折或卷曲,使各所述运动垫30、40、50表面产生符合个人需求的多数皱褶22,例如,以物品压制各所述运动垫30、40、50逐步弯折或卷曲的部位,或将各所述运动垫30、40、50包覆物品后再弯折或卷曲,所述等物品的种类、造型无限制,只需为表面具有弯折部位或任何便于供各所述运动垫30、40、50弯折或卷曲出皱褶22的形状即可。
由上可知,本申请所述可自行设计纹路的运动垫,其可供使用者自行弯折或卷曲所述运动垫,而使所述运动垫表面形成合适方向的多数皱褶、纹路,获得可自行设计暂时性纹路或永久性纹路的使用功效,并具有多种不同产生纹路及止滑效果变化的结构,结构新颖、功效确实,甚具实用价值。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的可自行设计纹路的运动垫,其中,所述抗拉片贴设于弹性垫体的表面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可自行设计纹路的运动垫,其中,所述抗拉片外侧还贴设有一弹性片。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的可自行设计纹路的运动垫,其中,所述弹性垫体是低密度弹性体,其二侧分别贴设有所述抗拉片,所述抗拉片二侧的弹性片分别为高密度弹性体与低密度弹性体。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的可自行设计纹路的运动垫,其特征在于,所述抗拉片设有若干弹性区,所述弹性区是以弹性材料构成,用以受到弯折或卷曲时所述弹性区能够快速恢复原状而不会形成纹路。
