本发明的有益效果是,该带UV固化功能的多功能烫金设备通过在进纸端设置限位组件,不仅能够在进纸前调整纸张的输入角度,而且可以避免纸张端部由于重力原因下沉而造成卡纸现象,采用双UV灯管和变频电源的组合,不仅能够实现短时间高功率烘干功能,而且还能够提高烘干效果,通过设置整体型微孔皮带,提升了吸风量的同时,提升了材料的适用范围,实用性更强,具有较高的市场推广价值。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1-2所示,一种带UV固化功能的多功能烫金设备,包括支撑机构、进纸机构4、UV固化机构5、下压贴合机构6、分离机构和传送机构,所述支撑机构包括支架1,所述传送机构设置在支架1上,所述进纸机构4设置在传送机构一侧,所述UV固化机构5、下压贴合机构6和分离机构依次设置在传送机构上方,所述传送机构包括传送带;
本发明的实施方式
如图1-2所示,一种带UV固化功能的多功能烫金设备,包括支撑机构、进纸机构4、UV固化机构5、下压贴合机构6、分离机构和传送机构,所述支撑机构包括支架1,所述传送机构设置在支架1上,所述进纸机构4设置在传送机构一侧,所述UV固化机构5、下压贴合机构6和分离机构依次设置在传送机构上方,所述传送机构包括传送带;
工作时,由进纸机构4处放入纸张,然后通过传送带传送至UV固化机构5处固化,然后再通过传送带传送至下压贴合机构6处被挤压,然后通过分离机构将纸和膜分开。
而在实际操作时,UV固化机构5一般会设置两个,一个在前道进纸后进行固化,而另一个会在下压贴合时进行固化,而下压贴合机构6一般也会设置两个,并且在传送的过程中,一般都会伴随设置滚筒,来防止纸张发生隆起等现象,从而保证纸张和膜的贴合度。
如图5-7所示,所述进纸机构4包括主动辊7、从动辊8、进纸辊9、限位
组件和皮带10,所述皮带10有两根,所述主动辊7和从动辊8分别设置在皮带10内的两端,所述主动辊7通过皮带10驱动从动辊8转动,两根皮带10平行设置,两根皮带10之间设有间隙,两根皮带10的间隙内设有红外探头11,所述红外探头11竖向朝上设置,所述红外探头11的最大高度小于皮带10的上端面的高度,所述进纸辊9与主动辊7平行,所述进纸辊9设置在主动辊7的远离从动辊8的一侧,所述限位组件位于主动辊7和进纸辊9之间;
所述限位组件包括第一电机12、驱动杆13、轴承座14和若干L型挡件15,所述驱动杆13与进纸辊7平行,各挡件15均匀设置在驱动杆13上,所述驱动杆13的一端与第一电机12传动连接,所述驱动杆13的另一端与轴承座14连接,所述挡件15的其中一个平面与皮带10的带面平行。
纸张放置在皮带10上,由外部电机驱动主动辊7转动,主动辊7通过皮带10带动从动辊8转动,从而使得皮带10持续张紧传输,纸张通过皮带10传送至进纸辊9,进纸辊9由外部电机驱动,通过自身旋转将纸张输入。
在实际进纸时,纸张一般都会存在倾斜的现象,会严重影响印刷的质量和美观度,在这里通过设置进纸机构4,当纸张进入时,随着皮带10的传送,纸张会遮挡住红外探头11,红外探头11检测到有纸张通过时,则会将信号传递至中控台,实际上中控台内是设有PLC的,而第一电机12是由PLC控制,当PLC收到纸张通过的信号后,PLC会控制第一电机12动作,即第一电机12转过90°,驱动杆13就会驱动挡件15转过90°,而挡件15在纸张通行状态时,其位于高点的侧面是与皮带10等高的,而另外一个侧面是位于该侧面下方的,当挡件15转过90°后,位于高点的侧面呈竖直状态,其最大高度大于皮带10的平面,这样就能够对皮带10上的纸张起到阻挡作用,而伴随着皮带10的传送,纸张在皮带10上就会自行调整输入状态,使得纸张的端部与各个挡件15抵靠,由于各个挡件15均是位于同一根驱动杆13上,即纸张的端部边缘的最终状态会与驱动杆13平行,所以只要将驱动杆13设置到相应的角度和位置,那么纸张就会被调整到相应的角度然后进入到设备内部。
其中,根据实际操作经验,在PLC端口设置一定时器,如定时6S,那么在纸张经过红外探头11时,PLC控制第一电机12转过90°,6S以后,PLC再控制第一电机12回转90°,而这6S时间足够纸张进行调整。
由于主动辊7与进纸辊9均为圆柱形,所以两者对接处,会存在较大的凹槽,当纸张经过时,由于纸张端部具有重量,很容易使得纸张的端部下垂,特别是一些较薄的纸,这样纸张很容易进入到进纸辊9的下方,造成卡纸现象,而这里设置的挡件15,不仅能够起到纸张调整的功能,还能够纸张过度支撑的效果,避免造成卡纸现象,保证进纸的持续性,提高工作效率。
作为优选,所述支架1为框架结构,所述直接上设有若干门2,所述支架1的一侧设有爬梯3,所述支架1的下方设有万向轮。
作为优选,所述支架1的一侧设有中控台,所述中控台包括触摸屏。
如图8所示,所述UV固化机构包括烘干组件和闪爆组件,所述烘干组件包括并排设置的若干第一UV灯管,所述闪爆组件包括壳体16、第一气缸17、驱动块18、条齿轮19、圆齿轮20、支杆21、盖板22和第二UV灯管23,所述壳体16为长方形,所述壳体16的下端开口,所述盖板22有两个,两个盖板22并排盖设在壳体1下端的开口处,所述第一气缸17竖向朝下设置在壳体16的上方,所述驱动块18位于壳体16内的一侧,所述第一气缸17的气杆伸入壳体16内,所述第一气缸17的气杆的顶端与驱动块18连接,所述条齿轮19有两个,两个条齿轮19分别竖向设置在驱动块18的两侧,所述圆齿轮20有两个,两个圆齿轮20分别设置在两个条齿轮19的外侧,两个圆齿轮20与两个条齿轮19一一对应且相互啮合,所述支杆21有两根,所述支杆21的一端与圆齿轮20的中心处连接,所述支杆21的另一端与盖板22的一侧的中部铰接,所述圆齿轮20通过支杆21驱动盖板22的开合,所述第二UV灯管23位于壳体内。
作为优选,所述第二UV灯管23有两根,两根第二UV灯管23并排设置,所述第二UV灯管23由变频电源供电。
UV灯管主要是用于固化作用,这里的烘干组件实际上属于前置烘干,即采用若干第一UV灯管进行固化,当前置烘干效率不足或者效果欠佳时,则开启闪爆组件进行加强烘干,提升固化效率和效果。
实际上,第一气缸17也是与中控台的PLC连接,当纸张经过时(这里可以通过传感器实现),PLC控制第一气缸17动作,即伸长气杆,使得驱动块18向下推进,由于两个条齿轮19分别设置在驱动块18的两侧,则两个条齿轮19就会对应驱动与其啮合的圆齿轮20转动,圆齿轮20的转动会驱动支杆21发生偏转,从而使得支杆21的与盖板22铰接的一端推动盖板22,而实际上盖板22也是与壳体16铰接的,这样盖板22就会发生开启动作,实现两块盖板22的开启,从而使得内部的第二UV灯管23能够向下照射,实现固化功能,当不需要进行固化时,就可以将盖板22关闭,这里采用双灯管设计,功率较高,采用门式结构进行开合,可以控制光照时间,防止薄膜被烧,而且还能够实现防尘作用。
这里的UV灯管由变频电源进行供电,能够通过瞬间供电功率的提升,提升单位时间内的照射强度,起到“闪爆”的功能,即增强灯管光照,这样不仅提高固化效率和固化效果,而且还节省了灯管数量的设置,节省了空间。
作为优选,所述下压贴合机构包括第二气缸和压辊,所述第二气缸有两个,两个第二气缸分别竖向朝下设置在压辊的两端,两个第二气缸的气杆的顶部分别与压辊的两端连接。
如图3-4所示,所述分离机构包括抽气组件、调节组件、微孔皮带24、调节辊25和传送辊26,所述微孔皮带24上设有若干细孔,所述微孔皮带24为整体皮带,所述传送辊26有两根,两根传送辊26分别位于微孔皮带24内侧的两端,所述调节辊25位于微孔皮带24内侧的中部,所述调节辊25的水平高度小于传送辊26的水平高度,所述调节组件位于微孔皮带24的一侧,所述抽气组件设置在调节组件上,所述抽气组件位于微孔皮带24内侧,所述抽气组件包括气板27,所述气板27上设有若干气孔,所述气板27与微孔皮带24的带面贴合。
作为优选,所述抽气组件还包括气管28和U型槽29,所述U型槽29的上端开口,所述气板27盖设在U型槽29的开口处,所述气管28的一端与外部抽风机连通,所述气管28的另一端伸入U型槽29内。
作为优选,所述调节组件包括固定板30、调节板31和调节单元,调节板31与固定板30平行,两个传送辊26分别设置在调节板31的两端,所述调节单元有两个,两个调节单元分别位于固定板30的两端,所述调节板31通过调节单元设置在固定板30上方。
作为优选,所述调节单元包括螺栓32和螺母33,所述螺栓32分别穿过固定板30和调节板31,所述固定板30的上下两侧分别设有螺母33,所述调节板31的上下两侧分别设有螺母33,所述螺母33套设在螺栓32上。
在分离时,通过外部抽风机进行抽气,使得气管28抽取U型槽29内的空气,从而使得气板27通过气孔向外吸气,这样就能够将微孔皮带24吸附在气板27上,进而通过微孔皮带24上的孔将印刷后的纸张吸附,而纸张上的薄膜则会进行收卷,这样薄膜和纸张就会发生分离。
这里的微孔皮带24实际上是通过对传统的皮带进行加工,在其上打一定数量的孔,而其孔径较小,一般在2mm以下,整张微孔皮带24的孔的数量可以达到10万个,而在现有技术中,一般都是采用滚筒来实现,一般滚筒上的孔只有几千个,吸附效果和吸附力都无法与微孔皮带24相比,并且采用微孔皮带24代替传统的滚筒,可以解决滚筒笨重、良率低、制作加工成本高的问题,常规的滚筒由于吸风量不足,并且属于曲面吸附,所以对纸张的厚度和材料要求很严格,而采用微孔皮带24实现吸附和传送,将曲面吸附改为平面吸附,吸附力进一步增强,提高了材料的适用范围。
调节单元主要是用于对微孔皮带24的带面进行水平调节,通过调节辊25和传送辊26的配合来实现微孔皮带24的张紧,通过螺栓32和螺母33的配合,可以实现调节板31两端的高度,进而实现对调节板31水平高度的调节,从而实现调水平功能。
并且,这里采用螺栓32和螺母33的组合来实现水平调节,属于可拆卸结构,这样就能够实现微孔皮带24的整条套设安装,即微孔皮带24从侧面整体套装在两个传送辊26和调节辊25上,这样就不需要像常规技术中采用拼接式皮带,然后用铆钉等工件进行连接,而采用整体式微孔皮带24,这样就可以减少对接处的长度,因为对接处是无法进行打孔的,整体式皮带可以增加皮带的打孔数量,提升吸附效果,并且对接处也会存在凹凸现象,而整体式皮带则比较平整,进一步提升吸附效果。
工业实用性
与现有技术相比,该带UV固化功能的多功能烫金设备通过在进纸端设置限位组件,不仅能够在进纸前调整纸张的输入角度,而且可以避免纸张端部由于重力原因下沉而造成卡纸现象,采用双UV灯管和变频电源的组合,不仅能够实现短时间高功率烘干功能,而且还能够提高烘干效果,通过设置整体型微孔皮带24,提升了吸风量的同时,提升了材料的适用范围,实用性更强,具有较高的市场推广价值。

  1. 一种带UV固化功能的多功能烫金设备,其特征在于,包括支撑机构、进纸机构、UV固化机构、下压贴合机构、分离机构和传送机构,所述支撑机构包括支架,所述传送机构设置在支架上,所述进纸机构设置在传送机构一侧,所述UV固化机构、下压贴合机构和分离机构依次设置在传送机构上方,所述传送机构包括传送带;
    所述进纸机构包括主动辊、从动辊、进纸辊、限位组件和皮带,所述皮带有两根,所述主动辊和从动辊分别设置在皮带内的两端,所述主动辊通过皮带驱动从动辊转动,两根皮带平行设置,两根皮带之间设有间隙,两根皮带的间隙内设有红外探头,所述红外探头竖向朝上设置,所述红外探头的最大高度小于皮带的上端面的高度,所述进纸辊与主动辊平行,所述进纸辊设置在主动辊的远离从动辊的一侧,所述限位组件位于主动辊和进纸辊之间;
    所述限位组件包括第一电机、驱动杆、轴承座和若干L型挡件,所述驱动杆与进纸辊平行,各挡件均匀设置在驱动杆上,所述驱动杆的一端与第一电机传动连接,所述驱动杆的另一端与轴承座连接,所述挡件的其中一个平面与皮带的带面平行。

  4. 如权利要求1所述的带UV固化功能的多功能烫金设备,其特征在于,所述UV固化机构包括烘干组件和闪爆组件,所述烘干组件包括并排设置的若干第一UV灯管,所述闪爆组件包括壳体、第一气缸、驱动块、条齿轮、圆齿轮、支杆、盖板和第二UV灯管,所述壳体为长方形,所述壳体的下端开口,所述盖板有两个,两个盖板并排盖设在壳体下端的开口处,所述第一气缸竖向朝下设置在壳体的上方,所述驱动块位于壳体内的一侧,所述第一气缸的气杆伸入壳体内,所述第一气缸的气杆的顶端与驱动块连接,所述条齿轮有两个,两个条齿轮分别竖向设置在驱动块的两侧,所述圆齿轮有两个,两个圆齿轮分别设置在两个条齿轮的外侧,两个圆齿轮与两个条齿轮一一对应且相互啮合,所述支杆有两根,所述支杆的一端与圆齿轮的中心处连接,所述支杆的另一端与盖板的一侧的中部铰接,所述圆齿轮通过支杆驱动盖板的开合,所述第二UV灯管位于壳体内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的带UV固化功能的多功能烫金设备,其特征在于,所述第二UV灯管有两根,两根第二UV灯管并排设置,所述第二UV灯管由变频电源供电。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的带UV固化功能的多功能烫金设备,其特征在于,所述下压贴合机构包括第二气缸和压辊,所述第二气缸有两个,两个第二气缸分别竖向朝下设置在压辊的两端,两个第二气缸的气杆的顶部分别与压辊的两端连接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的带UV固化功能的多功能烫金设备,其特征在于,所述分离机构包括抽气组件、调节组件、微孔皮带、调节辊和传送辊,所述微孔皮带上设有若干细孔,所述微孔皮带为整体皮带,所述传送辊有两根,两根传送辊分别位于微孔皮带内侧的两端,所述调节辊位于微孔皮带内侧的中部,所述调节辊的水平高度小于传送辊的水平高度,所述调节组件位于微孔皮带的一侧,所述抽气组件设置在调节组件上,所述抽气组件位于微孔皮带内侧,所述抽气组件包括气板,所述气板上设有若干气孔,所述气板与微孔皮带的带面贴合。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的带UV固化功能的多功能烫金设备,其特征在于,所述抽气组件还包括气管和U型槽,所述U型槽的上端开口,所述气板盖设在U型槽的开口处,所述气管的一端与外部抽风机连通,所述气管的另一端伸入U型槽内。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的带UV固化功能的多功能烫金设备,其特征在于,所述调节组件包括固定板、调节板和调节单元,调节板与固定板平行,两个传送辊分别设置在调节板的两端,所述调节单元有两个,两个调节单元分别位于固定板的两端,所述调节板通过调节单元设置在固定板上方。
