- 一种便携式打印机,包括座体和覆盖在该座体顶部的盖体;所述座体配置有:沿竖直方向配置的打印头;和,与所述打印头对置的压纸辊,所述压纸辊围绕第一轴线旋转;所述压纸辊通过在与所述打印头之间夹持有记录纸的状态下进行旋转来将所述记录纸送出;其特征在于:所述座体还配置有,响应于所述盖体的开合盖动作而驱动所述打印头靠近或远离压纸辊的致动杆;其中,所述致动杆配置为,围绕平行于所述第一轴线的第二轴线摆动,并且所述致动杆具有适于安装打印头的安装部和适于受盖体驱动的驱动部;所述盖体具有能够抵压所述驱动部以驱动所述致动杆摆动的抵接部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,在所述盖体合盖时,所述抵接部抵压所述驱动部以驱动所述致动杆摆动,并在所述致动杆摆动过程中,所述打印头靠近所述压纸辊。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,在所述致动杆和座体之间配置有施力件,该施力件配置为,使得所述打印头远离于压纸辊的方向施力于所述致动杆。
- 根据权利要求3所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,在所述盖体开盖时,所述抵接部释放所述驱动部,所述施力件驱动所述致动杆摆动,并在所述致动杆摆动过程中,所述打印头远离所述压纸辊。
- 根据权利要求3所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体上具有沿所述第二轴线上延伸的枢接轴,所述致动杆上形成有枢接孔,所述枢接孔和枢接轴相适配以使得所述致动杆枢转连接在座体上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述施力件为配置在枢接轴上的 扭簧,所述扭簧的至少一个支脚连接至所述致动杆以向致动杆施力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述安装部内形成有安装腔,所述打印头配置在该安装腔内。
- 根据权利要求1或7所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述安装部内设置有用于抵压打印头的弹性件,所述弹性件朝向所述打印头靠近所述压纸辊的方向施力于打印头,以使得所述打印头抵靠在压纸辊上时二者的间隙能够适应于所述记录纸的厚度。
- 根据权利要求8所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述打印头和安装部之间通过滑动结构接合,所述滑动结构包括设置在打印头左右两侧的滑块和设置在安装部左右两侧壁上的滑槽。
- 根据权利要求9所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述安装部的底壁上设置有用于支撑打印头、并限定打印头位置的限位凸起。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述抵接部是由盖体的下侧面向下延伸形成,所述驱动部和安装部配置在所述致动杆上的不同侧。
- 根据权利要求11所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述盖体上设有转动部,所述盖体通过转动部枢转连接在所述座体上,所述转动部上形成有所述抵接部。
- 根据权利要求12所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述驱动部设置为与所述抵接部相适应的凸块,所述座体上设有供所述驱动部伸出以受所述抵接部抵压的窗口。
- 根据权利要求11所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述致动杆为开口背向于所述压纸辊的略V字形。
- 根据权利要求14所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体内设置有用于驱动压纸辊转动的纸辊驱动装置,所述纸辊驱动装置包括驱动电机和传动机构,所述驱动电机安装在所述致动杆的开口一侧,并且所述驱动电机的中心轴线和第二轴线平行。
- 根据权利要求15所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体内配置有垂直于所述 第二轴线的内衬板,所述驱动电机和传动机构分别设置在内衬板的上下两侧。
- 根据权利要求16所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体内安装有第一罩壳,所述第一罩壳和内衬板之间形成第一腔室,所述驱动电机和致动杆均配置在第一腔室内。
- 根据权利要求16所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体内安装有第二罩壳,所述第二罩壳和内衬板之间形成第二腔室,所述压纸辊配置在第二腔室内,并且所述压纸辊的两端部分别可转动地结合在第二罩壳和内衬板上。
- 根据权利要求16所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述内衬板上在打印头摆动区域内设有下沉槽,以增加打印头摆动区域内沿竖直方向上的容纳高度。
- 根据权利要求17或19所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述第一罩壳上在打印头摆动区域内向上凸出形成有上凸槽,以增加打印头摆动区域内沿竖直方向上的容纳高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体内安装有第一罩壳和第二罩壳,所述致动杆配置在第一罩壳内,所述压纸辊配置在第二罩壳内,所述第一罩壳和第二罩壳之间形成有用于走纸的走纸间隙。
- 根据权利要求21所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体具有用于构成其底壁和侧壁的外壳,所述第一罩壳、第二罩壳和外壳的侧壁共同围设成用于安装记录纸卷的纸仓。
- 根据权利要求22所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体内配置有内衬板,所述内衬板和外壳的底壁之间形成第三腔室,所述第三腔室内安装有电池。
- 根据权利要求23所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述电池为充电电池,所述第三腔室内安装有电路板,所述电路板和电池之间设置有隔板。
- 根据权利要求22所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述盖体包括内盖和外盖,所述内盖上配置有用于限制记录纸卷向上窜动的限位部。
