本发明涉及打印机领域,尤其涉及一种结构紧凑,体积小巧的便携式打印机。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对生活的质量以及生活的便捷程度的追求越来越高,市场上也相应的出现了可以提高生活质量使生活更加便捷的标签打印机,这种标签打印机不仅可以打印出文字,还可以打印图形和照片。在生活上可以用来打印物品的名称和保质期,帮助使用者可以更快速的找到物品以及提醒物品的保质期让使用者在保质期内使用完毕,避免物品长期不使用而过期。在学习上可以用来打印学生的错题,帮助学生建立错题集,可以快速记录错题,减少学生抄写错题集的时间,为学生争取更多的学习时间,提高学习效率。
但是,现有便携式打印机的机身尺寸较大不便于放入口袋里随身携带,为进一步减小体积,有发明人申请了公告号为CN212171705U,名称为“一种迷你标签打印机”的中国专利。但该专利的内部结构较为复杂,装配困难,生产成本极高,使得产品竞争力不足。因此急需提供一种结构紧凑且内部结构简单、容易装配的便携式微型打印机。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种结构紧凑且内部结构简单、容易装配的便携式微型打印机。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种便携式打印机,包括座体和覆盖在该座体顶部的盖体;所述座体配置有:沿竖直方向配置的打印头;和,与所述打印头对置的压纸辊,所述压纸辊围绕第一轴线旋转;所述压纸辊通过在与所述打印头之间夹持有记录纸的状态下进行旋转来将所述记录纸送出;所述座体还配置有,响应于所述盖体的开合盖动作而驱动所述打印头靠近或远离压纸辊的致动杆; 其中所述致动杆配置为,围绕平行于所述第一轴线的第二轴线摆动,并且所述致动杆具有适于安装打印头的安装部和适于受盖体驱动的驱动部;所述盖体具有能够抵压所述驱动部以驱动所述致动杆摆动的抵接部。

优选的,在所述盖体合盖时,所述抵接部抵压所述驱动部以驱动所述致动杆摆动,并在所述致动杆摆动过程中,所述打印头靠近所述压纸辊。在所述致动杆和座体之间配置有施力件,该施力件配置为,使得所述打印头远离于压纸辊的方向施力于所述致动杆。在所述盖体开盖时,所述抵接部释放所述驱动部,所述施力件驱动所述致动杆摆动,并在所述致动杆摆动过程中,所述打印头远离所述压纸辊。所述座体上具有沿所述第二轴线上延伸的枢接轴,所述致动杆上形成有枢接孔,所述枢接孔和枢接轴相适配以使得所述致动杆枢转连接在座体上。所述施力件为配置在枢接轴上的扭簧,所述扭簧的至少一个支脚连接至所述致动杆以向致动杆施力。
优选的,所述安装部内形成有安装腔,所述打印头配置在该安装腔内。所述安装部内设置有用于抵压打印头的弹性件,所述弹性件朝向所述打印头靠近所述压纸辊的方向施力于打印头,以使得所述打印头抵靠在压纸辊上时二者的间隙能够适应于所述记录纸的厚度。所述打印头和安装部之间通过滑动结构接合,所述滑动结构包括设置在打印头左右两侧的滑块和设置在安装部左右两侧壁上的滑槽。所述安装部的底壁上设置有用于支撑打印头、并限定打印头位置的限位凸起。
优选的,所述抵接部是由盖体的下侧面向下延伸形成,所述驱动部和安装部配置在所述致动杆上的不同侧。所述盖体上设有转动部,所述盖体通过转动部枢转连接在所述座体上,所述转动部上形成有所述抵接部。所述驱动部设置为与所述抵接部相适应的凸块,所述座体上设有供所述驱动部伸出以受所述抵接部抵压的窗口。所述致动杆为开口背向于所述压纸辊的略V字形。
优选的,所述座体内设置有用于驱动压纸辊转动的纸辊驱动装置,所述纸辊驱动装置包括驱动电机和传动机构,所述驱动电机安装在所述致动杆的开口一侧,并且所述驱动电机的中心轴线和第二轴线平行。所述座体内配置有垂直于所述第二轴线的内衬板,所述驱动电机和传动机构分别设置在内衬板的上下两侧。所述座体内安装有第一罩壳,所述第一罩壳和内衬板之间形成第一腔室,所述驱动电机和致动杆均配置在第一腔室内。所述座体内安装有第二罩壳,所述第二罩壳和内衬板之间形成第二腔室,所述压纸辊配置在第二腔室内,并且所述压纸辊的两端部分别可转动地结合在第二罩壳和内衬板上。
优选的,所述内衬板上在打印头摆动区域内设有下沉槽,以增加打印头摆动区域内沿竖直方向上的容纳高度。所述第一罩壳上在打印头摆动区域内向上凸出形成有上凸槽,以增加打印头摆动区域内沿竖直方向上的容纳高度。
优选的,所述座体内安装有第一罩壳和第二罩壳,所述致动杆配置在第一罩壳内,所述压纸辊配置在第二罩壳内,所述第一罩壳和第二罩壳之间形成有用于走纸的走纸间隙。所述座体具有用于构成其底壁和侧壁的外壳,所述第一罩壳、第二罩壳和外壳的侧壁共同围设成用于安装记录纸卷的纸仓。所述盖体包括内盖和外盖,所述内盖上配置有用于限制记录纸卷向上窜动的限位部。
优选的,所述座体内配置有内衬板,所述内衬板和外壳的底壁之间形成第三腔室,所述第三腔室内安装有电池。所述电池为充电电池,所述第三腔室内安装有电路板,所述电路板和电池之间设置有隔板。
由于采用了以上技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的盖体在合盖进程中,盖体直接驱动致动杆摆动,进而使得打印头靠近压纸辊。在开盖进程中,盖体逐渐释放致动杆,进而使得打印头远离压纸辊。本发明的微型打印机体积小、便于携带,并且其内部结构布局合理、结构紧凑、易于装配,显著提高了生产效率,并且减少了故障率。与现有技术中的结构相比,传动结构更少,这样占用空间更小、传动更 加稳定、故障率低。
另外,本发明的纸仓由外壳和两个罩壳围设而成,其容积较大,可以放入更多的记录纸,延长了用户更换记录纸的周期,节约了使用成本。

实施例一:
本实施例提供了的一种便携式打印机,如图1-9所示,该便携式打印机包括座体2和覆盖在该座体2顶部的盖体1;所述座体2内配置有:沿竖直方向配置的打印头5以及与所述打印头5对置的压纸辊209,所述压纸辊209绕第一轴线旋转。竖直方向是指在打印机放置在水平台面上时打印头5的延伸方向,也即打印机的高度方向。压纸辊209通过在与所述打印头5之间夹持有记录纸的状态下进行旋转来将所述记录纸送出;所述座体2内配置有,响应于所述盖体1的开合盖动作而驱动所述打印头5靠近或远离压纸辊209的致动杆4;其中所述致动杆4配置为,围绕平行于所述第一轴线的第二轴线摆动,第一轴线和第二轴线为两个位置不同的轴线,并且第一轴线和第二轴线均为竖直方向上的轴线。所述致动杆4具有用于安装打印头5的安装部和由座体2内伸出以受盖体1驱动的驱动部401,驱动部401位于致动杆4的端部;所述盖体1上具有能够抵压所述驱动部401以驱动所述致动杆4摆动的抵接部101a,抵接部101a位于盖体1的内侧面上,在完成合盖后,抵接部101a为不可见。上述打印头5和压纸辊209的夹持力来自盖体1对致动杆4的保持力。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的打印头5为热敏打印头,其包括热敏元件和用于安装热敏元件的打印头支架。相应地,记录纸也为热敏纸。但这并不构成对本实用新型的限制,在其它实施例中也可以采用其它类型的打印头。
如图5和图6所示,在所述盖体1合盖时,所述抵接部101a抵压所述驱动部401以驱动所述致动杆4摆动,并在所述致动杆4摆动过程中,所述打印头5靠近所述压纸辊209。在所述致动杆4和座体2之间配置有施力件212,该施力件212配置为,使得所述打印头5远离于压纸辊209的方向施力于所述致动杆4。在所述盖体1开盖时,所述抵接部101a释放所述驱动部401,所述施力件212驱动所述致动杆4摆动,并在所述致动杆4摆动过程中,所 述打印头5远离所述压纸辊209。所述座体2上具有沿所述第二轴线上延伸的枢接轴213,所述致动杆4上形成有枢接孔,所述枢接孔和枢接轴213相适配以使得所述致动杆4枢转连接在座体2上。所述施力件212为配置在枢接轴213上的扭簧,该扭簧的至少一个支脚连接至所述致动杆4以向致动杆4施力。具体地,枢接轴213的顶部具有一个凹口,扭簧的主体固定在凹口内,并且该扭簧具有两个支脚,一个支脚卡接固定在枢接轴213上,另一个支脚卡接固定在致动杆4上,以施力于致动杆4上,使致动杆4在失去盖体1的作用力后可以回复至初始位置。在盖体1打开后,打印头5和压纸辊209之间的间隙达到最大,可以方便用户将记录纸取出,以进行更换。
需要说明的是,在其它的实施例中,施力件212也可以选用弹簧或弹片,如选用弹簧或弹片作为施力件212,则在致动杆4上靠近驱动部401的位置或者是靠近安装部的设置弹簧或弹片,使抵接部101a在与驱动部401抵压作用时需要克服弹簧或弹片的弹力才可以驱动致动杆4摆动即可,当然可以理解的是,本实施例中采用扭簧作为施力件212是一种最优的方式,一方面扭簧设于枢接孔中、套设于枢接轴213上无需额外占用座体2内的空间,另一方面,由于致动杆4的动作过程属于摆动,扭簧可以比弹簧或弹片更好的适应摆动,不易发生失效等损坏,减少故障次数。
进一步地,盖体1通过转轴转接在座体2上,并且在转轴上套接有开盖扭簧,该开盖扭簧的第一支脚抵接在座体2上,第二支脚抵接在盖体1上,主体部分套接在转轴上。在合盖过程中,盖体1上的抵接部101a抵压致动杆4的驱动部401,使得致动杆4围绕第二轴线摆动,在致动杆4摆动过程中,打印头5逐渐靠近压纸辊209。在打印头5抵压在压纸辊209上时,二者之间夹持有记录纸,电机210通过传动机构211驱动压纸辊209旋转,从而实现记录纸的进给。在开盖过程中,致动杆4的抵接部101a逐渐释放驱动部401,致动杆4在施力件212的作用下反转,从而使打印头5远离压纸辊209。图1示出了打印机的合盖状态,图2示出了打印机的开盖状态。
与现有技术中用于驱动打印头靠近或远离压纸辊的致动机构相比,本申请中的致动杆结构简单,所需的传动机构较少,无需多次传动、更无需使用较多的弹性元件来驱动致动机构复位,因此本实施例提供的该便携式打印机中的致动杆结构更简便、动作更直接有效、占用空间更小,可以更好地满足小型化、便携的使用需求。且由于传动机构较少,发生故障的次数就会减少,更不容易损坏,同时后期的维修更换更加方便。
如图7和图8所示,致动杆4的安装部内形成有安装腔,所述打印头5配置在该安装腔内。安装腔为由致动杆4的端部向内侧凹进的凹腔,致动杆4的端部具有一个开口,打印头5由该开口装入在安装腔内。所述安装部内设置有用于抵压打印头5的弹性件6,该弹性件6为圆柱弹簧。所述弹性件6朝向所述打印头5靠近所述压纸辊209的方向施力于打印头5,以使得所述打印头5抵靠在压纸辊209上时二者的间隙能够适应于所述记录纸的厚度,从而可以适应更多厚度范围内的纸张,以避免在纸张较厚时无法通过打印头5和压纸辊209之间的间隙,也即走纸通道。具体地,圆柱弹簧的两端分别抵触在打印头5上和安装腔的腔壁上。
在本实施例中,所述打印头5和安装部之间通过滑动结构接合,也即打印头5可以在安装腔内上下浮动,所述滑动结构包括设置在打印头5左右两侧的滑块和设置在安装部左右两侧壁上的滑槽,左右两侧的滑块伸入滑槽内,滑块和打印头5支架一体设置,并能够在滑槽内上下滑动。所述安装部的底壁上设置有用于支撑打印头5、并限定打印头5位置的限位凸起,该限位凸起位于打印头5支架的尾部。在打印过程中,该限位凸起和压纸辊209共同形成对打印头5的稳定支撑。
进一步地,为了实现结构紧凑,所述致动杆4设置为开口背向于所述压纸辊209的略V字形,如图6-8所示,安装部设于致动杆4上靠近压纸辊209的一端,驱动部401设于致动杆4上远离压纸辊209的一端,该驱动部401是由致动杆4的杆体向其侧向延伸形成,第二轴线位于致动杆4上的折弯处,也即,安装部和驱动部分别位于致动杆上相对于第二轴线的不同侧。具体的,在座体2上设有沿第二轴线延伸的枢接轴213,在致动杆4上该折弯处形 成有枢接孔,枢接孔和枢接轴213相适配以使得致动杆4枢转连接在座体2上;盖体1上设有转动部,座体2上设有转轴,盖体1通过转动部与转轴配合转动盖合在座体2上,在转动部上形成有用于抵压驱动部401的抵接部101a,相应的,所述驱动部设置为与所述抵接部相适应的凸块。第一罩壳201上具有一个供驱动部401伸出的窗口201a,驱动部401由该窗口201a伸出所述第一罩壳201,以使得在合盖过程中,盖体1能够抵压该驱动部401使致动杆4绕第二轴线摆动。
如图5和图6所示,所述座体2内设置有用于驱动压纸辊209转动的纸辊驱动装置,所述纸辊驱动装置包括驱动电机210和传动机构211,所述驱动电机210安装在所述致动杆4的开口一侧,并且所述驱动电机210的中心轴线和第二轴线平行。所述座体2内配置有垂直于所述第二轴线的内衬板205,所述驱动电机210和传动机构211分别设置在内衬板205的上下两侧。具体地,传动机构211包括多个相互啮合传动的齿轮,在其它实施方式中还可以是其它传动机构211,例如皮带传动机构211。电机210可以通过传动机构211将动力传递至压纸辊209上,使得压纸辊209转动。在压纸辊209转动时可以带动记录纸移动实现记录纸的进给。电机210和传动机构211分别位于内衬板205的上下两侧有利于使得整机的结构更为紧凑。
如图4所示,所述座体2内安装有第一罩壳201,所述第一罩壳201和内衬板205之间形成第一腔室,所述驱动电机210和致动杆4均配置在第一腔室内。所述座体2内安装有第二罩壳202,所述第二罩壳202和内衬板205之间形成第二腔室,所述压纸辊209配置在第二腔室内,并且所述压纸辊209的两端部分别可转动地结合在第二罩壳202和内衬板205上。上述配置有利于使得整体结构紧凑。在本实施例中,外壳203是有底的筒形结构,内衬板205是由外壳203的顶部开口装入外壳203中,第一罩壳201和第二罩壳202均可拆卸地安装在内衬板205上。
进一步参考图4所示,所述座体2内安装有开口向下并扣置在内衬板205上的第一罩壳 201和第二罩壳202,所述致动杆4配置在第一罩壳201内,所述压纸辊209配置在第二罩壳202内,所述第一罩壳201和第二罩壳202之间形成有用于走纸的走纸间隙,打印头5和压纸辊209分置在走纸间隙的两侧。所述座体2具有用于构成其底壁和侧壁的外壳203,所述第一罩壳201、第二罩壳202和外壳203的侧壁共同围设成用于安装纸卷的纸仓204。该种纸仓204的形成结构既可以使得纸仓204的容积最大,放入更多的记录纸,还使得结构简单,便于安装。
如图3和图5所示,所述座体2内配置有内衬板205,所述内衬板205和外壳203的底壁之间形成第三腔室,所述第三腔室内安装有电池206和电路板207。具体地,电池206为可充电电池206,所述第三腔室内安装有电路板207,所述电路板207和电池206之间设置有隔板208,隔板208可以防止在工作过程中,电池206产生的热量传递至电路板207上,影响电路板207的正常工作。隔板208通过螺钉固定在内衬板205上,电池206也固定在内衬板205上,电路板207固定在隔板208上。
如图3和图9所示,所述盖体1包括内盖101和外盖102,所述内盖101上配置有用于限制纸卷向上窜动的限位部101b,以防止在打印过程中因纸卷跳动产生的卡纸问题。
如图10所示,为方便内衬板205的装配,本实施例中还在所述座体内侧壁沿打印机高度方向设有导向限位板203a,并在内衬板205上设有与所述导向限位板相适配的缺口槽205a,所述导向限位板203a与缺口槽205a相配合以引导内衬板装入容纳腔并对内衬板限位。也即在装配内衬板时,可将内衬板上的缺口槽对准座体内的导向限位板插入,内衬板装配到位后,也可以利用导向限位板与缺口槽来防止内衬板沿水平方向晃动。
如图11所示,为进一步减薄打印机整体的设计厚度,本实施例中还在内衬板上在打印头摆动区域内设有下沉槽205b,以增加打印头摆动区域内沿竖直方向上的容纳高度,也即在内衬板上的上述区域内减薄内衬板自身的厚度,以便于在打印头长度确定的前提下,可以减薄打印机整体的厚度。进一步的,结合图2、图4和图5中所示,本实施例中还在第一罩壳201 上在打印头摆动区域内向上凸出形成有上凸槽201b,以增加打印头摆动区域内沿竖直方向上的容纳高度,也即在第一罩壳上的上述区域内向上凸出形成一定的容纳空间,以便于在打印头长度确定的前提下,可以减薄打印机整体的厚度。
另外,所述致动杆4上设置检测开关,所述第二罩壳202内设置有触发件;或者所述第二罩壳202内设置有检测开关,所述致动杆4上设置有触发件;在所述打印头5接近压纸辊209时,所述触发件触发检测开关产生电信号。所述触发件为磁石,所述检测开关为霍尔元件。在打印头5靠近压纸辊209时,磁石触发霍尔元件产生电信号,以用来判断是否合盖到位,以及打印头5和压纸辊209之间的间隙是否处于适合打印的状态,避免浪费记录纸。
进一步地,还可以设置用于检测在走纸通道中是否有记录纸的检测装置,该检测装置可以是两个对置的红外线传感器,在走纸通道中有纸时,记录纸遮挡住红外线发生器产生的红外线,使得红外线接收器不能接收到红外线,从而实现纸张的判定。
进一步地,为了判断盖体1的开合盖状态,在又一实施例中的盖体1上设置有磁石,在第二罩壳202的内侧设置有霍尔元件。当盖体1处于合盖状态时,磁石可以触发霍尔元件,控制装置判定为合盖状态。当盖体1处于开盖状态时,磁石远离霍尔元件,霍尔元件处断开状态,控制装置判定为开盖状态。
本发明的工作过程如下:
在使用是,打开盖体1,将记录纸的纸卷放入纸仓204内。此时打印头5和压纸辊209之间的间隙最大,可以将记录纸由走纸通道中引出,然后合上盖体1,在合盖过程中,盖体1上的抵接部101a抵压在驱动部401上,使致动杆4转动以使得打印头5靠近压纸辊209,并将记录夹持在二者之间的间隙内。在电机210驱动压纸辊209转动时,可以实现一边打印边一边进给记录纸。在完成打印后,用户可以通过设置在走纸通道开口处的切刀切断记录纸。在纸仓204内缺纸时,可以打开盖体1进行更换。

  1. 一种便携式打印机,包括座体和覆盖在该座体顶部的盖体;所述座体配置有:
    沿竖直方向配置的打印头;和,
    与所述打印头对置的压纸辊,所述压纸辊围绕第一轴线旋转;
    所述压纸辊通过在与所述打印头之间夹持有记录纸的状态下进行旋转来将所述记录纸送出;
    其特征在于:
    所述座体还配置有,响应于所述盖体的开合盖动作而驱动所述打印头靠近或远离压纸辊的致动杆;
    其中,所述致动杆配置为,围绕平行于所述第一轴线的第二轴线摆动,并且所述致动杆具有适于安装打印头的安装部和适于受盖体驱动的驱动部;
    所述盖体具有能够抵压所述驱动部以驱动所述致动杆摆动的抵接部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,在所述盖体合盖时,所述抵接部抵压所述驱动部以驱动所述致动杆摆动,并在所述致动杆摆动过程中,所述打印头靠近所述压纸辊。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,在所述致动杆和座体之间配置有施力件,该施力件配置为,使得所述打印头远离于压纸辊的方向施力于所述致动杆。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,在所述盖体开盖时,所述抵接部释放所述驱动部,所述施力件驱动所述致动杆摆动,并在所述致动杆摆动过程中,所述打印头远离所述压纸辊。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体上具有沿所述第二轴线上延伸的枢接轴,所述致动杆上形成有枢接孔,所述枢接孔和枢接轴相适配以使得所述致动杆枢转连接在座体上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述施力件为配置在枢接轴上的 扭簧,所述扭簧的至少一个支脚连接至所述致动杆以向致动杆施力。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述安装部内形成有安装腔,所述打印头配置在该安装腔内。
  8. 根据权利要求1或7所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述安装部内设置有用于抵压打印头的弹性件,所述弹性件朝向所述打印头靠近所述压纸辊的方向施力于打印头,以使得所述打印头抵靠在压纸辊上时二者的间隙能够适应于所述记录纸的厚度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述打印头和安装部之间通过滑动结构接合,所述滑动结构包括设置在打印头左右两侧的滑块和设置在安装部左右两侧壁上的滑槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述安装部的底壁上设置有用于支撑打印头、并限定打印头位置的限位凸起。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述抵接部是由盖体的下侧面向下延伸形成,所述驱动部和安装部配置在所述致动杆上的不同侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述盖体上设有转动部,所述盖体通过转动部枢转连接在所述座体上,所述转动部上形成有所述抵接部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述驱动部设置为与所述抵接部相适应的凸块,所述座体上设有供所述驱动部伸出以受所述抵接部抵压的窗口。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述致动杆为开口背向于所述压纸辊的略V字形。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体内设置有用于驱动压纸辊转动的纸辊驱动装置,所述纸辊驱动装置包括驱动电机和传动机构,所述驱动电机安装在所述致动杆的开口一侧,并且所述驱动电机的中心轴线和第二轴线平行。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体内配置有垂直于所述 第二轴线的内衬板,所述驱动电机和传动机构分别设置在内衬板的上下两侧。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体内安装有第一罩壳,所述第一罩壳和内衬板之间形成第一腔室,所述驱动电机和致动杆均配置在第一腔室内。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体内安装有第二罩壳,所述第二罩壳和内衬板之间形成第二腔室,所述压纸辊配置在第二腔室内,并且所述压纸辊的两端部分别可转动地结合在第二罩壳和内衬板上。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述内衬板上在打印头摆动区域内设有下沉槽,以增加打印头摆动区域内沿竖直方向上的容纳高度。
  20. 根据权利要求17或19所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述第一罩壳上在打印头摆动区域内向上凸出形成有上凸槽,以增加打印头摆动区域内沿竖直方向上的容纳高度。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体内安装有第一罩壳和第二罩壳,所述致动杆配置在第一罩壳内,所述压纸辊配置在第二罩壳内,所述第一罩壳和第二罩壳之间形成有用于走纸的走纸间隙。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体具有用于构成其底壁和侧壁的外壳,所述第一罩壳、第二罩壳和外壳的侧壁共同围设成用于安装记录纸卷的纸仓。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述座体内配置有内衬板,所述内衬板和外壳的底壁之间形成第三腔室,所述第三腔室内安装有电池。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述电池为充电电池,所述第三腔室内安装有电路板,所述电路板和电池之间设置有隔板。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的便携式打印机,其特征在于,所述盖体包括内盖和外盖,所述内盖上配置有用于限制记录纸卷向上窜动的限位部。
