一种具有内切圆的三角形的组合筋条的板材 技术领域
本发明属于板材技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有内切圆的三角形的组合筋条的板材。
背景技术
现有的版型材料背面的筋条都是普通的图形,没有形成独特的力学结构。
技术解决方案
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种具有内切圆的三角形的组合筋条的板材。
本发明通过以下技术手段实现解决上述技术问题的:一种具有内切圆的三角形的组合筋条的板材,包括基板,所述基板的一面设置有加强筋条组,所述加强筋条组固定连接基板;
所述加强筋条组包括多个加强单元,所述加强单元组合铺满基板的一面,所述加强单元包括闭合的三角形筋条,且闭合的三角形筋条内部内切的设置有环形筋条,所述环形筋条相切处固定连接闭合的三角形筋条。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述加强筋条组包括多个加强组,所述加强组均由加强单元组合而成,且加强组之间厚度不一致。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述加强组至少包括两组,其中一组加强组组合连接形成框架,另一组加强组填充框架内空缺位置。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:本技术方案提供的一种具有内切圆的三角形的组合筋条的板材形成了独特的力学模型,对来自各个方向的应力都可以在力学模型中相互抵消一大部分。
三角形的三边能分解所受到的外力,而内切环形筋条与三角形的内切点增加了整体结构的承受力。因此种板材的加强筋条组具有镂空结构,使得其在悬空隔音隔热隔潮地板中的作用十分突出,在机动车船上也可使用此种结构的板材。也可作为地板砖铺设的承受板。

如图1-2所示,本实施例所述一种具有内切圆的三角形的组合筋条的板材,包括基板1,所述基板1的一面设置有加强筋条组2,所述加强筋条组2固定连接基板1;所述加强筋条组2包括多个加强单元,所述加强单元组合铺满基板1的一面,所述加强单元包括闭合的三角形筋条21,且闭合的三角形筋条21内部内切的设置有环形筋条22,所述环形筋条22相切处固定连接闭合的三角形筋条21。
进一步的实施方式:
将加强筋条组2分为多个加强组,加强组均由加强单元组合而成,且加强组之间厚度不一致。设计加强组为两组,其中一组加强组组合连接形成框架,另一组加强组填充框架内空缺位置。

  1. 一种具有内切圆的三角形的组合筋条的板材,包括基板(1),其特征在于:所述基板(1)的一面设置有加强筋条组(2),所述加强筋条组(2)固定连接基板(1);
    所述加强筋条组(2)包括多个加强单元,所述加强单元组合铺满基板(1)的一面,所述加强单元包括闭合的三角形筋条(21),且闭合的三角形筋条(21)内部内切的设置有环形筋条(22),所述环形筋条(22)相切处固定连接闭合的三角形筋条(21)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有内切圆的三角形的组合筋条的板材,其特征在于:所述加强筋条组(2)包括多个加强组,所述加强组均由加强单元组合而成,且加强组之间厚度不一致。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有内切圆的三角形的组合筋条的板材,其特征在于:所述加强组至少包括两组,其中一组加强组组合连接形成框架,另一组加强组填充框架内空缺位置。
