Description
本实用新型涉及驱动设备领域,特别是涉及一种集成光栅尺的高定位精度丝杆滑台。
随着自动化设备的更新换代,对于位移滑台需要更高的精度要求,但是如果采用直线电机成本又会比较高。
目前的丝杆滑台一般是通过伺服电机旋转带动丝杆螺母控制位移,精度也是有伺服电机控制的,但是实际位移位置并没有得到反馈,靠电机补偿也是比较麻烦。

本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种集成光栅尺的高定位精度丝杆滑台,具有可靠性能高、定位精确、结构紧凑等优点,同时在驱动设备的应用及普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种集成光栅尺的高定位精度丝杆滑台,其包括:滑台底座、滑动模组、位移反馈模组、联轴器、伺服电机、滚珠丝杆螺母组件,
所述滑动模组包括直线导轨、滑块、滑动座,两个所述直线导轨相对设置于所述滑台底座内,所述滑动座的下端通过所述滑块与所述直线导轨滑动连接,其上端延伸至滑台底座外,所述滑动座与滚珠丝杆螺母组件中的螺母相连接,伺服电机通过联轴器与滚珠丝杆螺母组件相连接,以带动滑动座沿直线滑轨来回运动,
所述位移反馈模组包括读数头安装件、光栅读数头、光栅尺、光栅尺压板,所述光栅尺通过所述光栅尺压板固定设置于所述滑台底座的侧壁上,所述光栅读数头通过所述读数头安装件固定设置于所述滑动座上,所述光栅读数头与所述光栅尺配合读取位移数据并反馈,以实时反馈滑动座的具体位置。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述滑台底座的侧面安装有光电传感器、光电限位开关以及原点开关。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,滑台前端板和滑台后端板分别设置于所述滑台底座的前端和后端。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,滑台上盖板设置于所述滑台底座的顶部,且所述滑台上盖板与所述滑台底座的连接处设置有容许滑动座穿过并滑动的滑动槽。

一种集成光栅尺的高定位精度丝杆滑台,广泛应用于非标自动化,如光伏行业,3C行业、LED面板行业等,其具体结构包括:滑台底座1、滑动模组、位移反馈模组、滑台上盖板2、滑台前端板3、滑台后端板4、联轴器5、伺服电机6、滚珠丝杆螺母组件、传感器感应片7、光电开关8、原点开关。
所述滑动模组包括直线导轨9、滑块10、滑动座11,两个所述直线导轨相对设置于所述滑台底座内,所述滑动座的下端通过所述滑块与所述直线导轨滑动连接,其上端延伸至滑台底座外,所述滑动座与滚珠丝杆螺母组件中的螺母相连接,以使得丝杆带动滑动座沿直线滑轨来回运动。高精度加工的铝型材滑台底座配合精密双直线导轨滑块,以保证滑台整体的机械结构强度、运行精度、负载能力以及行走平行度。
所述滑台底座的侧面安装有光电传感器、光电限位开关以及原点开关,用于辅助位置控制及运行保护。利用光电限位开关及原点开关,一方面更方便进行回原点的控制,另一方面也起到了异常情况的安全保护作用。
所述滑台底座的另一侧安装有所述位移反馈模组,以实时进行位移反馈,保证滑台运行的位置精度。
所述位移反馈模组包括读数头安装件12、光栅读数头13、光栅尺14、光栅尺压板15,所述光栅尺通过所述光栅尺压板固定设置于滑动座下方的所述滑台底座的侧壁上,所述光栅读数头通过所述读数头安装件固定设置于所述滑动座上,所述光栅读数头与所述光栅尺配合读取位移数据并反馈,以实时反馈滑动座的具体位置。通过集成高精度的光栅尺,使得滑动座的实时位置得以监测和反馈,位置信息传递给上位机进行实时修正,让整个滑台形成了一套闭环系统,能够让滑台的整体位移定位精度显著提升。
所述滑台前端板和所述滑台后端板分别设置于所述滑台底座的前端和后端,所述滑台上盖板设置于所述滑台底座的顶部,且所述滑台上盖板与所述滑台底座的连接处设置有容许滑动座穿过并滑动的滑动槽。
所述滚珠丝杆螺母组件包括丝杆16、滚珠螺母17、前端轴承座18、后端轴承座19,高精度的前端轴承座和后端轴承座设置于所述滑台底座的两端,所述丝杆的两端与所述前端轴承座、后端轴承座滑动连接,所述丝杆与滚珠螺母螺纹连接,所述伺服电机的动力输出端用精密的联轴器与丝杆的出轴相连接,以驱动整个丝杆滑台做直线运动,所述轴承座的侧面还可以设置防撞块20。
伺服电机搭配精密滚珠丝杆采用精密联轴器链接传动,从驱动元件到执行元件以及传动元件都有着良好的机械性能,保证了滑台的整体位移定位精度。高精度的轴承座支撑着丝杆不停往复的做正反转运动,使得丝杆的运行更加平稳而且大大提升了丝杆的使用寿命。
所述联轴器的外部可以设置有一联轴器座21,联轴器座的一端与滑台前端 板相连接,另一端通过电机直联法兰板与伺服电机相连接,所述联轴器座上还设置有盖板。

- 一种集成光栅尺的高定位精度丝杆滑台,其特征在于,包括:滑台底座、滑动模组、位移反馈模组、联轴器、伺服电机、滚珠丝杆螺母组件,所述滑动模组包括直线导轨、滑块、滑动座,两个所述直线导轨相对设置于所述滑台底座内,所述滑动座的下端通过所述滑块与所述直线导轨滑动连接,其上端延伸至滑台底座外,所述滑动座与滚珠丝杆螺母组件中的螺母相连接,伺服电机通过联轴器与滚珠丝杆螺母组件相连接,以带动滑动座沿直线滑轨来回运动,所述位移反馈模组包括读数头安装件、光栅读数头、光栅尺、光栅尺压板,所述光栅尺通过所述光栅尺压板固定设置于所述滑台底座的侧壁上,所述光栅读数头通过所述读数头安装件固定设置于所述滑动座上,所述光栅读数头与所述光栅尺配合读取位移数据并反馈,以实时反馈滑动座的具体位置。
