一种核酸水凝胶及其制备方法和用途。核酸水凝胶是由支架单元分别与交联单元I和交联单元II相交联形成,核酸水凝胶具有提高的力学强度与稳定性以及超分子水凝胶的动态特性。可用于药物递送、细胞培养分化、蛋白生产、免疫调控等生物医用领域,以及可穿戴设备、人造皮肤、软机器人等柔性电子领域。
