本实用新型涉及纺织面料生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种纺织面料生产用的布料表面除尘设备。
背景技术
布料是装饰材料中常用的材料,包括有化纤地毯、无纺壁布、亚麻布、尼龙布、彩色胶布、法兰绒等各式布料,布料在装饰陈列中起到了相当的作用,常常是整个销售空间中不可忽视的主要力量,布料在进行印染过程中,需要对布料表面进行同步清理工作,以保证后续印染的均匀度,通常使用除尘设备对面料表面进行除尘。
传统的除尘设备无法时粉尘与面料进行快速分离,粉尘处理效果不佳,同时传统的除尘设备无法将粉尘进行快速吸附并收集,粉尘收集效果不佳。
实用新型内容
(一)实用新型目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种纺织面料生产用的布料表面除尘设备,能够对布料进行振荡,便于粉尘与布料快速分离,同时能够对粉尘进行多级吸附处理,粉尘处理效果佳,实用性强。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种纺织面料生产用的布料表面除尘设备,包括机架、设置在机架底部的底座、转动设置在机架内两侧的第一导向杆以及第二导向杆以及转动设置在机架内下侧的两组张紧杆,机架内底部设置分离组件,机架内顶部设置吸尘组件;
分离组件包括承载盒以及顶杆,承载盒设置在机架底部,承载盒内转动设置曲轴,曲轴一端与驱动电机的驱动轴连接,驱动电机设置在承载盒一侧表面,曲轴中部铰接连杆,连杆另一端与耳板铰接,耳板设置在活塞缸底部,活塞缸滑动连接在滑套,滑套设置在机架内底部,活塞缸顶部设置顶杆,顶杆顶部设置推板。
优选的,推板上侧面上设置多组顶块,多组顶块等距排布在推板上侧面上。
优选的,连杆一端通过铰轴与曲轴铰接,连杆另一端通过铰轴与耳板铰接。
优选的,驱动电机通过连接线与控制箱电性连接,控制箱设置在机架一侧表面。
优选的,吸尘组件包括吸尘罩以及吸尘管,吸尘罩设置在机架内顶部,吸尘管设置在吸尘罩顶部,且吸尘管一端延伸至吸尘箱内,吸尘箱设置在机架一侧表面,吸尘管上设置吸尘风机,吸尘箱内设置过滤板,过滤板下侧的吸尘箱底部设置集尘盒。
优选的,过滤板向上与水平面呈60°-80°夹角布置。
优选的,吸尘箱内一侧设置主输水管,主输水管一端设置分流管,分流管上设置多组喷淋头,分流管下侧的吸尘箱内设置集水盒。
优选的,吸尘箱一侧表面设置排气管,排气管内设置除雾器。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
1、本实用新型能够通过曲轴转动,带动推板往复移动,通过推板的往复移动,推动布料振荡,使粉尘与布料进行快速分离,实现了粉尘的快速分离功能。
2、本实用新型能够将粉尘多次过滤处理,便于粉尘的快速收集,粉尘处理效果佳。

分离组件1包括承载盒101以及顶杆106,承载盒101设置在机架5底部, 承载盒101内转动设置曲轴102,曲轴102一端与驱动电机103的驱动轴连接,驱动电机103设置在承载盒101一侧表面,曲轴102中部铰接连杆110,连杆110另一端与耳板109铰接,耳板109设置在活塞缸104底部,活塞缸104滑动连接在滑套108,滑套108设置在机架5内底部,活塞缸104顶部设置顶杆106,顶杆106顶部设置推板105,驱动电机103通过连接线与控制箱2电性连接,控制箱2设置在机架5一侧表面。
本实用新型中,首先将布料依次穿过第一导向杆6、两组张紧杆7以及第二导向杆3,然后运行驱动电机103,驱动电机103带动曲轴102转动,曲轴102转动带动连杆110转动并移动,连杆110带动活塞缸104在滑套108内往复移动,活塞缸104带动顶杆106往复移动,顶杆106带动推板105往复移动,推板105往复移动推动布料不停振动,布料上粘附的粉尘与布料进行分离。
在一个可选的实施例中,推板105上侧面上设置多组顶块107,多组顶块107等距排布在推板105上侧面上。
需要说明的是,推板105移动带动顶块107移动,顶块107推动布料振动,能够进一步提高布料的振动效果。
在一个可选的实施例中,连杆110一端通过铰轴与曲轴102铰接,连杆110另一端通过铰轴与耳板109铰接。
需要说明的是,能够保证连杆110转动时的稳定性。
在一个可选的实施例中,吸尘组件4包括吸尘罩401以及吸尘管402,吸尘罩401设置在机架5内顶部,吸尘管402设置在吸尘罩401顶部,且吸尘管402一端延伸至吸尘箱404内,吸尘箱404设置在机架5一侧表面,吸尘管402上设置吸尘风机403,吸尘箱404内设置过滤板411,过滤板411下侧的吸尘箱404底部设置集尘盒412,吸尘风机403通过连接线与控制箱2电性连接,过滤板 411向上与水平面呈60°-80°夹角布置。

在一个可选的实施例中,吸尘箱404内一侧设置主输水管405,主输水管405一端设置分流管406,分流管406上设置多组喷淋头407,分流管406下侧的吸尘箱404内设置集水盒410,主输水管405一端与外部输水设备相连接。
需要说明的是,外部输水设备将除尘用水输送至主输水管405内,主输水管405将除尘用水输送至分流管406,喷淋头407将除尘用水进行喷洒,除尘用水对粉尘进行二次处理,集水盒410能够对除尘用水进行收集。
在一个可选的实施例中,吸尘箱404一侧表面设置排气管408,排气管408内设置除雾器409。
需要说明的是,除雾器409能够对空气进行除湿。
