- 카테터 하우징,상기 하우징의 둘레방향으로 소정 폭 내에 기 설정된 간격을 두고 링 타입으로 배치되며, 신장의 표적 신경 영역에 상기 신경의 반응을 탐지하기 위한 신경 자극 신호를 방사하는 탐지 전극과 신장의 표적 신경을 절제하도록 신경절제 RF 신호를 방사하는 가열 전극을 구비한 링형 전극부,상기 신경 자극 신호 및 신경절제 RF 신호를 생성하도록 하는 제어신호를 생성하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신장의 신경제거 카테터.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 링형 전극부는,상기 탐지 전극과 가열 전극이 서로 교차 반복되면서 적어도 3개의 섹터로 분할하여 각각 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신장의 신경제거 카테터.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,스캔 탐지 제어신호를 생성하며, 표적 신경의 반응 민감도에 따라 상기 카테터의 위치 또는 상기 신경 자극 신호의 주파수를 변경하도록 하는 표적 스캔 모드부,상기 탐지 전극의 상기 신경 자극 신호 방사에 따른 상기 신경의 반응에 대한 감지신호를 외부로부터 전송받아 상기 표적 신경의 절제 부위를 결정하는 표적부위 판단부,상기 표적부위 판단부의 절제 부위 판단에 따라 신경절제 제어신호를 생성하는 신경절제 모드부,상기 표적 스캔 모드부 및 신경절제 모드부의 모드 전환을 제어하는 모드 설정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신장의 신경제거 카테터.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 표적 스캔 모드부는,제1,2 탐지 전극을 쌍으로 하여 제1,2 신경 자극 신호를 표적 신경에 방사하도록 함으로써 상기 제1,2 탐지 전극의 사이에 배치된 제1 가열 전극과 인접한 신경의 반응을 탐지하도록 하는 제1 표적 스캔 모드부,제2,3 탐지 전극을 쌍으로 하여 상기 제1,2 신경 자극 신호를 표적 신경에 방사하도록 함으로써 상기 제2,3 탐지 전극의 사이에 배치된 제2 가열 전극과 인접한 신경의 반응을 탐지하도록 하는 제2 표적 스캔 모드부,제1,3 탐지 전극을 쌍으로 하여 상기 제1,2 신경 자극 신호를 표적 신경에 방사하도록 함으로써 상기 제1,3 탐지 전극의 사이에 배치된 제3 가열 전극과 인접한 신경의 반응을 탐지하도록 하는 제3 표적 스캔 모드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신장의 신경제거 카테터.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 제1,2 신경 자극 신호 각각은,한 주기 동안 양의 전류와 음의 전류가 교차 반복되는 전류 펄스 신호로서,제1 주기의 전류 펄스 신호는 양의 전류가 먼저 생성되고 음의 전류가 뒤이어 생성되며, 제2 주기의 전류 펄스 신호는 음의 전류가 먼저 생성되고 양의 전류가 뒤이어 생성되며,제1 주기 및 제2 주기의 전류 펄스 신호가 주기적으로 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신장의 신경제거 카테터.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 제2 신경 자극 신호는 상기 제1 신경 자극 신호의 방전 구간에 표적 신경에 방사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신장의 신경제거 카테터.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,상기 링형 전극부는,상기 카테터 하우징의 길이방향을 따라 소정 간격을 두고 복수로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신장의 신경제거 카테터.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,복수의 링형 전극부는,각 링형 전극부에 배치된 가열 전극 및 탐지 전극의 위치가 서로 동일하지 않도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신장의 신경제거 카테터.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,상기 모드 설정부는,상기 링형 전극부를 고정한 상태에서 표적 신경을 탐지하고 절제하는 탐지 절제 고정 모드부,상기 링형 전극부를 신장 혈관을 따라 이동시켜 표적 신경을 탐지하고 절제하도록 함으로써 신경 절제 영역을 분산시키도록 하는 탐지 절제 이동 모드부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신장의 신경제거 카테터.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 표적 스캔 모드부의 제어신호에 따라 전류 펄스 신호를 생성하여 상기 탐지 전극으로 전송함으로써 표적 신경의 반응을 탐지하도록 하는 신경자극 주파수 생성부,상기 신경절제 모드부의 제어신호에 따라 상기 신경절제 RF 주파수를 생성하여 상기 가열 전극으로 전송함으로써 표적 신경을 절제하도록 하는 신경절제 주파수 생성부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신장의 신경제거 카테터.
