Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation (100) pour la fabrication de produits laminaires pliés ou entrepliés en papier, en particulier des paquets de serviettes de table, de mouchoirs en papier, d'essuie-tout ou de produits similaires. L'installation (100) comprend une station de compression (10) équipée d'un dispositif de déplacement (40) pour déplacer le long d'une direction d'avance prédéterminée (150) au moins un empilement (50) de produits laminaires pliés ou entrepliés en papier. L'installation (100) fournit, en outre, un dispositif de compression (30a, 30b) agencé pour se déplacer entre une configuration de repos, dans laquelle l'empilement (50) peut être positionné au niveau du dispositif de compression, et une configuration de compression, dans laquelle le dispositif de compression est agencé pour appliquer une action de compression déterminée sur l'empilement (50) de produits laminaires pliés ou entrepliés en papier afin de réduire la hauteur d'une première valeur H1 à une seconde valeur H2, H1 < H2. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de chauffage (70) conçu pour transférer une puissance thermique prédéterminée (Pt) à l'empilement (50) de produits laminaires en papier pliés ou entrepliés, de manière à limiter tout retour élastique de celui-ci à la fin de l'étape de compression.
