Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine d'emballage destinée à emballer des produits en papier mousseline, tels que des serviettes de cuisine et des rouleaux de toilettes, en enroulant une feuille d'enveloppement en papier autour des produits, la machine comprenant : une station d'amenée de produit destiné à grouper et amener, successivement un par un, des groupes de produits constitués d'au moins un produit ; une station d'enveloppement destinée à enrouler les feuilles d'enveloppement autour des groupes de produits ; en aval de la station d'enveloppement, une station de scellement destinée à sceller les feuilles d'enveloppement enroulées autour des groupes de produits, la station de scellement comprenant un canal servant à faire avancer les groupes de produits et une paire d'éléments de scellement disposés à l'opposé l'un de l'autre sur deux côtés du canal, chaque élément de scellement ayant une surface d'étanchéité uniforme constituée d'un matériau du type dans lequel des courants de Foucault peuvent être induits lorsque le matériau est soumis à un changement du champ magnétique, chaque élément de scellement étant entraîné entre au moins deux éléments de retour, les éléments de scellement étant respectivement associés à un dispositif d'induction électromagnétique conçu pour chauffer la surface de scellement jusqu'à une température comprise entre 110 °C et 400° C.
