Description

一种改进的电能表 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电能表技术领域,尤其涉及一种改进的电能表。
背景技术
现有技术中的电能表防窃电功能大都采用如下结构实现,电能表内的PCB板上设有弹性按键,电能表的端盖上设有推顶柱,在端盖与电能表的底壳盖合时,推顶柱穿过电能表的上壳体将按键按下,以使电能表中的防窃电电路对应模块导通,为控制模块提供正常工作信号,端盖打开时推顶柱解除对按键的推顶作用,按键复位,防窃电电路的对应模块断开,为控制模块提供窃电信号,判断存在存在窃电。
但该结构存在一个问题,弹性按键在长时间使用后,容易出现无法复位的问题,也即当发生窃电事件,端盖被打开时电能表不能发出窃电信号,从而导致电能表防窃电功能失效。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种即使在长时间使用后防窃电结构仍能正常工作的改进的电能表。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种改进的电能表,包括底壳、设置在底壳中的PCB板、盖合在底壳上的表盖和端盖,所述PCB板上设置有按下后可复位的按键,所述端盖内壁上设有在端盖与底壳盖合时将按键按下而在端盖打开时与按键相脱离的推顶柱,其特征在于:
所述按键与推顶柱之间设有在端盖打开时为按键的复位提供复位力的连接组件。
进一步的,所述连接组件包括设置在按键上的连接孔以及设置在推顶柱上的连接柱,或者包括设置在推顶柱上的连接孔以及设置在按键上的连接柱;
所述连接柱可插入连接孔中,并在端盖打开时通过连接柱与连接孔的配合作用带动按键复位,之后从连接孔中脱离。
进一步的,所述连接柱与连接孔过盈配合。
进一步的,所述连接孔中设有限位槽,所述连接柱上设有可卡设在限位槽中的限位环。
进一步的,所述连接柱的自由端设置有方便插入连接孔的第一倒角。
进一步的,所述连接孔的外端设有方便连接柱插入的第二倒角。
进一步的,所述推顶柱四周设有多个沿推顶柱长度方向延伸的加强筋。
进一步的,所述加强筋与端盖的连接位置处设置有加强块。
进一步的,所述按键包括按键套、设置在按键套端部且靠近PCB板一侧的弹性复位件、设置在弹性复位件上的在弹性复位件被按压时与PCB板上的对应位置相连通的导电片以及设置在弹性复位件上并可由推顶柱推顶的按键柱,所述连接柱或连接孔设置在按键柱上。
进一步的,所述导电片采用碳膜片制成,所述弹性复位件由硅胶制成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:采用本申请的结构设计,在连接组件的作用下,能实现当打开表盖时,推顶柱会对按键施加一个复位作用力,使得按键即使在自身复位功能失效的状况下,也能在推顶柱提供的复位作用力下正常复位,确保电能表的防窃电功能正常工作,从而确保电能表的防窃电功能。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本实用新型的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本实用新型,而不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
如图1至6为本实用新型的优选实施例的结构示意图,如图所示,该种改进的电能表包括底壳1、设置在底壳1中的PCB板2、盖合在底壳1上的表盖3和的端盖4,PCB板2上设置有按下后可复位的按键5,端盖4内壁上设有在端盖4与底壳1盖合时将按键5按下而在端盖4打开时与按键5相脱离的推顶柱41,按键5与推顶柱41之间设有在端盖4打开时为按键5的复位提供复位力的连接组件。端盖4盖合时,推顶柱41推顶按键5使按键5被按下,布设在PCB板2上的防窃电电路的相应模块导通,为电能表的控制模块提供没有窃电事件发生的正常工作信号,当端盖4打开时,在连接组件的作用下,为按键5提供一个复位外力使按键5复位,也即按键5与PCB板上的对应电 路分离,使得对应模块不导通,在这种设计下,即使按键5自身的复位功能失效,按键5也能在连接组件的复位力作用下正常复位,从而使得电能表的防窃电功能长期有效。
具体而言,连接组件包括设置在按键5上的连接孔51以及设置在推顶柱41上的连接柱42,当然,连接组件也可以是在推顶柱41上的连接孔以及设置在按键上的连接柱(由于该种设置与前一结构的区别只是连接柱和连接孔换了位置,其他结构一样,故而附图中未示出该中设置方式)。但需要说明的是,不论以何种设置方式,连接柱42均可插入连接孔51中,并在端盖4打开时通过连接柱42与连接孔51的配合作用带动按键5复位,之后连接柱42从连接孔51中脱离。
作为一种优选实施例,连接柱42与连接孔51采用过盈配合的连接方式,在端盖4打开时,连接柱42与连接孔51间的过盈配合作用会形成较大摩擦力,进而带动按键5复位,而当打开端盖4的外力大于连接柱42与连接孔51间的摩擦力时,连接柱42与连接孔51脱离,端盖4可以顺利的被取下。
作为另一种优选实施例,连接孔51中设有限位槽52,连接柱42上设有可卡设在限位槽52中的限位环43。端盖4打开时,在限位环43与限位槽52的作用下,为按键5复位提供一个复位力,其原理与过盈配合相似,不在此赘述。
需要说明的是,如果推顶柱41上设置连接柱42时,连接柱42可以与推顶柱41为同一柱体(附图中所示),也可以是成型在推顶柱41端部直径小于推顶柱41的柱体,或者设置为其它形式。
在本实施例中,连接柱42的自由端设置有方便插入连接孔51的第一倒角44。同时,为了进一步方便连接柱42插入连接孔51中,连接孔51的外端设有第二倒角53。
为了提高推顶柱41的稳定性,防止歪斜变形,推顶柱41四周设有多个沿推顶柱41长度方向延伸的加强筋45。作为一种优选,为了进一步提高推顶柱41的稳定性,加强筋45与端盖4的连接位置处设置有加强块46。
在本实施例中,按键5包括按键套54、设置在按键套54端部且靠近PCB板2一侧的弹性复位件55、设置在弹性复位件55上的在弹性复位件55被按压时与PCB板2上的对应位置相连通的导电片56以及设置在弹性复位件55上并可由推顶柱41推顶的按键柱57,按键5上的连接柱或连接孔51设置在按键柱57上,需要说明的是,如果按键柱57上设置连接柱时,连接柱可以与按键柱57为同一柱体,也可以是成型在按键柱57端部且直径小于按键柱57的柱体,或者设置为其它形式。
作为一种优选,导电片56采用碳膜片制成,弹性复位件55由硅胶制成。具体而言,弹性复位件55为由硅胶材料制成的锥型,并且靠近PCB板2的一端直径大于远离PCB板2一端的直径,导电片56设置在弹性复位件55远离PCB板2的一端。当然,弹性复位件55也可以采用复位弹簧等。本申请的按键套54也可以由硅胶材料制成。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,本领域技术人员可以理解:在不脱离 本实用新型的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变形,本实用新型的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种改进的电能表,包括底壳(1)、设置在底壳(1)中的PCB板(2)、盖合在底壳(1)上的表盖(3)和端盖(4),所述PCB板(2)上设置有按下后可复位的按键(5),所述端盖(4)内壁上设有在端盖(4)与底壳(1)盖合时将按键(5)按下而在端盖(4)打开时与按键(5)相脱离的推顶柱(41),其特征在于:
    所述按键(5)与推顶柱(41)之间设有在端盖(4)打开时为按键(5)的复位提供复位力的连接组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的改进的电能表,其特征在于:
    所述连接组件包括设置在按键(5)上的连接孔(51)以及设置在推顶柱(41)上的连接柱(42)或者包括设置在推顶柱(41)上的连接孔以及设置在按键上的连接柱;
    所述连接柱(42)可插入连接孔(51)中,并在端盖(4)打开时通过连接柱(42)与连接孔(51)的配合作用带动按键(5)复位,之后从连接孔(51)中脱离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的改进的电能表,其特征在于:
    所述连接柱(42)与连接孔(51)过盈配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的改进的电能表,其特征在于:
    所述连接孔(51)中设有限位槽(52),所述连接柱(42)上设有可卡设在限位槽(52)中的限位环(43)。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4任一权利要求所述的改进的电能表,其特征在于:
    所述连接柱(42)的自由端设置有方便插入连接孔(51)的第一倒角(44)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的改进的电能表,其特征在于:
    所述连接孔(51)的外端设有方便连接柱(42)插入的第二倒角(53)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的改进的电能表,其特征在于:
    所述推顶柱(41)四周设有多个沿推顶柱(41)长度方向延伸的加强筋(45)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的改进的电能表,其特征在于:
    所述加强筋(45)与端盖(4)的连接位置处设置有加强块(46)。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的改进的电能表,其特征在于:
    所述按键(5)包括按键套(54)、设置在按键套(54)端部且靠近PCB板(2)一侧的弹性复位件(55)、设置在弹性复位件(55)上的在弹性复位件(55)被按压时与PCB板(2)上的对应位置相连通的导电片(56)以及设置在弹性复位件(55)上并可由推顶柱(41)推顶的按键柱(57),所述连接柱或连接孔(51)设置在按键柱(57)上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的改进的电能表,其特征在于:
    所述导电片(56)采用碳膜片制成,所述弹性复位件(55)由硅胶制成。
