- the power generator 1 may be of any type as long as it is used in a grid-connectable power generation system.
- a power generation device such as a solar battery whose power generation amount is likely to change depending on the external environment such as weather conditions is suitable.
- the power generation system 100 includes a plurality of power generation devices 1 (1a, 1b, . . . , 1n) and a plurality of power generation control devices 2 (2a, 2b, . and Elements represented by subscripts such as “a, b, . . . , n” may be omitted.
- the notation of each power plant 1 denotes the meaning of each power plant 1a, 1b, .
- one power generation device 1 is a solar cell
- one power generation device 1 (eg 1a) is composed of a plurality of solar cell panel units or arrays.
- One power generation unit is composed of one power generation device and one power generation control device 2 that controls this power generation device.
- the power generation capacity of each power generation device 1 and the control capacity (capacity) of each power generation control device 2 may not be the same. For example, installation conditions, manufacturers, use conditions, accumulated years of use, etc. may be different. Furthermore, the power generation amounts of the power generators 1 are not the same, and the outputs of the power generation control devices 2 are usually different due to differences in sunshine conditions and the like. In this way, the output power from each power generation control device 2 depends on individual differences in the power generation capacity of the power generation device 1 itself, ambient environmental conditions such as the amount of sunshine and temperature, installation location, and time. 2 shows a different temporal transition.
- the power generation control device 2 converts the DC power into AC power, and individually controls the power generated by the power generation device 1 connected to each power generation control device. Maximize within the range below the specified output command value. For example, if the power generation device 1 is a solar cell, the power generation control device uses a known algorithm such as the MPPT method to control the output so that the maximum power is obtained within the range of the output command value.
- the power receiving and transforming unit 3 connects a plurality of power lines Lb (Lb2a, Lb2b, . , 5b, . . . , 5m (m is the number of loads)).
- the control terminal 6 acquires the power consumption of the load 5 from the power meter 9 via the signal line s9. If a power meter is provided on the commercial power system 4 side, the power consumption may be calculated from the total power generated by the power generation control device and the power from the commercial power system 4 . In normal operation, the measurement terminal 6 may sequentially acquire the output power of each power generation control device via the signal line s2 and repeat the operation of performing necessary control.
- the basic idea of the present invention is to select (pick up) only one or (not all) a plurality of specific power generation control devices, and to individually control the selected power generation control devices.
- the control terminal 6 can calculate the output command value to be sent to each power generation control device and send the output command value at an appropriate timing.
- the power consumption of the load 5 can also be directly measured by the wattmeter 9 provided on the power line L5. However, it may be obtained by calculation from the total amount of power generated by summing the power supplied from the commercial power system 4 and the output power from each power generation control device 2 (however, the problem in this case will be described in the fourth embodiment). do.).
- the term "power consumption” includes the case where there are a plurality of loads 5, but simply means the total power consumption of the individual loads 5 (5a, 5b, . . . , 5m).
- the total power consumption is directly measured using a power meter 9 in order to accurately measure the fluctuating power consumption.
- FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram showing the main functional blocks of the control terminal 6.
- the control terminal 6 includes a hardware configuration necessary for realizing the functional blocks shown in FIG. 2, such as an MPU, clock, memory, and communication interface.
- the control terminal 6 includes a measurement input/output unit 61 for communicating with each power meter 9 connected to the signal line s9, a processing unit 62 (CPU) for performing various arithmetic processing, and an acquired A storage unit 63 for storing power values and the like and a control input/output unit 64 for inputting/outputting signals necessary for control are provided.
- Communication between the control terminal 6 and the power generation control device 2, and between the control terminal 6 and the power meter 9 can be performed by signal lines s2 and s9, respectively.
- the power generated by the power generator 1 is output by the power generation control device 2 as AC power that can be interconnected with the commercial power system 4 .
- the control terminal 6 acquires the output power of each power generation control device via the signal line s2.
- the control terminal 6 can calculate the "total power generation amount" by totaling the output power (actually generated power) from each power generation control device 2 at each time.
- a reverse power relay (RPR) 10 may be further installed on the power line L4 in order to avoid reverse power flow. It is possible to respond to the occurrence of an unexpected failure or other abnormality in the power generation control device or the like.
- each power generation control device determined by the output command value is controlled so that the power supplied to the load 5 does not exceed the power consumption of the load 5. It is necessary to calculate the "total power that can be generated", which is the sum of the upper limits of power, and control the "total power generation” so that it is equal to or less than the "total power that can be generated”.
- the control terminal 6 sends an output command value to each power generation control device 2 to reduce the upper limit of power generation by each power generation control device, thereby strengthening control of power generation.
- the control terminal 6 sends an output command value to each power generation control device 2 to increase the upper limit of power generation that each power generation control device can generate, thereby loosening the power generation control.
- One of the features of this embodiment is that, as described below, in a distributed power generation system composed of a plurality of power generation devices 1 and a plurality of power generation control devices 2, the output command value for each power generation control device is set to The point is that a specific power generation control device is selected according to a fixed algorithm, and the optimum output command value is individually calculated and set for the selected power generation control device, instead of being set uniformly. Therefore, it is theoretically possible to mix different types of power generators (for example, wind power generators, solar power generators, and other power generators).
- the calculation of the total power that can be generated can be determined by a known method.
- the calculated value may be used as the output command value.
- the control terminal 6 controls each power generation control device 2 (2a, 2b, . ), and sends the output command value.
- This output command value is given to each power generation control device as the upper limit value of the power that is allowed to be output by each power generation control device 2. Although it is reflected in the device 2, it does not necessarily mean the actual power generation amount. The timing to be reflected depends on the configuration, specifications, etc. of the power generation control device.
- the actual amount of power generated may not reach the upper limit of the output power specified by the output command value. Specifically, for example, even if the output command value is set so as to output 80% of the rated output, it often happens that the actual power generation amount is less than 50%. In such a case, the grid-connected system compensates for the power shortage from the grid side.
- control terminal 6 it is preferable for the control terminal 6 to control based on the actual power generation amount of each power generation control device 2 so that the total power generation amount is as large as possible.
- control terminal 6 stores a program for executing the control flow in the storage unit 63 , and the processing unit 62 executes the program stored in the storage unit 63 and sends it to each power generation control device 2 . Calculate the output command value for
- the output command value may be defined as a ratio to the rated power, but may also be the power generation upper limit itself.
- the command value is defined as a ratio to the rated power
- a value obtained by multiplying the command value by the rated power is calculated as the power generation upper limit.
- the output command value is an anonymous number between 0 and 1 (0% to 100% when expressed as a percentage).
- the term "output command value" means the power generation upper limit itself, such as 30 kW.
- FIG. 3 is a main flowchart of the second embodiment showing the power generation control method of the power generation system 100 using the control terminal 6 according to the first embodiment.
- 4 and 5 both conceptually show the relationship between the output command value for each power generation control device and the actual generated power when the control is strengthened ((a) case C1-1, (b) case C1-2). It is a diagram.
- FIG. 6 is a conceptual diagram showing the relationship between the output command value for each power generation control device and the actual generated power when the control is weakened ((c) case C1-3). 4 to 6, each dotted line indicates the output command value set in each power generation control device, and each upper end of the hatched area indicates the actual power generated by each power generation control device.
- the transmission of the command value to the power generation control device is performed intermittently.
- t1 t0+ ⁇ t ( ⁇ t is the “sampling interval” in the power generation control system). Note that the sampling interval may not necessarily be constant depending on the control.
- case C1-1 (FIG. 4) and case C1-2 (FIG. 5) will explain control over two power generation control devices 2 (2a, 2b), and case C1-3 (FIG. 6) will explain three power generation control devices. Control for the three power generation control devices 2 (2a, 2b, 2c) will be described. Similar control is possible when the number of power generation control devices is increased.
- the initial value of the output command value of the power generation control device 2 is, for example, the total power that can be generated and the number of power generation control devices. , or other settings may be made. This point also applies to the third embodiment, which will be described later.
- Case C1-1 shown in FIG. 4 is an example in which the output control for the power generation control device is “strengthened”. For example, when the generated power exceeds the consumed power, such as when the power consumption drops sharply, and the conditions for reverse power flow are met, it is executed promptly.
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2a was 80 kW and the actual generated power was 30 kW
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2b was 60 kW and the actual generated power was 30 kW. do. That is, it is assumed that the total power that can be generated is 140 kW (80 kW+60 kW), and the total power generation amount is 60 kW (30 kW+30 kW), which is the total value of the actually generated power.
- a plurality of control devices may be grouped and selected all at once.
- the amount of decrease in the output command value is calculated as 70 kW.
- control was performed to reduce the total power generation from 60 kW to 40 kW while the total power generation capacity was set at 70 kW.
- Step Sa3-1-1) In case of strengthening control- If it is determined in step Sa3 that the total power that can be generated is to be lowered, it is determined that the control needs to be strengthened. In this case, the control terminal 6 sets the amount of decrease in the output command value. In the example of case C1-1, the decrease is 70 kW, so 70 kW is set as the amount of decrease in the output command value. (Step Sa3-1-2) Next, the power generation control device with the maximum "actually generated power" is selected.
- Step Sa3-1-4 It is determined whether or not the output command value reduction amount of 70 kW has been completely reduced. In case C1-1, the output command value reduction amount of 70 kW was able to be reduced entirely in step Sa3-1-3, so the determination result of target attainment becomes Yes, and the process returns to step Sa1.
- case C1-2 shown in FIG. 5 is a case in which the output control for the power generation control device is “strengthened”, but unlike case C-1, the decrease in total power generation is large. , the processing cannot be completed with only one power generation control device.
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2a is 80 kW and the actual generated power is 30 kW
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2b is 60 kW.
- the generated power is 30 kW. That is, it is assumed that the total power that can be generated is 140 kW (80 kW+60 kW), and the total power generation amount is 60 kW (30 kW+30 kW), which is the total value of the actually generated power.
- the amount of decrease in the output command value is calculated as 90 kW.
- a certain 10 kW is stored as a new output command value decrease amount.
- the first selected power generation control device alone does not reach the target reduction range, so the unachieved amount is the power generation control device with the next smaller actual generated power or the other that was not selected earlier.
- the output command value of the power generation control device is changed.
- step Sa1 to steps Sa3 are the same as in case C1-1, so they are omitted.
- Step Sa3-1-1) -In case of strengthening control- In the example of case C1-2, 90 kW (140 kW-50 kW) is set as the amount of decrease in the output command value.
- Step Sa3-1-2 the power generation control device with the maximum actual generated power is selected. In the example of case C1-2, since the power generation control devices 2a and 2b have the same actual power generation, one of them is selected according to a predetermined rule. Here, it is assumed that the power generation control device 2a is selected.
- step Sa3-1-5 a power generation control device for applying the target shortfall is selected.
- the power generation control device with the second largest actual generated power is selected.
- the power generation control function 2a Since it has been selected, the power generation control device 2b, which was not previously selected, is selected here. After that, step Sa3-1-3 is executed.
- Weakening Control Case C1-3 shown in FIG. 6 is an example of "weakening" the output control for the power generation control device. For example, it is executed when the generated power falls below the consumed power, such as when the power consumption suddenly "increases".
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2a is 30 kW and the actual generated power is 30 kW
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2b is 60 kW and the actual generated power is 30 kW
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2c is 30 kW and the actual generated power is 30 kW. That is, it is assumed that the total power that can be generated is 120 kW (30 kW+60 kW+30 kW), and the total power generation amount is 90 kW (30 kW+30 kW+30 kW), which is the total value of the actually generated power.
- the output command value increase amount is calculated as 30 kW.
- the output command value means "maximum power that can be generated", that is, the output upper limit value of the power generation control device. Therefore, when the weather conditions are sufficiently favorable, the maximum power can be output, but conversely, when the weather conditions are not sufficiently favorable, the maximum power specified by the output command value is set as the upper limit, and the maximum power output is less than that. power output.
- the power generation control device 2a newly sets Assume that 40 kW, which is smaller than 60 kW defined by the output command value set, is output. At this time, the total power generation amount is calculated as 100 kW (40 kW+30 kW+30 kW) because it is obtained as the sum of the power generation amounts of the power generation control devices 2a, 2b and 2c.
- the total value of the output command values of each power generation control device will increase from 120 kW (30 kW+60 kW+30 kW) to, for example, 150 kW (60 kW+60 kW+30 kW). (I say "for example” because it affects weather conditions.)
- due to the increase in the output command value which is the upper limit of the generated power, it becomes possible to generate a larger amount of power when the weather conditions are met.
- control was performed to increase the total power generation from 90 kW to 100 kW while the total power generation capacity was set to 150 kW.
- step Sa1 to step Sa3 are the same as in case C1-1, so they are omitted.
- Step Sa3-2-1 When weakening the control- In the example of case C1-3, 30 kW (150 kW-120 kW) is set as the output command value increase amount.
- Step Sa3-2-2) Next, the power generation control device with the smallest "actually generated power" is selected. In the example of case C1-3, since the power generation control devices 2a, 2b, and 2c all have the same actual power generation, one of them is selected according to a predetermined rule. Here, it is assumed that the power generation control device 2a is selected.
- Step Sa3-2-4 It is determined whether or not the output command value increase amount (30 kW) has been reduced completely. In case C1-3, the output command value increase amount (30 kW) can be all increased in step Sa3-2-3, and there is no target unattained amount remaining, so the determination result of target attainment is Yes, and step Sa1 will return to Incidentally, if there remains an unattained output exceeding the rated output and the determination result of target attainment is No, step Sa3-2-5 is executed to perform the same processing for the unattained output.
- step Sa3-2-1 is a step that proceeds to "when the total power that can be generated has not decreased" in step Sa3.
- the power generation control device to be controlled is selected by focusing on "change in total power generation capacity" instead of "actual power generation", and the difference in total power generation capacity between cycles is calculated. It was applied to the power generation control device selected as the change amount of the output command value. In this case, as a result of not considering the actual power generation amount of each power generation control device, although it is effective in suppressing the reverse power flow, power generation is somewhat suppressed as a whole.
- the third embodiment shows a control method that is further improved over the second embodiment.
- the present invention presents a method of further suppressing a decrease in power generation efficiency as compared with the embodiment.
- the configuration of the power generation system 100 is similar to that of the first embodiment.
- FIG. 7 is a main flowchart of the third embodiment showing the power generation control method of the power generation system 100 using the control terminal 6 according to the first embodiment.
- FIG. 8 is a conceptual diagram showing the relationship between the output command value for each power generation control device and the actual generated power when the control is strengthened ((d) case C2-1).
- FIG. 9 is a conceptual diagram showing the relationship between the output command value for each power generation control device and the actual generated power when the control is strengthened (when the total power that can be generated is decreased).
- 10 and 11 are conceptual diagrams showing the relationship between the output command value for each power generation control device and the actual generated power when the control is weakened (when the total power that can be generated is increased).
- each dotted line indicates the output command value set in each power generation control device, and each upper end of the hatched area indicates the actual generated power.
- FIG. 9 is a conceptual diagram showing the relationship between the output command value for each power generation control device and the actual generated power when the control is strengthened ((e) case C2-2).
- 10 and 11 are conceptual diagrams showing the relationship between the output command value for each power generation control device and the actual generated power when the control is weakened ((f) case C2-3).
- each dotted line indicates the output command value set in each power generation control device, and each upper end of the hatched area indicates the actual generated power.
- case C2-1 (FIG. 8) and case C2-2 (FIG. 9) describe the control of the two power generation control devices 2 (2a, 2b), and case C2-3 (FIGS. 10 and 11).
- case C2-3 (FIGS. 10 and 11).
- ) describes the control for the three power generation control devices 2 (2a, 2b, 2c), but similar control is possible when the number of power generation control devices is increased.
- the initial value of the output command value of the power generation control device 2 is, for example, the total power that can be generated and the number of power generation control devices. , or other settings may be made. This point is the same as the second embodiment described above.
- All the power generation control devices are operating below their respective set output command values (Sb3-2) III.
- the power generation control devices 2a and 2b are both operating at actual generated power smaller than the output command value (condition II.).
- control command value is not changed, and the total power generation amount is maintained as it is. Details of the operation when the determination result in step Sb3-3 is No, that is, "the amount of power generation is increasing" will be described in detail in (f) case C3-3.
- Strengthening Control Case C2-2 shown in FIG. 9 is an example of "strengthening" the output control for the power generation control device. For example, when the generated power exceeds the consumed power, such as when the power consumption suddenly “falls", and the conditions for reverse power flow are met, it is executed promptly.
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2a is 80 kW and the actual generated power is 30 kW
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2b is 60 kW and the actual generated power is 30 kW. That is, it is assumed that the total power that can be generated by the power generation system 100 is 140 kW (80 kW+60 kW), and the total power generation amount is 60 kW (30 kW+30 kW), which is the total value of the output command values.
- control was performed to reduce the total power generation from 140 kW to 50 kW while the total power generation capacity was set to 50 kW.
- step Sb1 to step Sb3 are the same as in case C2-1, so they are omitted.
- the control terminal 6 sets the amount of decrease in the output command value. In the example of case C2-2, the amount of decrease in the output command value is set to 10 kW (60 kW-50 kW).
- Step Sb3-1-2 Next, the power generation control device with the maximum "actually generated power" is selected. In the example of case C2-2, the power generation control device 2a is selected.
- Step Sb3-1-4 It is determined whether or not the reduction amount target value of 10 kW has been completely reduced. In case C1-2, the output command value reduction amount of 10 kW can be reduced in step Sa3-1-3, and the target shortfall is 0 kW. Return to Sb3-1.
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2a is 30 kW and the actual generated power is 30 kW
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2b is 60 kW and the actual power generation
- the power is 40 kW
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2c is 30 kW
- the actual generated power is 30 kW. That is, assume that the total power that can be generated by the power generation system 100 is 120 kW (30 kW + 60 kW + 30 kW), and the total power generation is 100 kW (30 kW + 40 kW + 30 kW), which is the total value of the actual power generation.
- the output command value newly set in the power generation control device 2a is only the upper limit value, and the actual power generation amount may be less than the new output command value (80 kW).
- the total power that can be generated is set to 150 kW
- whether or not the amount of power generation actually increases depends on weather conditions, and the timing at which it is reflected will be after the next cycle.
- step Sb3-2 determines whether the "weaken control" step (Sb3-2-1) is executed.
- Step Sb3-2-1 The control terminal 6 sets the output command value increase amount.
- a value increase of 50 kW (150 kW-100 kW) is set.
- Step Sb3-2-2) Next, the power generation control device with the smallest "output command value" is selected.
- at least one power generation control device For example, select 2a).
- Step Sb3-2-4 It is determined whether or not the 50 kW, which was the increase target value, was all increased. In case C2-3, in step Sb3-2-3, the output command value increase amount of 50 kW can be all increased, and the target shortfall is 0 kW. It returns to Sb1.
- FIG. 12 is a table showing patterns of items used for power generation control device selection and output command value calculation values when control is strengthened and when control is weakened in the third embodiment.
- the selection of the power generation control device differs when the power generation control device is selected, but when the output command value is calculated, the control is strengthened.
- the output command value for the next cycle is calculated on the basis of the actual generated power in both the case where the control is weakened.
- fine-tuned power generation control for each power generation control device can improve the power generation efficiency of the entire system and improve the service life of the system. The number of years can be extended or made. It should be noted that the algorithms described in each embodiment in this specification are merely examples, and if equivalent power generation control is performed as a result, it is understood that they are included in the technical scope of the present patent invention.
- power generation control includes control to reduce the amount of power generation (first control) for the purpose of "avoiding reverse power flow” and control to reduce the amount of power generated by the power generation equipment to reduce the amount of power to be purchased from the power company.
- first control is essential control for avoiding the occurrence of reverse power flow, and if this control is lost, the emergency device will operate and power generation will stop.
- second control is a "more preferable" control, and even if the increase in the amount of power generation is delayed due to a time lag, the opportunity to take advantage of the performance of the power generation device will be lost, and it will not lead to a serious situation in which power generation stops. do not have. Therefore, the first control should be emphasized among the two controls, and a control that increases the power generation amount (total power generation amount) of the power generation device while avoiding the reverse power flow is required. Therefore, in this embodiment, the following three rules are applied.
- Rule 1 makes it possible to obtain fluctuations in generated power as quickly as possible and bring the calculated power consumption (system power + generated power) closer to the actual power consumption value. Also, rule 2 makes it possible to improve the accuracy of power consumption calculation. Rule 3 assumes, for example, insufficient solar radiation and failure of power generation equipment. In such a case, an attempt is made to obtain generated power with maximum efficiency by increasing the output of another power generation control device. However, when the amount of solar radiation increases thereafter, the output of the power generation control device, which is diverging, increases, so power generation exceeds the power that can be generated, and as a result, the reverse power relay (RPR) 10 and threshold control work. become.
- RPR reverse power relay
- the control terminal 6 is configured to calculate the power consumption based on the measured value of the grid power and the total generated power of the output power of each power generation device acquired from the power generation control device 2 .
- 13A to 13C show changes in the calculated value of power consumption calculated as the sum of system power, generated power, output command value, and system power and generated power when Rules 1 to 3 are applied. is a table showing However, in each table of FIG. 13, actual measured values of power consumption are displayed for comparison, but it is assumed that the measured values of power consumption described here cannot be used for power generation control.
- FIG. 13A is a flow chart for explaining the flow for determining the output command value in this embodiment in order to explain the control to which rule 1 is applied in chronological order.
- a downward arrow in the table means that the value of the previous step is maintained.
- Step 1 The control terminal 6 acquires the measured value of the grid power and the measured value of the output power from the power generation control device 2 . Also, the power consumption is calculated from the measured value of the grid power and the measured value of the output power from the power generation control device 2 . The control terminal 6 calculates an output command value increase amount or an output command value decrease amount from the calculated power consumption to the output command value, and outputs it to the power generation control device 2 .
- the measured value of the system power is 10 kW
- the measured value of the output power from the power generation control device 2 is 40 kW
- the output command value of the power generation control device 2 at this time is, for example, 40 kW (actually generated power is 40 kW or less).
- Step 2 It is assumed that the control terminal 6 acquires 20 kW as the measured value of the system power from the power meter provided on the commercial power system 4 side. At this point, the control terminal 6 recognizes that the grid power has increased by 10 kW.
- Step 4 The control terminal 6 calculates the output command value for the power generation control device 2 in the next cycle based on the calculated power consumption (60 kW). In this case, it is determined that it is necessary to "weaken the control" because the power consumption increases, and the above-described embodiment is applied to increase the total power that can be generated. Specifically, with the output command value for the selected power generation control device 2 as a starting point, the increase amount of the output command value is calculated.
- the output command value increase amount is +10 kW
- a new output command value of 50 kW obtained by adding the output command value increase amount (+10 kW) to the output command value (40 kW) of one cycle before is used as the output command value in the next cycle. It is transmitted to the power generation control device 2 .
- Step 5 The grid power changed from 20 to 10 in step 4 ⁇ step 5, but according to rule 2-1, this is regarded as an effect of control, and the output command value is not recalculated.
- the generated power is assumed to be 50 kW as a provisional generated power because it is necessary for calculating power consumption.
- Step 6 When non-temporary generated power is acquired from the power generation control device 2, the output command value for the next cycle is recalculated based on the power consumption of 60 kW. That is, in this step, the control terminal 6 acquires the generated power from the power generation control device 2, and since it was confirmed that the generated power is 50 kW, it recalculates the output command value, and the power consumption is the grid power ( 10 kW) is calculated as 60 kW.
- steps 1, 2, 3, etc. of FIG. 13A on the premise that a sufficient amount of sunshine is obtained, an example in which the output power from the power generation control device 2 and the output command value match is given. However, the two do not necessarily match, and the output power from the power generation control device 2 becomes equal to or less than the output command value.
- Step 2 For the example shown in FIG. 13B, each step will be described in order of the control flow. Steps 1 to 5 are the same as those of the first embodiment, and therefore are omitted. Step 6: Here, it is assumed that the control terminal 6 detects that the measured value of the grid power has changed from 20 kW to 15 kW (decreased by 5 kW) through the wattmeter provided on the commercial power grid side. With only this information, it is not possible to know whether the power consumption has decreased by 5 kW or the generated power has increased by 5 kW. However, since the change in the output command value increased by 10 kW from 40 kW to 50 kW, even if the generated power increased by 5 kW, it would not reach the 10 kW increase in the output command value.
- Step 7 Assume that the control terminal 6 detects that the measured value of the grid power has changed from 15 kW to 10 kW (further decreased by 5 kW) through the power meter provided on the commercial power grid side. The grid power has decreased by 10 kW in total from the time of step 2. Generated power is not finalized until it can be measured, and is maintained in a “provisional state”.
- Step 8 As in step 8 of pattern 1, the generated power is measured and found to be 50 kW, so the power consumption is calculated to be 60 kW.
- Step 3 For the example shown in FIG. 13C, each step will be described in the order of the control flow. Steps 1 to 5 are the same as those of the first embodiment, and therefore are omitted. Step 6: The control terminal 6 recognizes that the measured value of the grid power has changed from 20 kW to 5 kW (that is, decreased by 15 kW). With only this information, it is not possible to know whether the power consumption has decreased by 15 kW or the generated power has increased by 15 kW. However, the decrease in grid power (15 kW) is greater than the increase (that is, 10 kW) from the generated power in step 4 set in step 5 to the provisional generated power of 50 kW in step 5, so the generated power increases by 15 kW. is impossible (maximum increase is only 10 kW).
- control terminal 6 determines that the generated power has increased by 10 kW (reached the tentative generated power of 50 kW) and the power consumption has decreased by 5 kW. At the same time, if the downward trend in power consumption continues, there is a risk that power consumption will drop further from the current state and reverse power flow will occur. Recalculate (Rule 2-2).
- Step 7 Recalculate the output command value and set the output command value to 45 kW.
- step 6 it can be determined that the power consumption has decreased by 5 kW, so the output command value is lowered to 45 kW and transmitted while the temporary generated power remains at 50 kW.
- Step 8 In response to the output command value transmitted in step 7, the generated power is changed to 45 kW as “temporary generated power”.
- temporary generated power is used here. The reason why the term “temporary generated power” is used here is that it is not an actually measured value but a temporary generated power that is used only for calculating power consumption.
- Step 9 The control terminal 6 recognizes that the measured value of the grid power has changed from 5 kW to 10 kW (that is, increased by 5 kW). This is the amount of change within 5 kW, which is the amount of change (50 kW ⁇ 45 kW) in the generated power (temporary generated power) from step 7 to step 8, but at this time, the generated power has not yet been measured. It is not finalized and remains in a "temporary state". That is, the same processing as in the previous step (step 8) is performed without recalculating the output command value according to rule 2-1.
- Step 10 As in step 8 of patterns 1 and 2, the control terminal 6 acquires the generated power through the power generation control device 2, confirms that it has not changed from the 45 kW determined in step 9, and confirms that the power consumption is 55 kW, which is the total of 10 kW, is calculated.
- the measured value of the output power from the power generation control device 2 is transmitted to the control terminal 6 at predetermined intervals, that is, at sampling intervals. Therefore, during the sampling interval, the control terminal 6 calculates the output command value using the actual measured value of the grid power according to the flow described above, outputs it to the power generation control device 2, and manages the generated power. .
- a power generation system is a power generation facility equipped with a combination of a plurality of power generation devices and a power generation control device that controls the output of the power generation device, while avoiding reverse power flow while coping with changing power consumption on the load side. It is possible to improve the utilization efficiency of the power generator, which is easily affected by the environment, and the industrial applicability is extremely high.

・時刻t=t0
・時刻t=t1
・時刻t=t0
・時刻t=t1

・時刻t=t0
・時刻t=t1
出力指令値 80kW(※変更しない)、実発電電力 30kW(※維持)
III.
・時刻t=t0
・時刻t=t1
・時刻t=t2
