前記シリンダは、前記流体供給装置から送出された作動流体を前記ピストンに対して軸方向一方側に向けて負荷させる第1受圧室と、前記流体供給装置から送出された作動流体を前記ピストンに対して軸方向他方側に向けて負荷させる第2受圧室と、を有し、
負荷される流体圧の変化に応じて、前記第1受圧室及び前記流体供給装置側を連通させる流路と、前記第2受圧室及び前記流体供給装置側を連通させる流路とを切り換える第1切換弁と、前記第1切換弁に流体圧を負荷する流路を切り換える第2切換弁と、を有し、
前記第2切換弁は復帰手段を有し、前記ピストンのストロークにより移動される動作位置と、前記復帰手段により移動される復帰位置とを往復動可能に設けられ、
前記ピストンと前記第2切換弁とは、互いに独立して移動可能である。
これによれば、第1切換弁、第2切換弁により、流体供給装置から送出された作動流体を第1受圧室内に送出するか、第2受圧室内に送出するかを切り換えることで、ピストンを往復動させることができる。すなわち、流体供給装置からの流体圧を利用して増圧装置を連続駆動させることができる。さらに、ピストンと第2切換弁とが互いに独立した状態で移動する分だけ、ピストンのストロークを増やすことができる。
これによれば、少なくともピストンを所定寸法ストロークさせることができる。
これによれば、ピストンと第2切換弁とは互いに独立した状態で移動可能である。そのため、簡素に構成可能であり、かつ増圧効率の高い複動型の増圧装置を提供することができる。
これによれば、ピストンと第2切換弁とは互いに独立した状態で移動である。そのため、簡素に構成可能であり、かつ増圧効率の高い単動型の増圧装置を提供することができる。
これによれば、ピストンの移動を第2切換弁に伝達するための構成を簡素にすることができる。
これによれば、ピストンを安定して最大ストロークさせることができる。
これによれば、第2切換弁を簡素に構成することができるばかりでなく、バネ定数の小さいバネの採用により小型化することができる。

- 作動流体を送出する流体供給装置と、作動流体を増圧する増圧装置と、を備え、
前記増圧装置は、シリンダと、前記シリンダ内に軸方向に往復動可能に設けられたピストンと、を具備し、前記流体供給装置から送出された作動流体により前記シリンダ内の前記ピストンを押圧することで増圧された作動流体を当該シリンダから送出可能な流体回路であって、
前記シリンダは、前記流体供給装置から送出された作動流体を前記ピストンに対して軸方向一方側に向けて負荷させる第1受圧室と、前記流体供給装置から送出された作動流体を前記ピストンに対して軸方向他方側に向けて負荷させる第2受圧室と、を有し、
負荷される流体圧の変化に応じて、前記第1受圧室及び前記流体供給装置側を連通させる流路と、前記第2受圧室及び前記流体供給装置側を連通させる流路とを切り換える第1切換弁と、前記第1切換弁に流体圧を負荷する流路を切り換える第2切換弁と、を有し、
前記第2切換弁は復帰手段を有し、前記ピストンのストロークにより移動される動作位置と、前記復帰手段により移動される復帰位置とを往復動可能に設けられ、
前記ピストンと前記第2切換弁とは、互いに独立して移動可能である流体回路。 - 前記ピストンは、前記復帰位置に位置している前記第2切換弁に対して所定寸法離間した状態でストローク可能である請求項1に記載の流体回路。
- 前記第1受圧室内に前記流体供給装置から作動流体が送出されることで増圧される第1増圧室と、前記第2受圧室内に前記流体供給装置から作動流体が送出されることで増圧される第2増圧室とを有している請求項1または2に記載の流体回路。
- 前記第2受圧室は、前記第1受圧室に前記流体供給装置から作動流体が送出されることで増圧される増圧室である請求項1または2に記載の流体回路。
- 前記ピストンは、前記第2切換弁に切離可能なロッドを有している請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の流体回路。
- 前記第1切換弁と前記第2切換弁との間の流路には、前記第1切換弁から前記第2切換弁への作動流体の流れを規制可能な絞り部が構成されている請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の流体回路。
- 前記復帰手段は、復帰バネである請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の流体回路。
