The present invention relates to a distribution device, a distribution method, and a distribution program.
Conventionally, a technology for transmitting advertising content to an in-vehicle terminal installed in a vehicle is known. A primarily billing system is disclosed.
However, with the conventional technology described above, there is a problem that it may not be possible to provide advertising content at an appropriate timing that does not cause discomfort to vehicle passengers.
For example, advertising content can be said to be generally unacceptable. In particular, it is often difficult for vehicle passengers to accept advertising content because their mental states are likely to change depending on road conditions, driving conditions, surrounding conditions while driving, and the like. Therefore, when advertising content is provided to vehicle occupants, it is required to provide it at an appropriate timing so as not to cause discomfort.
In the above-described conventional technology, since the advertisement content of the store guidance according to the location of the driver is only provided so that the driver can easily select the store, for example, even if the driver is mentally unstable, the advertisement content Content can be provided. For this reason, in the conventional technology described above, advertising content may be provided at an inappropriate timing for the driver, for example.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a distribution device, a distribution method, and a distribution program capable of providing advertising content at an appropriate timing that does not cause discomfort to vehicle passengers. aim.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an overview of distribution processing according to the embodiment. The distribution process according to the embodiment is realized, for example, by the distribution system 1 shown in FIG. 1, and distributes advertising content to vehicles.
According to the example of FIG. 1, the distribution system 1 includes a terminal device 10, an advertiser device 30, a situation grasping device 60, and a distribution device 100. In addition, each of these devices included in the distribution system 1 is communicably connected by wire or wirelessly via a network.
(About terminal equipment)
The terminal device 10 is an information processing terminal used by passengers of the vehicle. The terminal device 10 may be, for example, a stationary navigation device installed in a vehicle, or a portable terminal device owned by a passenger (for example, a smartphone, a tablet terminal, a notebook PC, a desktop PC, a PDA etc.).
In addition, the terminal device 10 has various output units, and outputs the advertising content distributed from the distribution device 100 from an appropriate output unit. For example, when the advertising content is in text format, image format, or video format, the terminal device 10 displays the advertising content on a display screen, which is an example of an output unit. Further, for example, when the advertising content is in audio format, the terminal device 10 outputs the advertising content by voice from a notification unit (for example, a speaker), which is an example of an output unit.
In the present embodiment, since the destination of the advertising content is the passenger of the vehicle, the advertising content is assumed to be advertising content in audio format (audio advertisement).
Advertising content includes targeting advertisements that target specific people and branding advertisements that are provided to an unspecified number of people for the purpose of publicity, awareness, and recognition. Moreover, some advertisement contents serve as both targeting advertisement and branding advertisement. The advertising content targeted in the distribution process according to the embodiment may be any of these types of advertising content, but in the following embodiments, branding advertising will be described as an example.
(Regarding advertiser equipment)
The advertiser device 30 is an information processing terminal used by advertisers. The advertiser device 30 may be, for example, a smart phone, a tablet terminal, a notebook PC, a desktop PC, a PDA, or the like.
For example, the advertiser device 30 sets various information related to advertisement distribution to the distribution device 100 according to the operation of the advertiser. For example, the advertiser device 30 submits advertising content input by the advertiser to the distribution device 100 . Further, the advertiser device 30 sets the distribution conditions input by the advertiser to the distribution device 100 . Further, the advertiser device 30 receives a billing amount corresponding to the billing processing by the distribution device 100 .
(Regarding the situational awareness device)
The situation grasping device 60 performs analysis processing for grasping the context of the passenger of the vehicle. Although FIG. 1 shows an example in which the situation grasping device 60 is a server device, it may be realized by a cloud system, for example. Further, according to the example of FIG. 1, such analysis processing is performed by the situation comprehension engine E60 mounted on the situation comprehension device 60. FIG.
For example, the situation understanding engine E60 senses the passenger's context based on sensor information obtained from various sensors. The sensor here may be, for example, a sensor provided in a vehicle or a sensor provided in the terminal device 10, and examples thereof include an acceleration sensor, a gyro sensor, a magnetic sensor, a GPS, a camera, a microphone, and the like.
For example, the situation understanding engine E60 can perform the following series of analysis processes. For example, the situation comprehension engine E60 performs sensing based on sensor information obtained from the above sensors, and performs base analysis by using the sensing results as core elements. In the base analysis, the situation understanding engine E60 extracts necessary data using core elements as information sources, and converts and processes the extracted data. Subsequently, the situation understanding engine E60 performs high-order analysis using the converted and processed data. In high-level analysis, the situation understanding engine E60 analyzes specific situations and states based on the converted and processed data. For example, the situational awareness engine E60 analyzes the passenger's context from the converted and processed data.
The following are the contexts grasped by the situation grasping engine E60. For example, the situation comprehension engine E60 can comprehend, as the passenger's context, the context indicating the traveling situation of the vehicle in which the passenger is riding. In addition, the context here includes, for example, the driving condition of the vehicle in which the passenger is riding (for example, whether the vehicle is traveling on a straight road, whether it is on a curve, speed per hour, traffic congestion, etc.). can be included.
Also, for example, the situation comprehension engine E60 can comprehend the context indicating the driving situation of the vehicle by the passenger as the context of the passenger. In addition, the context referred to here may include, for example, the driving situation of the passenger (for example, steering wheel operation, braking operation, etc.).
The situation understanding engine E60 can also estimate the passenger's context from information other than sensor information. For example, the situation understanding engine E60 may estimate the context indicating the psychological state of the passenger from the action history of the passenger using the vehicle. For example, the situation comprehension engine E60 acquires the movement history of the vehicle by accessing the car navigation system corresponding to the terminal device 10, and uses the acquired movement history as the action history of the passenger using the vehicle. can be done. As an example, the situation understanding engine E60 captures the behavioral tendencies of the passenger from the behavior history, and if it can be inferred that the current driving is for the purpose of returning home, the context indicating the psychological state of the passenger is " Sense of liberation" may be estimated.
As another example of estimating the passenger's context from information other than sensor information, the situation understanding engine E60 estimates the context indicating the passenger's psychological state from the destination to which the passenger is heading using the vehicle. may For example, the situation understanding engine E60 detects the destination set by the passenger by accessing the car navigation system corresponding to the terminal device 10, and estimates the context indicating the psychological state of the passenger based on the detected destination. You may As an example, when the situation understanding engine E60 detects that the destination is the workplace, it may estimate "depression" as the context. Further, when the situation grasping engine E60 detects that the destination is a home or a tourist spot, it may estimate "exhilaration" as the context.
(About delivery device)
The distribution device 100 performs distribution processing according to the embodiment. Specifically, the distribution device 100 obtains context information indicating the context of the passenger of the vehicle, and based on the context of the passenger indicated by the obtained context information, the distribution apparatus 100 calculates the degree of acceptance indicating the ease of acceptance of the information by the passenger. (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “acceptance score”). Then, the distribution device 100 distributes the advertising content to the vehicle (specifically, the terminal device 10 corresponding to the vehicle) according to the calculated acceptance score.
In addition, advertisement fees are determined according to the distribution conditions for advertising content. Therefore, the advertiser selects, for example, a distribution condition according to his/her own advertising activity from among the candidates for the distribution condition for which the advertising fee is set. Therefore, the distribution device 100 distributes the advertising content of the advertiser who has set the distribution condition to the passenger's vehicle in the context that satisfies the distribution condition. Further, the distribution apparatus 100 executes charging processing for charging the advertiser with an advertisement fee according to the distribution.
In the present embodiment, distributing the advertising content to the vehicle means controlling output of the terminal device 10 to output the advertising content by voice, or controlling display of the terminal device 10 to display the advertising content. It includes the concept of In addition, the word "passenger" includes the meaning of the driver (driver) who actually drives the vehicle and the passenger (person in the front passenger seat or the back seat) riding in this vehicle. do.
[2. Example of delivery process]
Next, an example of distribution processing according to the embodiment will be described using the example of FIG. FIG. 1 shows a scene in which advertising content is distributed to the terminal device 10 of the vehicle VE1 driven by the passenger U1. Further, FIG. 1 shows an example in which the distribution device 100 receives advertisement distribution settings such as distribution conditions from each of arbitrary advertisers Cx, and charges an advertisement fee corresponding to the distribution conditions to each advertiser Cx. . Note that the delivery conditions referred to here are, for example, delivery conditions according to the ease with which information is accepted by passengers, and the details will be described with reference to FIG. 4 and the like.
In the example of FIG. 1, the terminal device 10 transmits sensor information detected by its own sensor to the situation grasping device 60 at any time (step S11). In addition, in the example of FIG. 1, the vehicle VE1 also transmits sensor information detected by a sensor provided in its own vehicle to the situation grasping device 60 .
When the sensor information transmitted from the terminal device 10 or the vehicle VE1 is acquired, the situation grasping engine E60 of the situation grasping device 60 performs analysis processing for grasping (estimating) the context of the passenger U1 who is driving the vehicle VE1. (step S12). For example, the situation understanding engine E60 performs a series of analysis processes such as sensing using sensor information, base analysis using the sensing results as core elements, and high-order analysis using the data obtained as a result of the base analysis. , to grasp the context of passenger U1.
For example, the situation understanding engine E60 estimates the context indicating the traveling situation of the vehicle VE1 driven by the passenger U1 through analysis processing. For example, the situation understanding engine E60 estimates the context indicating the driving situation of the vehicle VE1 by the passenger U1 through analysis processing.
In addition, the situation understanding engine E60 may estimate the context indicating the psychological state of the passenger U1 using not only the sensor information but also the action history of the passenger U1's actions using the vehicle VE1. Similarly, the situation grasping engine E60 uses not only the sensor information but also the destination to which the passenger U1 is heading using the vehicle VE1 (for example, the route or destination set by the navigation) to determine the status of the passenger U1. A context indicative of a state of mind may be inferred. Of course, the situation understanding engine E60 can also estimate the context indicating the psychological state of the passenger U1 based on the sensor information.
Also, the situation understanding device 60 transmits context information indicating the estimated context to the distribution device 100 (step S13). In such a case, the distribution device 100 acquires context information from the situation grasping device 60 .
When the distribution device 100 acquires the context information, the delivery device 100 performs a score calculation process of calculating an acceptance score, which is a degree of acceptance indicating how easily the information is accepted by the passenger U1, based on the context of the passenger U1 indicated by the acquired context information. (Step S14). For example, based on the context of passenger U1, distribution device 100 estimates the degree of riding comfort that indicates the stability of the psychological state of passenger U1 currently driving vehicle VE1. In other words, the distribution device 100 estimates, based on the context, the degree of riding comfort, which measures how comfortably the passenger U1 is currently riding (driving) the vehicle VE1. Then, the distribution device 100 calculates an acceptability score based on the estimated riding comfort.
For example, the distribution device 100 estimates a higher riding comfort level as the context of the passenger U1 indicates that the psychological state is more stable. As an example, when the context of passenger U1 indicates "traffic jam", distribution device 100 estimates the state of mind of passenger U1 as "frustrated". to estimate Further, for example, when the context of the passenger U1 indicates that the passenger U1 is driving in a straight line at a legal speed with stable steering operation, the distribution device 100 estimates the psychological state of the passenger U1 as "comfortable driving". For example, a ride comfort level higher than a reference value is estimated. Further, for example, when the context of passenger U1 indicates "on the way home on Friday evening", distribution device 100 estimates the psychological state of passenger U1, for example, "feeling of liberation". Estimate high ride comfort.
Here, the distribution device 100 can estimate the comfort level of the ride according to a rule base, for example, using a correspondence table in which the information indicating the psychological state and the comfort level of the ride corresponding to the psychological state are associated with each other. can. On the other hand, the distribution device 100 uses any machine learning technology (for example, a prediction model that outputs a riding comfort level according to the psychological state when information indicating a psychological state is input) to estimate the riding comfort level. good too.
Further, in the present embodiment, the delivery device 100 determines the ride comfort itself as the acceptance score. The acceptance score calculated for drivers may be corrected based on whether the number of drivers is
Subsequently, the distribution device 100 performs advertising processing for distributing the advertising content to the vehicle VE1 according to the calculated acceptance score (step S15). For example, the distribution device 100 performs advertising processing for determining advertising content to be distributed based on the acceptance score calculated for passenger U1. For example, distribution device 100 determines which of the distribution conditions passenger U1 satisfies based on the acceptance score of passenger U1. Then, the distribution device 100 determines the advertisement content of the advertiser who set the distribution condition satisfied by the passenger U1 as the advertisement content to be distributed.
Finally, the distribution device 100 distributes the advertising content to be distributed to the vehicle VE1 of the passenger U1 (step S16). Specifically, the distribution device 100 performs voice output control on the terminal device 10 so that the terminal device 10 of the vehicle VE1 outputs the branding advertisement in voice format, which is the advertisement content to be distributed.
The terminal device 10 notifies the advertising content acquired from the distribution device 100 from the notification unit in accordance with the voice output control from the distribution device 100 .
[3. Configuration of distribution device]
Next, the distribution device 100 according to the embodiment will be described using FIG. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a configuration example of the distribution device 100 according to the embodiment. As shown in FIG. 2 , distribution device 100 includes communication section 110 , storage section 120 and control section 130 .
(Regarding communication unit 110)
The communication unit 110 is implemented by, for example, a NIC. The communication unit 110 is connected to a network by wire or wirelessly, and transmits and receives information to and from the terminal device 10, the advertiser device 30, and the status grasping device 60, for example.
(Regarding storage unit 120)
The storage unit 120 is realized by, for example, a RAM (Random Access Memory), a semiconductor memory device such as a flash memory, or a storage device such as a hard disk or an optical disk. Storage unit 120 has context information database 121 , advertisement fee database 122 , and advertisement information database 123 .
(Regarding the context information database 121)
The context information database 121 stores context information acquired by the distribution device 100 . Here, FIG. 3 shows an example of the context information database 121 according to the embodiment. In the example of FIG. 3, the context information database 121 has items such as "vehicle ID", "number of passengers", "first terminal ID", "second terminal ID", "time", and "context information".
"Vehicle ID" indicates identification information that identifies a vehicle. "Number of passengers" indicates the number of passengers riding in the vehicle identified by the "vehicle ID".
"First terminal ID" indicates identification information that identifies the navigation device (an example of the terminal device 10) installed in the vehicle identified by the "vehicle ID". "Second terminal ID" indicates identification information for identifying a portable terminal device (an example of the terminal device 10) possessed by each passenger riding in the vehicle identified by the "vehicle ID". That is, the "second terminal ID" can be said to be identification information for identifying each passenger riding in the vehicle identified by the "vehicle ID".
"Time" indicates the date and time when "context information" was acquired. In other words, the "time" indicates the date and time when the passenger identified by the "second terminal ID" is in the context indicated by the corresponding "context information". The “context information” is the context of the passenger identified by the “second terminal ID” among the passengers riding in the vehicle identified by the “vehicle ID”, and is the date and time indicated by the “time”. This is information that indicates the context of
For example, in the example of FIG. 3, in the vehicle (vehicle VE1) identified by the vehicle ID "VE1", at the present time of "time TM1" when there are as many passengers as "number of people #1", among such passengers, An example is shown in which the passenger identified by the second terminal ID "10-11" is in a context such as "context information #111".
Further, according to the example of FIG. 3, when there are a plurality of passengers in one vehicle identified by the "vehicle ID", the situation grasping device 60 detects the terminal device 10 identified by the "first terminal ID". Based on the sensor information acquired from, the context may be estimated by regarding the multiple passengers as one passenger. In such a case, the distribution device 100 may calculate an acceptance score for this presumed passenger.
On the other hand, as another example, when there are multiple passengers in one vehicle identified by the "vehicle ID", the situation understanding device 60 obtains from each of the terminal devices 10 identified by the "second terminal ID" For each passenger, the context of the passenger may be estimated based on the sensor information. In this case, the distribution device 100 may calculate an acceptance score for each passenger.
(Regarding the advertising fee database 122)
The advertising rate database 122 stores information regarding advertising rates. Here, FIG. 4 shows an example of the advertisement fee database 122 according to the embodiment. In the advertisement charge database 122 shown in FIG. 4, a "charge rank" is determined for each "distribution condition." In addition, in the example of FIG. 4, the advertisement fee database 122 also has items such as "standard advertisement fee".
"Distribution conditions" are distribution conditions determined according to the acceptability of information by passengers, and are candidate distribution conditions for advertisers to select. According to the example of FIG. 4, the "distribution conditions" include "easy acceptance (equal to or higher than the acceptance score threshold)" and "difficult acceptance (less than the acceptance score threshold)".
"Price rank" indicates the rank of the advertising fee determined according to the "distribution conditions". Further, as shown in FIG. 4, each "price rank" is set with a rate for the "standard advertisement price". The "standard advertisement fee" is the standard amount of the advertisement fee that is charged each time the advertisement content is distributed, and the example of FIG. 4 shows an example of "100 yen/distribution".
The relationship between "distribution conditions", "price rank", and "advertising base amount" will be explained in more detail. In the example of FIG. 4, "Rank B (90%)" is registered for the region specified by the distribution condition "when acceptance is easy" and the "charge rank". In such an example, when it can be determined that the passenger is in a situation where it is easy to accept information according to the acceptance score calculated by the delivery device 100 being equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold, the delivery condition "when acceptance is easy" is set. 2 shows an example in which it is specified that the advertising content of an advertiser who is a member of the passenger's vehicle is to be delivered to the passenger's vehicle. In addition, in this example, from the viewpoint that advertising content distributed when passengers are in a situation where it is easy to accept information is more appealing, a high charge rate of "90%" is set. Here are some examples:
Also, in the example of FIG. 4, "Rank C (50%)" is registered for the area specified by the distribution condition "difficult to accept" and "charge rank". In such an example, when it can be determined that the passenger is in a situation where it is difficult to accept the information according to the acceptance score calculated by the delivery device 100 being less than the predetermined threshold, the delivery condition "Difficult to accept" is set. 2 shows an example in which it is specified that the advertising content of an advertiser who is a member of the passenger's vehicle is to be delivered to the passenger's vehicle. In addition, in this example, a low charge rate of "50%" is set as the low charge rank C from the viewpoint that the advertising content distributed when the passenger is in a situation where it is difficult to accept the information has low appeal. Give an example.
Further, in the example of FIG. 4, "Rank A (100%)" is assigned to the region specified by both the distribution conditions "when acceptance is easy" and the distribution conditions "when acceptance is difficult" and the "charge rank". Registered. In such an example, depending on the acceptance score calculated by the distribution device 100, the advertising content is distributed to the passenger's vehicle regardless of whether the passenger is in a situation where the information is easy to accept or difficult to accept. Here are some examples: In addition, this example shows an example in which the highest charge rank A with a charge rate of "100%" is set because the advertising content is distributed regardless of the situation of the passenger.
For example, for advertisers who want to distribute advertisements as cheaply as possible even if their appeal is low, the distribution condition "Difficult to accept" is allowed. In addition, in order to increase the degree of freedom of advertisement distribution, a combination of the distribution condition "when acceptance is easy" and the distribution condition "when acceptance is difficult" is permitted. On the other hand, for the purpose of providing advertising content at an appropriate timing so as not to cause discomfort, we do not adopt the distribution condition "when it is difficult to accept", and only the timing when it is judged that passengers are in a situation where it is easy to accept information. A configuration for distributing advertising content may be employed.
(About advertisement information database 123)
The advertisement information database 123 stores advertiser-side information regarding advertisement content. Here, FIG. 5 shows an example of the advertisement information database 123 according to the embodiment. In the example of FIG. 5, the advertisement information database 123 has items such as "advertiser ID", "advertisement ID", "category", "advertisement content", "advertisement budget", "performance information", and "distribution conditions". .
"Advertiser ID" indicates identification information that identifies the advertiser. The “advertisement ID” indicates identification information for identifying the “advertisement content” submitted by the advertiser identified by the “advertiser ID”. "Category" indicates the category to which the "advertising content" belongs. For example, the “category” may be determined by the advertiser based on the “advertising content”, or may be determined dynamically by the distribution device 100 . “Advertising content” indicates advertising content submitted by the advertiser identified by the “advertiser ID”. In the example of FIG. 5, advertiser ID "C1", advertisement ID "AD1", category "category #1", and "advertisement content #1" are associated. This example shows an example in which advertiser C1 submits advertising content AD1, which is advertisement content #1 and belongs to category #1.
The "advertising budget" is the remaining budget on the advertiser's side that can be spent on advertisement distribution, and is subtracted according to the advertisement fee being charged.
"Record information" indicates information related to the record of "advertising content" being delivered. For example, the "performance information" includes the distribution performance such as the number of times the "advertising content" is distributed and the distribution frequency, and the evaluation value based on the user's action on the distributed advertising content (e.g., CTR, eCPM, CVR, etc.). ) may be included.
"Distribution conditions" are conditions that allow advertisement distribution, and advertising content is provided to passengers who meet the conditions at the timing when the conditions are met. In the example of FIG. 5, the acceptance condition "when acceptance is easy" is associated with the advertiser ID "C1". In this example, the advertiser C1 sets the distribution condition "when easy to accept" from the distribution conditions "when easy to accept" and "difficult to accept" shown in the advertisement fee database of FIG. An example is shown in which an advertisement distribution setting is made so that the advertisement content AD1 of the passenger is distributed to the passenger's vehicle when the situation becomes such that the passenger is more likely to accept the information.
Although not shown in FIG. 5, for example, "targeting conditions" may be provided as "distribution conditions" in addition to "acceptance conditions".

Also, the control unit 130 is implemented by an integrated circuit such as an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) or an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array).
As shown in FIG. 2, the control unit 130 includes a manuscript reception unit 131, an acquisition unit 132, a calculation unit 133, an advertisement processing unit 134, a distribution unit 135, and a billing unit 136. Implements or performs the described information processing functions and operations. Note that the internal configuration of the control unit 130 is not limited to the configuration shown in FIG. 2, and may be another configuration as long as it performs the information processing described later. Moreover, the connection relationship between the processing units of the control unit 130 is not limited to the connection relationship shown in FIG. 2, and may be another connection relationship.
(Regarding the manuscript receiving unit 131)
The submission accepting unit 131 accepts submission of advertising content from an advertiser. In addition, the submission reception unit 131 can also receive various advertisement distribution settings such as advertisement costs and distribution conditions from the advertiser. For example, the submission reception unit 131 receives from the advertiser the setting of distribution conditions according to the ease with which passengers can accept information. Using the example of FIG. 4, for example, the manuscript reception unit 131 presents the advertiser with “when acceptance is easy” and “when acceptance is difficult” as candidates for distribution conditions, and either one of these, or It is possible to receive from the advertiser the setting of acceptance conditions based on combinations. On the other hand, the submission accepting unit 131 may accept an advertisement distribution setting based on the premise of advertisement distribution only under the distribution condition "when acceptance is easy".
(Regarding the acquisition unit 132)
The acquisition unit 132 acquires context information indicating the context of the passenger of the vehicle.
For example, the acquisition unit 132 acquires, as the context of the passenger, context information indicating the running status of the vehicle in which the passenger is riding. Further, for example, the acquisition unit 132 acquires context information indicating the driving situation of the vehicle by the passenger as the passenger's context. Further, for example, the acquisition unit 132 acquires, as the context of the passenger, context information indicating the psychological state of the passenger estimated from the action history of the action of the passenger using the vehicle. Also, for example, the acquisition unit 132 acquires, as the context of the passenger, context information indicating the psychological state of the passenger estimated from the destination to which the passenger is heading using the vehicle.
In the example of FIG. 1, the acquisition unit 132 acquires the context information indicating the estimated context from the situation understanding device 60 by estimating the context described above. On the other hand, the context may be estimated on the distribution device 100 side, and therefore the acquisition unit 132 may acquire context information by estimating the context by the distribution device 100 .
Also, when there are multiple passengers in one vehicle, the context may be estimated by regarding the multiple passengers as one passenger. In such a case, the acquisition unit 132 may calculate an acceptance score for the one assumed passenger by acquiring context information corresponding to the context estimated for the one assumed passenger. .
As another example of a case where one vehicle has multiple passengers, the context of each passenger may be estimated. In such a case, the acquisition unit 132 may acquire each piece of context information corresponding to the context estimated for each passenger, thereby calculating the acceptance score for each passenger for one vehicle.
(Regarding the calculator 133)
The calculation unit 133 calculates a degree of acceptability that indicates how easily the information is accepted by the passenger based on the passenger's context indicated by the context information acquired by the acquisition unit 132 .
Specifically, based on the context information acquired by the acquisition unit 132, the calculation unit 133 estimates the comfort level of the ride that indicates the stability of the passenger's state of mind during the ride, and based on the estimated comfort level of the ride to calculate the degree of acceptance. For example, the calculation unit 133 calculates the acceptance degree indicating that the passenger is more likely to accept the information as the estimated riding comfort level indicates higher stability.
(Regarding the advertisement processing unit 134)
The advertisement processing unit 134 performs advertisement processing for distributing advertisement content to vehicles according to the degree of acceptance calculated by the calculation unit 133 . For example, the advertisement processing unit 134 performs advertisement processing for determining advertisement content to be distributed based on the degree of acceptance. For example, the advertisement processing unit 134 determines, for each vehicle, which of the distribution conditions the passenger satisfies based on the degree of acceptance calculated for the passenger of the vehicle. For example, when the degree of acceptance is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold, the advertisement processing unit 134 determines that the passenger for whom the degree of acceptance was calculated is in a situation where the information is easily accepted (ie, the distribution condition “when acceptance is easy” is satisfied). ). On the other hand, when the degree of acceptance is less than the predetermined threshold, the advertisement processing unit 134 determines that the passenger for whom the degree of acceptance is calculated is in a situation where it is difficult to accept the information (if the distribution condition "difficult to accept" is met). ).
Then, the advertisement processing unit 134 determines, as the advertisement content to be distributed, the advertisement content of the advertiser who has set the distribution conditions satisfied by the passenger. For example, when there are a plurality of advertisers who have set distribution conditions that the passenger satisfies, the advertisement processing unit 134 determines performance information (for example, distribution performance information) corresponding to advertising content submitted by each advertiser. and evaluation value), and the advertising content to be distributed may be determined according to the ranking.
In addition, the advertisement processing unit 134 may further consider targeting conditions to determine advertisement content to be distributed.
(About distribution unit 135)
The distribution unit 135 distributes the advertising content to the vehicle according to the degree of acceptance calculated by the calculation unit 133 . For example, the distribution unit 135 distributes, to the vehicle of the passenger, the advertisement content determined by the advertisement processing unit 134 among the advertisement contents of the advertiser who set the distribution conditions that the passenger satisfies. For example, the distribution unit 135 performs voice output control on the terminal device 10 so that the terminal device 10 of the vehicle outputs the branding advertisement in voice format, which is the advertisement content to be distributed.
(Regarding charging unit 136)
As described with reference to FIG. 4 and the like, an advertisement fee is set for the advertisement content in accordance with the distribution conditions. For this reason, the charging unit 136 charges the advertiser of the advertising content distributed to the passenger's vehicle, among the advertising charges, the advertising charge corresponding to the distribution condition satisfied by the passenger.
Also, the billing unit 136 may adjust the advertisement fee according to the number of passengers in the vehicle to which the advertisement content is distributed by the distribution unit 135, and charge the advertiser the adjusted advertisement fee. For example, the more passengers there are, the higher the possibility that they will be interested in the advertising content, and the more effective the advertising can be expected. Therefore, the billing unit 136 can increase the advertising rate by the premium rate by multiplying the advertising rate by the premium rate corresponding to the number of passengers.
[4. Processing procedure]
Next, a procedure of distribution processing performed by the distribution apparatus 100 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 6 is a flow chart showing a distribution processing procedure according to the embodiment. In FIG. 6, a case where advertising content is distributed to the terminal device 10 corresponding to one vehicle VEx will be described as an example. It should be done
Also, in the example of FIG. 6, the distribution device 100 will be described as having received various advertisement distribution settings from the advertiser.
First, when the vehicle VEx starts running, the acquisition unit 132 acquires context information indicating the context of the passenger of the vehicle VEx as needed (step S101). For example, the acquisition unit 132 acquires from the situation awareness device 60 context information indicating the context estimated about the passenger by the situation awareness device 60 .
For example, when it is detected that there are multiple passengers in the vehicle VEx, the context is estimated by regarding the multiple passengers as one passenger. You may acquire the context information which shows the context of this presumed passenger. Regarding this point, for example, since the driving of the vehicle VEx is substantially entrusted to the driver, even if there are a plurality of passengers, it is assumed that the driver is the only passenger. Context may be inferred.
Further, as another example in which it is detected that there are a plurality of passengers in the vehicle VEx, the context may be estimated for each passenger. You may obtain context information that indicates the context of
Next, the calculation unit 133 determines whether or not it is time to distribute the advertising content (step S102). For example, in the case of branding advertisements, it is important to impress the brand by delivering them regularly. Therefore, the calculation unit 133 determines whether or not the specific timing for distributing the advertising content has come. As the specific timing, the timing 10 minutes after the vehicle VEx starts running, the timing at intervals of 30 minutes after that, and the like are conceivable.
While the calculation unit 133 determines that the timing for distributing the advertising content has not come (step S102; No), it waits until the timing for distributing the advertising content.
On the other hand, if the calculation unit 133 can determine that it is time to distribute the advertising content (step S102; Yes), based on the context indicated by the context information acquired in step S101, The degree of riding comfort that indicates the stability of the psychological state is estimated (step S103).
For example, if the vehicle VEx has a plurality of passengers and the context information of the presumed passenger is acquired, the calculation unit 133 A ride comfort index that indicates the stability of the state of mind while riding may be estimated.
As another example, if the vehicle VEx has a plurality of passengers and the context information for each passenger is acquired, the calculation unit 133 calculates the comfort of the ride from each of the contexts indicated by the context information. You may estimate the degree synthetically.
For example, assume a scene where the vehicle VEx is used to pick up a family member. Here, if the driver's context indicates that the driver's operation is unstable for some reason, the calculation unit 133 estimates the driver's psychological state as being irritated. Estimate ride comfort lower than value. On the other hand, if the context of a fellow passenger other than the driver indicates "on the way home", the calculating unit 133 estimates the psychological state of the fellow passenger "feeling of liberation". estimates the riding comfort higher than the reference value.
In such cases, even if the advertising content is difficult for the driver to accept, the passenger may accept it. Therefore, the calculation unit 133 corrects the balance adjustment between the driver's comfort level and the fellow passenger's comfort level so that the value is shifted to the side of the comfort level calculated for the fellow passenger. be able to. For example, the calculation unit 133 multiplies both weight values by the weight value for balance adjustment to weight them, and adds the weighted ride comfort degrees together to calculate the overall ride comfort degree. Further, the calculation unit 133 may correct the riding comfort level so that the greater the number of fellow passengers, the more the mental state of the fellow passengers is shifted.
Note that since the driving of the vehicle VEx is entrusted to the driver, in another example, the calculation unit 133 adjusts the value to the side of the ride comfort calculated for the driver to balance the driver's It is also possible to correct the balance adjustment between the riding comfort level of the vehicle and the passenger's riding comfort level.
Next, the calculation unit 133 calculates an acceptance score that indicates how easily information is accepted by passengers of the vehicle VEx, based on the degree of ride comfort estimated in step S103 (step S104). For example, the calculation unit 133 may calculate the ride comfort itself as the acceptance score. Further, in the above example, the calculation unit 133 corrects the riding comfort level. may be calculated, and the calculated representative value may be corrected for the balance adjustment explained using the riding comfort level as an example, and the corrected representative value may be defined as the acceptance score.
Next, based on the acceptance score calculated in step S104, the advertisement processing unit 134 determines which of the delivery conditions (acceptance conditions) set by each advertiser the passenger of the vehicle VEx satisfies. (step S105). For example, when the acceptance score is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold, the advertisement processing unit 134 determines that the passengers of the vehicle VEx are in a situation where information is easily accepted (ie, the distribution condition "when acceptance is easy" is satisfied). On the other hand, when the acceptance score is less than the predetermined threshold value, the advertisement processing unit 134 determines that the passengers of the vehicle VEx are in a situation where it is difficult to accept the information (the delivery condition "difficult to accept" is satisfied).
Then, the distribution unit 135 distributes, to the vehicle VEx, the advertising content of the advertiser who has set the distribution conditions that the passenger satisfies (step S106). For example, the advertisement processing unit 134, based on performance information and other distribution conditions (for example, targeting conditions), among the advertisement content of the advertiser who sets the distribution conditions that the passenger satisfies, the distribution target Determine advertising content. The distribution unit 135 distributes the advertising content to be distributed to the vehicle VEx. For example, the distribution unit 135 performs voice output control on the terminal device 10 so that the terminal device 10 of the vehicle VEx outputs the branding advertisement in voice format, which is the advertisement content to be distributed.
Here, for example, because it is determined that the passengers of the vehicle VEx are in a situation where it is easy to accept information (the distribution condition "when acceptance is easy" is satisfied), the advertising content AD1 of the advertiser C1 (from FIG. 5) is delivered. In this case, the billing unit 136 calculates "90 yen" as the advertisement fee to be charged to the advertiser C1 based on the standard advertisement fee "100 yen/distribution" and the fee rank B (90%). Also, assume that the total billing amount for the advertiser C1 for a predetermined period (for example, one month) is, for example, "30,000 yen". In this case, the billing unit 136 notifies the advertiser device 30 of the advertiser C1 of the billing amount of "30,000 yen" for the current month. In response to the notification, the advertiser C1 transfers "30,000 yen" to the business operator managed by the distribution apparatus 100, for example.
[5. summary〕
As described so far, the distribution device 100 according to the embodiment acquires context information indicating the context of the passenger of the vehicle, and determines the ease of acceptance of the information by the passenger based on the context indicated by the acquired context information. Calculate the degree of acceptance that indicates Then, the distribution device 100 distributes the predetermined advertising content to the vehicle according to the calculated degree of acceptance. According to the distribution device 100 as described above, it is possible to provide advertising content at an appropriate timing that does not cause discomfort to the passengers of the vehicle.
As an example, the distribution device 100 provides a mental space to allow the influence of the surroundings even while the passenger is in the car, such as when the passenger is taking a break while waiting for a traffic light, or when the passenger is in a relaxed mood after returning from work. Since advertising content can be provided in a certain scene, for example, it is possible to obtain an opportunity to effectively raise awareness with branding advertisements even while riding.
