- 一种电池包(100),其特征在于,所述电池包(100)包括箱体(10)、密封盖(20)、电池串(30)、采样结构(40)和用于与电池管理系统连接的电池信息采集器(50);所述电池串(30)和所述采样结构(40)设于所述箱体(10)内,所述电池串(30)包括多个电连接的电池(301),所述采样结构(40)包括多个采样线(401),所述采样线(401)的第一端(4011)与对应的所述电池(301)连接,所述采样线(401)的第二端(4012)与所述电池信息采集器(50)连接;所述箱体(10)设有开口(101),所述电池信息采集器(50)设于所述箱体(10)的开口(101)处,所述密封盖(20)位于所述电池信息采集器(50)的外侧,所述密封盖(20)用于密封所述箱体(10)的开口(101)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池包(100),其特征在于,所述箱体(10)内设有隔板(60),所述隔板(60)将所述箱体(10)的内部空间分隔成多个容纳腔(70),所述容纳腔(70)内设有所述电池串(30)和所述采样结构(40),同一所述容纳腔(70)内的所述采样线(401)的第一端(4011)和对应的所述电池(301)连接,至少部分所述容纳腔(70)内的所述采样线(401)的第二端(4012)与所述电池信息采集器(50)连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池包(100),其特征在于,所述采样线(401)的第二端(4012)设有连接端子(402),所述电池信息采集器(50)上设有多个焊盘(501),所述连接端子(402)与所述焊盘(501)一一对应焊接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池包(100),其特征在于,所述电池包(100)还包括多个保险丝(90),所述采样线(401)的第二端(4012)设有连接端子(402),所述电池信息采集器(50)上设有多个焊盘(501),所述保险丝(90)的第一端和对应的所述连接端子(402)焊接,所述保险丝(90)的第二端和对应的所述焊盘(501)焊接。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的电池包(100),其特征在于,所述电池信息采集器(50)上与同一所述容纳腔(70)内采样线(401)对应连接的焊盘(501)沿第一方向呈多排分布,所述第一方向为所述箱体(10)的高度方向;所述电池信息采集器(50)上与多个容纳腔(70)内采样线(401)对应连接的焊盘(501)沿第二方向排布,所述第二方向为所述箱体(10)的长度方向或所述箱体(10)的宽度方向。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的电池包(100),其特征在于,所述采样线(401)的第二端(4012)设有第一弯折部(404),所述连接端子(402)设于所述第一弯折部(404)上,所述电池信息采集器(50)设于所述第一弯折部(404)的一侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池包(100),其特征在于,多个所述容纳腔(70)沿第二方向依次排布,构成所述电池串(30)的多个所述电池(301)沿第三方向依次排布且串联连接,所述第二方向为所述箱体(10)的长度方向, 所述第三方向为所述箱体(10)的宽度方向;或者,所述第二方向为所述箱体(10)的宽度方向,所述第三方向为所述箱体(10)的长度方向。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电池包(100),其特征在于,所述电池(301)包括第一电极(302)和第二电极(303),所述第一电极(302)和所述第二电极(303)沿所述第三方向分布于所述电池(301)相对的两侧,串联连接的两个电池(301)中的一个电池(301)的第一电极(302)和另一个电池(301)的第二电极(303)直接连接或通过导电片连接;所述采样线(401)的第一端(4011)设有采样端子(403),所述采样线(401)通过对应的所述采样端子(403)与对应的所述电池(301)的第一电极(302)连接;或者,所述采样线(401)的第一端(4011)设有采样端子(403),所述采样线(401)通过对应的所述采样端子(403)与对应的所述电池(301)的第二电极(303)连接;或者,所述采样线(401)的第一端(4011)设有采样端子(403),所述采样线(401)通过对应的所述采样端子(403)与对应的所述导电片连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电池包(100),其特征在于,所述采样线(401)的第一端(4011)设有第二弯折部(405),所述采样线(401)的第二弯折部(405)位于串联连接的两个电池之间,所述采样端子(403)设于所述第二弯折部(405)上。
- 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的电池包(100),其特征在于,所述箱体(10)沿第三方向的端部设有所述开口(101),所述电池信息采集器(50)的长度沿第二方向延伸,所述电池信息采集器(50)的宽度沿第一方向延伸,所述第一方向为所述箱体(10)的高度方向,所述第二方向和所述第三方向中的一个为所述箱体(10)的长度方向,另一个为所述箱体(10)的宽度方向。
- 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的电池包(100),其特征在于,所述采样结构(40)还包括包覆于多个所述采样线(401)的防护层(406),所述防护层(406)和多个所述采样线(401)构造为FPC或FFC。
- 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的电池包(100),其特征在于,所述电池包(100)还包括电池管理系统和连接线束,所述密封盖(20)包括底座(201)和盖体(202),所述底座(201)用于密封所述箱体(10)的开口(101),所述盖体(202)与所述底座(201)连接以形成密封的容纳空间,所述电池管理系统位于所述容纳空间内,所述连接线束贯穿于所述底座(201)且连接所述电池管理系统和所述电池信息采集器(50)。
- 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的电池包(100),其特征在于,所述电池为软包电池。
- 一种电动车(1000),其特征在于,包括车身(200)和如权利要求1-13任一项所述的电池包(100),所述电池包(100)固定于所述车身上,或 者,所述电池包(100)的箱体(10)构成为所述车身的一部分。
