本发明涉及按摩器具技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于按摩器具的按摩机芯。
背景技术
基于市场消费者对于不断提高按摩体验的需要,以及按摩产品市场竞争激烈,按摩机芯需要不断迭代升级。目前市场上的按摩产品,没有较好的能模仿人手抓揉的机构,距离人手按摩效果差距还是较大,实际体验效果不够完美。特别是现有技术中按摩机芯,难以实现较好的抓的动作,导致拿捏按摩效果还不够好。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种按摩效果更好的用于按摩器具的按摩机芯。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,包括机架、安装在机架上的驱动轴、安装在驱动轴上的第一偏心轮、安装在驱动轴上的第二偏心轮、套设有第一偏心轮上的前按摩臂、套设在第二偏心轮上的后按摩臂、与前按摩臂活动连接的第一连杆、及与后按摩臂活动连接的第二连杆,所述驱动轴能带动第一偏心轮和第二偏心轮转动,所述前按摩臂的一端设有第一传动孔,所述第一偏心轮嵌在第一传动孔中,所述前按摩臂的另一端设有前按摩头,所述后按摩臂的一端设有第二传动孔,所述第二偏心轮嵌在第二传动孔中,所述后按摩臂的另一端设有后按摩头,所述前按摩头和后按摩头沿前后方向间隔分布,且所述第一连杆的另一端与机架活动连接,所述第二连杆的另一端与机架活动连接;当驱动轴带动第一偏心轮和第二偏心轮一起转动时,第一偏心轮将通过前按摩臂带动前按摩头沿前后方向移动,第二偏心轮将通过后按摩臂带动后按摩头沿前后方向移动,且当前按摩头向后移动时,后按摩头将向前移动;当前按摩头向前移动时,后按摩头将向后移动。
进一步地,所述驱动轴包括驱动主轴段和驱动倾斜轴段,所述驱动倾斜轴段的中心轴线和驱动主轴段的中心轴线之间具有夹角α,且α为锐角,所述驱动主轴段和驱动倾斜轴段均能绕驱动主轴段的中心轴线旋转,所述第一偏心轮和第二偏心轮均安装在驱动倾斜轴段上。
进一步地,所述机架上安装有敲击轴,所述敲击轴包括敲击主轴段和敲击偏心轴段,所述敲击偏心轴段的中心轴线和敲击主轴段的中心轴线相平行,所述敲击偏心轴段和敲击主轴段均能绕敲击主轴段的中心轴线旋转,所述敲击偏心轴段上安装有第一轴承和第二轴承,所 述第一轴承上安装有第一轴承座,所述第二轴承上安装有第二轴承座,所述第一连杆的另一端与第一轴承座活动连接,所述第二连杆的另一端与第二轴承座活动连接。
进一步地,所述第一连杆的一端设有第一球形部,所述前按摩臂上设有第一球形槽,所述第一球形部嵌在第一球形槽中,所述第一连杆的另一端通过第一铰接轴与第一轴承座铰接,所述第二连杆的一端设有第二球形部,所述后按摩臂上设有第二球形槽,所述第二球形部嵌在第二球形槽中,所述第二连杆的另一端通过第二铰接轴与第二轴承座铰接。
进一步地,所述第一偏心轮、第二偏心轮、前按摩臂、后按摩臂、第一连杆、第二连杆、第一轴承、第二轴承、第一轴承座及第二轴承座构成揉敲组件,所述揉敲组件有两个,两个揉敲组件分别为左揉敲组件和右揉敲组件,所述左揉敲组件安装在驱动轴的左端和敲击轴的左端上,所述右揉敲组件安装在驱动轴的右端和敲击轴的右端上。
进一步地,所述前按摩臂包括前按摩臂主体和安装在前按摩臂主体上的第一压块,所述前按摩臂主体和第一压块之间形成所述第一球形槽,所述后按摩臂包括后按摩臂主体和安装在后按摩臂主体上的第二压块,所述后按摩臂主体和第二压块之间形成所述第二球形槽。
进一步地,所述用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,还包括车架,所述机架的一端通过强弱旋转轴与车架铰接,所述驱动轴安装在机架的另一端上,且所述机架的另一端上还安装有扇形齿条,所述车架上安装有强弱驱动组件,所述强弱驱动组件包括与扇形齿条相啮合的强弱调节齿轮。
进一步地,所述机架的另一端上设有强弱限位件,所述强弱限位件的两端分别设有第一限位凸起和第二限位凸起,所述第一限位凸起和第二限位凸起均用于与车架上的限位部相抵触。
进一步地,所述前按摩臂的另一端上安装有前滚轮,所述前滚轮构成所述前按摩头,所述后按摩臂的另一端上安装有后滚轮,所述后滚轮构成所述后按摩头。

如上所述,本发明涉及的用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,具有以下有益效果:
在使用时,前按摩头和后按摩头将与人体接触;本用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,利用第一偏心轮与前按摩臂的配合关系,第二偏心轮与后按摩臂的配合关系,并利用第一连杆与前按摩臂的活动连接作用,及第二连杆与后按摩臂的活动连接作用,在驱动轴转动时,将通过第一偏心轮及前按摩臂带动前按摩头沿前后方向移动,并通过第二偏心轮及后按摩臂带动后按 摩头沿前后方向移动,且当前按摩头向后移动时,后按摩头将向前移动;当前按摩头向前移动时,后按摩头将向后移动,从而实现了抓的动作、即拿捏按摩,且此种按摩方式的按摩效果更好。同时,本用于按摩器具的按摩机芯的结构简单,体积较小,制造成本较低。

如图4所示,本实施例中驱动轴58包括驱动主轴段581和驱动倾斜轴段582,驱动倾斜轴段582的中心轴线和驱动主轴段581的中心轴线之间具有夹角α,且α为锐角,即驱动倾斜轴段582相对于驱动主轴段581产生一定的倾斜,驱动主轴段581和驱动倾斜轴段582均 能绕驱动主轴段581的中心轴线旋转,第一偏心轮27和第二偏心轮28均安装在驱动倾斜轴段582上。这样,驱动轴58转动时,其驱动倾斜轴段582绕驱动主轴段581的中心轴线旋转,驱动倾斜轴段582在带动第一偏心轮27和第二偏心轮28自转的同时,还带动第一偏心轮27和第二偏心轮28绕驱动主轴段581的中心轴线并沿环形轨迹转动,从而会通过前按摩臂26带动前按摩头23沿环形轨迹移动,并通过后按摩臂30带动后按摩头45沿环形轨迹移动,进而利用前按摩头23和后按摩头45实现揉的动作;结合前按摩头23和后按摩头45能进行抓的动作,就实现了抓揉按摩。
如图1和图4所示,本实施例中机架86上安装有敲击轴52,敲击轴52包括敲击主轴段和敲击偏心轴段,敲击偏心轴段的中心轴线和敲击主轴段的中心轴线相平行,即敲击偏心轴段相对于敲击主轴段产生一定偏移,敲击偏心轴段和敲击主轴段均能绕敲击主轴段的中心轴线旋转,敲击偏心轴段上安装有第一轴承49和第二轴承38,第一轴承49上安装有第一轴承座47,第二轴承38上安装有第二轴承座41,第一连杆50的另一端与第一轴承座47活动连接,第二连杆39的另一端与第二轴承座41活动连接。这样,敲击轴52旋转时,敲击偏心轴段将绕敲击主轴段的中心轴线做偏心运动,从而带动第一轴承座47及第二轴承座41做偏心运动,第一轴承座47再通过第一连杆50给前按摩臂26及前按摩头23施加沿敲击主轴段径向的力,第二轴承座41再通过第二连杆39给后按摩臂30及后按摩头45施加沿敲击主轴段径向的力,进而使得前按摩头23和后按摩头45能对人体产生敲击的动作,达到敲击按摩效果。另外,如图1所示,本实施例中第一连杆50的一端设有第一球形部,前按摩臂26上设有第一球形槽,第一球形部嵌在第一球形槽中,实现第一连杆50的一端与前按摩臂26间的活动连接,第一连杆50的另一端通过第一铰接轴与第一轴承座47铰接,实现第一连杆50的另一端与第一轴承座47间的活动连接,第二连杆39的一端设有第二球形部,后按摩臂30上设有第二球形槽,第二球形部嵌在第二球形槽中,实现第二连杆39的一端与后按摩臂30间的活动连接,第二连杆39的另一端通过第二铰接轴与第二轴承座41铰接,实现第二连杆39的另一端与第二轴承座41间的活动连接。更具体地,如图1所示,本实施例中前按摩臂26包括前按摩臂主体和安装在前按摩臂主体上的第一压块56,前按摩臂主体和第一压块56之间形成所述第一球形槽,后按摩臂30包括后按摩臂主体和安装在后按摩臂主体上的第二压块34,后按摩臂主体和第二压块34之间形成所述第二球形槽。第一铰接轴由轴肩螺钉53构成;第二铰接轴由轴肩螺钉42构成。
如图1至图6所示,本实施例中第一偏心轮27、第二偏心轮28、前按摩臂26、后按摩臂30、第一连杆50、第二连杆39、第一轴承49、第二轴承38、第一轴承座47及第二轴承 座41构成揉敲组件65,揉敲组件65有两个,两个揉敲组件65分别为左揉敲组件和右揉敲组件,左揉敲组件安装在驱动轴58的左端和敲击轴52的左端上,右揉敲组件安装在驱动轴58的右端和敲击轴52的右端上。具体地,驱动主轴段581的左右两端分别与两个驱动倾斜轴段582固定连接,敲击主轴段的两端分别与两个敲击偏心轴段固定连接;左揉敲组件的第一偏心轮27和第二偏心轮28安装在位于驱动主轴段581左侧的驱动倾斜轴段582上,且左揉敲组件的第一轴承49和第二轴承38安装在位于敲击主轴段左侧的敲击偏心轴段上;右揉敲组件的第一偏心轮27和第二偏心轮28安装在位于驱动主轴段581右侧的驱动倾斜轴段582上,且右揉敲组件的第一轴承49和第二轴承38安装在位于敲击主轴段右侧的敲击偏心轴段上。本实施例利用两个揉敲组件65,增强对人体的按摩效果。
如图5和图6所示,本实施例中用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,还包括车架66,机架86的一端通过强弱旋转轴1与车架66铰接,驱动轴58安装在机架86的另一端上,且机架86的另一端上还安装有扇形齿条2,车架66上安装有强弱驱动组件72,强弱驱动组件72包括与扇形齿条2相啮合的强弱调节齿轮。在需要时,强弱调节齿轮转动,通过其与扇形齿条2的啮合作用,驱动扇形齿条2及机架86一起相对于车架66并绕强弱旋转轴1旋转,以带动前按摩头23和后按摩头45沿靠近和远离人体方向移动,实现对按摩力度的调整。同时,如图2和图4所示,本实施例中机架86的另一端上设有强弱限位件7,强弱限位件7的两端分别设有第一限位凸起和第二限位凸起,第一限位凸起和第二限位凸起均用于与车架66上的限位部相抵触,以限制机架86相对于车架66旋转的幅度,进而防止按摩力度过大或过小。
如图1所示,本实施例中前按摩臂26的另一端上安装有前滚轮,前滚轮构成所述前按摩头23,后按摩臂30的另一端上安装有后滚轮,后滚轮构成所述后按摩头45,以利用前滚轮和后滚轮能自由滚动的特性,避免前按摩头23和后按摩头45在对人体进行按摩时,与人体间产生较大摩擦力,影响按摩效果。前滚轮为双按摩轮,材质为硅胶;后滚轮为单按摩轮,材质为硅胶。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例中第一偏心轮27和第二偏心轮28沿驱动轴58的轴向依次分布,前按摩臂26的中部设有沿驱动轴58的轴向弯折的弯折部,前按摩臂26的另一端与后按摩臂30的另一端在驱动轴58的轴向上相对应,进而使得前按摩头23和后按摩头45沿驱动轴58的轴向上相对应,增强拿捏按摩效果。
如图3所示,本实施例中揉敲组件65还包括抓揉电机15,抓揉电机15通过皮带传动机构带动蜗轮蜗杆传动机构运行,并通过蜗轮蜗杆传动机构减速后将扭矩传导给驱动轴58。具体地,第一皮带轮11安装在抓揉电机15的输出轴上,第二皮带轮13安装在蜗杆10上,第 一皮带14套设在第一皮带轮11和第二皮带轮13上,蜗杆10与安装在驱动轴58上的蜗轮6相啮合,蜗轮6采用斜齿轮。
如图1和图3所示,本实施例中敲击轴52与减速箱体8相连接,敲击电机18通过减速箱体8带动敲击轴52转动。减速箱体8中设有第三皮带轮16、第二皮带17及第四皮带轮19。敲击电机18通过第三皮带轮16、第二皮带17及第四皮带轮19减速后传递扭矩给敲击轴52。
本实施例中前按摩臂26和后按摩臂30均为曲臂。第一连杆50和第二连杆39均为一种球头连杆。第一偏心轮27、前按摩臂26、第一连杆50、敲击轴52、减速箱体8共同构建了第一个五连杆机构;第二偏心轮28、后按摩臂30、第二连杆39、敲击轴52、减速箱体8共同构建了第二个五连杆机构。本实施例中前滚轮安装在前按摩臂26另一端的前按摩球轴上;后滚轮安装在后按摩臂30另一端的后按摩球轴上。
如图1所示,本实施例中驱动轴58通过两根圆柱销59传递扭矩给第一偏心轮27和第二偏心轮28。驱动轴58带动第一偏心轮27和第二偏心轮28一起转动时,第一偏心轮27带动前按摩臂26沿前后且沿径向摆动,第二偏心轮28带动后按摩臂30沿前后且沿径向摆动。且本实施例中第一偏心轮27距离驱动倾斜轴段582最远的侧边部和第二偏心轮28距离驱动倾斜轴段582最远的侧边部分别位于驱动倾斜轴段582的两侧,且呈对称分布。这样,第一偏心轮27带动前按摩臂26向前摆动时,第二偏心轮28带动后按摩臂30向后摆动;第一偏心轮27带动前按摩臂26向后摆动时,第二偏心轮28带动后按摩臂30向前摆动,这样就实现了抓的动作。同时,由于驱动轴58的倾斜结构设计,使得前按摩臂26和后按摩臂30实现了揉的动作,两者结合起来就实现了抓揉的动作。另外,敲击轴52基于其轴端的偏心结构设计,通过第一连杆50和第二连杆39分别带动前按摩臂26和后按摩臂30实现了敲击、抖动或叩击的动作。敲击和抓揉功能结合在一起,就可以实现边抓揉边抖动的效果。强弱驱动组件72的强弱调节齿轮驱动扇形齿条2,带动揉敲组件65绕强弱旋转轴1上下旋转,实现按摩力度的强弱变化。综上,抓揉、抖动和上下强弱三项功能一起综合运用实现了仿人手抓揉拿捏按摩的效果。
本实施例中后按摩臂30和前按摩臂26具体均为PA66+40%GF的金属嵌件。驱动轴58通过第三轴承5安装在机架86上。蜗杆10通过第四轴承9和第五轴承12安装在减速箱体8中。第一偏心轮27和第二偏心轮28的材质均为压铸铝合金。第一压块56和第二压块34的特性为PA66+40%GF。第一连杆50和第二连杆39的材质均为45#钢。第一轴承座47和第二轴承座41的特性为PA66+40%GF。敲击轴52的材质为40Cr调质。驱动轴58的材质为40Cr调质。车架66上安装有行走组件73,行走组件73包括行走驱动马达83和行走轮84。强弱 驱动组件72还包括强弱驱动马达85。位于敲击主轴段左侧的敲击偏心轴段为左偏心轴段81,位于敲击主轴段右侧的敲击偏心轴段为右偏心轴段82。另外,如图1至图6所示,本用于按摩器具的按摩机芯还包括如下部件:
螺母20;平垫21,材质为Q235;抓揉轮盖22,材质为POM;抓揉轮盖24,材质为POM;石墨垫片25;衬套29,材质为铜基粉末冶金;压板31,材质为Q235;螺母32;螺母33;螺母35;螺母36;敲击轴承盖37,PA66+40%GF;螺母40;石墨垫片43;抓揉轮盖44,材质为POM;抓揉轮盖46,材质为POM;螺母48;敲击轴承盖51,PA66+40%GF;平垫54,材质为Q235;螺母55;螺母57;螺钉60;固定板61,材质为压铸铝合金;衬套62,材质为POM;螺钉63;螺钉64;螺丝67;螺丝68;平垫69;衬套70,材质为POM;螺栓71;螺母74;衬套75,材质为POM;螺丝76;金属嵌件77,材质为65Mn调质;金属嵌件78,材质为65Mn调质;抓揉机构79;敲击机构80。
本用于按摩器具的按摩机芯的装配步骤如下:
第一部分装配左揉敲组件;
1、将抓揉轮盖24和抓揉轮盖22压入前滚轮,形成“双按摩轮组件”,将第一连杆50放入前按摩臂26的球头凹槽内,装好第一压块56,使用螺钉63和螺母57锁紧,依次把石墨垫片25、“双按摩轮组件”、平垫21套入到前按摩臂26的前按摩球轴上,使用螺母20锁紧,形成“左前曲臂组件”放置备用。
2、将抓揉轮盖44和抓揉轮盖46压入后滚轮,形成“单按摩轮组件”,将第二连杆39放入后按摩臂30的球头凹槽内,装好第二压块34,使用螺钉64和螺母35锁紧,依次把石墨垫片43、“单按摩轮组件”、平垫54套入到后按摩臂30的后按摩球轴上,再使用螺母55锁紧,形成“左后曲臂组件”放置备用。
3、将衬套62套入第一偏心轮27,再套入“左前曲臂组件”,将衬套29套入第二偏心轮28,再套入“左后曲臂组件”,形成“左曲臂组件”放置备用。
4、将2个圆柱销59装入驱动轴58,依次套入固定板61、“左曲臂组件”、压板31,使用螺钉60和螺母32锁紧,最后用螺母33锁紧。
5、将第一轴承49装入第一轴承座47;盖上敲击轴承盖51,并用自攻螺丝将敲击轴承盖51和第一轴承座47锁紧,将第一连杆50的扁口放入第一轴承座47的槽内,并将第一连杆50的螺丝过孔和第一轴承座47的螺丝孔对齐,再用轴肩螺钉53和螺母48锁紧,形成“第一敲击轴承组件”放置备用。
6、将第二轴承38装入第二轴承座41;盖上敲击轴承盖37,并用自攻螺丝将敲击轴承盖 37和第二轴承座41锁紧,将第二连杆39的扁口放入第二轴承座41的槽内,并将第二连杆39的螺丝过孔和第二轴承座41的螺丝孔对齐,再用轴肩螺钉42和螺母40锁紧,形成“第二敲击轴承组件”放置备用。
7、将“第一敲击轴承组件”和“第二敲击轴承组件”依次套入敲击轴52,用螺母36锁紧。
第二部分,装配右揉敲组件;
8、右揉敲组件和左揉敲组件完全左右对称,装配方法参考左揉敲组件即可。
9、装配完右揉敲组件和左揉敲组件,形成左右揉敲组件,放置备用。
第三部分,装配行走组件73和强弱驱动组件72;
10、将行走组件73装入车架66,使用螺丝76锁紧。
11、将强弱驱动组件72装入车架66,使用螺丝68和螺丝67锁紧。
第四部分,机芯总装配;
12、将揉敲组件65的强弱旋转轴1插入车架66的旋转孔对齐;同时将强弱驱动组件72的强弱调节齿轮和揉敲组件65的扇形齿条2正确啮合;装入衬套70、衬套75,插入螺栓71,用螺母74拧紧。
至此总装完成。
本实施例中用于按摩器具的按摩机芯为一种防人手抓揉的按摩机芯,可应用于所有种类的按摩产品,其特点是实现了模仿人手抓揉按摩动作,结构精简紧凑,成本较低,易于生产装配,适宜批量生产,较大地提高了产品按摩体验舒适度。
综上所述,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,其特征在于,包括机架(86)、安装在机架(86)上的驱动轴(58)、安装在驱动轴(58)上的第一偏心轮(27)、安装在驱动轴(58)上的第二偏心轮(28)、套设有第一偏心轮(27)上的前按摩臂(26)、套设在第二偏心轮(28)上的后按摩臂(30)、与前按摩臂(26)活动连接的第一连杆(50)、及与后按摩臂(30)活动连接的第二连杆(39),所述驱动轴(58)能带动第一偏心轮(27)和第二偏心轮(28)转动,所述前按摩臂(26)的一端设有第一传动孔,所述第一偏心轮(27)嵌在第一传动孔中,所述前按摩臂(26)的另一端设有前按摩头(23),所述后按摩臂(30)的一端设有第二传动孔,所述第二偏心轮(28)嵌在第二传动孔中,所述后按摩臂(30)的另一端设有后按摩头(45),所述前按摩头(23)和后按摩头(45)沿前后方向间隔分布,且所述第一连杆(50)的另一端与机架(86)活动连接,所述第二连杆(39)的另一端与机架(86)活动连接;当驱动轴(58)带动第一偏心轮(27)和第二偏心轮(28)一起转动时,第一偏心轮(27)将通过前按摩臂(26)带动前按摩头(23)沿前后方向移动,第二偏心轮(28)将通过后按摩臂(30)带动后按摩头(45)沿前后方向移动,且当前按摩头(23)向后移动时,后按摩头(45)将向前移动;当前按摩头(23)向前移动时,后按摩头(45)将向后移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述驱动轴(58)包括驱动主轴段(581)和驱动倾斜轴段(582),所述驱动倾斜轴段(582)的中心轴线和驱动主轴段(581)的中心轴线之间具有夹角α,且α为锐角,所述驱动主轴段(581)和驱动倾斜轴段(582)均能绕驱动主轴段(581)的中心轴线旋转,所述第一偏心轮(27)和第二偏心轮(28)均安装在驱动倾斜轴段(582)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述机架(86)上安装有敲击轴(52),所述敲击轴(52)包括敲击主轴段和敲击偏心轴段,所述敲击偏心轴段的中心轴线和敲击主轴段的中心轴线相平行,所述敲击偏心轴段和敲击主轴段均能绕敲击主轴段的中心轴线旋转,所述敲击偏心轴段上安装有第一轴承(49)和第二轴承(38),所述第一轴承(49)上安装有第一轴承座(47),所述第二轴承(38)上安装有第二轴承座(41),所述第一连杆(50)的另一端与第一轴承座(47)活动连接,所述第二连杆(39)的另一端与第二轴承座(41)活动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述第一连杆(50)的一端 设有第一球形部,所述前按摩臂(26)上设有第一球形槽,所述第一球形部嵌在第一球形槽中,所述第一连杆(50)的另一端通过第一铰接轴与第一轴承座(47)铰接,所述第二连杆(39)的一端设有第二球形部,所述后按摩臂(30)上设有第二球形槽,所述第二球形部嵌在第二球形槽中,所述第二连杆(39)的另一端通过第二铰接轴与第二轴承座(41)铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述第一偏心轮(27)、第二偏心轮(28)、前按摩臂(26)、后按摩臂(30)、第一连杆(50)、第二连杆(39)、第一轴承(49)、第二轴承(38)、第一轴承座(47)及第二轴承座(41)构成揉敲组件(65),所述揉敲组件(65)有两个,两个揉敲组件(65)分别为左揉敲组件和右揉敲组件,所述左揉敲组件安装在驱动轴(58)的左端和敲击轴(52)的左端上,所述右揉敲组件安装在驱动轴(58)的右端和敲击轴(52)的右端上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述前按摩臂(26)包括前按摩臂主体和安装在前按摩臂主体上的第一压块(56),所述前按摩臂主体和第一压块(56)之间形成所述第一球形槽,所述后按摩臂(30)包括后按摩臂主体和安装在后按摩臂主体上的第二压块(34),所述后按摩臂主体和第二压块(34)之间形成所述第二球形槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,其特征在于,还包括车架(66),所述机架(86)的一端通过强弱旋转轴(1)与车架(66)铰接,所述驱动轴(58)安装在机架(86)的另一端上,且所述机架(86)的另一端上还安装有扇形齿条(2),所述车架(66)上安装有强弱驱动组件(72),所述强弱驱动组件(72)包括与扇形齿条(2)相啮合的强弱调节齿轮。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述机架(86)的另一端上设有强弱限位件(7),所述强弱限位件(7)的两端分别设有第一限位凸起和第二限位凸起,所述第一限位凸起和第二限位凸起均用于与车架(66)上的限位部相抵触。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述前按摩臂(26)的另一端上安装有前滚轮,所述前滚轮构成所述前按摩头(23),所述后按摩臂(30)的另一端上安装有后滚轮,所述后滚轮构成所述后按摩头(45)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述用于按摩器具的按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述第一偏心轮(27)和第二偏心轮(28)沿驱动轴(58)的轴向依次分布,所述前按摩臂(26)的中部设有沿驱动轴(58)的轴向弯折的弯折部,所述前按摩臂(26)的另一端与后按摩臂(30)的另一端在驱动轴(58)的轴向上相对应。
