技术领域
本发明涉及律动器技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种、律动器、律动床垫垫、律动沙发及律动躺椅。
背景技术
随着社会发展迅速,人们越来越关注到身体健康的重要性,制作了很多改善亚健康的健康产品。现在有些床垫、沙发或按摩椅等产品在内部设置有律动器,律动器包含有振动电机,通过振动电机来产生振动,具有了振动功能,可对躺坐在其上的人们起到按摩的作用。但目前市场上的律动器所用的振动电机中,多使用皮带轮和皮带进行传动,转轴及偏心块通过传动带轮与电动机同轴向设置来传递振动,一方面,传动损失较大,且长期使用后,皮带张弛容易打滑,传动稳定性较差,另一方面,电动机与转轴及偏心块是同轴向设置,振动传递效果不理想,导致振动电机的振动较弱且稳定性较低,从而律动器的整体振动稳定性及振动效果均有待提高。
因此,如何至少一定程度上改善振动电机的振动稳定性,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种振动电机及包括该振动电机的律动器、律动床垫垫、律动沙发及律动躺椅,其结构简单,传动稳定且高效,转轴与电动机同轴设置并均可以稳定的传递振动,振动电机整体振动规律且稳定,相比于现有技术,一定程度提高了振动稳定性,振动强度有保障,从而可以提供有效按摩、缓解人体疲劳,促使人快速进入深度睡眠。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种振动电机,包括有壳体、设于所述壳体内的电动机、联轴器及振动组件,所述振动组件包括转轴及与所述转轴连接并偏心设置的偏心块,所述转轴及所述电动机的动力输出轴同轴设置并通过所述联轴器传动连接;所述壳体的内壁上固定有轴承,所述转轴穿入所述轴承内并与所述轴承可转动连接,所述电动机与所述壳体的内壁固定设置。
优选地,所述振动组件设置有两个并分列于所述电动机的两端。
优选地,所述偏心块与所述转轴可拆卸地设置。
优选地,所述偏心块上设置有与所述转轴的外轴壁相匹配的贴合槽,所述转轴至少部分嵌入所述贴合槽内。
优选地,所述偏心块呈长块状、长度方向与所述转轴的轴向同向设置,所述转轴上套设有固定盘,所述偏心块的长度方向的端部与所述固定盘可拆卸地连接。
优选地,所述电动机架设在所述壳体内,所述壳体的上设置有散热孔。
优选地,所述轴承设置有沿所述转轴的轴向分布的两个,两个所述轴承之间的距离与同向上所述电动机尺寸的比值不小于二分之一;所述偏心块呈长块状、长度方向与所述转轴的轴向同向设置,所述偏心块的长度与两个所述轴承之间距离的比值不小于三分之一。
优选地,所述偏心块呈柱体,并套设在所述转轴上,所述偏心块的中心轴线与所述转轴的中心轴线平行且间隔设置。
本发明还提供一种律动器,包括有振动板及如上任一项所述的振动电机, 所述振动板与所述振动电机相连。
优选地,沿长度方向,所述振动板包括中间的连接段及位于两端的翅叶段,所述连接段连接两个所述翅叶段且宽度小于两个所述翅叶段的宽度,所述振动电机设在所述连接段上,所述转轴的轴向与所述振动板的宽度方向相一致。
优选地,所述翅叶段均设置有两个相连的翅叶;所述振动板设置为纤维板;所述电动机设置为无刷电机。
优选地,所述壳体的外壁上设置有连接板,所述振动板与所述连接板相贴合连接;或,所述壳体上设有支腿,所述支腿包括连接杆部及沿所述连接杆部的径向凸出的垫脚部,所述垫脚部和所述振动板均上设置有固定孔并通过螺栓固定连接。
优选地,还包括与所述电动机电连接的控制器,所述控制器上设置有用于与移动终端通信连接的无线通信模块。
本发明还提供了一种律动床垫,设置有垫体及如上任一项所述的律动器,所述律动器的振动板与所述垫体相连接。
优选地,所述垫体上设置有对应人体腰部的腰部区域及对应人体小腿部的腿部区域,所述腰部区域及所述腿部区域分别设置有至少一个的所述律动器。
本发明还提供了一种律动沙发,设置有沙发垫及如上任一项所述的律动器,所述律动器的振动板与所述沙发垫相连接。
本发明还提供了一种律动躺椅,设置有椅垫及如上任一项所述的律动器,所述律动器的振动板与所述椅垫相连接。
本发明提供的技术方案中,电动机的动力输出轴通过联轴器与转轴进行传动连接,转轴与动力输出轴同轴设置,传动稳定且高效;同时,偏心块随转轴转动产生离心力,导致转轴产生振动,转轴一方面通过轴承将振动传递给该侧的壳体,另一面,通过联轴器将振动传导给电动机,传导损失较小,电动机产生同步的较强的振动、并将振动也传递该侧的壳体,使得整个壳体产生同步的 较强程度的振动;且通过联轴器在转轴与电动机之间进行传递,相比于皮带传动,稳定性高,传递损失小;综合效果,相比于现有技术,可使得振动电机整体产生同步振动,振动规律且稳定,振动强度有保障,从而可以提供有效按摩、缓解人体疲劳,并可以促使人快速进入深度睡眠。同理,本发明提供的包含该振动电机的律动器、律动床垫、律动沙发及律动躺椅,均具备相同的有益效果。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
本具体实施方式的目的在于提供一种振动电机及包括该振动电机的律动器、律动床垫、律动沙发及律动躺椅,其结构简单,传动稳定且高效,转轴与电动机都可以输出稳定振动,振动电机整体振动规律且稳定,相比于现有技术,一定程度提高了振动和按摩效果,可以使人们缓解疲劳,促使人快速进入深度睡眠,改善人体亚健康。
以下,结合附图对实施例作详细说明。此外,下面所示的实施例不对权利要求所记载的发明的内容起任何限定作用。另外,下面实施例所表示的构成的全部内容不限于作为权利要求所记载的发明的解决方案所必需的。
请参考附图1-6,本实施例提供的一种振动电机,包括有壳体10、设于壳体10内的电动机3、联轴器8及振动组件,振动组件包括转轴4及偏心块5,偏心块5与转轴4连接,偏心块5相对于转轴4的中心轴线偏心设置,即偏心块5的中心轴线与转轴4的中心轴线不重合;电动机3与壳体10的内壁固定设置,壳体10的内壁上固定有轴承6,轴承6外圈与壳体10内壁固定连接,转轴4穿入轴承6内,轴承6内圈与转轴4可转动连接,转轴4通过轴承6与壳体10建立了连接;同时,转轴4通过联轴器8与电动机3的动力输出轴进行传动连接,且转轴4与动力输出轴同轴设置,即二者的中心轴线相重合,如此,转轴4与电动机3可沿壳体10的长度方向排列。如图1所示,壳体10沿长度方向,可以分为两个腔室、转轴腔及电机腔,转轴4通过轴承6架设在转轴腔内,电动机3连接在电机腔内。
当电动机3启动,动力输出轴输出转矩,通过联轴器8传动,转轴4进行转动,偏心块5随之同步转动,并产生离心力,使转轴4产生振动;转轴4一方面将振动通过轴承6传递给转轴腔,该侧壳体10产生振动,另一方面,将振动通过刚性的联轴器8,传递给同轴向设置的动力输出轴及电动机3,使电动机3产生同步振动,电动机3将振动传递给电机腔,该侧壳体10也产生振动,则整个壳体10产生同步振动,而并非是一侧振动较强、另一侧振动较弱,整体振动规律且稳定。且使用联轴器8进行传动、转轴4与电动机3的动力输出轴同 轴向设置,相比于现有技术中的皮带传动、转轴4与动力轴平行设置,本实施例提供的结构,一方面,传动更稳定高效,长期使用,也不会出现传动减弱或偶有中断的现象,可以保证转轴4的稳定转动,从而保证振动的稳定产生,从该点而言,振动强度有保障;另一方面,传递振动时,联轴器8相比于皮带,可以降低振动损失,同轴向传递也优于需要转向的平行传递,振动传递更高效,使得壳体10两侧产生同步振动,没有较大的强弱之分,从该点而言,本实施例提供的振动电机通过壳体10输出的振动强度更高,更稳定,更均匀及规律;结合两方面的论述,整体而言,本实施例提供的振动电机,整个壳体10可以产生同步振动,输出稳定、规律且强度有保障的振动,提高了稳定性和振动效果,可以提供有效的按摩,缓解人体疲劳,改善人体亚健康或促使人快速进入深度睡眠,真正地起到有益健康的作用。还有一方面的有益效果,本实施例提供的振动电机,结构更简单,更易于生产。
进一步地,振动组件可设置有两个,两个振动组件可以是分列于电动机3的两端、并以电动机3为中心对称设置。壳体10上设置有两个转轴腔,电机腔位于两个转轴腔的中间。可以是,电动机3内设置有一个与动力输出轴同轴向设置的传动轴,传动轴与动力输出轴通过齿轮传动连接,且传动轴沿电动机3的长度方向设置,传动轴的两端与两个振动组件一一对应地连接,均通过联轴器8与对应的转轴4连接;同一个动力输出轴带动两个振动组件同步同频率振动。也可以是,电动机3设置为现有技术中的双轴电动机,在两端各有一个传递动力的伸出轴,可以一一对应的连接两个振动组件。如此设置,两组振动组件可以显著增强发出的振动强度,且两组振动组件对称设置在电动机3两侧,整个振动电机的传动稳定,并具有良好的振动均匀性、规律性及超强的稳定性,可以提供持续性的舒适振动感。当然,振动电机与调频器或控制器电连接之后,可以改变振动频率及振动强度,满足不同体验者及不同应用场景的需求。
壳体10可以是由相扣合连接的上壳体1及下壳体2组成,上壳体1及下壳体2上均设置有扣合凸沿12,两个扣合凸沿12对正并可通过螺栓等紧固件进行连接。壳体10上还可以设置有可供电动机3进出的检修口和盖合检修口的盖 子13,盖子13与壳体10可开合地连接。通过检修口,可以在不用拆分上壳体1与下壳体2的基础上,对壳体10内部的部件进行检修。电机腔内,可以是设置有凸出于内壁的支撑肋板23,电动机3通过支撑肋板23架设在壳体10内,如此,电动机3不与壳体10的内壁直接接触,形成一定的间隙供气体流动,有利于散热,散热效果良好。壳体10上还可以设置有散热孔11,进一步增强散热效果。
在转轴腔内,沿壳体10宽度方向,可以设置有侧板,侧板上设置有轴承槽21,轴承6连接在轴承槽21内。如图1所示,一个转轴4上可以套设有两个轴承6,以更加有效地传递振动。优选方案中,两个轴承6之间的距离与同向上电动机3尺寸的比值不小于二分之一,否则容易影响振动强度,而比值的具体大小,可以根据需求或应用场景进行具体设定。优选地,两个轴承6的距离与与同向上电动机3的尺寸基本一致或相同,如此,电动机3与转轴4的长度相差不多,可以使壳体10左半部分和右半部分受到的力的作用更加均匀,可以产生整体上的更好的振动效果。
本实施例中,偏心块5与转轴4连接,可以是可拆卸地连接,如此,偏心块5与转轴4为分体式的结构,可以进行拆分与连接,两个部件产生磨损或故障时,都可以单独更换。
偏心块5上可设置有与转轴4的外轴壁相匹配的弧面贴合槽51,转轴4至少有部分嵌入贴合槽51内,实现偏心块5与转轴4的紧密贴合,保证传动的高效性和稳定性。
一种实施例中,偏心块5可以是呈长块状,如图1所示,偏心块5的长度方向与转轴4的轴向同向设置,沿径向偏心块5的横截面可以呈扇形,如此,偏心块5呈扇形的长柱块,一方面可使得产生的离心力对转轴4在其径向上的作用变化较为平缓,另一方面使得转轴4在长度方向上的各个位置均匀受力,使得壳体10的整体性振动更均匀,效果较好。
偏心块5可以与转轴4直接通过紧固件进行紧固连接,或者,转轴4上套 设有固定盘7,偏心块5长度方向的端部与固定盘7进行可拆卸地连接。固定盘7与偏心块5可以通过紧固螺钉或螺栓进行连接。固定盘7还可以是设置有两个、分别位于偏心块5的两端,两个固定盘7分别与偏心块5的两端进行紧固连接,对偏心块5起到稳固的连接作用和夹持作用,可以确保偏心块5与转轴4的连接稳固性,确保传动顺利,降低传动损失,给体验者带来舒适的振动感。为保证振动强度,偏心块5的长度与两个轴承6之间距离的比值不小于三分之一。偏心块5的长度越接近于两个轴承6之间的距离,转轴4在长度方向上的受力越均匀,壳体10的振动效果越好。
如图2所示,另一种实施例中,偏心块5还可以呈柱体,偏心套设在转轴4上、可形成偏心轮,即偏心块5的中心轴线与转轴4的中心轴线平行且间隔设置。柱体的偏心块5可以与转轴4通过紧固件进行连接,也可以是呈一体式结构。采用偏心轮式的结构,振动也较为稳定,不易受到干扰而产生非所需振幅或频率的振动。
如图3和图6所示,本实施例还提供了一种律动器,包括有振动板9及如上任一项实施例中所述的振动电机,振动板9与振动电机相连,振动板9在振动电机的带动下,可以发出稳定、规律且强劲的振动。则,本实施例提供的律动器,可以输出稳定、规律且强度有保障的振动,提高了振动稳定性和振动效果,将该律动器的振动板9与床垫、沙发或躺椅相结合时,可以提供大面积的稳定、规律且强劲的振动,产生良好的按摩效果,缓解人体疲劳,改善人体亚健康或促进人快速进入深度睡眠,增强睡眠质量,真正地起到有益健康的作用;且振动电机结构更简单,更易于生产。该有益效果的推导过程与上述振动电机的所带来的有益效果的推导过程基本一致,此处不再赘述。
振动板9可以是一个长方形的板状,如图4所示,也可以是其他形状的板状。振动板9的长度较长时,振动电机可以设置在振动板9的中心处,振动板9的两侧相对于振动电机对称设置。进一步地,如图5所示,振动板9可以做如下设置:沿长度方向,振动板9包括中间的连接段93及位于两端的翅叶91 段,连接段93连接两个翅叶91段,且连接段93的宽度小于两个翅叶91段的宽度,振动板9整个呈对称的展开状的双翅型;同时,振动电机连接在连接段93上,可处于振动板9长度方向的中心,且振动电机的转轴4的轴向与振动板9的方向相一致。如此设置,振动板9两端的翅叶91段会重于中间的连接段93,同时,转轴4的轴向与宽度方向一致,则,当转轴4带着偏心块5转动时,受离心力的作用,振动板9不仅会产生振动,而且会以转轴4为中心产生规律性的摆动。两个翅叶91段交替下降、升起,所产生的位移增大,振动板9做摆动性振动,显著增强振动感;且由于振动电机的传动稳定,振动传递稳定同步,振动效果比较均匀,振动的方向性和周期性都较为稳定,对人体的按摩效果较佳。振动效果可深入身体内层,促进身体血液循环,可辅助治疗长期卧床的患者,改善有着睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,对一些工作压力大缺乏锻炼者能有效的补充运动量,改善其身体机能,改善人体亚健康。
每个翅叶91段可以是设有呈扇形的一个翅叶91,也可以设有呈长椭圆形并沿宽度方向排列的两个翅叶91,如图5所示,振动板9设置为此种形状,更便于其在离心振动的作用下,产生摆动振动。振动板9可由板材切割成型,或者直接通过注塑成型。
位于同一翅叶91段的两个翅叶91,沿长度方向对称,两个翅叶91为一体式结构、之间的过渡处呈U型槽92状。如此,在振动时,过渡处不易开裂,增加使用寿命。
振动板9可设置为纤维板。纤维板具有良好的韧性,使用寿命长,且振动效果好。振动电机可设置为无刷电机。无刷电机的运转效率和转速精度高。
振动板9与振动电机的连接,可以是如图1和图3所示,壳体10的外壁设有支腿22,支腿22包括连接杆部221和垫脚部222,垫脚部222位于连接杆部221的底部,且沿连接杆部221的径向向外凸出。垫脚部222与振动板9上均设置有固定孔,并通过螺栓或螺钉进行连接。
或者,如图6所示,壳体10的外壁上设置有呈板状的连接板14,振动板9 与连接板14可以相贴合连接。连接板14与壳体10可为一体式结构,可通过注塑一体成型。具体地,壳体10包括上壳体1和下壳体2,上壳体1和下壳体2通过螺栓连接。上壳体1上一体式设置有半个连接板14,下壳体2上一体设置有半个连接板14,当上壳体1和下壳体2组合到一起时,两个半个的连接板14形成整个的连接板14。振动板9可通过螺栓连接在连接板14上;也可在连接板14和振动板9上分别设置卡接块和卡接槽,通过卡接结构连接。
律动器还包括与电动机3电连接的控制器,控制器可以控制电动机3的转动频率等参数,控制器上设置有无线通信模块,无线通信模块用于与移动终端通信连接。如此,可以通过移动终端对振动电机进行调控,便于使用者调节振动时长、振动强度和振动频率等参数。无线通信模块可以设置为蓝牙模块、WIFI模块、Zigbee模块等。移动终端可以为设有APP的手机或遥控器等。
本实施例还提供了一种律动床垫,设置有垫体及如上所述的律动器,律动器的振动板9与垫体相连接。如此设置,本实施例提供的律动床垫,可以产生规律、稳定且强度有保障的振动,提高了振动稳定性和振动效果,能够对使用者提供有益于健康的按摩,产生良好的按摩效果,缓解人体疲劳,改善人体亚健康或促使人快速进入深度睡眠,真正地起到有益健康的作用;且振动电机结构更简单,更易于生产。该有益效果的推导过程与上述振动电机的所带来的有益效果的推导过程基本一致,此处不再赘述。
垫体上设置有对应人体腰部的腰部区域及对应人体小腿部的腿部区域,腰部区域及腿部区域分别设置有至少一个的律动器。如此设置,振动源对应设在人体最容易产生劳累和疼痛感的两大区域,对腰部和小腿部进行主要性的强劲按摩,其他区域进行强度较小的按摩,更符合实际需求,增强使用舒适感。
本实施例还提供了一种律动沙发,设置有沙发垫及如上实施例所述的律动器,律动器的振动板与沙发垫相连接,则本实施例提供的律动沙发,可以产生规律、稳定且强度有保障的振动,提高了振动稳定性和振动效果,能够对使用者提供有益于健康的按摩,产生良好的按摩效果,缓解人体疲劳,改善人体亚 健康或促进人体睡眠,真正地起到有益健康的作用;且振动电机结构更简单,更易于生产。该有益效果的推导过程与上述振动电机的所带来的有益效果的推导过程基本一致,此处不再赘述。
本实施例还提供了一种律动躺椅,设置有椅垫及如上实施例所述的律动器,律动器的振动板与椅垫相连接,则本实施例提供的律动躺椅,可以产生规律、稳定且强度有保障的振动,提高了振动稳定性和振动效果,能够对使用者提供有益于健康的按摩,产生良好的按摩效果,缓解人体疲劳,改善人体亚健康或促进人体睡眠,真正地起到有益健康的作用;且振动电机结构更简单,更易于生产。该有益效果的推导过程与上述振动电机的所带来的有益效果的推导过程基本一致,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,本文所阐述的“水平”“竖直”“上”“下”“左”“右”“前”“后”是在该振动电机或律动器处于如附图中所示的自然摆放状态时之所指。
可以理解的是,上述各实施例中相同或相似部分可以相互参考,在一些实施例中未详细说明的内容可以参见其他实施例中相同或相似的内容。本发明提供的多个方案包含本身的基本方案,相互独立,并不互相制约,但是其也可以在不冲突的情况下相互结合,达到多个效果共同实现。

  1. 一种振动电机,其特征在于,包括有壳体(10)、设于所述壳体(10)内的电动机(3)、联轴器(8)及振动组件,所述振动组件包括转轴(4)及与所述转轴(4)连接并偏心设置的偏心块(5),所述转轴(4)及所述电动机(3)的动力输出轴同轴设置并通过所述联轴器(8)传动连接;所述壳体(10)的内壁上固定有轴承(6),所述转轴(4)穿入所述轴承(6)内并与所述轴承(6)可转动连接,所述电动机(3)与所述壳体(10)的内壁固定设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的振动电机,其特征在于,所述振动组件设置有两个并分列于所述电动机(3)的两端,所述电动机(3)的两端分别设有一个伸出轴并与两个所述振动组件一一对应地连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的振动电机,其特征在于,所述偏心块(5)与所述转轴(4)可拆卸地设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的振动电机,其特征在于,所述偏心块(5)上设置有与所述转轴(4)的外轴壁相匹配的贴合槽(51),所述转轴(4)至少部分嵌入所述贴合槽(51)内。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的振动电机,其特征在于,所述偏心块(5)呈长块状、长度方向与所述转轴(4)的轴向同向设置,所述转轴(4)上套设有固定盘(7),所述偏心块(5)的长度方向的端部与所述固定盘(7)可拆卸地连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的振动电机,其特征在于,所述电动机(3)架设在所述壳体(10)内,所述壳体(10)的上设置有散热孔(11)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的振动电机,其特征在于,所述轴承(6)设置有沿所述转轴(4)的轴向分布的两个,两个所述轴承(6)之间的距离与同向上 所述电动机(3)尺寸的比值不小于二分之一;所述偏心块(5)呈长块状、长度方向与所述转轴(4)的轴向同向设置,所述偏心块(5)的长度与两个所述轴承(6)之间距离的比值不小于三分之一。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的振动电机,其特征在于,所述偏心块(5)呈柱体,并套设在所述转轴(4)上,所述偏心块(5)的中心轴线与所述转轴(4)的中心轴线平行且间隔设置。
  9. 一种律动器,其特征在于,包括有振动板(9)及如权利要求1-8任一项所述的振动电机,所述振动板(9)与所述振动电机相连。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的律动器,其特征在于,沿长度方向,所述振动板(9)包括中间的连接段(93)及位于两端的翅叶(91)段,所述连接段(93)连接两个所述翅叶(91)段且宽度小于两个所述翅叶(91)段的宽度,所述振动电机设在所述连接段(93)上,所述转轴(4)的轴向与所述振动板(9)的宽度方向相一致。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的律动器,其特征在于,所述翅叶(91)段均设置有两个相连的翅叶(91);所述振动板(9)设置为纤维板;所述电动机(3)设置为无刷电机。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的律动器,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)的外壁上设置有连接板(14),所述振动板(9)与所述连接板(14)相贴合连接;
    或,
    所述壳体(10)上设有支腿(22),所述支腿(22)包括连接杆部(221)及沿所述连接杆部(221)的径向凸出的垫脚部(222),所述垫脚部(222)和所述振动板(9)均上设置有固定孔并通过螺栓固定连接。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的律动器,其特征在于,还包括与所述电动机(3)电连接的控制器,所述控制器上设置有用于与移动终端通信连接的无线通信模块。
  14. 一种律动床垫,其特征在于,设置有垫体及如权利要求9-13任一项所述的律动器,所述律动器的振动板(9)与所述垫体相连接。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的律动床垫,其特征在于,所述垫体上设置有对应人体腰部的腰部按摩区域及对应人体小腿部的腿部按摩区域,所述腰部按摩区域及所述腿部按摩区域分别设置有至少一个的所述律动器。
  16. 一种律动沙发,其特征在于,设置有沙发垫及如权利要求9-13任一项所述的律动器,所述律动器的振动板与所述沙发垫相连接。
  17. 一种律动躺椅,其特征在于,设置有椅垫及如权利要求9-13任一项所述的律动器,所述律动器的振动板与所述椅垫相连接。
