技术领域
本申请涉及按摩器领域,具体涉及一种脚背部按摩器。
背景技术
按摩器是根据物理学,仿生学,生物电学、中医学以及多年临床实践而研制开发出的新一代保健器材。它不仅拥有八大仿真功能,让您确实体会到针灸、推拿、按摩、锤击、火罐、刮痧、瘦身、免疫调节八种功能的美妙感觉,还有治疗高血压的独特功效。用若干个独立软触按摩头,可放松肌肉、舒缓神经、促进血液循环、加强细胞新陈代谢、增强皮肤弹性,可缓解疲劳、明显减轻各种慢性疼痛、急性疼痛和肌肉酸痛,放松身体减轻压力,减少皮肤皱纹。
现有脚部按摩器,一般不能同时进行捶打按摩和揉捏按摩功能,由于捶打和揉捏二者按摩各有侧重,缓解和受力的方式也不一样,能够给使用者带来不同的舒缓效果;于是市面上出现了,采用多组电机驱动的模式,一组电机驱动实现捶打按摩,另一组电机驱动实现揉捏按摩,由于采用多个电机,电机多零件多,这样设计导致生产制造成本大幅增加,设备体积较大、重量较大,同时维护成本也增加。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本申请旨在提供一种低成本易维护的在较少电机的情况下实现揉捏和捶打多功能的脚背部按摩器。
为实现该技术目的,本申请的方案是:脚背部按摩器,包括壳体、电机、控制模块,所述控制模块与电机电连接,所述壳体中部设置有电机,所述电机前端通过齿轮箱分别与前脚轴驱动连接,所述前脚轴两端分别连接有前脚底揉捏按摩头,所述前脚底揉捏按摩头一侧上嵌套设置有连杆,所述连杆与中脚轴驱动连接,所述中脚轴两端分别连接有中脚底揉捏按摩头;
所述电机尾端通过皮带连接至偏心模块,所述偏心模块连接至后脚底捶打按摩头;
所述偏心模块包括有传动轴、皮带轮、偏心驱动轮、轴承,所述传动轴一端设置有皮带轮与皮带连接,所述传动轴中部设置有偏心驱动轮,所述偏心驱动轮通过螺杆连接至脚底捶打按摩头,所述传动轴两侧通过轴承固定连接。
作为优选,所述壳体上还设置有两组后跟挡板,所述后跟挡板位于后脚底捶打按摩头两侧。
作为优选,所述前脚底揉捏按摩头和中脚底揉捏按摩头下方还设置有加热模块,所述加热模块与控制模块电连接。
作为优选,所述壳体前端还设置有气泵和气囊,所述气泵与控制模块电连接。
本申请的有益效果,本申请通过单个电机实现同时揉压、敲打震动按摩脚底部,电机一头通过齿轮组传动前脚底揉捏按摩头和中脚底揉捏按摩头轴向运动进行揉捏操作,电机另一头通过皮带轮传动偏心模块实现脚底捶打按摩头偏心上下运动的捶打功能;使用时,实现捶打按摩头的捶打和揉捏按摩同时进行, 偏心模块结构简单体积小,使用的电机不增加,整机体积小,重量轻、低成本、易维护,按摩舒适度佳;同时还设置有后跟挡板用于固定脚后跟方便捶打功能稳定进行;同时还设置有加热模块,辅助活络经络;还设置有气泵,通过气泵可以给气囊充气,使得足部得到固定,按摩效果更佳,同时还可以通过充气放气来调节按摩的力度调节。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请做进一步详细说明。
如图1-4所示,本申请所述的具体实施例为脚背部按摩器,包括壳体2、电机3、控制模块1,所述控制模块1与电机3电连接,所述壳体2中部设置有电机3,所述电机3前端通过齿轮箱4分别与前脚轴7驱动连接,所述前脚轴7两端分别连接有前脚底揉捏按摩头5,所述前脚底揉捏按摩头5一侧嵌套设置有连杆16,所述前脚轴通过连杆16与中脚轴8驱动连接,所述中脚轴8两端分别连接有中脚底揉捏按摩头6;由于人体的脚底中部为凹陷构造,通过前脚底揉捏按摩头驱动连杆然后带动中脚轴实现左右来回摆动,使得中脚底揉捏按摩头更好的给脚底中部进行按摩。
所述电机3尾端通过皮带11连接至偏心模块9,所述偏心模块9连接至后脚底捶打按摩头10;
所述偏心模块9包括有传动轴901、皮带轮902、偏心驱动轮903、轴承 904,所述传动轴901一端设置有皮带轮902与皮带11连接,所述传动轴901中部设置有偏心驱动轮903,所述偏心驱动轮903通过螺杆12连接至脚底捶打按摩头10,所述传动轴901两侧通过轴承904固定连接。所述脚底捶打按摩头为一体化臂状结构,按摩的突起结构设置在两侧。偏心驱动轮能起到偏心的作用,偏心驱动轮内侧设置同心的偏心圆和偏心轴承,偏心圆和偏心轴承嵌套设置在传动轴上。本设计中偏心模块只需要一根传动轴来偏心驱动轮,通过偏心驱动轮带动螺杆使得一体化结构的脚底捶打按摩头两侧分别进行上下活动操作,该偏心模块设计的驱动结构简单,零件少,安装方便,同时也能够有效减少体积,节约生产成本。
为了方便固定脚后跟,所述壳体上还设置有两组后跟挡板15,所述后跟挡板15位于后脚底捶打按摩头10两侧。通过后跟挡板可以很好的固定脚后跟,确保后脚底捶打按摩头能够稳定的进行捶打按摩。
为了提高按摩效果,所述前脚底揉捏按摩头5和中脚底揉捏按摩头6下方还设置有加热模块13,所述加热模块13与控制模块1电连接。通过加热模块可以轻微加热,辅助活络经络,提高按摩效果。
所述壳体2前端还设置有气泵14和气囊,所述气泵14与控制模块电连接。通过气泵可以给气囊充气,使得足部得到固定,按摩效果更佳,同时还可以通过充气放气来调节按摩的力度调节。
本申请通过单个电机实现同时揉压、敲打震动按摩脚底部。使用时,电机一头通过齿轮组传动前脚底揉捏按摩头和中脚底揉捏按摩头做轴向运动,可以对前脚底、中脚底进行揉捏操作;与此同时电机另一头通过皮带轮传动偏心模块驱动脚底捶打按摩头上下摇摆,实现脚底捶打按摩头偏心上下运动,最终实现后脚底的捶打功能。使用时,实现捶打按摩头的捶打和揉捏按摩同时进行, 本设计的使用的电机不增加,体积小,重量轻、低成本、易维护,按摩舒适度佳。同时还设置有后跟挡板用于固定脚后跟方便捶打功能稳定进行;同时还设置有加热模块,辅助活络经络;还设置有气泵,通过气泵可以给气囊充气,使得足部得到固定,按摩效果更佳,同时还可以通过充气放气来调节按摩的力度调节。

    所述电机尾端通过皮带连接至偏心模块,所述偏心模块连接至后脚底捶打按摩头;
    所述偏心模块包括有传动轴、皮带轮、偏心驱动轮和轴承,所述传动轴一端设置有皮带轮与皮带连接,所述传动轴中部设置有偏心驱动轮,所述偏心驱动轮通过螺杆连接至脚底捶打按摩头,所述传动轴两侧通过所述轴承固定连接。
