空气净化设备(此处指过滤器是需从设备下面往上安装的空气净化设备)在过滤空气杂质后,经过一定的周期,其所使用的过滤器都需要定期进行更换,更换时,由于以往结构的设计,都需要两人同时操作进行完成,一人需顶住过滤器,防止过滤器掉下,一人再进行锁紧机构的松紧操作。其缺点就是浪费了人工,另外因工作空间有限,两人同时操作,空间狭小,定期维护更换的数量多,就会很费时费力。
最后,过滤器在送入箱体内部时,需要在箱体的四边做限位装置,限位装置在过滤器送入时,起到一个导向的作用;同时,在过滤器完全到位后,限位件又限定了过滤器的位置,使过滤器能够在指定的设计位置不能横向移动。一般行业内采用的限位方式,就是做一个限位钣金件,在箱体的四边进行焊接固定,一边放置2个,正常四边一共使用8个限位件。

手动旋转压块7,当凸台8处于限位槽9的上端时,压块7与基准板14垂直,锁紧固定件;
解锁状态:将压块7进行旋转至限位槽9的下端时,压块7与基准板14水平,压块7脱离被压紧固定件;卡扣2转动竖直位置,将固定件取下。
具体的,1、斜轴压块快装锁紧机构,通过图1中固定板进行焊接或者锁紧在设备箱体内部;
2、卡扣2与支架1为间隙配合,并且卡扣1的重心设计在承载板4一侧,在重力的作用下,卡扣2会保持图1下落的位置,卡扣2的尾部因为与安装件正好抵住,所以卡扣2在自然落下到极限位置时,承载板4设计是垂直向上的。当固定件向上移动,顶过卡扣2,卡扣2向上旋转避让,固定件离开卡扣2后,卡扣2再次自然落下。手动将卡扣2向上旋转到承载板4的顶端贴合固定件,此时卡扣2的重力就到了旋转轴15的另一端,卡扣2不能再自动落下,也可以通过在支架上设置一个凸台,手动将卡扣向上旋转,直至凸台卡住卡扣,此时卡扣也不能再落下,再取出固定件。
3、螺柱与支架连接在一起,可以使用焊接、铆接、螺栓紧固等工艺来进行锁紧。压块套在螺柱上,压块的背面有一个凸台,正好卡进支架中的导旋转槽。用一个自锁螺母或者普通螺母等锁紧螺栓将压块进行锁紧,锁紧力矩通过计算进行确定,使压块在旋转时有适当阻尼感。
4、手动旋转斜轴压块,当凸台8处于限位槽9的上端时,压块7的压紧面处于最高的状态,压块与支架垂直,且压紧面为水平状态。
将压块7进行旋转到另一个极限位置,因为轴是斜的,压块7的平面就会在旋转的同时下降,最终离开被压紧物体。
在本实施例中,所述解锁状态方法还包括:
紧固状态下,先将卡扣2转动竖直位置避让,再将压块7进行旋转至限位槽9的下端时,压块7与基准板14水平,压块7脱离被压紧固定件,将固定件 取下。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 斜轴压块快装锁紧机构,其特征在于,包括基准板(14)和压块(7),所述基准板(14)倾斜设置,所述压块(7)一端与基准板(14)转动连接,另一端在转动平面内具有能够锁紧待固定件的第一位置和能够解除待固定件锁紧状态的第二位置,所述第一位置与第二位置的高度不同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的斜轴压块快装锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述压块(7)设有凸台(8);所述基准板(14)开设有适配凸台(8)转动的限位槽(9)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的斜轴压块快装锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述基准板(14)设有旋转轴(15),所述压块(7)与旋转轴(15)活动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的斜轴压块快装锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述基准板(14)的倾斜角度设置为0-180度。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的斜轴压块快装锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述基准板(14)的底部边沿设有支架(1),所述支架(1)的侧部转动连接有卡扣(2);所述卡扣(2)用于支撑固定件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的斜轴压块快装锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述卡扣(2)通过连接轴(3)与支架(1)转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的斜轴压块快装锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述支架(1)与卡扣(2)连接面上设有限制卡扣(2)水平方向的卡扣限位一(5)和/或限制卡扣(2)垂直方向的卡扣限位二(6)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的斜轴压块快装锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述卡扣(2)设有承载板(4)。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的斜轴压块快装锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述基准板(14)上设有相互垂直的固定板一(10)和固定板三(12),所述固定板一(10)和固定板三(12)的顶部设有固定板二(11),所述支架(1)上与固定板三(12)同侧的位置设有固定板四(13)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的斜轴压块快装锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述固定板一(10)设有用于限制固定件的限位板(16)。
  11. 斜轴压块快装锁紧机构工作方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括步骤:
    紧固状态:当固定件向上移动,卡扣(2)向上旋转避让,固定件离开卡扣(2)后,卡扣(2)受重力落下,将固定件支撑在卡扣(2)上;
    旋转压块(7),当凸台(8)处于旋转槽(9)的上端时,压块(7)与基准板(14)垂直,压块(7)向上挤压,锁紧固定件;
    解锁状态:将压块(7)进行旋转至旋转槽(9)的下端时,压块(7)与基准板(14)水平,压块(7)脱离被压紧固定件;手动向上撑起固定件,将卡扣(2)转动竖直位置避让,将固定件取下。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的斜轴压块快装锁紧机构工作方法,其特征在于,所述解锁状态方法还包括:
    紧固状态下,先将卡扣(2)转动竖直位置避让,再将压块(7)进行旋转至旋转槽(9)的下端时,压块(7)与基准板(14)水平,压块(7)脱离被压紧固定件,将固定件取下。
