以下将结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。显然,所描述的实施例只是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。另外,文中所提到的所有连接关系,并非单指构件直接相接,而是指可根据具体实施情况,通过添加或减少连接辅件,来组成更优的连接结构。本发明创造中的各个技术特征,在不互相矛盾冲突的前提下可以交互组合。
参照图1、图2与图3,一种线条灯,包括:主壳体100,其具 有开口向下的腔体,所述腔体的前内侧壁转动连接有连接件110,所述腔体的后内侧壁设置有安装通孔,所述安装通孔内转动连接有锁扣件140,所述锁扣件140的旋转轴线沿竖直方向延伸,所述锁扣件140具有位于所述腔体内的卡接部与位于所述腔体外的拨动部;翻盖200,其内部设置有光源组件,所述翻盖200上设置有限位扣210,所述限位扣210上设置有卡接孔,所述连接件110连接于所述翻盖200,所述翻盖200的旋转轴线沿左右方向延伸,所述翻盖200可通过所述连接件110翻转并打开或关闭所述腔体,所述翻盖200关闭所述腔体时,所述卡接部可伸入所述卡接孔内。
由上述可知,主壳体100的腔体内与翻盖200内均可容纳外设的电器元件,光源组件则放入到翻盖200内,翻盖200通过连接件110可与主壳体100之间产生相对转动,在安装时,腔体为打开状态,此时可方便地对腔体内的电器元件进行接线以及吸顶安装,安装完成后,将翻盖200翻转并盖合在主壳体100上,以关闭腔体,然后转动锁扣件140,使得卡接部进入到卡接孔内,翻盖200不会翻转掉下,当需要再打开腔体时,只需要转动锁扣件140,使得卡接部脱离出卡接孔即可,如此可实现翻盖200与主壳体100的快速拆装,简化了安装流程,提高了对线条灯的接线、安装效率。
作为连接件110的进一步实施例,所述翻盖200上设置有连接片220,所述连接片220上沿左右方向间隔设置有左安装块221与右安装块222,所述左安装块221上设置有左安装孔,所述右安装块222上设置有右安装孔,所述连接件110包括旋转段111、第一过渡段112、 第二过渡段113、左连接段114、第三过渡段115、第四过渡段116与右连接段117,所述腔体的前内侧壁向上弯折有上翻边,所述上翻边与所述腔体的前内侧壁之间形成限位槽,所述旋转段111位于所述限位槽内,所述旋转段111的左端伸出所述限位槽并依次连接所述第一过渡段112、第二过渡段113与左连接段114,所述第一过渡段112由上至下向后倾斜延伸,所述第二过渡段113由上至下向前倾斜延伸,所述左连接段114向左延伸并伸入所述左安装孔内,所述旋转段111的右端伸出所述限位槽并依次连接所述第三过渡段115、第四过渡段116与右连接段117,所述第三过渡段115由上至下向后倾斜延伸,所述第四过渡段116由上至下向前倾斜延伸,所述右连接段117向右延伸并伸入所述右安装孔内。连接件110依靠左连接段114与右连接段117配合在左安装孔与右安装孔内,从而实现与翻盖200连接,而连接件110本身则依靠旋转段111位于限位槽内可转动,使得连接后的翻盖200可与主壳体100之间产生相对转动,具体的连接件110组装如下,连接件110先将旋转段111放入到限位槽内,然后施力使第二过渡段113、第四过渡段116向旋转段111中心偏移,使得左连接段114与右连接段117相互靠近,然后左连接段114与右连接段117分别对准左安装孔与右安装孔,撤去外力后,整体复原,左连接段114与右连接段117分别进入到左安装孔与右安装孔内,如此即可实现连接件110与主壳体100、翻盖200的快速连接,第一过渡段112、第二过渡段113与第三过渡段115、第四过渡段116的倾斜设计可使得翻盖200张开的角度更大,使用更加灵活。
作为翻盖200与主壳体100在转动连接上的进一步实施例,所述左安装块221远离所述翻盖200的一侧向右延伸设置有挡块223。利用挡块223抵在第二过渡段113上,可限制翻盖200与连接件110之间的相对转动,从而实现更好地打开或关闭腔体。
在上述实施例中,将旋转段111放入到限位槽后,在重力的作用下,旋转段111难以脱出限位槽,为了进一步提高连接件110与主壳体100之间的连接紧密性,在本实施例,所述上翻边的顶侧沿左右方向间隔设置有两个缺口,所述上翻边由两个所述缺口分隔形成左限位段121、过渡段122与右限位段123,所述左限位段121的长度与右限位段123的长度均小于所述过渡段122的长度,所述左限位段121与所述右限位段123均向前弯折并使得所述旋转段111限制在限位槽内。在实际应用中,将上翻边弯折可将旋转段111限制在限位槽内,如直接将整个上翻边弯折则难度较大,因此,将上翻边分成不同长度的部分,然后弯折左限位段121与右限位段123即可,降低弯折难度。
在本实施例中,所述限位扣210连接于所述连接片220上,所述连接片220可拆卸地连接于所述翻盖200上。限位扣210、左安装块221与右安装块222均连在连接片220上,在组装时与连接件110作为一整个配件,可直接装入到翻盖200上,组装更加方便。
锁扣件140可直接通过轴与孔的限位转动地连接在安装通孔内,在本实施例中,所述腔体的后内侧壁设置有固定板130,所述锁扣件140通过转轴连接于所述固定板130上。固定板130先固定在腔体内,可对锁扣件140提供一个支撑的安装结构,然后再将锁扣件140通过 转轴转动连接固定板130上,使得锁扣件140可在安装通孔内转动。
卡接部伸入到卡接孔后,在重力的作用下,翻盖200会对卡接部提供一个向下的压力,在缺少外力的作用下,卡接部本身亦难以脱离出卡接孔,在本实施例中,所述固定板130的底面设置有凸点,所述卡接部上设置有定位孔,所述卡接部伸入所述卡接孔时,所述凸点配合连接于所述定位孔内。将卡接部伸入到卡接孔后,利用凸点与定位孔的配合限位,可进一步使得卡接部与固定板130之间相对固定,卡接部不容易脱离出卡接孔。
作为光源组件的进一步实施例,所述光源组件包括PCB板与灯体,所述PCB板位于所述翻盖200内,所述灯体连接于所述PCB板上,所述腔体内设置有电源,所述PCB板电连接于所述电源。电源放置于腔体内,而PCB板与灯体则位于翻盖200内,排布、接线更加合理、方便。
以上对本发明的较佳实施方式进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出种种的等同变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种线条灯,其特征在于:包括:
    主壳体(100),其具有开口向下的腔体,所述腔体的前内侧壁转动连接有连接件(110),所述腔体的后内侧壁设置有安装通孔,所述安装通孔内转动连接有锁扣件(140),所述锁扣件(140)的旋转轴线沿竖直方向延伸,所述锁扣件(140)具有位于所述腔体内的卡接部与位于所述腔体外的拨动部;
    翻盖(200),其内部设置有光源组件,所述翻盖(200)上设置有限位扣(210),所述限位扣(210)上设置有卡接孔,所述连接件(110)连接于所述翻盖(200),所述翻盖(200)的旋转轴线沿左右方向延伸,所述翻盖(200)可通过所述连接件(110)翻转并打开或关闭所述腔体,所述翻盖(200)关闭所述腔体时,所述卡接部可伸入所述卡接孔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种线条灯,其特征在于:所述翻盖(200)上设置有连接片(220),所述连接片(220)上沿左右方向间隔设置有左安装块(221)与右安装块(222),所述左安装块(221)上设置有左安装孔,所述右安装块(222)上设置有右安装孔,所述连接件(110)包括旋转段(111)、第一过渡段(112)、第二过渡段(113)、左连接段(114)、第三过渡段(115)、第四过渡段(116)与右连接段(117),所述腔体的前内侧壁向上弯折有上翻边,所述上翻边与所述腔体的前内侧壁之间形成限位槽,所述旋转段(111)位于所述限位槽内,所述旋转段(111)的左端伸出 所述限位槽并依次连接所述第一过渡段(112)、第二过渡段(113)与左连接段(114),所述第一过渡段(112)由上至下向后倾斜延伸,所述第二过渡段(113)由上至下向前倾斜延伸,所述左连接段(114)向左延伸并伸入所述左安装孔内,所述旋转段(111)的右端伸出所述限位槽并依次连接所述第三过渡段(115)、第四过渡段(116)与右连接段(117),所述第三过渡段(115)由上至下向后倾斜延伸,所述第四过渡段(116)由上至下向前倾斜延伸,所述右连接段(117)向右延伸并伸入所述右安装孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种线条灯,其特征在于:所述左安装块(221)远离所述翻盖(200)的一侧向右延伸设置有挡块(223)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种线条灯,其特征在于:所述上翻边的顶侧沿左右方向间隔设置有两个缺口,所述上翻边由两个所述缺口分隔形成左限位段(121)、过渡段(122)与右限位段(123),所述左限位段(121)的长度与右限位段(123)的长度均小于所述过渡段(122)的长度,所述左限位段(121)与所述右限位段(123)均向前弯折并使得所述旋转段(111)限制在限位槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种线条灯,其特征在于:所述限位扣(210)连接于所述连接片(220)上,所述连接片(220)可拆卸地连接于所述翻盖(200)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种线条灯,其特征在于:所述腔体的后内侧壁设置有固定板(130),所述锁扣件(140)通过转轴连接于所述固定板(130)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种线条灯,其特征在于:所述固定板(130)的底面设置有凸点,所述卡接部上设置有定位孔,所述卡接部伸入所述卡接孔时,所述凸点配合连接于所述定位孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种线条灯,其特征在于:所述光源组件包括PCB板与灯体,所述PCB板位于所述翻盖(200)内,所述灯体连接于所述PCB板上,所述腔体内设置有电源,所述PCB板电连接于所述电源。
