Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition d'aliment hybride comprenant (T) 15,0 à 60 % en poids d'un composant animal constitué de viande, de viande de culture et/ou de poisson ; (P) 25,0 à 80,0 % en poids d'un composant végétal constitué de : (p1) 15 à 100 % en poids de légumes et/ou de champignons comestibles, (p2) 0 à 50 % en poids d'amidon et/ou d'une source d'amidon et (p3) 0 à 15 % en poids d'huile végétale, (p1), (p2), et (p3) totalisant 100 % en poids par rapport au composant (P) ; (S) 0,5 à 5,0 % en poids d'un stabilisant qui est constitué de : (s1) 0,75 à 4,0 % en poids d'un extrait de plante, (s2) 0 à 2,0 % en poids d'une poudre végétale colorée et (s3) 0,2 à 3,0 % en poids de fibres végétales en parties variables en % en poids par rapport à la somme des composants (T), (P), (S) et (E) ; (E) 0,0 à 25 % en poids d'un mélange poudre de protéines/eau ou de blanc d'oeuf ; et (H) facultativement du sel, un assaisonnement ou autres additifs classiques ou des mélanges de ceux-ci, les quantités des composants (T), (P), (S) et (E) totalisant 100 % en poids et la quantité du composant facultatif (H) étant ajoutée en plus.
