エレベーターの遠隔監視システム、エレベーターの遠隔監視システムにおけるユーザ管理方法、およびユーザ管理プログラム
 本開示は、エレベーターの遠隔監視システム、エレベーターの遠隔監視システムにおけるユーザ管理方法、およびユーザ管理プログラムに関する。
 特許文献1は、エレベーターの遠隔監視システムの例を開示する。遠隔監視システムにおいて、監視データの閲覧を要求するユーザは閲覧を認証されているユーザであるか否かが判定される。
日本特許第4826687号公報
 ここで、エレベーターの遠隔監視システムにおいて、監視作業を行うオペレータが他のオペレータに監視作業の代行を依頼することがある。この場合に、依頼元のオペレータに許可されている監視データの閲覧が依頼先のオペレータに許可されていない可能性がある。このとき、特許文献1の遠隔監視システムにおいては、依頼先のオペレータによる代行が可能できるようにするために、監視データの閲覧が認証されている新たなユーザの登録が必要になる。このため、容易に監視作業の代行ができないことがある。
 本開示は、このような課題の解決に係るものである。本開示は、エレベーターの監視作業の代行を容易にできる遠隔監視システムおよびそのユーザ管理方法、ならびにユーザ管理プログラムを提供する。
 本開示に係るエレベーターの遠隔監視システムは、複数のユーザの各々について閲覧可能な監視範囲を対応付ける第1テーブルにおいて登録されている第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザの登録を表す登録情報を受け付ける登録受付部と、前記登録受付部が前記登録情報を受け付けるときに、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を、前記第1テーブルにおいて前記第1ユーザに対応づけられた閲覧可能な監視範囲を超えない範囲に設定する設定部と、を備える。

 図1は、実施の形態1に係る遠隔監視システム1の構成図である。
 遠隔監視システム1は、複数のエレベーター2を監視対象とした遠隔監視に適用される。エレベーター2は、例えば複数の階床を有する建物などに適用される。エレベーター2は、図示されないかごを上下方向に走行させることで、かごに乗車している乗客などを複数の階床の間で輸送する装置である。1つの建物において、複数のエレベーター2が適用されていてもよい。この例において、遠隔監視システム1は、複数のエレベーター2を監視対象とした遠隔監視に適用される。各々のエレベーター2は、例えば当該エレベーター2が設けられた建物を特定する建物番号、および当該建物において当該エレベーター2を特定する号機番号などによって特定される。この例において、各々のエレベーター2は、固有の物件名によって特定される。
 各々のエレベーター2のかごにおいて、インターホン3が設けられる。インターホン3は、かごに乗車している乗客がかごの外部との間の音声通話などに用いる通話装置である。インターホン3は、例えばかごにおいて閉じ込めが発生するときなどに用いられる。インターホン3は、例えば第1通信網4に接続される。第1通信網4は、例えば電話回線網などの広域な通信網である。第1通信網4は、複数の国または地域にわたる通信網であってもよい。
 遠隔監視システム1は、複数の遠隔監視装置5を備える。監視対象となる各々のエレベーター2は、いずれかの遠隔監視装置5に対応する。遠隔監視装置5は、当該遠隔監視装置5に対応するエレベーター2の情報を取得する装置である。遠隔監視装置5は、例えば当該遠隔監視装置5に対応するエレベーター2が設けられた建物などに配置される。各々の遠隔監視装置5は、例えば第2通信網6に接続される。第2通信網6は、例えばインターネットなどの広域な通信網である。第2通信網6は、複数の国または地域にわたる通信網であってもよい。第2通信網6は、インターネット上のVPN(Virtual Private Network)などであってもよい。
 遠隔監視システム1は、中央管理装置7を備える。中央管理装置7は、例えば1つまたは複数のサーバ装置などからなる。中央管理装置7を構成する1つまたは複数のサーバ装置は、例えば情報センターなどに配置される。情報センターは、監視対象となる各々のエレベーター2の情報を収集して管理する拠点である。中央管理装置7が複数のサーバ装置からなるときに、当該複数のサーバ装置の一部または全部は、互いに異なる建物に配置されていてもよい。このとき、互いに異なる建物に配置されているサーバ装置の各々は、例えば第2通信網6などを通じて通信を行う。あるいは、中央管理装置7の機能の一部または全部は、クラウドサービス上の記憶もしくは処理のリソースなどによって実装されるものであってもよい。遠隔管理システムの動作は、中央管理装置7または遠隔監視装置5などの遠隔管理システムを構成する装置にインストールされている1つまたは複数のプログラムなどに基づいて実行される。
 遠隔監視システム1を用いて、複数のオペレータが監視作業に従事している。各々のオペレータは、例えば情報センターにおいて監視作業に従事する。各々のオペレータは、架電装置8および監視端末9を通じて監視作業を行う。架電装置8は、例えば音声通話に用いられる電話機などである。架電装置8は、例えば第1通信網4に接続される。監視端末9は、例えばPC(Personal Computer)などの汎用の情報端末装置である。監視端末9は、オペレータが入力する情報の受付、およびオペレータへの情報の表示などを行う。監視端末9は、例えば有線通信または無線通信によるローカルネットワークなどを通じて遠隔監視装置5に接続される。遠隔監視システム1において、各々のオペレータについてアカウントが発行されている。各々のオペレータは、自身に発行されたアカウントのユーザとしてログインすることで、遠隔管理システムを用いた監視作業を行う。この例において、各々のユーザは、固有のユーザ名によって特定される。
 各々のオペレータに対して、監視作業についての権限の範囲が設定されている。監視作業についての権限の範囲は、監視データを閲覧可能な監視範囲および当該監視範囲を閲覧可能な利用期間、ならびに実施可能な監視行動などを含む。監視データは、遠隔監視装置5などにおいて取得された監視対象となる各々のエレベーター2の情報などの監視作業に用いられるデータである。監視範囲は、監視対象となるエレベーター2の範囲を表す情報である。監視範囲は、例えば監視対象のエレベーター2を列挙する情報として表される。あるいは、監視範囲は、例えばエレベーター2が設けられる建物または当該建物の地域などによって、監視対象のエレベーター2を指定する条件を表す情報として表されてもよい。監視行動は、遠隔監視システム1を通じて行う監視作業における行動などである。監視行動は、例えば、遠隔監視システム1の外部との間の外部連絡を含む。外部連絡は、例えば架電装置8を用いた音声通話などを含む。外部連絡としての音声通話は、例えば、かごのインターホン3を通じた当該かごの乗客との通話、保守員が所持する携帯電話10などを通じた当該保守員との通話、および監視対象のエレベーター2が設けられた建物の管理人などとの通話を含む。遠隔監視システム1において、各々のオペレータに対する設定の内容は、当該オペレータに発行されたアカウントのユーザの情報に対応づけて管理される。
 ここで、オペレータが例えば出張、休暇、または欠勤などで不在となる場合などに、他のオペレータに不在の間の監視作業の代行を依頼することがある。また、オペレータが不在でない場合においても、負荷状況などに応じて他のオペレータに監視作業の代行を依頼することがある。このような場合に、依頼元のオペレータは、依頼先のオペレータに発行されたアカウントのユーザを、自身に発行されたアカウントのユーザの子ユーザとして登録する。このとき、依頼元のオペレータに発行されたアカウントのユーザは、依頼先のオペレータに発行されたアカウントのユーザの親ユーザとなる。子ユーザの権限の範囲は、親ユーザの権限の範囲を超えない範囲に設定される。遠隔監視システム1において、このようなユーザ間の親子関係の管理が行われる。ユーザ間の親子関係の管理は、例えば中央管理装置7などの遠隔管理システムを構成する装置にインストールされているユーザ管理プログラムなどに基づいて実行される。なお、ユーザ間の親子関係は、1対1、1対多、多対1、または多対多のいずれであってもよい。また、ユーザ間の親子関係は、孫ユーザなどの関係、すなわち子ユーザの子ユーザなどの多段の関係を含んでもよい。
 遠隔監視システム1の中央管理装置7は、記憶部11と、収集部12と、登録受付部13と、設定部14と、登録解除部15と、要求処理部16と、を備える。
 記憶部11は、情報を記憶する部分である。ここで、記憶部11の一部または全部は、中央管理装置7の他の部分から分離して配置されていてもよい。このとき、記憶部11は、単一のハードウェアによって構成されていてもよいし、複数のハードウェアを組み合わせて構成されていてもよい。記憶部11が複数のハードウェアの組み合わせによって構成されるときに、記憶される情報に応じて各々のハードウェアが使い分けられていてもよい。
 記憶部11は、監視データテーブル、ユーザ管理テーブル、および子ユーザ管理テーブルなどの情報を記憶する。監視データテーブルは、各々の遠隔監視装置5が取得したエレベーター2の情報を含むテーブルである。ユーザ管理テーブルは、各々のユーザの監視作業についての権限の範囲の情報を含むテーブルである。子ユーザ管理テーブルは、子ユーザとして登録されるユーザについて子ユーザとしての監視作業についての権限の範囲の情報を含むテーブルである。
 収集部12は、各々の遠隔監視装置5が取得したエレベーター2の情報を収集する部分である。収集部12は、第1通信網4を通じて各々の監視装置から情報を収集する。収集部12は、例えば各々の監視装置からの発報を受け付けることで、当該発報に含まれる情報を収集する。
 登録受付部13は、登録情報を受け付ける部分である。登録受付部13は、例えば監視端末9を通じて登録情報を受け付ける。登録情報は、いずれかのユーザの子ユーザとしての他のユーザの登録を表す情報である。ここで、親ユーザとなるユーザは、第1ユーザの例である。また、子ユーザとなるユーザは、第2ユーザの例である。
 設定部14は、子ユーザとして登録されるユーザについて、子ユーザとしての監視作業についての権限の範囲を設定する部分である。設定部14は、登録受付部13が受け付けた子ユーザの登録情報、および当該子ユーザの親ユーザの監視作業についての権限の範囲に基づいて設定を行う。設定部14は、登録受付部13が登録情報を受け付けたときに、権限の範囲の設定を行う。設定部14は、対象設定部17と、期間設定部18と、を備える。対象設定部17は、閲覧可能な監視範囲に含まれる監視対象を設定する部分である。期間設定部18は、設定された監視範囲を閲覧可能な利用期間を設定する部分である。
 登録解除部15は、子ユーザとして登録されているユーザについて、子ユーザとしての登録を解除する部分である。登録解除部15は、例えば監視端末9を通じて入力される情報に基づいて登録の解除を行ってもよい。あるいは、登録解除部15は、子ユーザに設定された利用期間などに基づいて登録の解除を行ってもよい。
 要求処理部16は、監視端末9を通じたユーザからの要求を処理する部分である。ユーザからの要求は、例えば監視データの閲覧の要求、または監視行動の実施の要求などを含む。
 続いて、図2から図4を用いて、記憶部11に記憶される情報の例を説明する。
 図2は、実施の形態1に係る記憶部11に記憶される監視データテーブルの例を示す図である。監視データテーブルにおいて、監視対象ごとに当該監視対象の物件名と当該監視対象のインシデントが対応づけられる。インシデントは、監視対象のエレベーター2において発生する事象などである。インシデントは、遠隔監視装置5によって取得されるエレベーター2の情報の例である。インシデントの情報は、例えば当該インシデントが発生するときなどに、エレベーター2の物件名とともに遠隔監視装置5から送信される。また、インシデントは、監視データの例である。インシデントの情報は、当該インシデントの発生時点の情報を含む。発生時点の情報は、例えば日単位の日付情報であってもよいし、または秒単位の時刻情報などであってもよい。インシデントは、例えば監視の開始、および監視対象のエレベーター2からの異常などの発報などを含む。また、インシデントは、例えば監視対象のエレベーター2におけるかごの走行の加速度の計測結果、およびかごの停止階などの運行履歴の情報を含んでもよい。
 図3は、実施の形態1に係る記憶部11に記憶されるユーザ管理テーブルの例を示す図である。ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて、ユーザごとに当該ユーザのユーザ名と、当該ユーザが監視データを閲覧可能な監視範囲に含まれる監視対象の物件名、および当該監視対象の監視データを閲覧できる利用期間が対応づけられる。利用期間は、例えば月単位の期間の情報であってもよいし、または日単位、時単位、もしくは分単位の期間の情報などであってもよい。ユーザ管理テーブルは、第1テーブルの例である。ユーザ管理テーブルにユーザ名が登録されているユーザは、他の子ユーザの親ユーザになりうる。
 図4は、実施の形態1に係る記憶部11に記憶される子ユーザ管理テーブルの例を示す図である。子ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて、子ユーザとして登録されるユーザごとに当該ユーザのユーザ名と、当該ユーザの親ユーザのユーザ名、当該ユーザが子ユーザとして監視データを閲覧可能な監視範囲に含まれる監視対象の物件名、および当該監視対象の監視データを閲覧できる利用期間とが対応づけられる。子ユーザ管理テーブルは、第2テーブルの例である。
 続いて、図5および図6を用いて、監視端末9における表示の例を説明する。
 図5および図6は、実施の形態1に係る遠隔監視システム1の監視端末9における表示の例を示す図である。
 図5において、子ユーザを登録するときの表示の例が示される。この例において、ユーザCがユーザAの子ユーザとして登録される。監視端末9において、親ユーザ選択ボックス9aと、子ユーザ入力ボックス9bと、対象指定ボックス9cと、期間指定ボックス9dと、登録ボタン9eと、が表示される。親ユーザ選択ボックス9aは、親ユーザとなるユーザのユーザ名を選択するインターフェイスである。親ユーザ選択ボックス9aは、例えば、オペレータに複数のアカウントが発行されている場合に、いずれのアカウントのユーザとして子ユーザの登録を行うかの選択などに用いられる。この例において、ユーザAが親ユーザとして選択されている。子ユーザ入力ボックス9bは、選択されたユーザAの子ユーザとして登録されるユーザの、ユーザ名を入力するインターフェイスである。この例において、ユーザCが子ユーザとして入力されている。対象指定ボックス9cは、ユーザCがユーザAの子ユーザとして監視データを閲覧可能な監視対象を指定するインターフェイスである。対象指定ボックス9cにおいて、監視対象が指定されていなくてもよい。期間指定ボックス9dは、ユーザCがユーザAの子ユーザとして監視対象の監視データを閲覧可能な利用期間を指定するインターフェイスである。期間指定ボックス9dにおいて、利用期間が指定されていなくてもよい。登録ボタン9eは、子ユーザの登録を実行するボタンである。登録ボタン9eが押されるときに、親ユーザのユーザ名、子ユーザのユーザ名、監視対象の指定、および利用期間の指定などの図5の画面において指定された情報が登録情報として監視端末9から中央管理装置7の登録受付部13に送信される。
 図6において、オペレータが監視作業を行うときの表示の例が示される。この例において、ユーザCがユーザAの子ユーザとして監視作業を行っている。監視端末9において、物件リスト9fと、インシデントリスト9gと、ユーザ入力ボックス9hと、更新ボタン9iと、が表示される。物件リスト9fは、監視作業を行っているユーザCの子ユーザとしての監視範囲に含まれる物件を表示するリストである。物件リスト9fにおいて、各々の物件についてのユーザCの子ユーザとしての利用期間が合わせて表示される。インシデントリスト9gは、監視作業を行っているユーザCの子ユーザとしての監視範囲に含まれる物件ごとにインシデントを表示するリストである。ユーザ入力ボックス9hは、監視作業を行っているユーザのユーザ名を入力するインターフェイスである。更新ボタン9iは、ユーザ入力ボックス9hにユーザ名が入力されたユーザの権限の範囲に応じて、物件リスト9fおよびインシデントリスト9gなどの表示の更新を行うボタンである。更新ボタン9iが押されるときに、監視端末9から中央管理装置7の要求処理部16に更新要求が送信される。更新要求は、監視データの閲覧の要求の例である。更新要求は、例えばユーザ入力ボックス9hに入力されたユーザ名の情報を含む。
 続いて、図7から図10を用いて、子ユーザの登録の例を説明する。
 図7から図10は、実施の形態1に係る遠隔監視システム1において処理されるテーブルの例を示す図である。
 図5の画面において登録ボタン9eが押されたときに、登録受付部13は、監視端末9から登録情報を受け付ける。このとき、設定部14は、権限の範囲の設定を開始する。設定部14は、登録情報において、監視対象および利用期間が指定されているかを判定する。
 監視対象および利用期間の両方が指定されている場合に、設定部14は、指定された監視対象および利用期間による権限の範囲が、登録情報において親ユーザとして指定されたユーザの権限の範囲を超えているかを判定する。設定部14は、親ユーザのユーザ名および指定された監視対象をキーとしてユーザ管理テーブルを検索することで、図7に例示される利用期間のテーブルT1を取得する。登録情報において指定された利用期間がテーブルT1の利用期間を超えている場合に、中央管理装置7は、子ユーザの登録を拒否してもよい。また、検索がヒットせずにテーブルT1が空白である場合などにおいても、中央管理装置7は、子ユーザの登録を拒否してもよい。一方、登録情報において指定された利用期間がテーブルT1の利用期間を超えない場合に、設定部14は、指定された監視対象および利用期間の情報を、親ユーザおよび子ユーザのユーザ名と合わせて子ユーザ管理テーブルに登録する。
 一方、監視対象および利用期間の両方が指定されていない場合に、設定部14は、登録情報において親ユーザとして指定されたユーザの権限の範囲に基づいて子ユーザの権限の範囲を設定する。設定部14は、親ユーザのユーザ名をキーとしてユーザ管理テーブルを検索することで、図8に例示される親ユーザのユーザ名、物件名、および利用期間のテーブルT2を取得する。設定部14は、取得したテーブルT2、および図9に例示される子ユーザのユーザ名のテーブルT3の外積を取ることで、図10に示されるテーブルT4を生成する。設定部14は、生成したテーブルT4の情報を、子ユーザ管理テーブルに登録する。
 また、監視対象のみが指定されている場合に、設定部14は、登録情報において親ユーザとして指定されたユーザのユーザ名および指定された監視対象をキーとしてユーザ管理テーブルを検索することで、利用期間のテーブルT1を取得する。設定部14は、指定された監視対象の情報を、取得した利用期間のテーブルT1、ならびに親ユーザおよび子ユーザのユーザ名と合わせて子ユーザ管理テーブルに登録する。
 また、利用期間のみが指定されている場合に、設定部14は、登録情報において親ユーザとして指定されたユーザのユーザ名をキーとして、登録情報において指定された期間が利用期間を超えない条件のもとでユーザ管理テーブルを検索することで、監視対象および利用期間のテーブルを取得する。設定部14は、取得したテーブルの情報を、親ユーザおよび子ユーザのユーザ名と合わせて子ユーザ管理テーブルに登録する。なお、検索がヒットせずにテーブルが空白である場合などにおいて、中央管理装置7は、子ユーザの登録を拒否してもよい。
 続いて、図11から図16を用いて、遠隔監視システム1の動作の例を説明する。
 図11から図16は、実施の形態1に係る遠隔監視システム1の動作の例を示すフローチャートである。
 図11において、監視データの蓄積に係る中央管理装置7の動作の例が示される。
 ステップS101において、収集部12は、遠隔監視装置5から物件名およびインシデントの情報を受信したかを判定する。判定結果がNoの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ふたたびステップS101の処理に進む。判定結果がYesの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS102の処理に進む。
 ステップS102において、収集部12は、受信した物件名およびインシデントの情報を監視データテーブルに登録する。これにより、監視データテーブルに監視データが蓄積される。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS101の処理に進む。
 図12において、子ユーザの登録に係る中央管理装置7の動作の例が示される。
 ステップS201において、登録受付部13は、監視端末9から登録情報を受信したかを判定する。判定結果がNoの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ふたたびステップS201の処理に進む。判定結果がYesの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS202の処理に進む。
 ステップS202において、設定部14は、登録情報において監視対象および利用期間の少なくとも一方が指定されているかを判定する。判定結果がNoの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS203の処理に進む。判定結果がYesの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS205の処理に進む。
 ステップS203において、設定部14は、親ユーザのユーザ名をキーとしてユーザ管理テーブルを全検索することで、親ユーザのユーザ名、物件名、および利用期間のテーブルT2を取得する。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS204の処理に進む。
 ステップS204において、設定部14は、取得したテーブルT2および子ユーザのユーザ名のテーブルT3の外積を取ることで、テーブルT4を生成する。設定部14は、生成したテーブルT4の情報を、子ユーザ管理テーブルに登録する。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS201の処理に進む。
 ステップS205において、設定部14は、登録情報において監視対象が指定されているかを判定する。判定結果がYesの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS206の処理に進む。判定結果がNoの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS208の処理に進む。
 ステップS206において、設定部14は、対象設定の処理を行う。対象設定の処理において、親ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲に含まれていない監視対象は、指定された監視対象から除かれる。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS207の処理に進む。
 ステップS207において、設定部14は、対象設定の処理において設定された監視対象について、登録情報において利用期間が指定されているかを判定する。判定結果がYesの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS208の処理に進む。判定結果がNoの場合に、設定部14は、設定された監視対象について、対象設定の処理において設定された利用期間をそのまま設定する。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS209の処理に進む。なお、利用期間が互いに異なる複数の監視対象が設定されている場合に、中央管理装置7は、各々の監視対象についてステップS207以降の処理を行ってもよい。
 ステップS208において、設定部14は、期間設定の処理を行う。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS209の処理に進む。
 ステップS209において、設定部14は、子ユーザに設定した権限の範囲に基づいて、子ユーザ管理テーブルへの登録を行う。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS201の処理に進む。
 図13において、対象設定の処理に係る中央管理装置7の動作の例が示される。
 ステップS301において、対象設定部17は、登録情報から親ユーザおよび子ユーザのユーザ名、ならびに指定された監視対象の物件名を読み込む。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS302の処理に進む。
 ステップS302において、対象設定部17は、読み込んだ親ユーザのユーザ名および物件名をキーとしてユーザ管理テーブルを検索する。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS303の処理に進む。
 ステップS303において、対象設定部17は、検索結果が発見されたか、すなわち検索がヒットしたかを判定する。判定結果がYesの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS304の処理に進む。判定結果がNoの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS305の処理に進む。
 ステップS304において、対象設定部17は、発見された検索結果に基づいて、子ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲に含まれる監視対象を設定する。また、対象設定部17は、検索結果として得られた利用期間のテーブルT1に基づいて、各々の監視対象についての利用期間を設定する。その後、中央管理装置7は、対象設定の処理を終了する。
 ステップS305において、対象設定部17は、子ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲に空白を設定する。その後、中央管理装置7は、対象設定の処理を終了する。
 図14において、期間設定の処理に係る中央管理装置7の動作の例が示される。
 ステップS401において、期間設定部18は、登録情報から親ユーザおよび子ユーザのユーザ名、ならびに指定された利用期間を読み込む。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS402の処理に進む。
 ステップS402において、期間設定部18は、読み込んだ親ユーザのユーザ名をキーとして、登録情報において指定された期間が利用期間に含まれる条件のもとでユーザ管理テーブルを検索する。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS403の処理に進む。
 ステップS403において、期間設定部18は、検索がヒットしたかを判定する。判定結果がYesの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS404の処理に進む。判定結果がNoの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS405の処理に進む。
 ステップS404において、期間設定部18は、発見された検索結果に基づいて、子ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲に含まれる監視対象およびその利用期間を設定する。その後、中央管理装置7は、期間設定の処理を終了する。
 ステップS405において、期間設定部18は、子ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲およびその利用期間に空白を設定する。その後、中央管理装置7は、期間設定の処理を終了する。
 図15において、監視端末9を通じた子ユーザとしてのユーザからの要求の処理に係る中央管理装置7の動作の例が示される。
 ステップS501において、要求処理部16は、更新要求を受信し、かつ、ユーザ名が当該更新要求に含まれるユーザが子ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて子ユーザとして登録されているかを判定する。判定結果がNoの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ふたたびステップS501の処理に進む。判定結果がYesの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS502の処理に進む。
 ステップS502において、要求処理部16は、更新要求に含まれるユーザ名をキーとして、子ユーザ管理テーブルを検索する。これにより、要求処理部16は、当該子ユーザが監視データを閲覧できる監視対象およびその利用期間の情報を取得する。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS503の処理に進む。
 ステップS503において、要求処理部16は、現在の日付を取得する。要求処理部16は、子ユーザ管理テーブルから取得した監視対象のうち、その利用期間に現在の日付を含む監視対象のリストを取得する。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS504の処理に進む。
 ステップS504において、要求処理部16は、取得したリストに含まれる監視対象の物件名をキーとして、監視データテーブルを全検索する。これにより、要求処理部16は、物件名およびインシデントのリストを取得する。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS505の処理に進む。
 ステップS505において、要求処理部16は、取得したリストを監視端末9に送信することで、監視端末9にインシデントリスト9gとして表示させる。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS501の処理に進む。
 図16において、子ユーザの登録の解除に係る中央管理装置7の動作の例が示される。
 ステップS601において、登録解除部15は、現在の日付を取得する。登録解除部15は、直前に取得した日付から現在の日付が変わったかを判定する。判定結果がNoの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ふたたびステップS601の処理に進む。判定結果がYesの場合に、中央管理装置7は、ステップS602の処理に進む。
 ステップS602において、登録解除部15は、利用期間の末日が現在の日付より前のレコードを、子ユーザ管理テーブルから検索する。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS603の処理に進む。
 ステップS603において、登録解除部15は、検索結果として得られたレコードを、子ユーザ管理テーブルから削除する。ここで、いずれかの子ユーザについてのレコードが全て削除されたときに、当該子ユーザの登録が解除される。その後、中央管理装置7は、ステップS601の処理に進む。
 なお、遠隔監視システム1において、監視作業についての権限の範囲は、アカウントに紐づくユーザに対して直接設定されるものでなくてもよい。例えば、監視作業についての権限の範囲は、ロールに設定されるものであってもよい。ロールは、ユーザに割り当てられる。
 また、いずれかのユーザが他のユーザの子ユーザとして登録されている場合においても、ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて設定される当該子ユーザの固有の権限の範囲は特に制限されなくてもよい。すなわち、ユーザAが閲覧可能でない物件名C1の監視対象について、ユーザCが子ユーザとしての登録の前から監視データを閲覧可能である場合がある。この場合に、ユーザCがユーザAの子ユーザとして登録されたときにおいても、ユーザCによる物件名C1の監視対象の監視データの閲覧は制限されなくてもよい。
 また、情報センターは、複数の国または地域にわたって設けられるエレベーター2から情報を収集して管理する拠点であってもよい。すなわち、情報センターなどの中央管理装置7が設けられる国または地域、および各々のエレベーター2が設けられる国または地域は、互いに異なっていてもよい。第1通信網4における中継局などは、複数の国または地域にわたって配置されていてもよい。第2通信網6におけるノードなどは、複数の国または地域にわたって配置されていてもよい。第1通信網4および第2通信網6の両方は、インターネットなどのデジタル通信を行う通信網であってもよい。このとき、第1通信網4および第2通信網6は、同一の通信網であってもよい。第1の国または地域に設けられる中央管理装置7が、第2の国または地域に設けられるエレベーター2から情報を収集する場合に、第1通信網4または第2通信網6は、第3の国または地域に設けられた中継局またはノードなどを含む通信網であってもよい。第1通信網4または第2通信網6の中継局またはノードなどを含む第3の国または地域は、複数の国または地域を含んでもよい。このように、本開示は、複数のエレベーター2および遠隔監視装置5ならびに中央管理装置7などの間における第1通信網4および第2通信網6などを介した通信が複数の国または地域にわたって行われる遠隔監視システム1も想定している。
 また、中央管理装置7は、複数の国または地域にわたって設けられるシステムであってもよい。例えば中央管理装置7が複数のサーバ装置から構成される場合に、各々のサーバ装置は、互いに異なる国または地域に配置されていてもよい。例えば、中央管理装置7の機能のうち、例えば記憶部11などの一部の機能が搭載されたサーバ装置が第1の国または地域に配置されるときに、他の機能が搭載されたサーバ装置は第2の国または地域などに配置されてもよい。
 また、例えば記憶部11などの中央管理装置7の一部が複数のハードウェアの組み合わせによって構成されるときに、各々のハードウェアは、互いに異なる国または地域に配置されていてもよい。例えば記憶部11において監視データテーブルを記憶するハードウェアが第1の国または地域に配置されるときに、ユーザ情報テーブルを記憶するハードウェアは第2の国または地域に配置されてもよい。このとき、子ユーザ情報テーブルを記憶するハードウェアは第3の国または地域に配置されてもよい。
 以上に説明したように、実施の形態1に係る遠隔監視システム1は、登録受付部13と、設定部14と、を備える。登録受付部13は、登録情報を受け付ける。登録情報は、ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて登録されている第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザの登録を表す。第1テーブルは、各々のユーザについて閲覧可能な監視範囲を対応付ける。設定部14は、登録受付部13が登録情報を受け付けるときに、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を、ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて第1ユーザに対応づけられた閲覧可能な監視範囲を超えない範囲に設定する。また、遠隔監視システム1は、記憶部11を備える。記憶部11は、第1テーブルを記憶する。また、記憶部11は、第2テーブルを記憶する。第2テーブルは、登録情報に基づいて登録される子ユーザについて設定部14が設定する閲覧可能な監視範囲を対応づける。
 また、実施の形態1に係るユーザ管理方法は、登録受付ステップと、設定ステップと、を備える。登録受付ステップは、登録情報を受け付けるステップである。設定ステップは、登録受付ステップにおいて受け付けた登録情報に基づいて、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を、ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて第1ユーザに対応づけられた閲覧可能な監視範囲を超えない範囲に設定する。
 また、実施の形態1に係るユーザ管理プログラムは、エレベーター2の遠隔監視システム1に、登録受付ステップと、設定ステップと、を実行させる。
 このような構成により、親ユーザの持つ権限の範囲を継承した子ユーザを容易に登録することができるようになる。このとき、恒久的な独立したユーザの新たな登録は必要とされない。また、子ユーザとして遠隔監視システム1にアクセスすることで監視作業の代行を行うオペレータに過剰な権限が付与されないので、情報のセキュリティ性が低下しにくい。このように既存のユーザの権限の範囲に基づいて適切な範囲の権限が付与された子ユーザとしてのユーザの登録が容易にできるようになるので、エレベーター2の監視作業の代行が容易にできるようになる。
 また、登録情報が第2ユーザの閲覧可能な監視範囲に含まれる監視対象の指定を含むことがある。この場合に、設定部14は、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を次のように設定する。当該監視範囲は、ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて閲覧可能な監視範囲として第1ユーザに対応づけられた監視対象であり、かつ、登録情報において指定された監視対象に限定される。
 また、登録情報が利用期間の指定を含むことがある。この場合に、設定部14は、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を次のように設定する。当該監視範囲は、ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて閲覧可能な監視範囲として第1ユーザに対応づけられた監視対象であり、かつ、ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて第1ユーザに指定される閲覧可能な利用期間が登録情報において指定された利用期間を含む監視対象に限定される。設定部14は、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザが当該監視対象について閲覧可能な期間を、登録情報において指定された利用期間に設定する。
 このような構成により、子ユーザとしての第2ユーザに付与される権限の範囲は、指定された範囲および親ユーザである第1ユーザに付与される権限の範囲に応じて、親ユーザの権限の範囲を超えないように設定される。これにより、監視作業の代行による情報のセキュリティ性が低下しにくくなる。
 また、登録情報が監視対象の指定を含まないことがある。この場合に、設定部14は、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を次のように設定する。当該監視範囲は、ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて閲覧可能な監視範囲として第1ユーザに対応づけられた監視対象に限定される。
 また、登録情報が利用期間の指定を含まないことがある。この場合に、設定部14は、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を次のように設定する。当該監視範囲は、ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて閲覧可能な監視範囲として第1ユーザに対応づけられた監視対象に限定される。設定部14は、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザが当該監視対象について閲覧可能な期間を、ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて第1ユーザに指定される当該監視対象について閲覧可能な利用期間に設定する。
 このような構成により、子ユーザの登録において権限の範囲の指定が省略された場合であっても、子ユーザとしての第2ユーザに付与される権限の範囲は、第1ユーザに付与される権限の範囲に応じて当該範囲を超えないように設定される。これにより、監視作業の代行による情報のセキュリティ性が低下しにくくなる。また、監視対象となる個別の物件名の入力などの権限の範囲の明示的な指定を省略できるようになるので、エレベーター2の監視作業の代行が容易にできるようになる。
 また、遠隔監視システム1は、登録解除部15を備える。登録解除部15は、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザの設定された監視範囲を閲覧可能な期間として設定部14が設定した利用期間が全て満了するときに、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザの登録を解除する。
 このような構成により、利用期間が満了した子ユーザの登録が解除されるので、子ユーザの不要な登録が蓄積されにくくなる。このため、利用されていないユーザのアカウントの乗っ取りなどによる不正なアクセスが予防される。これにより、情報のセキュリティ性が低下しにくくなる。
 なお、登録情報は、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザが実施可能な監視行動の制限を含んでいてもよい。この場合に、設定部14は、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザが実施可能な監視行動を、登録情報において制限された範囲に限定してもよい。
 また、ユーザ管理テーブルなどの第1テーブルは、各々のユーザについて実施可能な監視行動を対応付けてもよい。このとき、設定部14は、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザが実施可能な監視行動を、ユーザ管理テーブルにおいて第1ユーザに対応づけられた実施可能な監視行動の範囲を超えないように設定してもよい。
 ここで、登録情報は、実施可能な監視行動の制限として、例えば外部連絡の可否を含む。また、登録情報は、外部連絡の可否として、例えば監視対象に設けられる通話装置を通じた音声通話の可否を含む。このとき、例えば監視端末9または中央管理装置7などを通じて、架電装置8などの動作に制限が課される。
 このような構成により、代行の依頼先のオペレータについて、不必要な監視行動の実施を制限できるようになる。例えば、代行の依頼先のオペレータは、監視作業についての一部の業務の委託を受けた外部組織の人員である場合がある。このような場合などに、依頼先のオペレータについて、音声通話などの外部連絡が許可されていないことがある。このように、オペレータごとに監視行動の範囲が制限されている場合においても、子ユーザの登録を通じて監視行動に制限を課すことができるようになる。
 また、更新要求は、監視対象の物件名を指定して当該監視対象の監視データの表示を要求するものであってもよい。この場合において、遠隔監視システム1の要求処理部16は、第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザから、第1ユーザの子ユーザとして設定部14が設定する監視範囲を超える閲覧の要求を受け付けるときに、当該要求を拒否する。
 このような構成により、監視対象について閲覧の権限のないユーザによる当該監視対象のデータへの不正なアクセスが予防される。これにより、情報のセキュリティ性が低下しにくくなる。
 続いて、図17を用いて、遠隔監視システム1のハードウェア構成の例について説明する。
 図17は、実施の形態1に係る遠隔監視システム1の主要部のハードウェア構成図である。
 遠隔監視システム1の各機能は、処理回路により実現し得る。処理回路は、少なくとも1つのプロセッサ100aと少なくとも1つのメモリ100bとを備える。処理回路は、プロセッサ100aおよびメモリ100bと共に、あるいはそれらの代用として、少なくとも1つの専用ハードウェア200を備えてもよい。
 処理回路がプロセッサ100aとメモリ100bとを備える場合、遠隔監視システム1の各機能は、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、またはソフトウェアとファームウェアとの組み合わせで実現される。ソフトウェアおよびファームウェアの少なくとも一方は、プログラムとして記述される。そのプログラムはメモリ100bに格納される。プロセッサ100aは、メモリ100bに記憶されたプログラムを読み出して実行することにより、遠隔監視システム1の各機能を実現する。
 プロセッサ100aは、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、処理装置、演算装置、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコンピュータ、DSPともいう。メモリ100bは、例えば、RAM、ROM、フラッシュメモリ、EPROM、EEPROMなどの、不揮発性または揮発性の半導体メモリなどにより構成される。
 処理回路が専用ハードウェア200を備える場合、処理回路は、例えば、単一回路、複合回路、プログラム化したプロセッサ、並列プログラム化したプロセッサ、ASIC、FPGA、またはこれらの組み合わせで実現される。
 遠隔監視システム1の各機能は、それぞれ処理回路で実現することができる。あるいは、遠隔監視システム1の各機能は、まとめて処理回路で実現することもできる。遠隔監視システム1の各機能について、一部を専用ハードウェア200で実現し、他部をソフトウェアまたはファームウェアで実現してもよい。このように、処理回路は、専用ハードウェア200、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、またはこれらの組み合わせで遠隔監視システム1の各機能を実現する。
 本開示に係る遠隔監視システムは、エレベーターの遠隔監視に適用できる。本開示に係るユーザ管理方法およびユーザ管理プログラムは、当該遠隔監視システムに適用できる。

Claims (14)

  1.  複数のユーザの各々について閲覧可能な監視範囲を対応付ける第1テーブルにおいて登録されている第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザの登録を表す登録情報を受け付ける登録受付部と、
     前記登録受付部が前記登録情報を受け付けるときに、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を、前記第1テーブルにおいて前記第1ユーザに対応づけられた閲覧可能な監視範囲を超えない範囲に設定する設定部と、
     を備えるエレベーターの遠隔監視システム。
  2.  前記登録情報が前記第2ユーザの閲覧可能な監視範囲に含まれる監視対象の指定を含む場合に、前記設定部は、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を、前記第1テーブルにおいて閲覧可能な監視範囲として前記第1ユーザに対応づけられた監視対象であり、かつ、前記登録情報において指定された監視対象に限定する
     請求項1に記載のエレベーターの遠隔監視システム。
  3.  前記登録情報が監視対象の指定を含まない場合に、前記設定部は、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を、前記第1テーブルにおいて閲覧可能な監視範囲として前記第1ユーザに対応づけられた監視対象に限定する
     請求項1または請求項2に記載のエレベーターの遠隔監視システム。
  4.  前記登録情報が利用期間の指定を含む場合に、前記設定部は、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を、前記第1テーブルにおいて閲覧可能な監視範囲として前記第1ユーザに対応づけられた監視対象であり、かつ、前記第1テーブルにおいて前記第1ユーザに指定される閲覧可能な利用期間が前記登録情報において指定された利用期間を含む監視対象に限定し、当該監視対象について閲覧可能な期間を前記登録情報において指定された利用期間に設定する
     請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーターの遠隔監視システム。
  5.  前記登録情報が利用期間の指定を含まない場合に、前記設定部は、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を、前記第1テーブルにおいて閲覧可能な監視範囲として前記第1ユーザに対応づけられた監視対象に限定し、当該監視対象について閲覧可能な期間を、前記第1テーブルにおいて前記第1ユーザに指定される当該監視対象について閲覧可能な利用期間に設定する
     請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーターの遠隔監視システム。
  6.  前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザの設定された監視範囲を閲覧可能な期間として前記設定部が設定した利用期間が満了するときに、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザの登録を解除する登録解除部
     を備える請求項4または請求項5に記載のエレベーターの遠隔監視システム。
  7.  前記登録情報が実施可能な監視行動の制限を含む場合に、前記設定部は、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザが実施可能な監視行動を、前記登録情報において制限された範囲に限定する
     請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーターの遠隔監視システム。
  8.  前記登録情報は、実施可能な監視行動の制限として、外部連絡の可否を含む
     請求項7に記載のエレベーターの遠隔監視システム。
  9.  前記登録情報は、外部連絡の可否として、監視対象に設けられる通話装置を通じた音声通話の可否を含む
     請求項8に記載のエレベーターの遠隔監視システム。
  10.  前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザから、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとして前記設定部が設定する監視範囲を超える閲覧の要求を受け付けるときに、当該要求を拒否する要求処理部
     を備える請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のエレベーターの遠隔監視システム。
  11.  複数のユーザの各々について閲覧可能な監視範囲を対応付ける第1テーブルを記憶する記憶部と、
     前記第1テーブルにおいて登録されている第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザの登録を表す登録情報を受け付ける登録受付部と、
     前記登録受付部が前記登録情報を受け付けるときに、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を、前記第1テーブルにおいて前記第1ユーザに対応づけられた閲覧可能な監視範囲を超えない範囲に設定する設定部と、
     を備えるエレベーターの遠隔監視システム。
  12.  複数のユーザの各々について閲覧可能な監視範囲を対応付ける第1テーブルにおいて登録されている第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザの登録を表す登録情報を受け付ける登録受付部と、
     前記登録受付部が前記登録情報を受け付けるときに、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を、前記第1テーブルにおいて前記第1ユーザに対応づけられた閲覧可能な監視範囲を超えない範囲に設定する設定部と、
     前記登録情報に基づいて登録される子ユーザについて前記設定部が設定する閲覧可能な監視範囲を対応づける第2テーブルを記憶する記憶部と、
     を備えるエレベーターの遠隔監視システム。
  13.  複数のユーザの各々について閲覧可能な監視範囲を対応付ける第1テーブルに登録されている第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザの登録を表す登録情報を受け付ける登録受付ステップと、
     前記登録受付ステップにおいて受け付けた前記登録情報に基づいて、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を、前記第1テーブルにおいて前記第1ユーザに対応づけられた閲覧可能な監視範囲を超えない範囲に設定する設定ステップと、
     を備えるエレベーターの遠隔監視システムにおけるユーザ管理方法。
  14.  エレベーターの遠隔監視システムに、
     複数のユーザの各々について閲覧可能な監視範囲を対応付ける第1テーブルにおいて登録されている第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての第2ユーザの登録を表す登録情報を受け付ける登録受付ステップと、
     前記登録受付ステップにおいて受け付けた前記登録情報に基づいて、前記第1ユーザの子ユーザとしての前記第2ユーザが閲覧可能な監視範囲を、前記第1テーブルにおいて前記第1ユーザに対応づけられた閲覧可能な監視範囲を超えない範囲に設定する設定ステップと、
     を実行させるユーザ管理プログラム。
