Abstract

L'invention concerne un brûleur (42) destiné à un système d'échappement (26) à travers lequel un gaz d'échappement peut s'écouler. Ledit brûleur comprend : une chambre de combustion (58) dans laquelle un mélange comprenant de l'air et un combustible liquide doit être allumé ; une chambre de turbulence interne (62) à travers laquelle une première partie de l'air peut s'écouler et qui provoque un écoulement turbulent de la première partie de l'air et qui présente une première ouverture de sortie (64) à travers laquelle la première partie de l'air s'écoulant à travers ladite chambre de turbulence interne (62) peut s'écouler et par l'intermédiaire de laquelle la première partie de l'air peut être évacuée de ladite chambre de turbulence interne (62) ; et un élément d'injection (66) présentant au moins une ouverture de sortie (70) à travers laquelle le combustible liquide peut s'écouler et qui est situé dans la chambre de turbulence interne (62). Au moyen dudit élément d'injection, le carburant peut être injecté via l'ouverture de sortie (70) dans la chambre de turbulence interne (62), à travers la première ouverture de sortie (64) de laquelle le carburant, qui est sorti de l'élément d'injection (66) par l'intermédiaire de l'ouverture de sortie (70) et qui a ainsi été injecté dans la chambre de turbulence interne (62), peut également s'écouler.
