  • the main advantage of the mechanism of the present invention is that, in addition to not requiring the use of tools to extract and reposition the face shield on the helmet, it does not require lateral or any other type of motions of the face shield. Only by pressing the button it is already released and, to position it, it is sufficient to put both portions of the mechanism facing each other and press to make them fit. No other extra manipulation or looking for a certain angle or anything else is required. It is, therefore, an extremely simple and convenient mechanism to use.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un mécanisme de fixation pivotant pour écran facial de casque, applicable pour son incorporation sur les deux côtés d'un casque (2) pour fixer l'écran facial (3) et comprenant deux parties aptes à être couplées l'une à l'autre : une première partie ou partie fixe (4), qui est incorporée dans la surface du casque (2), et une seconde partie ou partie pivotante (5), qui est incorporée dans l'écran facial (3) permettant le mouvement de rotation de celui-ci par rapport au casque (2) pour l'ouvrir et le fermer, la partie fixe (4) comprenant plusieurs éléments couplés l'un à l'autre comprenant un espace (6) avec des éléments de verrouillage rétractables (7) pour recevoir et verrouiller la partie pivotante (5) ; et la partie pivotante (5), à son tour, comprenant plusieurs éléments couplés l'un à l'autre comprenant une saillie en forme de champignon (8) qui s'emboîte dans l'espace (6) de la partie fixe (4) verrouillée dans les éléments de verrouillage (7) et un bouton (9) qui, lorsqu'il est pressé, libère les éléments de verrouillage (7) pour extraire l'écran facial (3).
