在一实施例中,所述隔板面向第一安装腔的一侧设有第一导向部,所述左夹持部上设有与所述第一导向部滑动配合的左导向槽,所述右夹持部上设有可与所述第一导向部滑动配合的右导向槽。
在一实施例中,所述锁止件包括锁止本体及与所述锁止本体配合的开关键,所述锁止本体上设有第一锁止齿条,所述第一夹持件设有可与所述第一锁止齿条啮合的第二锁止齿条,所述开关键的一端与所述锁止本体上设有相互配合的抵接结构,所述开关键与所述锁止本体通过所述抵接结构相互卡合或松脱,相应控制所述第一锁止齿条和所述第二锁止齿条啮合或者分离。
在一实施例中,所述隔板面向第二安装腔的一侧设有至少一限位部,所述第二夹持件包括上夹持部,所述上夹持部设有与所述至少一限位部可滑动配合的至少一限位槽。
在一实施例中,所述夹持组件还包括与所述第二夹持件相对设置的下支撑件,所述下支撑件可滑动地连接于所述壳体内。
在一实施例中,所述壳体内还包括与所述下支撑件固定连接的卷簧,所述第一安装腔内设有固定所述卷簧的固定槽,所述前壳上设有朝向所述固定槽延伸以夹持于所述卷簧两侧的固定块。
综上所述,本实用新型实施例提供一种电子设备支架,包括壳体、夹持组件和驱动组件,壳体包括前壳、隔板和后壳,隔板分别与前壳和后壳形成第一安装腔和第二安装腔,夹持组件包括第一夹持件、第二夹持件和联动齿轮,第一夹持件和第二夹持件分别设置于第一安装腔和第二安装腔内,联动齿轮用于驱动第一夹持件和第二夹持件同步运动,驱动组件包括复位件和锁止件。本实用新型中的电子设备支架,通过隔板将壳体内部的空间分隔成第 一安装腔和第二安装腔,第一夹持件和第二夹持件分别装设于第一安装腔和第二安装腔内,两个夹持件的伸缩运动空间相对独立,可以避免在相对伸缩运动过程中相互干扰,确保运动更加顺畅,由复位件恢复形变即可驱动夹持组件解除或施加对电子设备的锁定,从而方便单手操作,且可以提高运动时的可靠性和稳定性,尤其适适用于骑行用户将其置于自行车车架上使用。

下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本实用新型做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
需要说明的是,本实用新型实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后、内、外、顶部、底部……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
还需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件上时,该元件可以直接在另一个元件上或者可能同时存在居中元件。当一个元 件被称为“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
请参阅附图1至附图4,本实用新型实施例提供一种电子设备支架,其包括壳体1、夹持组件2和驱动组件3。
在本实施例中,壳体1整体大致呈长方体形,以适配电子设备,壳体1包括前壳11、后壳13和设于前壳11和后壳13之间的隔板12,前壳11和隔板12之间形成第一安装腔14,隔板12和后壳13之间形成第二安装腔15,其中,前壳11用于承载电子设备,后壳13可以通过连接固定装置,藉由固定装置将电子设备支架固定于自行车车架上,在其他实施例中,壳体1可以为其他形状,电子设备支架也可以通过后壳13连接的固定装置固定于汽车内等其他位置。
夹持组件2包括联动齿轮21以及可滑动地连接于壳体1内的第一夹持件22和第二夹持件23,第一夹持件22可滑动地安装于第一安装腔14和第二安装腔15的其中一者内,第二夹持件23可滑动地安装于另一者内,第一夹持件22和第二夹持件23通过联动齿轮21传动连接。
驱动组件3包括复位件31和锁止件32,请结合参阅图5和图6,复位件31的两端分别与第二夹持件23、后壳13连接,锁止件32用于对所述夹持组件2进行锁固,在本实施例中,锁止件32包括与夹持组件2锁止的锁定状态和与夹持组件2分离的分离状态,锁止件32处于锁定状态时,复位件31被压缩形变,锁止件32处于分离状态时,复位件31恢复形变回弹的力驱动夹持组件2朝远离壳体1的方向运动而解除对电子设备的锁定,在其他实施例中,锁止件32处于锁定状态时,复位件31被拉伸形变,锁止件32处于分离状态时,复位件31恢复形变回弹的力拉动夹持组件2朝靠近壳体1的方向运动而对电子设备进行锁定。
请参阅附图2至附图4,联动齿轮21包括同轴设置的第一齿部211和第二齿部212,第一齿部211和第二齿部212分别位于隔板12的相对两侧,第 一夹持件22设有与第一齿部211啮合的第一齿条,第二夹持件23设有与第二齿部212啮合的第二齿条231,联动齿轮21分别与第一齿条和第二齿条2311传动连接。
第一齿部211凸伸于第一安装腔14内,第二齿部212凸伸于第二安装腔15内,第一齿部211的分度圆直径小于第二齿部212的分度圆直径,具体地,由于电子设备的横向宽度小于其纵向宽度,而第一齿部211和第二齿部212分别与第一夹持件22和第二夹持件23连接,因此第一夹持件22的运动行程应小于第二夹持件23的行程,所以第一齿部211的分度圆直径小于第二齿部212的分度圆直径,且其比例应适配于电子设备的横纵比,从而提高夹持电子设备的稳定性。
在本实施例中,请参阅附图3至附图6,第二夹持件23和后壳13之间设有沿后壳13长度方向延伸形成的容纳槽131,复位键31设置于容纳槽131内,第二夹持件23的一端设有第一连接部2312,后壳13上于远离第一连接部232的一端设有第二连接部132,复位键31的两端分别与第一连接部2312和第二连接部132连接,具体地,复位键31为拉伸弹簧,第一夹持件22包括左夹持部221和右夹持部222,第二夹持件23包括上夹持部231,锁止件32包括与夹持组件2锁止的锁定状态和与夹持组件2分离的分离状态;锁止件32处于锁定状态时,复位件31具有推动上夹持部231、左夹持部221和右夹持部222相互远离运动的趋势,锁止件32通过与第一夹持件22和第二夹持件23中之一锁止而保持夹紧电子设备的状态,第一齿条包括设于左夹持部221上的左第一齿条2211和设于右夹持部222上的右第一齿条2221,或,锁止件32处于锁定状态时,复位件31具有拉动上夹持部231、左夹持部221和右夹持部222相互靠近运动的趋势,锁止件32通过与第一夹持件22和第二夹持件23中之一锁止而保持打开电子设备的状态。
锁止件32包括锁止本体321及与锁止本体321配合的开关键322,锁止本体321上设有第一锁止齿条3211,第二夹持件包括上夹持部231,左夹持 部221设有可与第一锁止齿条3211啮合的第二锁止齿条2212,开关键322的一端与锁止本体321上设有相互配合的抵接结构,开关键322与锁止本体321通过抵接结构相互抵接或松脱,相应控制第一锁止齿条3211和第二锁止齿条2212啮合或者分离,以调节锁止件32于锁定状态和分离状态之间切换。
具体地,锁止件32在分离状态时,复位件31可以拉动上夹持部231打开,联动齿轮转动而使得左夹持部221和右夹持部222联动相互远离以打开电子设备支架。本实施例中,第一锁止齿条3211设置于第一安装腔14内并由若干第一单向齿组成,第一单向齿包括第一滑动部和第一卡持部,第二锁止齿条2212设置于左滑动部221上并由若干第二单向齿组成,第二单向齿包括第二滑动部和第二卡持部,锁止件32通过第一锁止齿条3211与左夹持部221的第二锁止齿条2212相互配合以实现锁定或解除锁定。其中,锁止件32的第一滑动部的运动方向与左夹持部221的第二滑动部的运动方向垂直,通过调节锁止件32的第一滑动部朝向左夹持件221的所在方向运动,使得第一卡持部可与第二卡持部卡持配合,此时,锁止件32处于锁定状态,锁止件32可以限制左夹持件221的伸缩运动,进而可联动限制右夹持部222和上夹持部231的伸缩运动,用于防止上夹持部231、左夹持部221和右夹持部222相互远离以打开电子设备支架;反之,通过调节锁止件32的第一滑动部朝远离左夹持部221的方向运动,第一卡持部与第二卡持部相互松脱,此时,锁止件32处于分离状态,上夹持部231、左夹持部221和右夹持部222均处于可伸缩运动的状态。
在一实施例中,隔板12面向第一安装腔14的一侧设有第一导向部121,左夹持部221上设有与第一导向部121滑动配合的左导向槽2213,右夹持部222上设有可与第一导向部121滑动配合的右导向槽2222,以提高左、右夹持部相对运动时的稳定性。
隔板12面向第二安装腔15的一侧设有至少一限位部,上夹持部231设有与至少一限位部可滑动配合的至少一限位槽,具体地,在本实施例中,隔 板12面向第二安装腔15的一侧设有左限位部122、右限位部123和中导向部124,上夹持部231设有分别与左限位部122、右限位部123和中导向部124可滑动配合的左限位槽2313、右限位槽2314和中导向槽2315。由于第二夹持件23和第一夹持件22通过联动齿轮21实现同步联动,左限位部122和右限位部123可以共同限制上夹持部231的行程范围,防止上夹持部231伸缩运动过程中凸伸出壳体1外的同时,还限制左滑动部221和右滑动部222的行程范围,防止左滑动部221和右滑动部222相互分离,以提高夹持组件2运动时的稳定性,从而提高电子设备支架的可靠性。
夹持组件2还包括与第二夹持件23相对设置的下支撑件24,下支撑件24可滑动地连接于壳体1内,壳体1内还包括与下支撑件24固定连接的卷簧25,第一安装腔14内设有固定卷簧25的固定槽125,前壳11上设有朝向固定槽125延伸以夹持于卷簧25两侧的固定块111,具体地,由于电子设备的种类多种多样,而第一夹持件22和第二夹持件23的行程比受到联动齿轮21的限制,因此当第一夹持件22和第二夹持件23的行程比与电子设备的横纵比没有完全适配时,可拉动下支撑件24,卷簧25带动下支撑件24进一步夹紧电子设备,从而提高电子设备支架的稳定性。
综上所述,本实用新型实施例提供一种电子设备支架,包括壳体1、夹持组件2和驱动组件3,壳体1包括前壳11、隔板12和后壳13,隔板12分别与前壳11和后壳13形成第一安装腔14和第二安装腔15,夹持组件2包括第一夹持件22、第二夹持件23和联动齿轮21,第一夹持件22和第二夹持件23分别设置于第一安装腔14和第二安装腔15内,联动齿轮21用于驱动第一夹持件22和第二夹持件23同步运动,驱动组件3包括复位件31和锁止件32;本实用新型中的电子设备支架,通过隔板将壳体内部的空间分隔成第一安装腔和第二安装腔,第一夹持件和第二夹持件分别装设于第一安装腔和第二安装腔内,两个夹持件的伸缩运动空间相对独立,可以避免在相对伸缩运动过程中相互干扰,确保运动更加顺畅,可以一键释放夹持组件2或一键 夹紧夹持组件2;方便单手操作,且可以提高运动时的可靠性和稳定性,尤其适适用于骑行用户将其置于自行车车架上使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子设备支架,用于固定电子设备,其特征在于:包括壳体、夹持组件和驱动组件;
    所述壳体包括前壳、后壳和设于所述前壳和所述后壳之间的隔板,所述前壳和所述隔板之间形成第一安装腔,所述隔板和所述后壳之间形成第二安装腔;
    所述夹持组件包括联动齿轮以及可滑动地连接于所述壳体内的第一夹持件和第二夹持件,所述第一夹持件可滑动地安装于所述第一安装腔和所述第二安装腔的其中一者内,所述第二夹持件可滑动地安装于另一者内,所述第一夹持件和所述第二夹持件通过所述联动齿轮传动连接;
    所述驱动组件包括复位件和锁止件,所述复位件的两端分别与所述第二夹持件、所述后壳连接,所述锁止件用于对所述夹持组件进行锁固。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于:所述联动齿轮包括同轴设置的第一齿部和第二齿部,所述第一齿部和所述第二齿部分别位于所述隔板的相对两侧,所述第一夹持件设有与所述第一齿部啮合的第一齿条,所述第二夹持件设有与所述第二齿部啮合的第二齿条,所述联动齿轮分别与所述第一齿条和所述第二齿条传动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于:所述第一齿部凸伸于所述第一安装腔内,所述第二齿部凸伸于所述第二安装腔内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于:所述第二夹持件和所述后壳之间设有沿所述后壳长度方向延伸形成的容纳槽,所述复位件设置于所述容纳槽内,所述第二夹持件的一端设有第一连接部,所述后壳上于远离所述第一连接部的一端设有第二连接部,所述复位件的两端分别与所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于:所述复位件为拉伸弹簧,所述第一夹持件包括左夹持部和右夹持部,所述第二夹持件包括上 夹持部,所述锁止件包括与所述夹持组件锁止的锁定状态和与所述夹持组件分离的分离状态,所述锁止件处于锁定状态时,所述复位件处于压缩状态,所述锁止件处于分离状态时,所述复位件用于推动所述上夹持部、所述左夹持部和所述右夹持部相互远离,或者,所述锁止件处于锁定状态时,所述复位件处于拉伸状态,所述锁止件处于分离状态时,所述复位件用于拉动所述上夹持部、所述左夹持部和所述右夹持部相互靠近。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于:所述隔板面向第一安装腔的一侧设有第一导向部,所述左夹持部上设有与所述第一导向部滑动配合的左导向槽,所述右夹持部上设有可与所述第一导向部滑动配合的右导向槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于:所述锁止件包括锁止本体及与所述锁止本体配合的开关键,所述锁止本体上设有第一锁止齿条,所述第一夹持件设有可与所述第一锁止齿条啮合的第二锁止齿条,所述开关键的一端与所述锁止本体上设有相互配合的抵接结构,所述开关键与所述锁止本体通过所述抵接结构相互卡合或松脱,相应控制所述第一锁止齿条和所述第二锁止齿条啮合或者分离。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于:所述隔板面向第二安装腔的一侧设有至少一限位部,所述第二夹持件包括上夹持部,所述上夹持部设有与所述至少一限位部可滑动配合的至少一限位槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于:所述夹持组件还包括与所述第二夹持件相对设置的下支撑件,所述下支撑件可滑动地连接于所述壳体内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于:所述壳体内还包括与所述下支撑件固定连接的卷簧,所述第一安装腔内设有固定所述卷簧的固定槽,所述前壳上设有朝向所述固定槽延伸以夹持于所述卷簧两侧的固定块。
