Claims (7)
- Band für eine Tür oder ein Fenster umfassend einen an einem feststehenden Rahmen montierbaren Rahmenbandteil (1) mit einem Montageabschnitt (2) und einer im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Aufnahmebuchse (3), einen am Flügel der Tür oder des Fensters montierbaren Flügelbandteil (4) mit einem Montageabschnitt (5) und einem Bandlappen (6) sowie ein die beiden im montierten Zustand in vertikaler Richtung übereinander angeordneten Bandteile (1,4) gelenkig verbindendes Achsenelement (7) mit einem in die Aufnahmebuchse (3) einführbaren Achsbolzenabschnitt (8) und einem am gegenüberliegenden Ende angeordneten Abschnitt (9) mit einer Aufnahme (10) für den Bandlappen (6), wobei der Bandlappen (6) über eine Verstelleinrichtung (11) innerhalb der Aufnahme (10) im Achsenelement (7) normal zur Richtung der Längsachse des Achsenelements (7) verstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Aufnahme (10)für den Bandlappen (6) zumindest ein Klemmstein (12), vorzugsweise zwei Klemmsteine (12) über jeweils ein Verbindungselement (13) mit dem Achsenelement (7) verbunden sind, wobei jeder Klemmstein (12) eine in Richtung normal zur Längsachse des Achsenelements (7) verlaufende Hinterschneidung aufweist, welche jeweils in eine entsprechend gegengleich hinterschnittene Nut (14) am Bandlappen (6) eingreift, und wobei jeder Klemmstein (12) mittels des Verbindungselements (13) zwischen einer Klemmstellung und einer Freigabestellung bewegbar ist.
- Band für eine Tür oder ein Fenster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (10) im Achsenelement (7) in Richtung normal zur Längsachse eine Breite aufweist, die um den seitlichen Verstellweg des Bandlappens (6) breiter ausgeführt ist als der Bandlappen (6), wobei die Verstelleinrichtung (11) eine in einer Gewindebohrung im Bandlappen (6) geführte Stellschraube ist, welche die Breite der Aufnahme (10) durchsetzt und sich in ihr abstützt.
- Band für eine Tür oder ein Fenster nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmsteine (12) die Breite der Aufnahme (10) aufweisen, wobei als Verbindungselemente (13) Klemmschrauben vorgesehen sind, welche die Klemmsteine (12) am Grund der Aufnahme (10) mit dem Achsenelement (7) verbinden.
- Band für eine Tür oder ein Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein stirnseitiger Flächenabschnitt des Bandlappens (6) sowie eine ihr zugewandte Fläche angrenzend der Aufnahme (10) und/oder in der Aufnahme (10) im Achsenelement (7) eben ausgeführt sind, sodass die beiden Flächen in Klemmstellung flächig aneinander anliegen.
- Band für eine Tür oder ein Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrische Aufnahmebuchse (3) im Rahmenbandteil (1) über eine in Richtung der Längsachse des Achsenelements (7) verstellbare Einstellschraube (15) in ihrer Höhe gegenüber dem Rahmenbandteil (1) einstellbar ist.
- Band für eine Tür oder ein Fenster nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Rahmenbandteil (1) eine untere Abdeckkappe (16) vorgesehen ist, welche die Einstellschraube (15) für die Höhenverstellung abdeckt, und welche über eine Fixierschraube (17) mit der Einstellschraube (15) oder der Aufnahmebuchse (3) verbindbar ist.
- Band für eine Tür oder ein Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Abdeckung (18) in Form eines Zylindermantelabschnitts vorgesehen ist, welche über den die Aufnahme (10) für den Bandlappen (6) aufweisenden Abschnitt (9) des Achsenelements (7) aufschiebbar ist, wobei die lichte Weite der Öffnung im Zylindermantel maximal der Breite der Aufnahme (10) für den Bandlappen (6) entspricht.
