背景技术
随着电子设备的不断发展,用户对电子设备的摄像功能要求越来越高,为了适应用户的拍摄需求,在电子设备上逐渐开始使用变焦镜头。
但是,目前变焦镜头的尺寸通常都很大,且结构较复杂,从而导致配置上述变焦镜头的电子设备的体积会相应增大,难以适应消费者对电子设备日益轻薄化的需求。
发明内容
本申请旨在提供一种摄像模组和电子设备,至少解决采用具有变焦功能的摄像模组导致的电子设备体积增大的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提出了一种摄像模组,包括:底座组件;第一支架,设置于底座组件上,第一支架上设置有第一通孔,第一通孔内设置有第一镜片;第二支架,设置于第一支架背离底座组件的一侧,第二支架上设置有第二通孔,第二通孔内设置有第二镜片;柔性镜筒,分别与第一支架和第二支架连接,且第二支架设置于柔性镜筒的内部;形变组件,设置在第一支架和第二支架之间,在形变组件发生形变的情况下,形变组件带动第二支架运动,使得第二支架运动时带动柔性镜筒折叠或者展开。
第二方面,本申请实施例提出了一种电子设备,包括如第一方面所述的摄像模组。
在本申请的实施例中,摄像模组包括底座组件、第一支架、第二支架、柔性镜筒以及形变组件,形变组件设置在第一支架和第二支架中间之间,形变组件能够伸长或者收缩,以对第二支架施以背离或者朝向底座组件方向的拉力,故而形变组件能够带动第二支架向远离或者靠近底座组件的方向运动。在第二支架运动的同时,第二支架带动柔性镜筒折叠或者展开,如第二支架向远离底座组件的方向运动,柔性镜筒被展开,第一支架和第二支架之间的距离增大,如第二支架向靠近底座组件的方向运动,柔性镜筒被折叠,第一支架和第二支架之间的距离减小,当形变组件对第二支架产生朝向底座组件方向的拉力时,位于第一支架和第二支架之间的柔性镜筒被折叠。本申请实施例提供的摄像模组,通过形变组件和柔性镜筒的形变,使摄像模组能够伸缩,即满足了摄像模组变焦的性能需求,也从整体上减小了电子设备的厚度,以适应电子设备日益轻薄化的需要。

本申请实施例提供的一种镜头模组和电子设备,由于摄像模组包括底座组件、第一支架、第二支架、柔性镜筒和形变组件,形变组件设置在第一支架和第二支架中间,形变组件能够伸长或者收缩,以对第二支架施以背离或者朝向底座组件方向的拉力,故而形变组件能够带动第二支架向远离或者靠近底座组件的方向运动。在第二支架运动的同时,第二支架带动柔性镜筒折叠或者展开,如第二支架向远离底座组件的方向运动,柔性镜筒被展开,第一支架和第二支架之间的距离变大,如第二支架向靠近底座组件的方向运动,柔性镜筒发生折叠,第一支架和第二支架之间的距离变小,当形变组件对第二支架产生朝向底座组件方向的拉力时,位于第一支架和第二支架之间的柔性镜筒被折叠,第一支架与第二支架之间的距离最短,此时摄像模组的厚度最薄。通过形变组件和柔性镜筒的形变,使摄 像模组能够伸缩,即满足了摄像模组变焦的性能需求,也从整体上减小了电子设备的厚度,以适应电子设备日益轻薄化的需要。
本申请实施例提供的摄像模组,可以应用于电子设备中,具体地,可以应用于电子设备使用具有变焦功能的摄像模组的场景下。
本申请实施例中的电子设备可以为移动电子设备,也可以为非移动电子设备。示例性的,移动电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、车载电子设备、可穿戴设备、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本或者个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等,非移动电子设备可以为个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、电视机(television,TV)、柜员机或者自助机等,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
下面结合附图,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的摄像模组100、电子设备进行详细地说明。
图1示出了本申请实施例提供的摄像模组100的可能的结构示意图,如图1所示,该摄像模组100包括底座组件10、设置于底座组件10上的第一支架11、位于第一支架11上方的第二支架121、设置于第二支架121外部的柔性镜筒13,以及第一支架11和第二支架121之间的形变组件14。
本申请实施例中,第一支架11上设置有第一通孔,第一通孔内设置有第一镜片117;第二支架121设置于第一支架11背离底座组件10的一侧,第二支架121上设置有第二通孔,第二通孔内设置有第二镜片125;柔性镜筒13设置于第一支架11上并与第二支架121连接。
本申请实施例中,形变组件14设置在第一支架11和与第一支架11相邻的第二支架中间。该形变组件14形变带动第二支架121运动,第二支架121运动时带动柔性镜筒13折叠或者展开。
需要说明的是,第二支架的数量可以为一个,第二支架的数量也可以为多个。当第二支架的数量为多个时,多个第二支架依次设置在第一支架11上方,任意相邻的两个支架之间均设置有形变组件14。
可以理解的,“任意相邻的两个支架之间设置有形变组件”可以为:第一支架11和与第一支架11相邻的第二支架之间设置有形变组件14,任意相邻的两个第二支架之间也设置有形变组件14,即形变组件14的数量与第二支架的数量相同。
示例性的,如图1所示,第二支架的数量为四个,分别为第二支架121、第二支架122、第二支架123和第二支架124,“任意相邻的两个支架”分别可以为第一支架11和第二支架121、第二支架121和第二支架122、第二支架122和第二支架123以及第二支架123和第二支架124共4组,相应的,形变组件14的数量与第二支架的数量相同,共有四组形变组件14。
可以理解,上述第一支架11可以固定设置在底座组件10上,即第一支架11可以为固定设置的支架,形变组件14通过自身形变带动第二支架运动,即第二支架可以为运动支架,例如:可以通过形变组件14调整第二支架121和第一支架11之间的距离,以实现 摄像模组100的变焦功能。
其中,在具有多个第二支架的情况下,相邻的两个第二支架之间通过形变组件14连接,形变组件14形变能够带动与其相邻的两个第二支架中远离底座组件10的第二支架运动,如此,可以通过调整多个相邻的两个第二支架之间的距离,以实现摄像模组100的多级变焦功能。
需要说明的是,上述每个第二支架均设置在柔性镜筒13的内部,柔性镜筒13被任意相邻的两个支架分隔成了多个柔性镜筒段,每个柔性镜筒段内部设置有一个形变组件14,当形变组件14发生形变时,相对应的柔性镜筒段也发生形态变化,即被折叠或者被展开。当每个柔性镜筒段均被折叠至完全折叠位置(即与柔性镜筒段对应的形变组件14处于断电并完全冷却状态)时,摄像模组100处于回缩到位状态;当每个柔性镜筒段均被展开至完全展开位置(即与柔性镜筒段对应的形变组件14处于通电状态)时,摄像模组100处于伸出到位状态。
示例性的,如图1至图3所示,图1示出了摄像模组100处于伸出到位状态的示意图,此时,形变组件14处于断电状态,形变组件14伸长,第二支架在形变组件14的拉力作用下,柔性镜筒13处于完全展开状态。图2示出了摄像模组100处于回缩到位状态时的示意图,此时,形变组件14处于断电状态,形变组件14发生回缩,第二支架在形变组件14的拉力作用下带动柔性镜筒13处于完全折叠状态。图3示出了摄像模组100处于上述两种状态之间的一种状态,即此时柔性镜筒13处于半展开状态。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述柔性镜筒13可以为两端开口的空腔结构。其中,柔性镜筒13的一个开口端密封设置在第一支架11上,另一个开口端与位于最远离第一支架的第二支架密封连接,这样,柔性镜筒13将第二支架和形变组件14容纳在其内部,可以保护形变组件14不被外力干涉。
示例性的,本申请实施例中,如图1至图3所示,柔性镜筒13可以包括柔性筒外壁131和多段设置于柔性筒外壁内的柔性筒内壁132,多段柔性筒内壁132均为两端开口的空腔,第二支架和形变组件14位于柔性筒外壁131和柔性筒内壁132之间的区域内。其中,位于第一支架11和第二支架(即第二支架121)之间的柔性筒内壁132的两端分别连接在第一支架11和第二支架121上,位于任意相邻的两个第二支架之间的柔性筒内壁132两端连接在两个第二支架上。通过柔性筒内壁132将设置在第一支架11和第二支架上的镜片设置在柔性镜筒13内,可以防止灰尘进入多个镜片之间的区域,从而保证镜片的清洁工作环境,进而保证摄像模组的工作性能。
示例性的,如图3所示,在第二支架运动时,柔性筒外壁131和与运动的第二支架相对应的一段柔性筒内壁132,会同时折叠或者展开。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述第一支架11和第二支架可以采用具有一定刚度的绝缘材料制成,如塑料材质,以支撑柔性镜筒13,并且能够保护设置于其中的第一镜片117和第二镜片125,柔性镜筒13由可形变的柔性材料制成,如橡胶、织布等。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述第一支架11可以为多边形支架、圆形支架、椭圆形支架或梯形支架等;第二支架可以为多边形支架、圆形支架、椭圆形支架或梯形支架等。 具体的,可以根据实际使用需求设定,本申请实施例中不作限制。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述第二支架与柔性镜筒13之间可以通过焊接方式连接,或通过胶水粘接方式连接。具体的,可以根据实际使用需求设定,本申请实施例中不作限制。
在本申请实施例提供的摄像模组100,包括底座组件10、第一支架11和第二支架以及柔性镜筒13,在第一支架11和第二支架中间,以及任意两个第二支架之间设置有形变组件14,形变组件14能够伸长或者收缩,以对第二支架施以背离或者朝向底座组件10方向的拉力,故而形变组件14能够带动第二支架向远离或者靠近底座组件10的方向运动。在第二支架运动的同时,第二支架带动柔性镜筒13折叠或者展开,如第二支架向远离底座组件10的方向运动,柔性镜筒13被展开,相邻的两个支架之间的距离变大,如第二支架向靠近底座组件10的方向运动,柔性镜筒13发生折叠,相邻的两个支架之间的距离变小,当所有的形变组件14对每个第二支架产生朝向底座组件10方向的拉力时,位于任意相邻两个支架之间的柔性镜筒段均被折叠,第一支架11与位于最远离底座组件10的第二支架之间的距离最短。通过形变组件14和柔性镜筒13的形变,使摄像模组100能够伸缩,即满足了摄像模组100变焦的性能需求,也从整体上减小了电子设备的厚度,以适应电子设备日益轻薄化的需要。
可选的,在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,上述柔性镜筒13可以围绕设置在第二支架的外周,柔性镜筒13包括柔性筒外壁131和柔性筒内壁132,且第二支架位于柔性筒外壁131与柔性筒内壁132之间。
示例性的,如图1所示,第二支架中的第二支架121、第二支架122、第二支架123和第二支架124,以上四个第二支架的边缘均与柔性镜头13的内表面相连接。
示例性的,如图1所示,第二支架的第二支架121、第二支架122、第二支架123和第二支架124都被柔性镜筒13包围在其内部的空腔内。
可选的,本申请实施例中,形变组件14设置在第一支架11和第二支架之间,或者相邻的两个第二支架之间(图1中以四个形变组件14示意),当每个第二支架被柔性镜筒13包围在其内部的空腔内时,每个形变组件14也被柔性镜筒13包围在其内部的空腔内。
可以理解,柔性镜筒13将第二支架和形变组件14容纳在其内部的空腔内,可以保护形变组件14在形变过程中不被阻碍形变的外力干涉。
可选的,在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,形变组件14包括至少一个形状记忆合金件。
示例性的,结合图4和图5所示,上述形变组件14包括形状记忆合金件141、形状记忆合金件142和形状记忆合金件143。形变组件14在通电的情况下,形变组件14发热产生形变达到伸长目的,上述形变组件14在断电的情况下,形变组件14逐渐冷却,冷却后的形变组件14形收缩,回到未通电之前的初始状态。
可以理解,形状记忆合金件在通电的情况下,形状记忆合金件发热产生形变伸长,形状记忆合金件在断电的情况下,形状记忆合金件逐渐冷却,冷却后的形状记忆合金件形变收缩。形状记忆合金件通过自身的形变能够带动第二支架向靠近或者远离底座组件10的 方向运动。相比于目前通过驱动电机或者音圈马达驱动镜头移动的技术方案而言,本申请实施例的摄像模组100采用形状记忆合金件作为带动第二支架运动的驱动件,使得驱动件的结构更为简单、占用空间较小,重量也更轻;并且,采用本申请实施例的驱动件也不存在电机卡死或者音圈马达的磁场干扰电子设备通信质量的情况,从而能够更好地驱动第二支架及设置于其上的第二镜片125的移动稳定性。
示例性的,图4中,以形变组件14包括三个形状记忆合金件示意,如形状记忆合金件141、形状记忆合金件142和形状记忆合金件143,通过三个形状记忆合金件与第二支架连接,能够保证第二支架被形状记忆合金件施加拉力的受力点为三个,使第二支架能够受到均衡的拉力,从而使第二支架的运动过程更平稳,进而保证预览和成像时成像画面更稳定。
可选的,本申请实施例中,形变组件14也可以采用形状记忆合金件与机械可伸缩结构件相配合的组合模式,在这种情况下机械可伸缩结构件配合形状记忆合金件同步伸长或收缩,从而保证第二支架在运动过程中的平稳性。
具体地,机械可伸缩结构件可以使用多个交叉设置、且活动连接的多连杆机构,或者可伸缩的套杆结构,或者其他任意能够辅助形状记忆合金件进行伸长或收缩的结构件。
可选的,在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,如图4和图5所示,至少一个形状记忆合金件为形状记忆合金折弯件。
可选的,在本申请实施例中,形状记忆合金件为形状记忆合金折弯件,也即形状记忆合金件可以设计成折弯结构以辅助实现形变。如形状记忆合金件可以为由形状记忆合金材料制成的连续“Z”型折弯的折弯件;或者,形状记忆合金件可以为由形状记忆合金材料制成的螺旋型折弯的折弯件。
可以理解,将形状记忆合金件设计为折弯件,能够使形状记忆合金件自身具有弹性,进而能够在形状记忆合金件通电或者断电的瞬间对第二支架起到良好的缓冲作用。
可选的,在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,结合图4至图6所示,至少一个形状记忆合金件的一端通过导电件16设置于任意相邻的两个支架中远离底座组件10的支架上,至少一个形状记忆合金件的另一端通过第一连接组件17设置于任意相邻的两个支架中靠近底座组件10的支架上,至少一个形状记忆合金件通过第一连接组件17和电连接件18与底座组件10电连接,将形状记忆合金件接入通电电路,以使通电电路对形状记忆合金件进行通电后,形状记忆合金件产生热量从而发生热形变。
示例性的,结合图4至图6所示,形变组件14是由三个形状记忆合金件组成的,两个相临的支架分别为第一支架11和第二支架121,导电件16设置在第二支架121朝向第一支架11的表面上,第一连接组件17设置在第一支架11朝向第二支架121的表面上,每个形状记忆合金件通过第一连接组件17、导电件16和电连接件18与底座组件10电连接,从而形成了一个独立的电流回路。这样,当底座组件10开始对形状记忆合金件供电后,形状记忆合金件内产生电流从而产生热效应发生伸长形变。
可选的,本申请实施例中,导电件16、第一连接组件17以及电连接件18可以为导电材料制作的元件。
可以理解,任意两个相邻的支架之间的形变组件14,也即每组形变组件14都能够被单独控制。当需要使一个第二支架运动时,底座组件10可以对该第二支架对应的形变组件14的独立的电流回路单独进行通电或者断电,底座组件10还可以对带动该第二支架的形变组件14提供不同大小的电流,以控制该形变组件14中的记忆合金件的形变程度;当需要使多个第二支架同时运动时,底座组件10可以同时对多个第二支架对应的多个形变组件14通电或者断电以控制相应的形变组件14形变,底座组件10还可以调整对这些形变组件14中电流的大小,以控制形变组件14的形变程度,以调整多个镜片之间的距离,进而使摄像装置具有不同的拍摄焦距。
可选的,在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,所述第一连接组件包括设置在第一支架11上的至少一个电接触点和设置在第一支架11上的至少一个连接导线。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述至少一个电接触点与形状记忆合金件连接,至少一个电接触点还与上述至少一个连接导线的一端对应连接,该至少一个连接导线的另一端与电连接件18连接。
示例性的,如图4和图6所示,上述至少一个电接触点分别可以为电接触点171、电接触点172和电接触点173,其中,电接触点171为正极,电接触点172和电接触点173为负极。上述至少一个连接导线分别可以为连接导线174、连接导线175和连接导线176。
可选的,本申请实施例中,形状记忆合金件141的一端通过连接导线174和电接触点171连接,形状记忆合金件142的一端通过连接导线175和电接触点172连接,形状记忆合金件143的一端通过连接导线176和电接触点173连接,电接触点171、电接触点172和电接触点173分别与电连接件18连接,从而使得电接触点、连接导线、形状记忆合金件、导电件16和电连接件18之间形成了独立的电流回路,并且,电连接件18与底座组件10电连接,从而在对底座组件10通电时,可以通过电连接件18导通该电流回路。
可选的,本申请实施例中,底座组件10通过电连接件18为形状记忆合金件供电,电流通过电连接件18与连接导线174导流至电接触点171,通过与形状记忆合金件141连接的导电件16将电流导通至形状记忆合金件142,形状记忆合金件142通过电接触点172及连接导线175将电流导流至电连接件18,电连接件18将电流导流至底座组件10,从而使得电接触点171、连接导线174、形状记忆合金件141、导电件16、形状记忆合金件142、连接导线175、电接触点172和电连接件18之间形成一个串联的电流回路。将与导电件16连接的形状记忆合金件143,通过电接触点173和连接导线176连接至电连接件18,以使形状记忆合金件143与形状记忆合金件142并联。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述电接触点可以为设置在第一支架11或者第二支架上的焊点,该电接触点可以采用金属导电材质(如铜等)制作而成。
可选的,本申请实施例中,第一支架11或者第二支架上设置有用于容纳连接导线的导线槽,上述连接导线容纳在上述导电槽内,导线槽能够固定该连接导线,以避免在形状记忆合金件运动时与连接导线之间发生干涉。
可选的,在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,上述导电件16可以为环形导电件。
可以理解,本申请实施例中,由于上述导电件16为环形件,因此封闭的环形导电件16能够将电流导通至多个形状记忆合金件。形状记忆合金件设置在导电件16上,再将导电件16设置在第二支架,环形的导电件16对各个形状记忆合金件均具有支撑作用,再将导电件16连接在第二支架上,简化了将形状记忆合金件设置在第二支架上的工艺步骤。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述导电件16可以与第二支架通过激光焊接方式连接,或通过胶水粘接方式连接。具体的,可以根据实际使用需求设定,本申请实施例中不作限制。
可选的,在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,底座组件10上设置有第一过线孔107,第一支架11和第二支架上设置有第二过线孔,电连接件18穿过第一过线孔107和第二过线孔与第一连接组件17连接。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述底座组件10可以用于承载第一支架11、设置在第一支架11上的第二支架,以及柔性镜筒13,故底座组件10可以为具有一定的厚度的形变组件14,以对其承载的各个部件提供稳定的支撑力。其中,电连接件18穿过设置在底座组件10上的第一过线孔107,与底座组件10底部的供电件连接。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述第一过线孔107与第二支架的数量相同。由于每个形变组件14均与底座组件10电连接,因此使得设置有本申请实施例提供的摄像模组100的每个形变组件14能够被单独控制工作,故底座组件10需要设置相应数量的供电件为每个形变组件14独立供电。相应地,第一过线孔107的数量也与供电件的数量一致,以便于每个电连接件18均能够从与其对应的第一过线孔107中穿过。
示例性的,本申请实施例中,如图6所示,上述第一支架11上设置有四个第二过线孔(分别为第二过线孔110、第二过线孔111、第二过线孔112和第二过线孔113),其中三个第二过线孔(第二过线孔111、第二过线孔112和第二过线孔113)可以供三个电连接件18穿过,以使三个电连接件18能够分别穿过第一支架11与相对应的第一连接组件17相连接。剩余的一个第二过线孔110可以供电连接件18穿过,以使电连接件18为设置在第一支架11上的第一连接组件17供电。
可选的,本申请实施例中,如图6所示,第二支架121上设置有三个第二过线孔(分别为第二过线孔114、第二过线孔115和第二过线孔116),其中两个第二过线孔(第二过线孔115和第二过线孔116)可以供两个电连接件18穿过,以使两个电连接件18分别能够穿过第二支架121与相对应的第一连接组件17相连接。剩余的一个第二过线孔114可以供电连接件18穿过,以使电连接件18为设置在第二支架121上的第一连接组件17供电。
可选的,本申请实施例中,第二支架122设置有两个第二过线孔,其中一个第二过线孔可以供本层内的形变组件14的电连接件18穿过,另一个第二过线孔可以供与第二支架123的形变组件14连接的电连接件18穿过。
可以理解,通过电连接件18穿线设置的方式,能够保证电连接件18设置于柔性镜筒13的内部,即利用了柔性镜筒13内部的已有空间,不需要额外占用摄像模组100的其他空间,从而进一步节省了摄像模组100的空间。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述第一过线孔107可以均匀分布在底座组件10上,第一支架11上的第二过线孔可以均匀分布在第一支架11的边缘,第二支架上的第二过线孔可以均匀分布在第二支架的边缘,从而可以避免电连接件18与形变组件14发生干涉。
可选的,在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,上述电连接件18可以为柔性电连接件。
可选的,本申请实施例中,由于上述电连接件18为柔性电连接件,因此柔性电连接件能够随第二支架的运动发生形变,如随第二支架的运动而折叠或者展开,以免对运动过程中的第二支架造成干涉。并且,柔性电连接件自身也不会在运动的过程中被第二支架撕扯导致断裂。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述柔性电连接件的长度应满足于摄像装置100处于伸出到位状态下的工作要求。举例而言,底座组件10与摄像模组100处于伸出到位状态下时,底座组件10与距离底座组件最远的第二支架之间的距离,决定位于两者之间的柔性电连接件的长度,例如,位于此两者之间的柔性电连接件的长度应该大于该距离,以保证柔性电连接件与运动过程中的第二支架之间不会发生干涉。
可选的,在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,底座组件10可以包括基板101和设置在基板101上的安装座105。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述基板101上设置有图像传感器102,图像传感器102用于接收通过第一镜片117和第二镜片125的光线,进而生成图像。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述基板101上还设置有供电接触点,供电接触点与电连接件18相连接。
示例性的,如图6所示,上述基板101上设置有四对供电接触点,每对供电接触点分别包括一个正极供电接触点103和一个负极供电接触点104。每对供电接触点分别通过一个电连接件18为一组形变组件14供电。其中,供电接触点的数量与形变组件14的数量一致。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述供电接触点可以为金属导电材料制成。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述底座组件10还包括安装座105,安装座105设置在基板101的上方,安装座105可以用于承载第一支架11,以及设置在第一支架11上的各个部件。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述安装座105上设置有第一支架11和第三通孔,第三通孔内设置有滤光片106。
可以理解,上述滤光片106设置于镜片和图像传感器102之间,该滤光片106用于接收通过第一镜片117和第二镜片125的可见光,并将可见光中的除三原色外的光线过滤,再将过滤后的光线透射至图像传感器102成像。
本申请实施例还提供了一种电子设备,电子设备可以包括:上述实施例中的摄像模组100,该摄像模组100中的承载结构与电子设备的壳体连接。
需要说明的是,对于摄像模组100的结构及其工作原理的描述具体可以参见上述实施 例中的相关描述,为避免重复,此处不予赘述。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备可以包括摄像模组100,该摄像模组100设置在电子设备内。由于电子设备包括摄像模组100,因此,在电子设备需要进行变焦拍摄,可以通过控制摄像模组100中的形变组件14进行形变,使得摄像模组100中的第二支架带动其上的第二镜片125进行运动,进而可以提升电子设备的变焦拍摄效果。形变组件14带动第二支架运动时,连接在第二支架上的柔性镜筒13会随第二支架同步运动,柔性镜筒13会被折叠或者展开。当柔性镜筒13全部被折叠时,摄像模组100处于回缩到位状态,摄像模组100的整体厚度最低,在满足电子设备的变焦拍摄功能的同时,也保证了电子设备的轻薄化设计。
可选的,本申请实施例中,电子设备内设置有控制部件和处理器,控制部件与处理器电连接。上述控制部件可以通过供电接触点接通与形状记忆合金件之间的电路,以使得形状记忆合金件可以在电子设备的处理器的控制下发生形变,以带动第二支架运动,从而使摄像模组100可以处于伸长状态,或者,使得摄像模组100可以处于回缩状态。
可以理解,任意两个相邻的支架之间的形变组件14,也即每组形变组件14都能够被上述控制部件单独控制。当需要使一个第二支架运动时,控制部件可以通过基板10上的供电接触点对该第二支架对应的形变组件14的独立的电流回路单独进行通电或者断电。同时,控制部件还可以调整对带动该第二支架的形变组件14提供电流的大小,以控制该形变组件14中的记忆合金件的形变程度;当需要使多个第二支架同时运动时,控制部件可以同时控制多个第二支架对应的多个形变组件14通电或者断电以控制相应的形变组件14形变,控制部件还可以通过控制这些形变组件14中电流的大小,以控制形变组件14的形变程度,以调整多个镜片之间的距离,进而使摄像装置具有不同的拍摄焦距。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种摄像模组,所述摄像模组包括:
    底座组件;
    第一支架,设置于所述底座组件上,所述第一支架上设置有第一通孔,所述第一通孔内设置有第一镜片;
    第二支架,设置于所述第一支架背离所述底座组件的一侧,所述第二支架上设置有第二通孔,所述第二通孔内设置有第二镜片;
    柔性镜筒,分别与所述第一支架和所述第二支架连接,且所述第二支架设置于所述柔性镜筒的内部;
    形变组件,设置在所述第一支架与所述第二支架之间,在所述形变组件发生形变的情况下,所述形变组件带动所述第二支架运动,使得所述第二支架带动所述柔性镜筒折叠或者展开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像模组,其中,
    所述柔性镜筒围绕设置在所述第二支架的外周,所述柔性镜筒包括柔性筒外壁和柔性筒内壁,且所述第二支架位于所述柔性筒外壁与所述柔性筒内壁之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像模组,其中,
    所述形变组件包括至少一个形状记忆合金件,所述至少一个形状记忆合金件为至少一个形状记忆合金折弯件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的摄像模组,其中,
    所述至少一个形状记忆合金件的一端通过导电件设置于所述第二支架上,所述至少一个形状记忆合金件的另一端通过第一连接组件设置于所述第一支架上,所述至少一个形状记忆合金件通过所述第一连接组件和电连接件与所述底座组件电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的摄像模组,其中,所述第一连接组件包括:
    至少一个电接触点,设置在所述第一支架上,所述至少一个电接触点与所述至少一个形状记忆合金件对应连接;
    至少一个连接导线,设置在所述第一支架上,所述至少一个连接导线的一端与所述至少一个电接触点对应连接,所述至少一个连接导线的另一端与所述电连接件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的摄像模组,其中,所述导电件为环形导电件。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的摄像模组,其中,
    所述底座组件上设置有第一过线孔,所述第一支架和所述第二支架上设置有第二过线孔,所述电连接件穿过所述第一过线孔和所述第二过线孔与所述第一连接组件连接。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的摄像模组,其中,所述电连接件为柔性电连接件。
  9. 根据权利要求4至8中任一项所述的摄像模组,其中,所述底座组件包括:
    基板,所述基板上设置有供电接触点和图像传感器,所述供电接触点与所述电连接件连接;
    安装座,设置在所述基板上,所述安装座上设置有所述第一支架和第三通孔,所述第三通孔内设置有滤光片。
  10. 一种电子设备,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的摄像模组。
