电磁阀,所述电磁阀设置于所述供水管上,所述电磁阀与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器用于在所述探测器检测到所述容纳腔内未放置衣物时,控制所述电磁阀关闭,以阻断所述 供水源处的水输送至所述喷嘴处。
在其中一些实施例中,还包括:
挂置架,所述挂置架位于所述容纳腔内且与所述内胆连接,所述挂置架用于挂放衣物,所述挂置架上设置有所述喷嘴。
在其中一些实施例中,所述挂置架包括:
连接部,所述连接部连接所述内胆;以及
挂置部,所述挂置部连接所述连接部远离所述内胆的一端,所述挂置部用于挂放衣物,所述挂置部背离所述连接部的一侧设置有至少一个所述喷嘴;在所述喷嘴的数量为多个时,多个所述喷嘴沿所述挂置部的长度方向间隔布置。
在其中一些实施例中,所述挂置架形成有水流通道,所述水流通道的进水口与供水源连通,所述水流通道的出水口与所述容纳腔连通,所述挂置架的所述出水口为所述喷嘴或所述挂置架的所述出水口处设置有所述喷嘴。
在其中一些实施例中,所述挂置架的数量为多个,每个所述挂置架上均设置有所述喷嘴。
在其中一些实施例中,所述探测器的数量为一个,一个所述探测器用于检测所有的所述挂置架上是否放置有衣物,所述控制器用于在所述探测器检测到任一所述挂置架上未放置衣物时,控制未放置衣物的所述挂置架上的所述喷嘴停止喷水;或
所述探测器的数量为多个,且所述探测器的数量与所述挂置架的数量相等,每个所述探测器与一个所述挂置架对应设置,每个所述探测器用于检测对应的所述挂置架上是否放置有衣物,所有的所述探测器均与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器用于在任一所述探测器检测到所述挂置架上未放置衣物时,控制未放置衣物的所述挂置架上的所述喷嘴停止喷水。

本申请实施例的衣物护理设备,通过设置喷淋组件,可在机器运行时使喷淋组件的喷嘴向衣物上喷出水雾,使得水流在经过衣物时能够自动对衣物进行打湿舒展,以减少悬挂的衣物上的褶皱,起到熨烫塑形的效果,操作更加智能化,能够提升用户使用体验。通过设置探测器,能够检测容纳腔内是否放置有衣物,并在容纳腔内未放置衣物时控制器控制喷淋组件关闭,使喷嘴不向容纳腔内喷水,节约水资源。

具体实施方式
为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请实施例方式作详细描述。
下面的描述涉及附图时,除非另有表示,不同附图中的相同数字表示相同或相似的要素。以下示例性实施例中所描述的实施方式并不代表与本申请相一致的所有实施方式。相反,它们仅是如所附权利要求书中所详述的、本申请的一些方面相一致的装置和方法的例子。
目前,衣物护理设备是通过对衣物施加水蒸气或者热空气来处理衣物上的异味、褶皱或者水分的设备,衣物护理设备能够对自由悬挂的衣物进行快速烘干,降低衣物上的褶皱,省时省力,方便快捷,现已普遍进入家庭。相关技术中的衣物护理设备,由于直接采取对悬挂的衣物进行快速烘干处理,因此,在悬挂的衣物时还需手动对衣物进行舒展,以避免衣物上出现较多的褶皱,操作较为麻烦。基于此,本申请提出了一种衣物护理设备,旨在解决上述缺陷。
本申请实施例提供了一种衣物护理设备100。参见图1、图2和图7,衣物护理设备100包括内胆110、喷淋组件120、探测器130和控制器140,所述内胆110形成有用于放置衣物的容纳腔a;所述喷淋组件120包括喷嘴121,所述喷嘴121位于所述容纳腔a内,所述喷嘴121用于向所述容纳腔a内喷水以打湿舒展衣物;所述探测器130设置于所述内胆110上,所述探测器130用于检测所述容纳腔a内是否放置有衣物;所述控制器140与所述喷淋组件120和所述探测器130电连接,所述控制器140用于在所述探测器130检测到所述容纳腔a内未放置衣物时,控制所述喷淋组件120关闭,以使所述喷嘴121不向所述容纳腔a内喷水。
本申请实施例的衣物护理设备100,通过设置喷淋组件120,可在机器运行时使喷淋组件120的喷嘴121向衣物上喷出水雾,使得水流在经过衣物时能够自动对衣物进行打湿舒展,以减少悬挂的衣物上的褶皱,起到熨烫塑形的效果,操作更加智能化,能够提升用户使用体验。通过设置探测器130,能够检测容纳腔a内是否放置有衣物,并在容纳腔a内未放置衣物时控制器140控制喷淋组件120关闭,使喷嘴121不向容纳腔a内喷水,节约水资源。
本申请实施例中,喷淋组件120除了包括喷嘴121外,还可以包括用于将供水源的水输 送至喷嘴121处的供水管和电磁阀,电磁阀可以安装于供水管上,电磁阀可以与控制器140电连接。在探测器130检测到容纳腔a内未放置衣物时,控制器140可控制电磁阀关闭,以阻断供水源处的水输送至喷嘴121处;在探测器130检测到容纳腔a内放置有衣物时,控制器140可控制电磁阀开启,以使供水源处的水能够输送至喷嘴121处。
本申请实施例的喷嘴121可以位于容纳腔a内的任意位置,只需满足能够将水喷洒至衣物上即可。如,喷嘴121可以位于内胆110的内壁上的任意位置,以能够实现向衣物的外部喷水。除此之外,喷嘴121也可以向衣物的内部喷水,如,参见图2,当衣物护理设备100还包括用于挂放衣物的挂置架150时,喷嘴121可位于挂置架150上以实现向衣物的内部喷水。在一个实施例中,所述挂置架150可以位于所述容纳腔a内且与所述内胆110连接。上述通过将喷嘴121设置于挂放衣物的挂置架150上,一方面能够使喷嘴121喷出的水从衣物内部流向外部起到舒展衣物、抚平皱纹的效果,另一方面也能够使喷洒出的水更大化的冲向衣物而不易造成水资源的浪费。
在一个实施例中,参见图3,所述挂置架150可以包括连接部151和挂置部152,所述连接部151连接所述内胆110,所述挂置部152连接所述连接部151远离所述内胆110的一端,所述挂置部152用于挂放衣物,所述喷嘴121可以设置于所述挂置部152背离所述连接部151的一侧。本实施例中,挂置部152背离连接部151的一侧可以设置有至少一个喷嘴121;在一个实施例中,在喷嘴121的数量为多个时,多个喷嘴121可以沿挂置部152的长度方向间隔布置。由于衣物在挂放到挂置架150上后,衣物位于挂置架150下方的部位将处于悬浮状态,上述通过将喷嘴121设置于挂置部152背离连接部151的一侧,使得喷嘴121能够向衣物的处于悬浮状态的部位喷水,对衣物的熨烫塑形效果更佳。
在一些实施例中,喷嘴121可以直接通过管路实现与供水源的连接。在另一些实施例中,参见图2和图3,所述挂置架150内可以形成有水流通道b,且所述水流通道b的进水口b1与供水源连通,所述水流通道b的出水口b2与所述容纳腔a连通,以使供水源提供的水可经过挂置架150后喷洒至容纳腔a内,以减少管路的使用,提高组装效率。需要说明的是,当挂置架150内形成有水流通道b时,可以直接将挂置架150的出水口b2看作是喷嘴121,也可以在挂置架150的出水口b2处另外设置喷嘴121。参见图3,在挂置架150的出水口b2处另外设置的喷嘴121可以呈圆筒状结构。可以理解地,挂置架150上出水口b2的数量可以为任意的,如,挂置架150上出水口b2的数量可以为一个、两个、三个、四个等。
本申请实施例中的挂置架150的数量可以为任意的。如,挂置架150的数量可以为一个, 也可以为多个。为实现更多衣物的挂放,所述挂置架150的数量可以为多个,且每个所述挂置架150上均设置有所述喷嘴121。当挂置架150的数量为多个时,所述探测器130的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个。
在一个实施例中,当挂置架150的数量为多个、探测器130的数量为一个时,探测器130用于检测所有的挂置架150上是否放置有衣物,且在探测器130检测到任一所述挂置架150上未放置衣物时,所述控制器140控制未放置衣物的所述挂置架150上的所述喷嘴121停止喷水。上述通过一个探测器130实现所有挂置架150上是否放置衣物的检测,探测器130的使用数量较少,设备成本更低。
参见图1,当挂置架150的数量为多个(图1仅绘制出了一个挂置架150的情况),探测器130的数量为多个时,所述探测器130的数量可以与所述挂置架150的数量相等,且每个所述探测器130与一个所述挂置架150对应设置,每个所述探测器130用于检测对应的所述挂置架150上是否放置有衣物,所有的所述探测器130均与所述控制器140电连接,所述控制器140用于在任一所述探测器130检测到所述挂置架150上未放置衣物时,控制未放置衣物的所述挂置架150上的所述喷嘴121停止喷水。上述通过设置与每个挂置架150对应的探测器130,相较于仅采用一个探测器130而言,检测结果更加准确、可靠。
本申请实施例中的探测器130可以包括超声波探测器和/或激光探测器,所述探测器130用于根据发射信号和接收信号的时间差判断信号传输路径上是否存在衣物。在一个实施例中,当容纳腔a内放置有衣物时,探测器130发射的信号在碰到衣物时将立即返回;当容纳腔a内未放置衣物时,探测器130发射的信号将一直传输至内胆110的内壁并在碰到内壁后返回;由于信号在碰到衣物时发射接收时间差与信号在碰到内胆110的内壁时发射接收时间差不同,以此可判断容纳腔a内是否放置有衣物。其中,超声波探测器130发射的信号为超声波信号,激光探测器130发射的信号为激光信号。
参见图1,所述内胆110可以包括顶板111、底板112和多个侧板113,所述底板112和所述顶板111相对设置;多个所述侧板113位于所述顶板111与所述底板112之间,多个所述侧板113均与所述顶板111和所述底板112连接且形成所述容纳腔a,其中一个所述侧板113上设置有所述探测器130。通过将探测器130设置于内胆110的侧板113上,安装较为方便,且便于后期更换维修等操作。
在一些实施例中,探测器130可以直接安装于侧板113的表面上。在另一些实施例中,参见图4,所述其中一个所述侧板113可以设置有通孔c,所述探测器130可以设置于所述通 孔c内。通过将探测器130设置于侧板113的通孔c内,通孔c的设置便于探测器130的安装定位,加快安装效率。
在一个实施例中,参见图4,安装探测器130的侧板113可以包括形成所述容纳腔a内的第一表面1131以及背离所述第一表面1131的第二表面1132,所述探测器130可以包括探测元件、安装座132和多个固定爪133,所述探测元件与所述控制器140电连接,所述探测元件用于检测所述容纳腔a内是否放置有衣物;所述探测元件安装于所述安装座132上,所述安装座132的一端位于所述容纳腔a内,所述安装座132的另一端穿过所述通孔c后位于所述内胆110外,所述安装座132位于所述容纳腔a内的部位的外周向外延伸形成限位部1321,所述限位部1321抵接于所述第一表面1131;每个所述固定爪133均位于所述内胆110外,且每个所述固定爪133的一端均固定于所述安装座132远离所述限位部1321的一端,每个所述固定爪133的另一端均抵接于所述第二表面1132。上述通过将探测器130设置成包括探测元件、安装座132和多个固定爪133,且安装座132的限位部1321抵接于侧板113的第一表面1131,固定爪133抵接于与第一表面1131相对的第二表面1132,能够保证探测器130在侧板113上的平稳安装。同时,由于固定爪133的连接端连接安装座132远离限位部1321的一端,固定爪133的自由端靠近限位部1321,使得探测器130在与侧板113进行组装时,可首先使探测器130远离限位部1321的一端穿过通孔c,之后在通孔c的挤压下使固定爪133的自由端贴合安装座132,以便于探测器130穿过通孔c实现安装,安装起来也较为方便。
在一个实施例中,参见图4和图5,所述其中一个所述侧板113可以包括第一部分1133,所述第一部分1133朝远离所述容纳腔a的方向突出以形成容置槽d,所述容置槽d面向所述容纳腔a的表面包括第一区域以及位于所述第一区域外周的第二区域e1,所述第一区域设置有所述通孔c,所述安装座132的所述限位部1321位于所述容置槽d内且抵接于所述第二区域e1。上述通过设置容置槽d,且将限位部1321设置于容置槽d内,能够保证容纳腔a的内壁面的平整性,提升用户体验。
可以理解地,参见图1和图2,本申请实施例的衣物护理设备100还可以包括外壳160和循环组件170,所述内胆110和所述循环组件170均可以位于所述外壳160内,所述循环组件170与所述内胆110的所述容纳腔a连通,以使在所述循环组件170的作用下气体能够在所述容纳腔a内循环。在一个实施例中,所述循环组件170包括壳体171,所述壳体171的内部经进风口f1和出风口f2与所述容纳腔a连通。
所述外壳160的一侧可以设置有第一开口,所述内胆110对应所述第一开口的位置处可 以设置有第二开口,以使衣物可经所述第一开口和所述第二开口放置于容纳腔a内。可以理解地,为实现衣物护理设备100的密封性和完整性,所述第一开口处可以设置有门体161。
所述循环组件170可以包括发热元件172和风机173,以使气体经所述发热元件172加热并由所述风机173输送至所述容纳腔a内并在所述容纳腔a内循环流动。
在一些实施例中,所述发热元件172可以包括净水箱1721和锅炉1722,所述净水箱1721与所述锅炉1722连通,以使净水箱1721内的水经所述锅炉1722加热后产生蒸汽通入到所述容纳腔a内,用于容纳腔a内的衣物进行塑形和除菌。在一个实施例中,所述发热元件172还可以包括冷凝器、蒸发器和压缩机1723,所述冷凝器可以位于所述风机173的进风口所在的一侧,所述蒸发器可以位于所述冷凝器远离所述风机173的一侧,所述冷凝器、所述蒸发器和所述压缩机1723首尾依次连通,所述压缩机1723能够使冷媒在所述蒸发器和所述冷凝器中流动,其中,冷媒在所述蒸发器内流动能够对气体进行除湿,冷媒在所述冷凝器内流动能够对气体进行加热。
所述发热元件172还可以包括废水箱1724,废水箱1724可用于收集蒸发器表面凝露析出的水分。
参见图6和图7,本申请实施例的衣物护理设备100还可以包括控制板180,所述控制板180上可以设置有电路,所述控制器140可以与所述电路电连接,以实现所述控制器140的电量供给,所述电路还能够接收所述探测器130采集的信号,经过对信号的分析确定及其的运行状态。
本申请实施例的衣物护理设备100的运行过程可以为:首先将设备上电,然后点击设备屏幕上的开始键运行,之后探测器130检测容纳腔a内是否放置有衣物,如检测到容纳腔a内未放置衣物,则喷嘴121关闭不向容纳腔a内喷水;如检测到容纳腔a内放置有衣物,则喷嘴121开启并向容纳腔a内喷水,同时,净水箱1721内的水抽入到锅炉1722中,锅炉1722开始加热产生蒸汽,对容纳腔a内的衣物进行护理,经过蒸汽的渗透,使得衣物的褶皱得以活化舒展抚平。熨烫完成后,喷嘴121和锅炉1722停止工作,风机173和压缩机1723开始先后运行,以使湿热空气在蒸发器表面凝露析出水分后,使干燥的气体再经过冷凝器加热后输送至容纳腔a内,往复循环,逐渐将箱体内的使其冷凝成水,并收集在废水箱1724内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种衣物护理设备,其中,包括:
    内胆,所述内胆形成有用于放置衣物的容纳腔;
    喷淋组件,所述喷淋组件包括喷嘴,所述喷嘴位于所述容纳腔内,所述喷嘴用于向所述容纳腔内喷水以打湿舒展衣物;
    探测器,所述探测器设置于所述内胆上,所述探测器用于检测所述容纳腔内是否放置有衣物;以及
    控制器,所述控制器与所述喷淋组件和所述探测器电连接,所述控制器用于在所述探测器检测到所述容纳腔内未放置衣物时,控制所述喷淋组件关闭,以使所述喷嘴不向所述容纳腔内喷水。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述喷淋组件还包括:
    供水管,所述供水管用于将所述喷嘴与供水源连通;以及
    电磁阀,所述电磁阀设置于所述供水管上,所述电磁阀与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器用于在所述探测器检测到所述容纳腔内未放置衣物时,控制所述电磁阀关闭,以阻断所述供水源处的水输送至所述喷嘴处。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备,其中,还包括:
    挂置架,所述挂置架位于所述容纳腔内且与所述内胆连接,所述挂置架用于挂放衣物,所述挂置架上设置有所述喷嘴。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述挂置架包括:
    连接部,所述连接部连接所述内胆;以及
    挂置部,所述挂置部连接所述连接部远离所述内胆的一端,所述挂置部用于挂放衣物,所述挂置部背离所述连接部的一侧设置有至少一个所述喷嘴;在所述喷嘴的数量为多个时,多个所述喷嘴沿所述挂置部的长度方向间隔布置。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述挂置架形成有水流通道,所述水流通道的进水口与供水源连通,所述水流通道的出水口与所述容纳腔连通,所述挂置架的所述出水口为所述喷嘴或所述挂置架的所述出水口处设置有所述喷嘴。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述挂置架的数量为多个,每个所述挂置架上均设置有所述喷嘴。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的衣物护理设备,其中,
    所述探测器的数量为一个,一个所述探测器用于检测所有的所述挂置架上是否放置有衣 物,所述控制器用于在所述探测器检测到任一所述挂置架上未放置衣物时,控制未放置衣物的所述挂置架上的所述喷嘴停止喷水;或
    所述探测器的数量为多个,且所述探测器的数量与所述挂置架的数量相等,每个所述探测器与一个所述挂置架对应设置,每个所述探测器用于检测对应的所述挂置架上是否放置有衣物,所有的所述探测器均与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器用于在任一所述探测器检测到所述挂置架上未放置衣物时,控制未放置衣物的所述挂置架上的所述喷嘴停止喷水。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述探测器包括超声波探测器和/或激光探测器,所述探测器用于根据发射信号和接收信号的时间差判断信号的传输路径上是否存在衣物。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述内胆包括:
    顶板;
    底板,所述底板和所述顶板相对设置;以及

  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种衣物护理设备,其中,所述其中一个所述侧板设置有通孔,所述探测器设置于所述通孔内。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一种衣物护理设备,其中,所述其中一个所述侧板包括形成所述容纳腔内的第一表面以及背离所述第一表面的第二表面,所述探测器包括:
    探测元件,所述探测元件与所述控制器电连接,所述探测元件用于检测所述容纳腔内是否放置有衣物;
    安装座,所述探测元件安装于所述安装座上,所述安装座的一端位于所述容纳腔内,所述安装座的另一端穿过所述通孔后位于所述内胆外,所述安装座位于所述容纳腔内的部位的外周向外延伸形成限位部,所述限位部抵接于所述第一表面;以及
    多个固定爪,每个所述固定爪均位于所述内胆外,且每个所述固定爪的一端均固定于所述安装座远离所述限位部的一端,每个所述固定爪的另一端均抵接于所述第二表面。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种衣物护理设备,其中,所述其中一个所述侧板包括第一部分,所述第一部分朝远离所述容纳腔的方向突出以形成容置槽,所述容置槽面向所述容纳腔 的表面包括第一区域以及位于所述第一区域外周的第二区域,所述第一区域设置有所述通孔,所述安装座的所述限位部位于所述容置槽内且抵接于所述第二区域。
