一种隔膜自动备胶装置,包括胶纸盘机构(1)、吸附平台(2)、拉胶机构(3)、胶纸切断机构(5)和备胶机构(6),所述吸附平台(2)的一端为胶纸送入端,所述胶纸盘机构(1)设置在所述胶纸送入端的一侧,所述拉胶机构(3)活动设置在所述吸附平台(2)上,并与所述吸附平台(2)之间设有拉胶间隙,所述胶纸切断机构(5)设置在所述吸附平台(2)的上方,所述备胶机构(6)设置在所述吸附平台(2)的一侧。隔膜自动备胶装置是全自动化装置,大大提升了工作效率。该隔膜自动备胶装置首先通过拉胶机构(3)将胶纸自动牵引到位后,再通过上方的胶纸切断机构(5)将胶纸切断并压住,最后通过一侧的备胶机构(6)完成胶纸自动备胶。

隔膜新型自动备胶装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及自动化设备技术领域,具体涉及一种隔膜新型自动备胶装置。
背景技术
锂电池是一类由锂金属或锂合金为负极材料、使用非水电解质溶液的电池。在现有锂电行业电池极片的制作过程中,需要对极片涂布边及交换带贴保护胶纸。
而目前的极片或者交换带都是手动备胶,每次换完料卷,需要手动把胶纸裁剪好,备到极片或者交换带吸盘上,再实现自动接带,工作效率低下。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种隔膜新型自动备胶装置。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种隔膜新型自动备胶装置,包括胶纸盘机构、吸附平台、拉胶机构、胶纸切断机构和备胶机构,所述吸附平台的一端为胶纸送入端,所述胶纸盘机构设置在所述胶纸送入端的一侧,所述拉胶机构活动设置在所述吸附平台上,并与所述吸附平台之间设有拉胶间隙,所述胶纸切断机构设置在所述吸附平台的上方,所述备胶机构设置在所述吸附平台的一侧。
进一步的,所述胶纸送入端上设置有胶纸导向机构。
进一步的,所述吸附平台通过第一切断间隙和第二切断间隙依次分隔成位于同一直线上的第一吸附平台、第二吸附平台和第三吸附平台,所述胶纸导向机构设置在所述第一吸附平台上。
进一步的,所述胶纸切断机构包括第一气缸、压块、第一切刀和第二切刀,所述压块设置在所述第一气缸的气缸轴上,所述第一切刀和第二切刀相对设置在所述压块上,并分别与所述第一切断间隙、第二切断间隙相对应。
进一步的,所述第一吸附平台、第二吸附平台、第三吸附平台上均布有若干个胶纸吸盘。
进一步的,所述备胶机构包括送胶平台、线轨、第二气缸、旋转机构、胶纸吸附座和滑块,所述线轨设置在所述送胶平台上,所述旋转机构通过滑块滑动设置在所述线轨上,所述第二气缸设置在所述送胶平台的一侧,且所述第二气缸的气缸轴与所述旋转机构连接,所述旋转机构的输出端上设置有胶纸吸附座。
进一步的,所述旋转机构采用伺服电机或步进电机。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
本实用新型首先通过拉胶机构将胶纸自动牵引到位后,再通过上方的胶纸切断机构将胶纸切断并压住,最后通过一侧的备胶机构完成胶纸自动备胶。该过程为全自动化,大大提升了工作效率。

实施例
请参阅图1、图2,本实施例提供了一种隔膜新型自动备胶装置,包括胶纸盘机构1、吸附平台2、拉胶机构3、胶纸导向机构4、胶纸切断机构5和备胶机构6。吸附平台2的一端为胶纸送入端,胶纸送入端上设置有胶纸导向机构4,胶纸盘机构1设置在胶纸送入端的一侧,胶纸通过胶纸导向机构4从胶纸送入端导入。拉胶机构3活动设置在吸附平台2上,并与吸附平台2之间设有拉胶间隙,胶纸导入后在拉胶机构3作用下从胶纸送入端牵引到吸附平台2上。吸附平台2通过第一切断间隙21和第二切断间隙22分隔成位于同一直线上的第一吸附平台23、第二吸附平台24和第三吸附平台25,胶纸导向机构4设置在第一吸附平台23上,第一吸附平台23、第二吸附平台24、第三吸附平台25上均布有若干个胶纸吸盘26。胶纸切断机构5设置在吸附平台2的上方,其包括第一气缸51、压块52、第一切刀53和第二切刀54,压块52设置在第一气缸51的气缸轴上,第一切刀53和第二切刀54相对设置在压块52上,并分别与第一切断间隙21、第二切断间隙22相对应,通过第一切刀53和第二切刀54可实现两刀切。备胶机构6设置在吸附平台2的一侧,如图3所示,其包括送胶平台61、线轨62、第二气缸63、旋转机构64、胶纸吸附座65和滑块66,线轨62设置在送胶平台61上,旋转机构64通过滑块66滑动设置在线轨62上,第二气缸63设置在送胶平台61的一侧,且第二气缸63的气缸轴与旋转机构64连接,通过第二气缸63带动旋转机构64在线轨62上运动,旋转机构64的输出端上设置有胶纸吸附座65,旋转机构64采用伺服电机或步进电机,驱动胶纸吸附座65旋转。
工作过程:首先通过拉胶机构3将胶纸自动牵引到位,再通过上方的胶纸切断机构5将胶纸切断并压住,接着拉胶机构3的拉胶辊脱胶后胶纸切断机构5退回到位,最后旋转机构64将胶纸逆时针旋转到位后第二气缸63将胶纸吸附座65伸出,完成胶纸自动备胶。
本实用新型为全自动化,工作效率高。

  1. 一种隔膜新型自动备胶装置,其特征在于:包括胶纸盘机构、吸附平台、拉胶机构、胶纸切断机构和备胶机构,所述吸附平台的一端为胶纸送入端,所述胶纸盘机构设置在所述胶纸送入端的一侧,所述拉胶机构活动设置在所述吸附平台上,并与所述吸附平台之间设有拉胶间隙,所述胶纸切断机构设置在所述吸附平台的上方,所述备胶机构设置在所述吸附平台的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的隔膜新型自动备胶装置,其特征在于:所述胶纸送入端上设置有胶纸导向机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的隔膜新型自动备胶装置,其特征在于:所述吸附平台通过第一切断间隙和第二切断间隙依次分隔成位于同一直线上的第一吸附平台、第二吸附平台和第三吸附平台,所述胶纸导向机构设置在所述第一吸附平台上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的隔膜新型自动备胶装置,其特征在于:所述胶纸切断机构包括第一气缸、压块、第一切刀和第二切刀,所述压块设置在所述第一气缸的气缸轴上,所述第一切刀和第二切刀相对设置在所述压块上,并分别与所述第一切断间隙、第二切断间隙相对应。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的隔膜新型自动备胶装置,其特征在于:所述第一吸附平台、第二吸附平台、第三吸附平台上均布有若干个胶纸吸盘。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的隔膜新型自动备胶装置,其特征在于:所述备胶机构包括送胶平台、线轨、第二气缸、旋转机构、胶纸吸附座和滑块,所述线轨设置在所述送胶平台上,所述旋转机构通过滑块滑动设置在所述线轨上,所述第二气缸设置在所述送胶平台的一侧,且所述第二气缸的气 缸轴与所述旋转机构连接,所述旋转机构的输出端上设置有胶纸吸附座。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的隔膜新型自动备胶装置,其特征在于:所述旋转机构采用伺服电机或步进电机。
