本实施例中,法兰12整体呈椭圆形,包括对称设置的两个凸耳部12a,凸耳部12a由壳体10的周侧面10c向外部凸起形成,每个凸耳部12a上设置一个通孔121。采用椭圆状的法兰12,使得连接器与车载电子设备连接后,确保连接可靠、稳定地同时减少连接器的空间占用。当然,在其他实施例中,法兰12的形状及通孔121的数量可根据实际需求进行设置,如将 法兰12设置为圆形或者正方形等等,通孔121的数量可为一个、两个或者四个等等。
结合图3和图4所示,法兰12与对接连接器相对的侧壁沿连接器的轴向方向向内凹陷形成有容置槽13,容置槽13用于装配密封圈30。实施时,密封圈30装配于容置槽13内,实现防水等功能。具体地,容置槽13具有相对设置的槽外壁13a和槽内壁13b及连接槽外壁13a和槽内壁13b的槽底壁13c,密封圈30与容置槽13的槽外壁13a相抵接,确保密封性。当然,在其他实施例中,密封圈30也可与容置槽13的槽内壁13b相抵接,也可与容置槽13的槽外壁13a、槽内壁13b均相抵接,也就是说密封圈30可与容置槽13的槽外壁13a、槽内壁13b中的至少一个相抵接。本实施例中,容置槽13为半燕尾形槽,即槽外壁13a与槽底壁13c之间的夹角α为锐角,采用锐角设计,可使连接器与对接连接器对接时,密封圈30在对接连接器的作用下发生形变,从而部分进入槽底壁与槽外壁之间形成的空间内,提高密封性能,实施时,密封圈30与半燕尾槽的槽外壁相抵接,确保密封的同时便于安装,且不易脱落。当然,在其他实施例中,可根据实际需求设置容置槽13的形状,如容置槽13为燕尾槽等等,可根据实际需求进行设置。在本实施例中,所述槽外壁13a与槽底壁13c之间的夹角为锐角,但是可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,所述槽内壁13b与槽底壁13c之间亦可以设置为锐角。
结合图2和图3所示,装配孔11贯穿第一端面10a和第二端面10b设置,其包括相连通的容置孔111和注胶孔112,容置孔111用于装配导电端子组20并在连接器与车载电子设备连接时收容车载电子设备的对接连接器,注胶孔112用于在导电端子组20装配到位后填充密封胶40,以实现防水处理。实施时,导电端子组20通过特定工装装配到位后,注胶孔112内填充密封胶40,导电端子组20位于注胶孔112内的部分在密封胶40的作用下实现防水等功能。
进一步地,为了避免注胶孔112内密封胶40的溢出,注胶孔112的入口处设有第一倒角112a结构。通过将注胶孔112的入口设计为倒角结构,可有效避免密封胶40在凝固前溢出。另外,为了降低密封胶40的凝固时间,可通过加热等方式对密封胶40加热处理,以使密封胶40快速凝固。
结合图3、图5和图6所示,导电端子组20包括外导体21、内导体22和绝缘体,外导体21部分装配于装配孔11内,也即外导体21的一端伸入装配孔11内,相对端伸出装配孔11外,当然,在其他实施例中,外导体21也可完全装配于装配孔11内,可据实际需求进行选择;内导体22装配于外导体21内,内导体22与外导体21同轴设置,内导体22和外导体21之间设有绝缘体,内导体22的一端与车载电子设备的对接连接器电连接,相对端与线缆电连接。
具体地,如图5所示,外导体21呈中空柱状结构,其具有相对设置的第一端部21a和第二端部21b及沿轴向贯通第一端部21a和第二端部21b设置的安装孔211,第一端部21a在外导体21与壳体10装配于一体后位于装配孔11的外部,第二端部21b在外导体21与壳体10装配于一体后位于装配孔11的注胶孔112内,也就是说装配孔11的注胶孔112完全包覆外导体21的第二端部21b。当然,在其他实施例中,外导体21也可完全位于装配孔11中,可根据实际需求进行选择。
如图3所示,为了实现外导体21装配并固定于壳体10的装配孔11中,外导体21设有自其外侧壁沿径向方向向外部凸起形成的第一装配部212,装配孔11内设有自其内壁沿径向方向向外部凸起形成的第二装配部113,第一装配部212与第二装配部113在径向方向上相抵接,也即外导体21与壳体10过盈配合,进而实现外导体21装配于壳体10的装配孔11中。本实施例中,为确保一定的装配余量,第二装配部113沿其轴向的长度大于第一装配部212沿其轴向的长度,当然,在其他实施例中,可根据实际需求设置两者的在轴向上的长度。同时,为了便于第一装配部212与第二装 配部113的装配,装配孔11的第二装配部113上设有便于外导体21的第一装配部212装配的第二倒角113a结构。
如图5所示,为了使外导体21在与车载电子设备连接后保持良好的电性连接,靠近第一端部21a的安装孔211内壁上设有至少一个弹性接触部213,弹性接触部213在外导体21与车载电子设备对接时沿外导体21的径向方向向外部扩张产生弹性形变,以提供更大的空间,使车载电子设备的对接连接器可插接到安装孔211内。当车载电子设备的对接连接器插接到位后,弹性接触部213产生弹性回复力,弹性回复力使得弹性接触部213与车载电子设备的对接连接器相抵接,实现对接连接器的固定的同时确保良好的电性连接。
如图6所示,内导体22为柱状结构,其装配于外导体21的安装孔211内,内导体22的一端设有收容孔221,相对端设有电连接部222,收容孔221用于与车载电子设备的对接连接器相连,电连接部222用于连接车载电子设备的线缆。具体地,收容孔221由多个弹性夹持部221a形成,即内导体22的端部沿轴向方向延伸形成多个弹性夹持部221a,多个弹性夹持部221a向中心聚拢形成所述收容孔221,收容孔221呈收口状态。实施时,车载电子设备的对接连接器在插入收容孔221的过程中,弹性夹持部221a发生弹性形变,其不断向外扩张,以使收容孔221可容纳车载电子设备的对接连接器。当车载电子设备的对接连接器插接到位后,弹性夹持部221a产生回复力,回复力使得弹性接触部213与车载电子设备的对接连接器相抵接,实现对接触部固定的同时确保信号的可靠传输。
如图6所示,电连接部222包括连接孔222a。实施时,将线缆分别插接于连接孔222a中并固定,固定的方式可选择挤压电连接部222,当然,也可通过其他方式,如焊接等方式,实现线缆分别固定于连接孔中。
如图6所示,内导体22的外侧壁上还设有至少一个倒刺结构223。通过设置倒刺结构223,可防止插拔过程中,内导体22相对绝缘体发生位移, 进而提高了连接器的稳定性。
导电端子组20还包括压接套管(图未示出),压接套管套设于线缆的外部导体上并装配于外导体的安装孔211内,确保线缆的外导体21与连接器的外导体21电性连接的同时也使得连接器的外导体21与线缆的外导体21紧固连接。
实施时,将外导体21、内导体22、绝缘体、压接套管及线缆进行组装,形成线缆组件,利用特定工装将线缆组件装配至壳体10的装配孔11中,进一步在装配孔11中填充密封胶40,当密封胶40凝固后,将密封圈30安装在壳体10与车载电子设备相连接触的端面上,最后将连接器与车载电子设备的对接连接器相连接,并通过壳体10上的法兰12实现连接器与车载电子设备的固定连接。
本实用新型所述的连接器,通过采用法兰连接的方式实现与车载电子设备的固定连接,减少空间占用的同时也实现稳定连接,确保数据可靠、稳定地传输。同时,通过采用密封圈30及密封胶40,提高了连接器防水等性能,如可使连接器达到IPx7级防水,使车载电子设备可在各种恶劣条件下使用。
本实用新型的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本实用新型的教示及揭示而作种种不背离本实用新型精神的替换及修饰,因此,本实用新型保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本实用新型的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器包括
    壳体,所述壳体包括沿着所述连接器的对接方向设置的筒体以及法兰,所述壳体还设置有装配孔,所述装配孔沿着所述筒体的轴向贯穿所述筒体和法兰;
    导电端子组,所述导电端子组收容于所述装配孔内,且在所述导电端子组连接线缆后,所述装配孔靠近所述线缆的一侧内填充密封胶;以及
    密封圈,所述密封圈设置于所述法兰与对接连接器相对的侧壁上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述装配孔包括相连通的容置孔和注胶孔,所述导电端子组的一端位于所述注胶孔内,另一端穿过所述容置孔延伸至装配孔外部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述注胶孔的入口处设有第一倒角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述导电端子组包括外导体和内导体,所述外导体设有沿轴向延伸的安装孔,所述内导体装配于所述安装孔内,所述安装孔的内壁设有至少一个弹性接触部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述导电端子组还包括压接套管,所述压接套管套设于线缆的外部并装配于所述外导体的安装孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述外导体设有自其外侧壁沿其径向方向向外凸起形成的第一装配部,所述装配孔设有自其内侧壁沿其径向方向向外凸起形成的第二装配部,所述第一装配部与第二装配部在径向方向上通过过盈配合相抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第一装配部沿其轴向的长度小于第二装配部沿其轴向的长度。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述装配孔的第二装配部上设有便于外导体的第一装配部装配的第二倒角。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述法兰与对接连接器相对的侧壁上设有容置槽,所述密封圈设于所述容置槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述容置槽具有相对设置的槽外壁和槽内壁及连接所述槽外壁和槽内壁的槽底壁,所述密封圈与槽外壁和槽内壁中的至少一个相抵接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述槽外壁或槽内壁与槽底壁之间的夹角为锐角。
