Abstract
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un système d'inspection d'aliments et un procédé d'inspection d'aliments grâce auxquels il est possible de classer des aliments transformés en un type autre qu'en articles non défectueux et en articles défectueux. La solution selon la présente divulgation porte sur un système d'inspection d'aliments qui comprend un dispositif capteur qui détecte les aliments transformés qui sont transportés, et une unité de détermination qui détermine si les aliments transformés sont un article pouvant être corrigé qui peut être corrigé en un article non défectueux par un travail de correction sur la base d'informations détectées par le dispositif capteur.
