具体实施方式
下面结合附图,给出本发明的较佳实施例,并予以详细描述。
如图1A-图1B所示,根据本发明的一个优选实施例的电动集成座椅具有成人坐垫总成1和成人靠背总成2,在图1A的折叠状态下,成人坐垫总成1的顶表面处于水平位置以便于成人乘坐,在图1B的展开状态下,成人坐垫总成1的顶部被翻起形成儿童靠背总成1a,成人坐垫总成1的中部形成儿童坐垫总成1b,两者配合形成儿童座椅以便于儿童乘坐。
图2A-图2B示出了儿童靠背总成1a的被靠背包覆件包覆于其内的儿童靠背骨架11和儿童坐垫总成1b的被坐垫包覆件包覆于其内的儿童坐垫骨架12,两者联动连接形成儿童座椅骨架10。如图2C所示,该儿童座椅骨架10通过骨架紧固件10a被固定在成人坐垫总成1(参见图1A)的底部的成人坐垫骨架10b上。
如图3所示,儿童靠背骨架11的底部具有坐垫连接板11a,儿童坐垫骨架12具有靠背连接板1221a,1221b,该坐垫连接板11a和靠背连接板1221a,1221b通过坐背紧固件13(例如螺栓)将儿童靠背骨架11和儿童坐垫骨架12连接固定在一起。
如图3所示,儿童靠背骨架11包括儿童靠背111、儿童头枕112、头枕电机113和儿童侧翼114,其中,儿童头枕112通过头枕电机113可转动地连接到儿童靠背111的顶部,儿童侧翼114可转动地连接固定到儿童靠背111的两侧。
如图4所示,儿童靠背111具有靠背本体1111和蜗轮蜗杆传动组1112,其中,蜗轮蜗杆传动组1112固定连接在靠背本体1111的顶部上,蜗轮蜗杆传动组1112包括啮合的蜗杆1112a和蜗轮1112b,蜗杆1112a与头枕电机113(参见图3)连接,其与控制模块连接以通过控制模块进行控制,蜗轮1112b通过枕背紧固件115连接固定到儿童头枕112上。如此,在图2A所示的折叠状态下,儿童头枕112处于如图5A所示的关闭状态,即儿童头枕112的外观面朝前设置并与成人坐垫总成1的前端面齐平(参见图1A);在头枕电机113的 驱动下,儿童头枕112围绕着水平方向的铰链轴旋转可处于如图5B所示的打开状态,在儿童靠背111被翻起直至图2B所示的展开状态时,儿童头枕112的外观面朝后设置并利用与该外观面相对的凹面来承托儿童的头部(参见图1B)。
如图6所示,儿童靠背111具有侧翼铰链1113,其中,侧翼铰链1113的一端固定连接在靠背本体1111的左右侧,侧翼铰链1113的另一端通过翼背紧固件116连接固定到儿童侧翼114上。如此,在图2A所示的折叠状态下,儿童侧翼114处于如图7A所示的关闭状态,即儿童侧翼114从水平面径向向上翘起以更好地承托成人的臀部(参见图1A);外力作用于儿童侧翼114可使得儿童侧翼114通过侧翼铰链1113围绕着前后方向的铰链轴旋转可处于如图7B所示的打开状态,在儿童靠背111被翻起直至图2B所示的展开状态时,儿童侧翼114从竖直面朝前翻折以避开成人靠背侧翼(参见图1B)。通过该侧翼翻转结构,本发明最大程度地保留了成人乘坐的舒适性。
如图8A-图8B所示,儿童坐垫骨架12包括儿童坐垫121、传动总成122、安装脚123和第一连杆124,传动总成122包括设置于儿童坐垫骨架12的左侧的第一传动结构122a和设置于儿童坐垫骨架12的右侧的第二传动结构122b,安装脚123通过骨架紧固件10a被固定在成人坐垫骨架10b上(参见图2C),其中,传动总成122(即第一传动结构122a和第二传动结构122b)分别连接于儿童坐垫121和安装脚123的后端,第一连杆124分别连接于儿童坐垫121和安装脚123的前端,以形成四连杆机构。具体地,如图9A-图9B所示,儿童坐垫121的后端通过坐垫传动紧固件125连接于传动总成122(即第一传动结构122a和第二传动结构122b),安装脚123的后端通过传动脚紧固件126连接于传动总成122(即第一传动结构122a和第二传动结构122b),儿童坐垫121的前端通过坐垫杆紧固件127连接于第一连杆124,安装脚123的前端通过脚杆紧固件128连接于第一连杆124。如图10所示,儿童坐垫骨架12还包括用于驱动四连杆机构的坐垫电机129,其与控制模块连接以通过控制模块进行控制。在本实施例中,该坐垫电机129通过横杆被连接在四连杆机构的第一连杆124上。在坐垫电机129的驱动下,儿童坐垫121向前和向上移动以便于儿童乘坐,对应于从图1A和图2A的折叠位置到图1B 和图2B的展开位置。通过该升降联动机构,本发明实现了成人座椅与儿童座椅的一体化结合,减少了额外储存空间与拆装难度,同时最大程度保证儿童视野。
如图11所示,第一传动结构122a包括第一靠背连接板1221a、第一齿轮齿板1222a、第一靠背轴承1223a、坐垫轴承1223c、第一靠背螺母1224a、坐垫螺母1224c、第一锁舌1225a、第一坐垫连接板1226a和第二连杆1227a,其中,第一坐垫连接板1226a通过坐垫传动紧固件125连接于儿童坐垫121的后端(参见图9A),其具有间隔开的第一贯通孔12261和第二贯通孔12262,其中,第一齿轮齿板1222a具有贯穿板平面侧向伸出的齿轮轴,该齿轮轴的一端通过第一靠背轴承1223a插入第一贯通孔12261中配合并通过第一靠背螺母1224a卡制以防止从第一贯通孔12261中滑出,第一齿轮齿板1222a的轴的另一端可转动地插入第一靠背连接板1221a中连接,该第一靠背连接板1221a和坐垫连接板11a通过坐背紧固件13连接固定(参见图3),第一锁舌1225a可转动地安装在第一坐垫连接板1226a上,其顶部可插入第一齿轮齿板1222a的齿间以锁止第一齿轮齿板1222a,其底部通过拉锁与齿轮锁电机连接,其与控制模块连接以通过控制模块进行控制,第二连杆1227b具有侧向伸出的连杆轴,该连杆轴通过坐垫轴承1223c插入第二贯通孔12262中配合并通过坐垫螺母1224c卡制以防止其从第二贯通孔12262中滑出,该第二连杆1227a与第一齿轮齿板1222a啮合,该第二连杆1227a的另一端通过传动脚紧固件126与安装脚123连接(参见图9A)。另外,第一传动结构122a还包括第一拉簧1228a,其被连接在第一锁舌1225a和第一坐垫连接板1226a之间以为第一锁舌1225a提供弹性回复力。
如图12所示,第二传动结构122b包括第二靠背连接板1221b、第二齿轮齿板1222b、第二靠背轴承1223b、坐垫轴承1223d、第二靠背螺母1224b、坐垫螺母1224d、第二锁舌1225b、第二坐垫连接板1226b和第二连杆1227b,其中,第二坐垫连接板1226b通过坐垫传动紧固件125连接于儿童坐垫121的后端(参见图9B),其具有间隔开的第一贯通孔12263和第二贯通孔12264,其中,第二齿轮齿板1222b具有贯穿板平面侧向伸出的齿轮轴,该齿轮轴的一端通过第二靠背轴承1223b插入第一贯通孔12263中配合并通过第二靠背 螺母1224b卡制以防止其从第一贯通孔12263中滑出,第二齿轮齿板1222b的轴的另一端可转动地插入第二靠背连接板1221b中连接,该第二靠背连接板1221b和坐垫连接板11a通过坐背紧固件13连接固定(参见图3),第二锁舌1225b可转动地安装在第二坐垫连接板1226b上,其顶部可插入第二齿轮齿板1222b的齿间以锁止第二齿轮齿板1222b,其底部通过拉锁与齿轮锁电机连接,其与控制模块连接以通过控制模块进行控制,第二连杆1227b具有侧向伸出的连杆轴,该连杆轴通过坐垫轴承1223d插入第二贯通孔12264中配合并通过坐垫螺母1224d卡制以防止其从第二贯通孔12264中滑出,该第二连杆1227b与第二齿轮齿板1222b啮合,该第二连杆1227b的另一端通过传动脚紧固件126与安装脚123连接(参见图9B)。另外,第二传动结构122b还包括第二拉簧1228b,其被连接在第二锁舌1225b和第二坐垫连接板1226b之间以为第二锁舌1225b提供弹性回复力。
如图13所示,锁舌1225a,1225b在拉簧1228a,1228b的作用下插入齿轮齿板1222a,1222b的齿间以锁止齿轮齿板1222a,1222b,控制模块控制齿轮锁电机正转带动拉锁沿着F1的方向拉动锁舌1225a,1225b使其脱离齿轮齿板1222a,1222b的齿间实现解锁,控制模块控制齿轮锁电机反转松开拉锁继而拉簧1228a,1228b沿着F2的方向拉动锁舌1225a,1225b使其插入齿轮齿板1222a,1222b的齿间实现锁止。通过锁舌1225a,1225b形成的齿轮锁,可以消除靠背晃动的间隙,提升靠背锁止强度。
如图14-图15所示,坐垫电机129通过四连杆机构推动儿童坐垫121向上运动,带动齿轮齿板1222a,1222b啮合,进而翻动靠背连接板1221a,1221b,实现儿童靠背骨架11翻转和整椅抬升联动,实现儿童座椅展开。齿轮锁电机通过拉锁解锁锁舌1225a,1225b,继而驱动坐垫电机129通过四连杆机构拉动儿童坐垫121,带动齿轮齿板1222a,1222b啮合,进而翻动靠背连接板1221a,1221b,实现儿童靠背骨架11翻转和整椅下沉联动,实现儿童座椅关闭。显然,
本发明通过利用坐垫电机129来驱动儿童坐垫121的方式,本发明的儿童坐垫121在高度上可以被抬升使儿童具有更好的视野,例如比手动版高出50mm,通过齿轮锁电机来驱动和锁止坐靠联动结构,结构简单。在本发明 中,控制模块分别控制头枕电机113、坐垫电机129和齿轮锁电机,从而可以一键实现儿童座椅的开合,优化用户体验。
以上所述的,仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非用以限定本发明的范围,本发明的上述实施例还可以做出各种变化。即凡是依据本发明申请的权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单、等效变化与修饰,皆落入本发明专利的权利要求保护范围。本发明未详尽描述的均为常规技术内容。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动集成座椅,其特征在于,该电动集成座椅包括固定连接于一成人坐垫骨架上的一儿童座椅骨架,该儿童座椅骨架包括联动连接的一儿童靠背骨架和一儿童坐垫骨架;在折叠状态下,该儿童坐垫骨架叠置于该成人坐垫骨架上且该儿童靠背骨架叠置于该儿童坐垫骨架上;在展开状态下,该儿童坐垫骨架相对于该成人坐垫骨架上升且该儿童靠背骨架相对于该儿童坐垫骨架翻起,该儿童坐垫骨架包括用于实现儿童坐垫骨架相对于该成人坐垫骨架上升的四连杆机构和用于驱动该四连杆机构的坐垫电机,该坐垫电机与控制模块连接以通过控制模块进行控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动集成座椅,其特征在于,该儿童靠背骨架包括一儿童靠背、一儿童头枕和头枕电机,该儿童靠背具有一靠背本体和一蜗轮蜗杆传动组,该儿童头枕通过该蜗轮蜗杆传动组可转动地连接在该靠背本体上,该蜗轮蜗杆传动组和头枕电机连接,该头枕电机与所述控制模块连接以通过控制模块进行控制。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动集成座椅,其特征在于,该儿童靠背骨架还包括两儿童侧翼,该儿童靠背还具有两侧翼铰链,各儿童侧翼通过各侧翼铰链可转动地连接在该靠背本体上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电动集成座椅,其特征在于,该儿童坐垫骨架的四连杆机构包括一儿童坐垫、两传动结构、两安装脚和两第一连杆,各安装脚固定连接在该成人坐垫骨架上,各传动结构的两端分别连接于彼此间隔开的该儿童坐垫和相应安装脚的第一端,各第一连杆的两端分别连接于彼此间隔开的该儿童坐垫和相应安装脚的与第一端相对的第二端,该坐垫电机与第一连杆连接以驱动该四连杆机构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电动集成座椅,其特征在于,两传动结构分别包括一靠背连接板、一齿轮齿板、一坐垫连接板和一第二连杆,其中,该靠背连接板可枢转地连接于该儿童靠背骨架,该坐垫连接板可枢转地连接于该儿童坐垫,该靠背连接板和该齿轮齿板围绕着一第一轴可枢转地安装于该坐垫连接板,该第二连杆围绕着一第二轴可枢转地安装于该坐垫连接板,该第二连杆的第一端与该齿轮齿板啮合,该第二连杆的与第一端相对的第二端可 枢转地连接于相应安装脚的第一端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电动集成座椅,其特征在于,两传动结构还分别包括一锁舌,该锁舌可转动地安装于该坐垫连接板上并与齿轮齿板配合以锁定和解锁齿轮齿板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电动集成座椅,其特征在于,该锁舌与一解锁拉锁连接,该解锁拉锁与齿轮锁电机连接,齿轮锁电机与所述控制模块连接以通过控制模块进行控制。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电动集成座椅,其特征在于,两传动结构还分别包括连接在锁舌和坐垫连接板之间以为锁舌提供弹性回复力的拉簧。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的电动集成座椅,其特征在于,两传动结构还分别包括一靠背轴承和一靠背螺母,该坐垫连接板具有间隔开的限定该第一轴的第一贯通孔和限定该第二轴的第二贯通孔,该齿轮齿板具有贯穿板平面侧向伸出的一齿轮轴,该齿轮轴的一端通过该靠背轴承插入该第一贯通孔中配合并通过该靠背螺母卡制以防止其从该第一贯通孔中滑出,该齿轮轴的另一端插入该靠背连接板中连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电动集成座椅,其特征在于,两传动结构还分别包括一坐垫轴承和一坐垫螺母,该第二连杆具有侧向伸出的一连杆轴,该连杆轴通过该坐垫轴承插入该第二贯通孔中配合并通过该坐垫螺母卡制以防止其从该第二贯通孔中滑出。
