在相关技术的方案中,空调室内机上的喇叭一般安装在前面板上避开出风口的位置(如前面板的上部或下部)。安装时一般采用螺钉进行固定;在一个可选的实施方式中,可在前面板上集成有安装座,安装座上均设置有多个通孔,在喇叭上设置有与通孔一一对应的螺纹孔,利用螺钉穿过通孔后固定在喇叭上对应的螺纹孔内,从而将喇叭与前面板固定连接;在另一可选的实施方式中,可以在喇叭上设置多个的连接部,每一个连接部上均设置有螺纹孔,在前面板上设置安装座,安装座上设置有与多个螺纹孔对应的多个通孔,利用螺钉穿过通孔后固定在连接部上对应的螺纹孔内,从而将喇叭与前面板固定连接。

本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本申请实施例提供一种喇叭固定组件及空调器,喇叭固定组件用于将喇叭固定在空调室内机上,包括第一面板和第二面板,所述第一面板的一端与所述第二面板的一端垂直相连;所述第一面板朝向所述第二面板的一侧设有多个弹性板,每一个所述弹性板与所述第二面板之间的间隔均相等,所述弹性板可沿所述第一面板的延伸方向伸缩,所述喇叭被夹持在所述弹性板与所述第二面板之间。通过上述设置,工作人员在安装喇叭时,可以抓住喇叭向第一面板一侧推入,此过程中喇叭会使弹性板在第一面板的延伸方向产生一定的形变,此形变使得弹性板具有一定的弹性力,从而可以利用第一面板上的多个弹性板将喇叭夹持在弹性板与第二面板之间。整个安装过程无需使用螺钉,相比于相关技术中的方案加快了喇叭的安装速度,提高了安装效率。

具体实施方式
在相关技术的方案中,空调室内机上的喇叭一般安装在前面板上避开出风口的位置(如前面板的上部或下部)。安装时一般采用螺钉进行固定。例如,在一个可能的实施方式中,可在前面板上集成有安装座,安装座上均设置有多个通孔,在喇叭上设置有与通孔一一对应的螺纹孔,利用螺钉穿过通孔后固定在喇叭上对应的螺纹孔内,从而将喇叭与前面板固定连接;又如,在另一可能的实施方式中,可以在喇叭上设置多个连接部,每一个连接部上均设置有螺纹孔,在前面板上设置安装座,安装座上设置有与多 个螺纹孔对应的多个通孔,利用螺钉穿过通孔后固定在连接部上对应的螺纹孔内,从而将喇叭与前面板固定连接;再如,在又一个可能的实施方式中,可以在喇叭上设置多个连接部,每一个连接部上均设置有通孔,在前面板上设置有与多个螺纹孔,多个螺纹孔与多个通孔一一对应,利用螺钉穿过通孔后固定在前面板上对应的螺纹孔内,从而将喇叭与前面板固定连接。当然,在其他可能的实施方式中还可以有更多种的利用螺钉将喇叭安装在前面板上的固定方式。
但是,无论采用上述何种实施方式,相关技术的方案均需要使用螺钉将喇叭固定在空调室内机上,螺钉安装时需要涉及到转动锁定的步骤,从而使得整个喇叭的安装速度慢,安装效率低。
为了解决相关技术中的上述问题,本申请旨在提供一种无须利用螺钉即可将喇叭快速安装在空调室内机上的方案,以此提高喇叭的安装速度和安装效率。
为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例一
图1是本申请一实施例提供的喇叭固定组件的结构简图;图2是图1中A部的局部放大图;图3是图1的竖截面简图;图4是图3中B部的局部放大图;图5是本申请一实施例提供的喇叭的结构简图。
请参照图1-图5,本实施例提供了一种喇叭固定组件,用于将喇叭100固定在空调室内机上,包括第一面板200和第二面板300,第一面板200的一端与第二面板300的一端垂直相连;第一面板200朝向第二面板300 的一侧设有多个弹性板210,每一个弹性板210与第二面板300之间的间隔均相等,弹性板210可沿第一面板200的延伸方向伸缩,喇叭100被夹持在弹性板210与第二面板300之间。
本实施例的空调室内机可以是空调柜机或空调挂机,为描述方便,本实施例以空调柜机为例进行说明。本实施例中,喇叭100用于为用户提供声音播放功能,或者,可作为语音交互系统的声音出口便于用户收听。上述第一面板200例如可以为空调室内机的前面板(正常使用时朝向用户侧的面板),第二面板300例如可以为空调室内机的上面板(正常使用时朝向室内天花板侧的面板),第一面板200的一端与第二面板300的一端垂直相连,二者形成一个类似“L”型的截面,第一面板200上的出风口一般设置在第一面板200的中部,第一面板200的上部远离出风口位置,此处可作为喇叭100的安装场所来使用。
具体的,本实施例在第一面板200朝向第二面板300的一侧设有多个弹性板210,弹性板210的伸出长度可根据需要进行确定,弹性板210可以由自身带有弹性功能的材料组成,例如可以为薄钢板、塑料板等;多个弹性板210的形状、尺寸和材料等均相同,以此保证每个弹性板210均具有相同的弹性系数。多个弹性板210与第二面板300之间的间隔均相等,以此来保证每一个弹性板210均能够起到弹性夹持作用。弹性板210可沿第一面板200的延伸方向伸缩,以提供图1中竖直方向上的弹性力,喇叭100被夹持在弹性板210与第二面板300之间,从而无需利用螺钉,仅依靠弹性板210的夹持力即可将喇叭固定在弹性板210和第二面板300之间,以提高安装效率。
利用本实施例的方案,工作人员在安装喇叭100时,可以抓住喇叭100向第一面板200一侧推入,此过程中喇叭100会使弹性板210在第一面板200的延伸方向产生一定的形变,此形变使得弹性板210具有一定的弹性力,从而可以利用第一面板200上的多个弹性板210将喇叭100夹持在弹 性板210与第二面板300之间。整个安装过程无需使用螺钉,相比于相关技术中的方案加快了喇叭100的安装速度,提高了安装效率。
请继续参照图1-图5,在一种可能的实施方式中,喇叭100包括喇叭本体110,本实施例中喇叭本体110大体呈矩形,在其他可能的实施例中,喇叭本体110还可以呈圆柱形、球形等。具体的,本实施例中喇叭本体110包括两个相对设置的第一表面111,第一表面111同时垂直于第一面板200和第二面板300(也即第一表面111为喇叭100在平行于第二面板300的方向上且垂直于第一面板200的两个侧面),每一个第一表面111上均设有定位块120,定位块120可以呈矩形、圆柱形等,本实施例优选定位块120呈矩形。相应的,第一面板200上设有两个弹性板210,两个弹性板210分别与两个定位块120相对应,安装喇叭100时,弹性板210夹持在定位块120背离第二面板300的一侧,从而无需利用螺钉,仅依靠弹性板210的夹持力即可将喇叭固定在弹性板210和第二面板300之间,以提高安装效率。
进一步地,在上述实施方式中,弹性板210包括背离第一面板200的第一平面211和朝向第二面板300的第二平面212,第一平面211与第一面板200平行且垂直于第二面板300,第二平面212与第二面板300平行且垂直于第一面板200。第一平面211的上端与第二面板300之间的间距大于第二平面212与第二面板300之间的间距,第一平面211与第二平面212之间通过倾斜面213相连接。倾斜面213的设置使得弹性板210与第二面板300之间的间距在平行于第二面板300且朝向第一面板200的方向上逐渐减小,从而使得喇叭100在刚接触弹性板210时,弹性板210与第二面板300之间具有相对较大的间距,随着喇叭100推入,该间距逐渐减小,弹性板210施加在喇叭100上的弹性力逐渐增大,从而便于喇叭100装入弹性板210与第二面板300之间。倾斜面213在喇叭100的安装过程中还具有引导作用,降低喇叭100的装入难度。
更进一步地,在上述实施方式中,第二平面212上还形成有凹槽214,定位块120至少部分位于凹槽214内。凹槽214具有锁定功能,可以将定位块120牢牢的锁定在凹槽214中,防止定位块120脱落,从而提高了喇叭100安装的可靠性。
本实施例的喇叭本体110还包括第二表面112和第三表面113,第二表面112的两端和第三表面113的两端分别连接两个第一表面111,喇叭100安装固定后,第二表面112抵接在第二面板300上,第三表面113抵接在第一面板200上,定位块120与第三表面113平齐,凹槽214的部分侧壁由第一面板200构成。
在一种可能的实施方式中,定位块120靠近第二表面112设置,第一面板200朝向第二面板300的一侧还设有限位板220,限位板220位于喇叭100背离第二面板300的一侧,在垂直于第二面板300的方向上,喇叭100的投影与限位板220的投影至少部分重合。限位板220的伸出长度可以大于弹性板210的伸出长度,限位板220可以限制喇叭100的晃动,并且当喇叭100发生脱落时可以承托住喇叭100,防止喇叭100掉落而损坏其他零件。
具体的,本实施例的第一面板200上设有两个限位板220,限位板220包括第一部分和第二部分,第一部分与第二面板300平行,第二部分连接第一部分的一端且垂直于第一部分;两个第一部分分别与两个定位块120相对应,以实现对定位块120的承托功能。第二部分设置在第一部分背离另一个第一部分的一端,由此,两个限位板220构成两个相对设置的“L”型。
在一种可能的实施方式中,本实施例的第二表面112上设有出音孔,缓冲层130和第二面板300上均设有与出音孔相对应的通孔,第二面板300上的通孔内还设有防护网。将出音孔设置在空调室内机的上面板上使得空调室内机的前面板上无需开孔,从而可以提高空调室内机的美观性。防护 网可以防止杂物进入喇叭100内,延长喇叭100的使用寿命。
进一步地,本实施例的第二表面112上还设有缓冲层130,缓冲层130包括橡胶层或泡棉层。缓冲层130提高了喇叭100与第二面板300之间的密封性,保证喇叭100声音的完整传出,同时减少声音传播时引起的震动,提高用户使用体验。
综上所述,本实施例的喇叭固定组件仅依靠弹性板210的夹持力即可将喇叭固定在弹性板210和第二面板300之间,相比于相关技术中的方案提高了喇叭100安装效率。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种空调器,包括互相连接的空调室外机和空调室内机,空调室内机上设有如上实施例一所述的喇叭固定组件。
本实施例的空调器由于设置了上述实施例一所述的喇叭固定组件,因此无需使用螺丝即可将喇叭快速的安装到空调室内机上,提高了喇叭的安装速度和安装效率。
在本申请实施例的描述中,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本申请实施例中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理 解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本申请实施例的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“内”、“外”、“上”、“底”、“前”、“后”等指示的方位或者位置关系(若有的话)为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或者暗示所指的装置或者元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种喇叭固定组件,用于将喇叭固定在空调室内机上,其特征在于,包括第一面板和第二面板,所述第一面板的一端与所述第二面板的一端垂直相连;所述第一面板朝向所述第二面板的一侧设有多个弹性板,每一个所述弹性板与所述第二面板之间的间隔均相等,所述弹性板可沿所述第一面板的延伸方向伸缩,所述喇叭被夹持在所述弹性板与所述第二面板之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喇叭固定组件,其特征在于,所述喇叭包括喇叭本体,所述喇叭本体包括两个相对设置的第一表面,所述第一表面分别垂直于所述第一面板和第二面板,每一个所述第一表面上均设有定位块,所述第一面板上设有两个弹性板,两个所述弹性板分别与两个所述定位块相对应,所述弹性板夹持在所述定位块背离所述第二面板的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的喇叭固定组件,其特征在于,所述弹性板包括背离所述第一面板的第一平面和朝向所述第二面板的第二平面,所述第一平面的上端与所述第二面板之间的间距大于所述第二平面与所述第二面板之间的间距,所述第一平面与所述第二平面之间通过倾斜面相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的喇叭固定组件,其特征在于,所述第二平面上还形成有凹槽,所述定位块至少部分位于所述凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的喇叭固定组件,其特征在于,所述喇叭本体还包括第二表面和第三表面,所述第二表面的两端和所述第三表面的两端分别连接两个第一表面,所述第二表面抵接在所述第二面板上,所述第三表面抵接在所述第一面板上,所述定位块与所述第三表面平齐。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的喇叭固定组件,其特征在于,所述定位块靠近所述第二表面设置,所述第一面板朝向所述第二面板的一侧还设有限位板,所述限位板位于所述喇叭背离所述第二面板的一侧,在垂直于所述第二面板的方向上,所述喇叭的投影与所述限位板的投影至少部分重合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的喇叭固定组件,其特征在于,所述第一面板上设有两个所述限位板,所述限位板包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分与所述第二面板平行,所述第二部分连接所述第一部分的一端且垂直于所述第一部分;两个所述第一部分分别与两个所述定位块相对应,所述第二部分设置在所述第一部分背离另一个所述第一部分的一端。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的喇叭固定组件,其特征在于,所述第二表面上还设有缓冲层,所述缓冲层包括橡胶层或泡棉层。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的喇叭固定组件,其特征在于,所述第二表面上设有出音孔,所述缓冲层和第二面板上均设有与所述出音孔相对应的通孔,所述第二面板上的所述通孔内还设有防护网。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括互相连接的空调室外机和空调室内机,所述空调室内机上设有如权利要求1-9中任一所述的喇叭固定组件。
