本申请是以申请号为202120509527.2、申请日为2021年3月10日的中国专利申请为基础,并主张其优先权,该申请的全部内容在此作为整体引入本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及正负离子中和技术领域,更具体地说是指一种短距离正负离子中和结构。
背景技术
传统风筒在使用后,无法中和头发等上的正负离子,通常使得头发等发生膨胀,不柔顺,从而影响风筒的使用体验。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种短距离正负离子中和结构。
为实现上述目的,本申请采用以下技术方案:
一种短距离正负离子中和结构,包括云母片组件,正离子发射针,负离子发射针,及发热丝;所述云母片组件包括若干块交叉连接的云母片,所述正离子发射针与其中一块云母片连接,负离子发射针与剩余云母片中的一块连接,所述云母片将正离子发射针和负离子发射针隔开,所述发热丝与所述云母片组件连接。
其进一步技术方案为:所述正离子发射针和负离子发射针均通过U型管卡与所述云母片连接。
其进一步技术方案为:所述云母片的数量为2-6块。
其进一步技术方案为:所述云母片的数量为3块。
其进一步技术方案为:所述云母片组件包括第一云母片,第二云母片,及第三云母片;所述第一云母片,第二云母片,及第三云母片均匀分布,且相互交叉连接。
其进一步技术方案为:所述第一云母片,第二云母片,及第三云母片结构相同。
其进一步技术方案为:所述第一云母片,第二云母片,及第三云母片呈星形分布。
其进一步技术方案为:所述正离子发射针与所述第一云母片连接,所述负离子发射针与所述第三云母片连接。
其进一步技术方案为:所述第一云母片两侧设有缺口槽,所述发热丝绕着所述缺口槽分布。
其进一步技术方案为:所述第一云母片的前端中间位置还设有弧形缺口。
本申请与现有技术相比的有益效果是:利用云母片将正离子发射针和负离子发射针隔开,再放于风口附近,避免正负离子被发热丝吸收,利用风筒吹出的风快速将正负离子吹出,从而中和头发上面的离子静电,让头发更柔顺,提供更好地使用体验。

如图1至图2所示的具体实施例,本申请公开了一种短距离正负离子中和结构,包括云母片组件10,正离子发射针20,负离子发射针30,及发热丝40;所述云母片组件10包括若干块交叉连接的云母片,所述正离子发射针20与其中一块云母片连接,负离子发射针30与剩余云母片中的一块连接,所述云母片将正离子发射针20和负离子发射针30隔开,所述发热丝40与所述云母片组件10连接。
其中,如图1至图2所示,所述正离子发射针20和负离子发射针30均通过U型管卡50与所述云母片连接,连接牢固且节约空间,同时拆装方便,降低了对风筒出风的阻力。
其中,所述云母片的数量为2-6块,具体数量可根据实际需要进行设定,以满足不同运用场景。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述云母片的数量为3块,所述云母片组件10包括第一云母片11,第二云母片12,及第三云母片13;所述第一云母片11,第二云母片12,及第三云母片13均匀分布,且相互交叉连接,连接牢固且节约空间,生产成本低。
其中,所述第一云母片11,第二云母片12,及第三云母片13结构相同,便于生产,只需一个模具就可,生产成本低且生产速度快。
其中,如图2所示,所述第一云母片11,第二云母片12,及第三云母片13呈星形(*)分布,正负离子隔开效果好,且不影响风筒的出风速度。
其中,正离子发射针20用于发射正离子,负离子发射针30用于发射负离子,所述正离子发射针20与所述第一云母片11连接,所述负离子发射针30与所述第三云母片13连接,隔开距离更长,更有效地避免正负离子被发热丝40吸收,提高了正负离子对头发的中和效果。
其中,如图1至图2所示,所述第一云母片11两侧设有缺口槽111,所述发热丝40绕着所述缺口槽111分布,连接牢固,节约空间且发热集中,可快速将热量吹出,提高了干发效率。
其中,所述第一云母片11的前端中间位置还设有弧形缺口112,降低了风阻,使得风筒吹出的风量更大。
本申请利用云母片将正离子发射针和负离子发射针隔开,再放于风口附近,避免正负离子被发热丝吸收,利用风筒吹出的风快速将正负离子吹出,从而中和头发上面的离子静电,如果头发带负电则正电中和,如果头发带正电,则负电中和,消除静电,让头发更柔顺,提供更好地使用体验。

  1. 一种短距离正负离子中和结构,其特征在于,包括云母片组件,正离子发射针,负离子发射针,及发热丝;所述云母片组件包括若干块交叉连接的云母片,所述正离子发射针与其中一块云母片连接,负离子发射针与剩余云母片中的一块连接,所述云母片将正离子发射针和负离子发射针隔开,所述发热丝与所述云母片组件连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种短距离正负离子中和结构,其特征在于,所述正离子发射针和负离子发射针均通过U型管卡与所述云母片连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种短距离正负离子中和结构,其特征在于,所述云母片的数量为2-6块。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种短距离正负离子中和结构,其特征在于,所述云母片的数量为3块。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种短距离正负离子中和结构,其特征在于,所述云母片组件包括第一云母片,第二云母片,及第三云母片;所述第一云母片,第二云母片,及第三云母片均匀分布,且相互交叉连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种短距离正负离子中和结构,其特征在于,所述第一云母片,第二云母片,及第三云母片结构相同。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种短距离正负离子中和结构,其特征在于,所述第一云母片,第二云母片,及第三云母片呈星形分布。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种短距离正负离子中和结构,其特征在于,所述正离子发射针与所述第一云母片连接,所述负离子发射针与所述第三云母片连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种短距离正负离子中和结构,其特征在于,所述第一云母片两侧设有缺口槽,所述发热丝绕着所述缺口槽分布。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种短距离正负离子中和结构,其特征在于,所述第一云母片的前端中间位置还设有弧形缺口。
