La présente invention concerne un applicateur (1) comprenant : une partie d'application (2) s'étendant d'une partie de liaison (21) à une partie d'extrémité (22) le long d'un deuxième axe (y), la partie d'application présentant une largeur maximale le long d'un premier axe (x) perpendiculaire au deuxième axe et une hauteur maximale le long d'un troisième axe (z) perpendiculaire à la fois aux premier et deuxième axes au niveau de la partie de liaison ; une partie de fixation (3) s'étendant de la partie de liaison (21) à une partie de base (31) le long du deuxième axe (y), à distance de la partie d'application ; la partie d'application (2) ayant une forme dont deux surfaces convexes faisant saillie dans des directions opposées sont combinées le long du troisième axe et comporte deux bords latéraux (24) correspondant à des lignes d'intersection des deux surfaces convexes.
