在该示例中,没有设置检测开关,为了避免在遮盖件活动到第二位置时存在启动开关223的误触发导致开机的问题。上壳体22设置有导轨222,盖板21上具有多个滑动部211。盖板21通过滑动部211沿着导轨222相对壳体活动以形成所述第一行程(滑动行程)和所述第二行程(按压行程)。
具体地,上壳体22的前后两侧均设置有导轨222;盖板21上具有4个滑动部211,每一侧均设置有2个滑动部211,该2个滑动部211沿着气溶胶生成装置的宽度方向间隔分布。
在遮盖件活动到第一位置(即从左往右滑动打开接收孔221的位置)时,若用户(沿着图7中箭头所示方向)按压盖板21,则盖板21左端的两个滑动部211可沿着导轨222的凹槽向下活动并施压启动开关223,进而控制气溶胶生成装置10的工作状态,例如启动加热;此时,盖板21右端的两个滑动部211被限位,不会向上跳起与上壳体22脱离。
在遮盖件活动到第二位置(即从右往左滑动遮盖接收孔221的位置)时,此时,盖板21的滑动部211均被限位。即使用户(沿着图7中箭头所示方向)按压盖板21,盖板21也无法向下活动并接触或者触 发启动开关223。
需要说明的是,前述示例的第一行程,遮盖件均是左右滑动。在其他示例中,遮盖件绕轴转动也是可行的。具体地在此不作限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,具有腔室以及接收孔;可抽吸材料可通过所述接收孔被接收在所述腔室中;
    启动开关,设置在所述壳体内;所述启动开关用于生成开关信号,以控制所述气溶胶生成装置的工作状态;
    遮盖件,配置为具有相对所述壳体活动的第一行程,所述第一行程具有打开所述接收孔的第一位置和遮盖所述接收孔的第二位置;并在所述遮盖件活动到所述第一位置时,至少部分所述遮盖件配置为具有相对所述壳体活动的第二行程;其中,所述第二行程具有用于触发所述启动开关以生成所述开关信号的第三位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述第二行程的方向基本垂直于所述第一行程的方向。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述气溶胶生成装置还包括阻尼组件,所述阻尼组件用于提供阻止所述遮盖件在第一行程上从所述第一位置或所述第二位置脱离的阻力。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述阻尼组件包括第一磁性件、第二磁性件、第三磁性件以及第四磁性件;所述第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件间隔固定在所述遮盖件上,所述第三磁性件和所述第四磁性件间隔固定在所述壳体上;
    在所述遮盖件活动到所述第一位置时,所述第一磁性件和所述第三磁性件产生相互吸引力以使得所述遮盖件定位至所述第一位置;
    在所述遮盖件活动到所述第二位置时,所述第二磁性件和所述第四磁性件产生相互吸引力以使得所述遮盖件定位至所述第二位置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述阻尼组件包括极性相同磁极对应设置的第五磁性件和第六磁性件,所述第五磁性件固定在所述遮盖件上,所述第六磁性件固定在所述壳体上;
    在所述遮盖件活动到所述第一位置或者所述第二位置时,所述第五磁性件的位置沿所述第一行程的方向偏置于所述第六磁性件的位置,使得所述第五磁性件与所述第六磁性件产生相互排斥力,从而将所述遮盖件定位至所述第一位置或所述第二位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述遮盖件包括盖板、操作件以及连接件;
    所述盖板具有过孔,所述连接件的一端可穿过所述过孔并与所述操作件连接;所述操作件用于接收用户的操作以使得所述遮盖件相对所述壳体活动。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述气溶胶生成装置还包括检测开关;
    所述检测开关用于检测所述遮盖件是否活动到所述第一位置或者所述第二位置;并在所述遮盖件活动到所述第一位置时生成接收孔打开信号、在所述遮盖件活动到所述第二位置时生成接收孔关闭信号。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述检测开关包括位置开关,所述位置开关具有可活动的悬臂;
    在所述遮盖件活动到所述第一位置时,所述遮盖件触碰所述悬臂以使得所述位置开关生成接收孔打开信号;
    在所述遮盖件活动到所述第二位置时,所述遮盖件与所述悬臂脱离接触以使得所述位置开关生成接收孔关闭信号。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述壳体具有导轨,所述遮盖件沿着所述导轨相对所述壳体活动以形成所述第一行程和所述第二行程。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的气溶胶生成装置,其特征在于,所述导轨配置为在所述遮盖件活动到所述第二位置时可对所述遮盖件进行限位,以使得所述遮盖件不能接触所述启动开关。
