发明内容
本申请提供一种烟具,旨在解决现有烟具无法对加热腔室中存在异物的情形进行识别的问题。
本申请第一方面提供了一种烟具,包括加热腔室和加热器,所述加热器用于对可移除地放置于所述加热腔室中的吸烟制品进行加热以生成供吸食的气溶胶;所述烟具还包括:

请再参考图3所示,加热腔室12中气溶胶流动方向(图中的虚线箭头所示)的下游(第一位置)设置有第一检测模块13,加热腔室12中气溶胶流动方向的上游(第二位置)设置有第二检测模块14。即第一位置与第二位置沿加热腔室12中气溶胶流动方向间隔设置,且第一位置位于气溶胶流动方向的下游、第二位置位于气溶胶流动方向的上游。
在该示例中,第一检测模块13包括发光二极管131和光电传感器132,发光二极管131和光电传感器132沿着加热腔室12的横向方向面对面设置。第二检测模块14采用超声波传感器。传感器的原理或者工作方式可参考现有技术,在此不作赘述。
第一检测模块13,用于检测加热腔室12中第一位置是否存在物体以输出第一检测信号;
第二检测模块14,用于检测加热腔室12中第二位置是否存在物体以输出第二检测信号;
微控制器19,被配置为:
采集所述第一检测信号和所述第二检测信号;
根据所述第一检测信号和所述第二检测信号的不同组合,对加热腔室12中存在的物体情形进行识别。
识别结果可以为以下四种情形:加热腔室12中存在的物体为异物、加热腔室12中存在的物体为吸烟制品但所述吸烟制品插入加热腔室12不到位、加热腔室12中存在的物体为吸烟制品且所述吸烟制品插入加 热腔室12已到位、加热腔室12中不存在物体。
作为示例地,假设所述第一检测信号为高电平时表示加热腔室12中第一位置存在物体,所述第一检测信号为低电平时表示加热腔室12中第一位置不存在物体;所述第二检测信号与此类似。
当微控制器19采集到的所述第一检测信号和所述第二检测信号为(1,1)时,则可确定加热腔室12中存在的物体为吸烟制品且所述吸烟制品插入加热腔室12已到位。其中,括号中的第一个“1”表示所述第一检测信号为高电平(若为“0”,则表示为低电平),第二个“1”表示所述第二检测信号为高电平(若为“0”,则表示为低电平),以下类似,不作赘述。
当微控制器19采集到的所述第一检测信号和所述第二检测信号为(1,0)时,则可确定加热腔室12中存在的物体为吸烟制品但所述吸烟制品插入加热腔室12不到位;
当微控制器19采集到的所述第一检测信号和所述第二检测信号为(0,1)时,则可确定加热腔室12中存在的物体为异物;
当微控制器19采集到的所述第一检测信号和所述第二检测信号为(0,0)时,则可确定加热腔室12中不存在物体。
因此,通过第一检测信号和第二检测信号的不同组合,对加热腔室12中存在的物体情形进行识别;根据识别结果可控制加热器11启动加热或者处于关闭状态,避免落入加热腔室12的异物误触发加热器11启动加热,提升用户体验。
需要说明的是,识别结果为以上四种情形中的一种、二种或者三种,也是可行的。
还需要说明的是,为了避免采集到的所述第一检测信号或所述第二检测信号存在异常波动情形,可通过多次采集方式进行处理。例如:异 物掉入加热腔室12时,第一检测模块13输出的第一检测信号存在“1”、“0”波动(当异物经过第一检测模块13时输出为“1”,当异物经过第一检测模块13之后输出为“0”),此时微控制器19可在预设时间之后再次进行采集和判断,避免该波动情形。
具体地,在一示例中,微控制器19,还被配置为:
在加热腔室12中存在的物体为异物的情况下、或者在加热腔室12中存在的物体为吸烟制品但所述吸烟制品插入加热腔室12不到位的情况下、或者在加热腔室12中不存在物体的情况下,控制加热器11处于关闭状态。
在一示例中,微控制器19,还被配置为:
在加热腔室12中存在的物体为异物的情况下、或者在加热腔室12中存在的物体为吸烟制品但所述吸烟制品插入加热腔室12不到位的情况下、或者在加热腔室12中不存在物体的情况下,生成提示信息;
烟具10还包括:
提示模块18,用于接收所述提示信息并提示用户存在异常。
在该示例中,可通过振动、声、光等方式,或者用户能够感知的其他方式提示用户,具体的在此不作限定。
在一示例中,微控制器19,还被配置为:
在加热腔室12中存在的物体为吸烟制品且所述吸烟制品插入加热腔室12已到位的情况下,控制加热器11启动加热。
在该示例中,当微控制器19对加热腔室12中存在的物体情形的识别结果为加热腔室12中存在的物体为吸烟制品时,即表示吸烟制品已经插入到加热腔室12中、且插入到加热腔室12中的第二位置,此时可控制加热器11启动加热,无需用户手动控制加热器11启动加热。
进一步地,在该示例中,微控制器19,还被配置为:
再次采集所述第一检测信号和所述第二检测信号;根据再次采集到的所述第一检测信号和所述第二检测信号,确定加热腔室12中是否还存在所述吸烟制品;
在加热腔室12中不存在所述吸烟制品的情况下,控制加热器11停止加热。
在此种情况下,可确定吸烟制品已从加热腔室12中移除,因此控制加热器11停止加热。
请再参考图1-图3所示,在一示例中,烟具10还包括:
遮盖件16,用于遮盖住或者打开所述加热腔室12;
驱动模块15,用于接受微控制器19的控制,驱动遮盖件16移动以遮盖住或者打开加热腔室12。
在该示例中,驱动模块15包括电机和齿轮,遮盖件16为滑盖,滑盖上设置有与齿轮配合的齿条。电机接受微控制器19的控制,驱动齿轮转动,齿轮转动带动齿条移动,进而使得滑盖左右移动,以遮盖住或者打开加热腔室12。图2为遮盖件16遮盖住加热腔室12的情形;图3为遮盖件16打开加热腔室12的情形。需要说明的是,驱动模块15和遮盖件16并不限于上述情形。
在一示例中,烟具10还包括:
输入模块17,用于接收用户输入的开启指令以产生开启信号或接收用户输入的关闭指令以产生关闭信号。
微控制器19,还被配置为:
接收所述开启信号,根据所述开启信号控制驱动模块15驱动遮盖件16移动,以使遮盖件16打开加热腔室12;或,
接收所述关闭信号,根据所述关闭信号控制驱动模块15驱动遮盖件16移动,以使遮盖件16遮盖住加热腔室12。
在该示例中,输入模块17为按键。在其他示例中,输入模块17并不限于按键,例如,可以为触摸屏、声控输入装置等等。
在一示例中,微控制器19,还被配置为:
在加热腔室12中不存在物体的情况下,控制驱动模块15驱动遮盖件16移动,以使遮盖件16遮盖住加热腔室12。
在该示例,当加热腔室12中不存在物体时,自动控制驱动模块15驱动遮盖件16移动,以使遮盖件16遮盖住加热腔室12,避免异物掉入加热腔室12中。
请再参考图4所示,在一示例中,第二检测模块14采用金属弹性片来实现,吸烟制品插入到加热腔室12中的第二位置时,吸烟制品会对金属弹性片产生一压力,导致金属弹性片形变,通过转换电路可将该形变转换为电信号,进而被微控制器19采集。
需要说明的是,第一检测模块13和第二检测模块14并不限于上述情形。
在一示例中,第一检测模块13和第二检测模块14可以为电阻值变化的传感器件,通过电阻值发生变化感应吸烟制品的位置。电阻值变化的传感器件包括但不仅仅限于压力电阻、感应电阻、电阻膜矩阵、热敏电阻、光敏电阻、气流开关、线圈绕阻。
在一示例中,第一检测模块13和第二检测模块14可以为信号发射和接收装置,所述信号发射和接收装置发出信号检测吸烟制品的位置信息并将吸烟制品的位置信息反馈给所述信号发射和接收装置。所述信号发射和接收装置发出的信号包括但不仅仅限于红外线、雷达波、微波、超声波、通信波(无线电波、光纤、WIFI、量子波)。
在一示例中,第一检测模块13和第二检测模块14可以为机械类开关器件,机械类开关器件与检测电路电连接。当吸烟制品触碰机械类开 关器件时,检测电路导通/断开。机械类开关器件包括但不仅仅限于微动开关、按键开关、弹片开关、弹簧开关、薄膜开关、拨动开关、抽拉开关、旋转开关以及磁铁开关。
在一示例中,第一检测模块13和第二检测模块14可以为应变传感器或压力传感器。
需要说明的是,本申请的说明书及其附图中给出了本申请的较佳的实施例,但是,本申请可以通过许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本说明书所描述的实施例,这些实施例不作为对本申请内容的额外限制,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本申请的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。并且,上述各技术特征继续相互组合,形成未在上面列举的各种实施例,均视为本申请说明书记载的范围;进一步地,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本申请所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烟具,包括加热腔室和加热器,所述加热器用于对可移除地放置于所述加热腔室中的吸烟制品进行加热以生成供吸食的气溶胶;其特征在于,所述烟具还包括:
    第一检测模块,用于检测所述加热腔室中第一位置是否存在物体以输出第一检测信号;
    第二检测模块,用于检测所述加热腔室中第二位置是否存在物体以输出第二检测信号;
    微控制器,被配置为:
    采集所述第一检测信号和所述第二检测信号;
    根据所述第一检测信号和所述第二检测信号的不同组合,对所述加热腔室中存在的物体情形进行识别。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述微控制器,还被配置为:
    在所述加热腔室中存在的物体为异物的情况下、或者在所述加热腔室中存在的物体为吸烟制品但所述吸烟制品插入所述加热腔室不到位的情况下、或者在所述加热腔室中不存在物体的情况下,控制所述加热器处于关闭状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述微控制器,还被配置为:
    在所述加热腔室中存在的物体为异物的情况下、或者在所述加热腔室中存在的物体为吸烟制品但所述吸烟制品插入所述加热腔室不到位的情况下、或者在所述加热腔室中不存在物体的情况下,生成提示信息;
    所述烟具还包括:
    提示模块,用于接收所述提示信息并提示用户存在异常。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述微控制器,还被配置为:
    在所述加热腔室中存在的物体为吸烟制品且所述吸烟制品插入所述加热腔室已到位的情况下,控制所述加热器启动加热。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述微控制器,还被配置为:
    再次采集所述第一检测信号和所述第二检测信号;根据再次采集到的所述第一检测信号和所述第二检测信号,确定所述加热腔室中是否还存在所述吸烟制品;
    如果所述加热腔室中不存在所述吸烟制品,控制所述加热器停止加热。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述烟具还包括:
    遮盖件,用于遮盖住或者打开所述加热腔室;
    驱动模块,用于接受所述微控制器的控制,驱动所述遮盖件移动以遮盖住或者打开所述加热腔室。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述烟具还包括:
    输入模块,用于接收用户输入的开启指令以产生开启信号或接收用户输入的关闭指令以产生关闭信号;
    所述微控制器,还被配置为:
    接收所述开启信号,根据所述开启信号控制所述驱动模块驱动所述遮盖件移动,以使所述遮盖件打开所述加热腔室;或
    接收所述关闭信号,根据所述关闭信号控制所述驱动模块驱动所述遮盖件移动,以使所述遮盖件遮盖住所述加热腔室。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述微控制器,还被配置为:
    在所述加热腔室中不存在物体的情况下,控制所述驱动模块驱动所述遮盖件移动,以使所述遮盖件遮盖住所述加热腔室。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述第一位置与所述第二位置沿所述加热腔室中气溶胶流动方向间隔设置,且所述第一位置位于气溶胶流动方向的下游、所述第二位置位于气溶胶流动方向的上游。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述第一检测模块和所述第二检测模块均选自由电阻值变化的传感器件、信号发射和接收装置、机械类开关器件、金属弹性片、应变传感器、压力传感器、超声波传感器组成的组。
