本申请要求在2021年03月05日提交中国专利局、申请号为202110247318.X的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及灯具技术领域,例如涉及一种发光装置及灯具。
背景技术
市场上的台灯设计中,台灯的灯罩大都属于装饰型的,灯罩的断面几何形状没有考虑灯罩的角度、反光材料及与光源的配合;台灯的光线直射至桌面,光照区域包括由内向外的亮点区、光亮区和暗光区,光照强度极其不均匀。如果使用该台灯学习或工作,会刺激人眼,时间久了容易产生视觉疲劳。
发明内容
本申请提供一种发光装置及灯具,其光照强度比较均匀,不易使人产生视觉疲劳。
提供一种发光装置,包括两个间隔且呈夹角设置的发光机构,所述发光机构包括:
反光杯,所述反光杯包括相互连接的第一反光部和第二反光部,所述第二反光部的反光面为凹弧面;
第一发光组件,所述第一发光组件设置在所述第一反光部远离所述第二反光部的一侧,且沿所述第一反光部的长度方向设置,所述第一发光组件发出的光线部分能够照射至所述第一反光部的反光面和所述第二反光部的反光面。
还提供一种灯具,包括:
灯具本体;
如上所述的发光装置,所述发光装置设置在所述灯具本体上。

如图1至图5所示,本实施例公开了一种发光装置,其包括两个间隔且呈夹角设置的发光机构10。
发光机构10包括反光杯1和第一发光组件2,反光杯1包括相互连接的第一反光部11和第二反光部12,第二反光部12的反光面为凹弧面。第一发光组件2设置在第一反光部11远离第二反光部12的一侧,且沿第一反光部11的长度方向设置,第一发光组件2发出的光线部分能够照射至第一反光部11的反光面和第二反光部12的反光面。第二反光部12和第一发光组件2分别靠近发光装置的前后两侧设置。
第一发光组件2照射至第一反光部11的反光面的光线被反射至反光杯1的下方及第二反光部12外侧的区域;照射至第二反光部12的反光面的光线被反射至距离反光杯1较近的区域和反光杯1下方的区域;第一发光组件2发出的光线一部分照射至反光杯1下方及前方的区域;第一发光组件2发出的光线绝大部分直射或反射至发光机构10的下方及前方的区域,提高了光线的利用率。
第一发光组件2沿反光杯1的长度方向设置,可以使光线均匀地照射至反光杯1上,照射至反光杯1下方和前方的光线比较均匀。第一发光组件2沿反光杯1的长度方向设置以及经过反光杯1的反射,可以使发光机构10发出的光线均匀地照射至发光机构10的下方及前方的区域,使发光机构10发出的光线的光照强度比较均匀,比较接近自然光,不易使人产生视觉疲劳。两个发光机构10呈夹角设置,可以使两个发光机构10发出的光线存在交叉,可以覆盖两个发光机构10之间的区域,能够使该发光装置发出的光线覆盖发光装置正前方及正前方左右两侧的区域,且光照强度比较均匀,不易产生视觉疲劳。
两个发光机构10之间的夹角为钝角,例如为110°-150°,本实施例中为140°。第一反光部11的反光面为凹弧面,第一反光部11的反光面的曲率较小,类似于平面状;第一反光部11的反光面的曲率小于第二反光部12的反光面的曲率,第二反光部12的反光面的曲率较大,第二反光部12远离第一反光部11的一侧与第一反光部11大致呈90°的夹角。
第一发光组件2包括第一灯板22和多个第一发光件21,多个第一发光件21沿第一灯板22的长度方向间隔地设置在第一灯板22上。第一灯板22为印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB),第一发光件21为灯珠,例如为红绿蓝白(Red-Green-Blue-White,RGBW)/RGBWW灯珠,灯珠集成在第一灯板22上,在第一灯板22上设置插接连接器,便于第一灯板22与电源连接,通过第 一灯板22还可以控制灯珠的亮度及颜色等。第一灯板22与第一反光部11的反光面呈锐角设置,可以使第一发光件21发出的光线绝大部分照射在第一反光部11和第二反光部12的反光面上,本实施例中第一灯板22与第一反光部11的反光面呈60°的夹角。
反光杯1还包括第三反光部13,第三反光部13连接于第一反光部11和第二反光部12的第一端,第三反光部13位于两个反光杯1相互远离的一端,第三反光部13的反光面为凹弧面,第三反光部13的反光面的曲率大于第一反光部11的反光面的曲率。第三反光部13远离第一反光部11的一侧与第一反光部11大致呈90°的夹角,其与第二反光部12的曲率差不多。
照射至第三反光部13的反光面的光线反射至距离反光杯1第一端较近的区域,可以使反光杯1端部附近的光照强度与中间区域相比差不多,避免出现边缘暗淡的现象。
发光机构10还包括第二发光组件3,其设置在第一反光部11的第二端,第二发光组件3包括第二灯板32和多个沿第二灯板32长度方向间隔设置的第二发光件31。第二灯板32为PCB,第二发光件31为灯珠,例如为RGBW/RGBWW灯珠,灯珠集成在第二灯板32上,在第二灯板32上设置插接连接器,便于第二灯板32与电源连接;通过第二灯板32还可以控制灯珠的亮度及颜色等。第二灯板32与第二反光部12的反光面相互垂直设置,可以使第二发光件31发出的光线绝大部分照射在第一反光部11、第二反光部12和第三反光部13的反光面上,提高了光线的利用率。
第二发光组件3照射至第二反光部12上的光线被反射至反光杯1的第一端,两个发光机构10呈夹角设置,可以使两个发光机构10发出的光线存在交叉,且中间交叉区域(即发光装置正前方的位置)的光照亮度比两侧高一些,也即主要使用区域的光照强度稍微高一些,但是第二发光组件3发出的光线可以照射至非交叉区域,可以使发光装置所照亮的区域的光照强度比较均匀。
发光装置还包括壳体20,发光机构10还包括透光组件4。壳体20上开设有两个透光口201,发光机构10设置在壳体20内,两个发光机构10分别位于两个透光口201处。发光机构10的光线可以经透光口201发出,以进行照明。
透光组件4包括透光板41和蜂窝状的光栅42,透光板41设置在透光口201上,以封堵透光口201,例如可以通过粘接或卡接的方式固定在壳体20上。透光板41可以避免灰尘进入到壳体20内,保护反光杯1、第一发光组件2和第二发光组件3不被污染和损坏。光栅42设置在透光口201处,例如可以设置在透光板41的内侧或外侧,可以通过粘接的方式固定在透光板41上,或者是与透光板41一体成型。光栅42可以遮挡一部分光线,提高光线的柔和度,避免光 线太强刺眼。
本实施例还公开了一种灯具,其包括灯具本体和上述的发光装置,发光装置设置在灯具本体上。灯具可以为台灯、落地灯或吊灯等。
使用该发光装置的台灯,光线照射至台灯前方的桌面上,且主要集中在台灯正前方的位置,光照亮度比较均匀,使用者无论学习还是工作,都不易产生视觉疲劳。

  1. 一种发光装置,包括两个间隔且呈夹角设置的发光机构(10),所述发光机构(10)包括:
    反光杯(1),所述反光杯(1)包括相互连接的第一反光部(11)和第二反光部(12),所述第二反光部(12)的反光面为凹弧面;
    第一发光组件(2),所述第一发光组件(2)设置在所述第一反光部(11)远离所述第二反光部(12)的一侧,且沿所述第一反光部(11)的长度方向设置,所述第一发光组件(2)发出的光线部分能够照射至所述第一反光部(11)的反光面和所述第二反光部(12)的反光面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中,所述第一反光部(11)的反光面为凹弧面,所述第一反光部(11)的反光面的曲率小于所述第二反光部(12)的反光面的曲率。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中,所述反光杯(1)还包括第三反光部(13),所述第三反光部(13)连接于所述第一反光部(11)和所述第二反光部(12)的第一端,所述第三反光部(13)的反光面为凹弧面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发光装置,其中,所述第三反光部(13)的反光面的曲率大于所述第一反光部(11)的反光面的曲率。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的发光装置,其中,所述第一发光组件(2)包括第一灯板(22)和多个第一发光件(21),所述多个第一发光件(21)沿所述第一反光部(11)的长度方向间隔地设置在所述第一灯板(22)上;
    所述第一灯板(22)与所述第一反光部(11)的反光面呈锐角设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发光装置,其中,所述发光机构(10)还包括第二发光组件(3),所述第二发光组件(3)设置在所述第一反光部(11)的第二端,所述第二发光组件(3)包括第二灯板(32)和多个沿所述第二灯板(32)长度方向间隔设置的第二发光件(31)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发光装置,其中,所述第一灯板(22)和所述第二灯板(32)均为印制电路板PCB。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的发光装置,还包括壳体(20),所述壳体(20)上开设有两个透光口(201),所述发光机构(10)设置在壳体(20)内,所述两个发光机构(10)分别位于所述两个透光口(201)处;
    所述发光机构(10)还包括透光组件(4),所述透光组件(4)包括透光板(41),所述透光板(41)设置在所述透光口(201)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发光装置,其中,所述透光组件(4)还包括蜂窝状的光栅(42),所述蜂窝状的光栅(42)设置在所述透光口(201)处。
  10. 一种灯具,包括:
    灯具本体;
    如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的发光装置,所述发光装置设置在所述灯具本体上。
