(2)通过在操作台上设置防掉机构,利用第二配架上的第一弹簧伸缩向下挤压第二基板,使第二基板下端设置的第二橡胶垫可以将布料的操作台上压紧,可以在裁剪后避免断口布料掉落,然后再通过固定机构的设置,将布料的端部利用第一配架上的手柄转动,使得螺杆向下移动,由于螺杆的下端和第一基板的上端为转动,因此可以对第一基板起到推动作用,使得第一基板下端设置的第一橡胶垫可以将布料的端部进行稳定固定,便于对布料进行裁剪。
(3)布料平铺后,通过气缸推动安装板向下移动,使得安装板下端设置的裁剪刀可以对布料进行裁剪,而裁剪时,由于安装板的下端设置了定位机构,压板在和安装板之间的第二弹簧的弹力作用下,可以优先和布料表面进行接触,对布料进行稳定按压,然后裁剪刀再对布料进行裁剪,从而可以避免褶皱裁剪,进而提高了布料的裁剪质量。
(4)裁剪的过程中会产生毛絮,由于在空心板的上方设置了收集机构,通过启动风机,由于风机的输出端通过第一连接管和过滤盒进行连接,过滤盒可对抽过的毛絮进行过滤集中收集,而过滤盒的两端通过导风管和吸盘进行连接,吸盘可以将操作台上的裁剪毛絮进行吸收,从而可以避免布料在裁剪时,毛絮在操作台上堆积堵塞周围设备的问题。

请参阅图1-5,一种服装生产加工用布料裁剪设备,包括底座1,所述底座1的上端左侧固定连接有布料辊架2,所述底座1的上端固定连接有壳板3,所述壳板3的内侧设有调节机构5,所述壳板3的内侧通过调节机构5转动连接有同一调节辊4,所述底座1的内侧设有传输组件6,所述底座1的上端固定连接有操作台17,所述操作台17的左侧固定连接有双辊导架7,所述操作台17的上端左右两侧均固定连接有支板8,所述支板8的上端固定连接有同一空心板9,所述空心板9的上端设有收集机构10,所述空心板9的下端固定连接有气缸11,所述气缸11的输出端固定连接有安装板12,所述安装板12的下端通过螺栓活动连接有裁剪刀13,所述安装板12的下端设有定位机构16,所述操作台17的上端左侧设有防掉机构15,所述操作台17的上端右侧设有固定机构14。
请参阅图2,所述调节机构5包括丝杆501,所述丝杆501转动连接在壳板3的内侧,所述丝杆501的外侧螺纹连接有连接杆502,所述壳板3的对侧均设有定位槽503,所述连接杆502的另一端贯穿定位槽503转动连接有同一调节辊4,所述传输组件6设在丝杆501的下端端部,通过丝杆501的转动,可以使得丝杆501外部螺纹连接在连接杆502在定位槽503上下移动。
请参阅图2,所述传输组件6包括第一轮盘601,所述丝杆501的一端伸入底座1的内侧和第一轮盘601为固定连接,所述底座1的上端固定连接有电机604,所述电机604的输出轴端部伸入底座1的内侧固定连接有第二轮盘603,所述第一轮盘601和第二轮盘603的外侧设有同一传送带602,利用电机604驱动第二轮盘603转动,使得第二轮盘603带动传送带602转动,传送带602的转动,联动两个丝杆501上的第一轮盘601转动,丝杆501的同时转动,便于对同一调节辊4进行伸缩调节。
请参阅图1,所述收集机构10包括风机101,所述风机101固定连接在空心板9的上端,所述风机101的输出端固定连接有第一连接管102,所述第一连接管102的另一端贯穿空心板9的上端,所述第一连接管102的另一端伸入空心板9的内侧固定连接有过滤盒103,所述过滤盒103的左右两侧均固定连接有导风管104,所述导风管104的另一端贯穿空心板9的下端固定连接有吸盘105,通过启动风机101,由于风机101的输出端通过第一连接管102和过滤盒103进行连接,过滤盒103可对抽过的毛絮进行过滤集中收集,而过滤盒103的两端通过导风管104和吸盘105进行连接,吸盘105可以将操作台17上的裁剪毛絮进行吸收。
请参阅图5,所述定位机构16包括压板163和圆柱161,所述圆柱161滑动连接在安装板12的内侧,所述圆柱161的下端和压板163为固定连接,所述压板163和安装板12的对侧固定连接有同一第二弹簧162,所述圆柱161贯穿第二弹簧162的中部,所述圆柱161的外侧壁螺纹连接有调节螺母164,所述调节螺母164设在安装板12的上方,由于安装板12的下端设置了定位机构16,压板163在和安装板12之间的第二弹簧162的弹力作用下,可以优先和布料表面进行接触,对布料进行稳定按压,然后裁剪刀13再对布料进行裁剪,从而可以避免褶皱裁剪,而调节螺母164,可以方便对第二弹簧162的弹力进行调节控制。
请参阅图4,所述防掉机构15包括第二配架154,所述第二配架154固定连接在操作台17的上端,所述第二配架154的内侧滑动连接有第二基板155,所述第二基板155的下端粘接连接有第二橡胶垫156,所述第二基板155和第二配架154的对侧固定连接有同一第一弹簧153,所述第二基板155的上端固定连接有导杆152,所述导杆152贯穿第一弹簧153的中部,所述导杆152的另一端贯穿第二配架154的上端固定连接有同一提手151,通过在操作台17上设置防掉机构15,利用第二配架154上的第一弹簧153伸缩向下挤压第二基板155,使第二基板155下端设置的第二橡胶垫156可以将布料的操作台17上压紧,可以在裁剪后避免断口布料掉落,将布料的端部利用第一配架141上的手柄144转动,使得螺杆143向下移动,由于螺杆143的下端和第一基板142的上端为转动,因此可以对第一基板142起到推动作用,使得第一基板142下端设置的第一橡胶垫145可以将布料的端部进行稳定固定,便于对布料进行裁剪。
请参阅图3,所述固定机构14包括第一配架141,所述第一配架141固定连接在操作台17的上端,所述第一配架141的内侧滑动连接有第一基板142,所述第一基板142的下端粘接连接有第一橡胶垫145,所述第一配架141的内侧螺纹连接有螺杆143,所述螺杆143的下端端部通过滚珠轴承和第一基板142为转动连接,所述螺杆143的上端端部固定连接有手柄144,将布料的端部利用第一配架141上的手柄144转动,使得螺杆143向下移动,由于螺杆143的下端和第一基板142的上端为转动,因此可以对第一基板142起到推动作用,使得第一基板142下端设置的第一橡胶垫145可以将布料的端部进行稳定固定,便于对布料进行裁剪。
本发明中的使用时,首先将布料的端部从布料辊架2上拉伸到操作台17上端的固定机构14上进行固定,利用第一配架141上的手柄144转动,使得螺杆143向下移动,由于螺杆143的下端和第一基板142的上端为转动,因此可以对第一基板142起到推动作用,使得第一基板142下端设置的第一橡胶垫145可以将布料的端部进行稳定固定,固定完成后,通过在布料辊架2和双辊导架7之间的壳板3上设置调节机构5,利用电机604驱动第二轮盘603转动,使得第二轮盘603带动传送带602转动,传送带602的转动,联动两个丝杆501上的第一轮盘601转动,丝杆501的同时转动,使得外侧螺纹连接的连接杆502上下移动,使得调节辊4的两端在定位槽503的口位上上下移动,可以对布料的在传送时起到松紧张度调节的作用,避免布料表面出现褶皱,布料平铺后,通过气缸11推动安装板12向下移动,使得安装板12下端设置的裁剪刀13可以对布料进行裁剪,而裁剪时,由于安装板12的下端设置了定位机构16,压板163在和安装板12之间的第二弹簧162的弹力作用下,可以优先和布料表面进行接触,对布料进行稳定按压,然后裁剪刀13再对布料进行裁剪,可以避免褶皱裁剪,可以提高布料的裁剪质量,而裁剪的过程中会产生毛絮,由于在空心板9的上方设置了收集机构10,通过启动风机101,由于风机101的输出端通过第一连接管102和过滤盒103进行连接,过滤盒103可对抽过的毛絮进行过滤集中收集,而过滤盒103的两端通过导风管104和吸盘105进行连接,吸盘105可以将操作台17上的裁剪毛絮进行吸收,从而可以避免布料在裁剪时,毛絮在操作台17上堆积堵塞周围设备的问题,布料裁剪完成后,左侧会利用第二配架154上的第一弹簧153伸缩向下挤压第二基板155,使第二基板155下端设置的第二橡胶垫156可以将布料的操作台17上压紧,可以在裁剪后避免断口布料掉落,右侧通过松动手柄144将布料的端部解开,可以方便将裁剪好的布料取出即可。

  1. 一种服装生产加工用布料裁剪设备,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)的上端左侧固定连接有布料辊架(2),所述底座(1)的上端固定连接有壳板(3),所述壳板(3)的内侧设有调节机构(5),所述壳板(3)的内侧通过调节机构(5)转动连接有同一调节辊(4),所述底座(1)的内侧设有传输组件(6),所述底座(1)的上端固定连接有操作台(17),所述操作台(17)的左侧固定连接有双辊导架(7),所述操作台(17)的上端左右两侧均固定连接有支板(8),所述支板(8)的上端固定连接有同一空心板(9),所述空心板(9)的上端设有收集机构(10),所述空心板(9)的下端固定连接有气缸(11),所述气缸(11)的输出端固定连接有安装板(12),所述安装板(12)的下端通过螺栓活动连接有裁剪刀(13),所述安装板(12)的下端设有定位机构(16),所述操作台(17)的上端左侧设有防掉机构(15),所述操作台(17)的上端右侧设有固定机构(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装生产加工用布料裁剪设备,其特征在于:所述调节机构(5)包括丝杆(501),所述丝杆(501)转动连接在壳板(3)的内侧,所述丝杆(501)的外侧螺纹连接有连接杆(502),所述壳板(3)的对侧均设有定位槽(503),所述连接杆(502)的另一端贯穿定位槽(503)转动连接有同一调节辊(4),所述传输组件(6)设在丝杆(501)的下端端部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种服装生产加工用布料裁剪设备,其特征在于:所述传输组件(6)包括第一轮盘(601),所述丝杆(501)的一端伸入底座(1)的内侧和第一轮盘(601)为固定连接,所述底座(1)的上端固定连接有电机(604),所述电机(604)的输出轴端部伸入底座(1)的内侧固定连接有第二轮盘(603),所述第一轮盘(601)和第二轮盘(603)的外侧设有同一传送带(602)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装生产加工用布料裁剪设备,其特征在于:所述收集机构(10)包括风机(101),所述风机(101)固定连接在空心板(9)的上端,所述风机(101)的输出端固定连接有第一连接管(102),所述第一连接管(102)的另一端贯穿空心板(9)的上端,所述第一连接管(102)的另一端伸入空心板(9)的内侧固定连接有过滤盒(103),所述过滤盒(103)的左右两侧均固定连接有导风管(104),所述导风管(104)的另一端贯穿空心板(9)的下端固定连接有吸盘(105)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装生产加工用布料裁剪设备,其特征在于:所述定位机构(16)包括压板(163)和圆柱(161),所述圆柱(161)滑动连接在安装板(12)的内侧,所述圆柱(161)的下端和压板(163)为固定连接,所述压板(163)和安装板(12)的对侧固定连接有同一第二弹簧(162),所述圆柱(161)贯穿第二弹簧(162)的中部,所述圆柱(161)的外侧壁螺纹连接有调节螺母(164),所述调节螺母(164)设在安装板(12)的上方。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装生产加工用布料裁剪设备,其特征在于:所述防掉机构(15)包括第二配架(154),所述第二配架(154)固定连接在操作台(17)的上端,所述第二配架(154)的内侧滑动连接有第二基板(155),所述第二基板(155)的下端粘接连接有第二橡胶垫(156),所述第二基板(155)和第二配架(154)的对侧固定连接有同一第一弹簧(153),所述第二基板(155)的上端固定连接有导杆(152),所述导杆(152)贯穿第一弹簧(153)的中部,所述导杆(152)的另一端贯穿第二配架(154)的上端固定连接有同一提手(151)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装生产加工用布料裁剪设备,其特征在于:所述固定机构(14)包括第一配架(141),所述第一配架(141)固定连接在操作台(17)的上端,所述第一配架(141)的内侧滑动连接有第一基板(142),所述第一基板(142)的下端粘接连接有第一橡胶垫(145),所述第一配架(141)的内侧螺纹连接有螺杆(143),所述螺杆(143)的下端端部通过滚珠轴承和第一基板(142)为转动连接,所述螺杆(143)的上端端部固定连接有手柄(144)。
