一般地,卷曲OLED显示模组包括容纳壳体与柔性OLED显示面板,当卷曲OLED显示模组处于卷曲状态时,柔性OLED显示面板卷曲收纳于容纳壳体内部,此时,则无法方便地查看时间、通知等信息,以及无法实现拍照预览等功能,导致用户体验不佳。

本申请提供了一种卷曲显示装置,包括机壳与显示面板,所述显示面板至少包括第一显示区和第二显示区,并在卷曲状态和展开状态之间切换,当显示面板处于卷曲状态时,所述第一显示区卷曲于容纳壳体内部,而所述第二显示区并不发生卷曲,仍置于所述容纳壳体外部用于显示。即,增设了所述第二显示区,在卷曲状态下,通过该第二显示区,满足基本的显示需求,例如时间、通知等信息查看,以及进行拍照预览,从而避免使用过程中频繁地展开动作,进而可提升用户体验,延长该卷曲显示装置的使用寿命。

在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个所述特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

本申请实施例提供一种卷曲显示装置,以下结合图1提供的该卷曲显示装置展开状态下的俯视结构示意图,以及图2提供的卷曲状态下的俯视结构示意图,进行详细说明。
具体地,所述卷曲显示装置包括:机壳10和显示面板20;
所述机壳10包括一容纳壳体101,所述容纳壳体101为中空构造,包括内部的容置空间和与所述容置空间连通的开口,其中,所述容置空间用于容纳储存卷曲后的显示面板20,而所述与容置空间连通的开口作为实现显示面板20的卷曲与展开的通道,通常为较显示面板20略宽的狭缝型开口;
所述显示面板20至少包括第一显示区201和第二显示区202,根据实际的显示需求,所述显示面板20在能卷曲状态和展开状态之间切换;
当所述显示面板20处于所述卷曲状态时,所述第一显示区201通过所述开口卷曲于所述容置空间内,所述第二显示区202位于所述容纳壳体101外并用于显示,即形成如图2所示的结构,通常情况下,所述第一显示区通过容纳壳体101内部的容置空间中设置的卷轴1011实现卷曲与展开,当然,所述第一显示区也可通过其他方式实现卷曲与展开,本申请对此不作限定;
当所述显示面板20处于所述展开状态时,所述第一显示区201通过所述开口卷出所述容纳壳体101,即形成如图1所示的结构,此时,所述第一显示区201与所述第二显示区202共同用于显示,通常情况下,所述显示面板20的形状为长条矩形,所述第一显示区201显示面积较大,作为主显示区,而第二显示区202显示面积较小,作为辅显示区。
在本实施例提供的卷曲显示装置中,增设了所述第二显示区,在卷曲状态下,所述第二显示区仍位于容纳壳体外部,以满足基本的显示需求,例如时间、通知等信息查看,以及进行拍照预览,从而避免使用过程中频繁地展开动作,进而可提升用户体验,延长该卷曲显示装置的使用寿命。
在一些实施例中,所述显示面板20沿卷曲方向的两侧边,即图1中所示的上下两侧边设置有防卷曲条(图中未示出),从而降低所述显示面板20在反复地卷曲与展开后,边缘发生翘曲的风险,以延长该卷曲显示装置的使用寿命。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图3提供的一种卷曲显示装置在卷曲状态下的侧视结构示意图,当所述显示面板处于卷曲状态时,所述第一显示区卷曲于所述容纳壳体101的容置空间内,而所述第二显示区202的至少部分抵靠于所述机壳10的外表面,例如,如图3所示的,第二显示区202的全部区域抵靠于所述机壳10的外表面,当然所述第二显示区202也可仅部分区域抵靠于所述机壳10的外表面,详见后述实施例。如此设计,一方面,减小了卷曲显示装置在卷曲状态时的体积,提升其便携性;另一方面,以所述机壳10的外表面作为第二显示区202的支撑背板,提升其防震性以及抗跌落性。
可以理解的是,此处所述的抵靠是指所述第二显示区202与所述机壳10的外表面处于一种可分离地连接状态,在卷曲状态下,所述第二显示区202与所述机壳10的外表面连接,而在非卷曲状态下,所述第二显示区202与所述机壳10的外表面可在不损伤接触表面的情况下实现分离,具体地,可通过第二显示区202与所述机壳10对应的外表面之间设置磁吸装置,而实现前述的这种可分离连接。
在一些实施例中,由于所述显示面板的第一显示区在卷曲后通常呈长条形,故用于提供容置空间的所述容纳壳体应同样为长条形设计,通常情况下,所述容纳壳体为长条的圆筒形或长方体。例如,当所述容纳壳体为长条的圆筒形,其侧视的结构示意图参阅图3,此时,所述容纳壳体101的外侧面为圆滑的曲面,所述第二显示区202的一端从所述容纳壳体101的开口延伸出,顺着该延伸方向,整体抵靠于所述机壳10的外表面,呈曲面状态。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图4提供的一种卷曲显示装置卷曲状态下的侧视结构示意图,所述容纳壳体101为长条形的长方体,此时,所述第二显示区202若是从所述容纳壳体101的开口延伸出后,直接覆盖于所述容纳壳体101的外侧面时,则所述第一显示区与所述第二显示区202的连接处会形成一个近似直角的弯角,使得此处会产生较大的应力,从而易出现裂纹而导致显示不良。
为了避免上述问题,所述第二显示区202包括过渡显示区2021与贴合显示区2022,所述过渡显示区2021连接于所述第一显示区与所述贴合显示区2022之间,所述过渡显示区弯折形成曲面,使得所述贴合显示区2022抵靠所述机壳10的外表面。即,通过将所述第二显示区202中从所述容纳壳体101的开口延伸出的部分,即所述过渡显示区2021弯折形成曲面,则将上述近似直角的弯角过渡成圆滑的曲角,从而避免了上述因应力过大易造成显示面板出现裂纹的问题。
此处,可通过多种结构设计,实现所述过渡显示区弯折形成曲面,使得所述贴合显示区抵靠所述机壳的外表面的方案,具体详见下述实施例。
在一种实施例中,通过设置支撑壳体实现上述方案,请继续参阅图4提供的一种卷曲显示装置在卷曲状态下的侧视结构示意图,具体地,所述机壳10还包括支撑壳体102,所述支撑壳体102连接于所述容纳壳体101设有所述开口的一侧,并在远离所述容纳壳体101的一侧形成一支撑面,使得所述过渡显示区2021从所述容纳壳体101的开口延伸出,并向所述支撑壳体102的方向弯折形成曲面,从而使得末端的所述贴合显示区2022抵靠于所述支撑壳体102的支撑面上。即,通过在容纳壳体101的外侧面设置一个支撑壳体102,将所述贴合显示区2022的抵靠位置由容纳壳体101的外侧面转移至支撑壳体102的外侧面,与此同时,也为所述过渡显示区2021提供弯折空间,以形成平缓的曲面。
在一种实施例中,还可通过设置铰链实现上述方案,参阅图5提供的一种卷曲显示装置在卷曲状态下的侧视结构示意图,具体地,所述卷曲显示装置还包括铰链40,所述铰链40设置于所述过渡显示区2021背离出光方向的侧面上,在所述铰链40的辅助作用下,所述过渡显示区2021形成更大角度的弯折,使得所述贴合显示区2022顺着弯折方向,直接抵靠于所述容纳壳体101的外侧面。相较前一实施例,本实施例中结构更为简单,但同时存在一些弊端:目前用于弯折显示的铰链技术尚未发展成熟,成本较高。因此,在具体的应用中,根据实际需求进行选择即可。
在一种实施例中,也可同时设置上述实施例中的铰链结构以及支撑壳体,具体地,参阅图6提供的一种卷曲显示装置在卷曲状态下的侧视结构示意图,所述机壳10还包括支撑壳体102,所述支撑壳体102连接于所述容纳壳体101设有所述开口的一侧,并在远离所述容纳壳体101的一侧形成一支撑面,使得所述过渡显示区2021从所述容纳壳体101的开口延伸出,并向所述支撑壳体102的方向弯折形成曲面,从而使得末端的所述贴合显示区2022抵靠于所述支撑壳体102的支撑面上,与此同时,还在所述过渡显示区2021背离出光方向的侧面上设置有铰链40,用以辅助所述过渡显示区2021形成弯折的曲面,进一步地降低了该区域出现裂纹的风险。
当然,除了上述实施例所给出的两种具体方案以外,还可通过其他任意的结构设置,以实现所述过渡显示区弯折形成曲面,使得所述贴合显示区抵靠所述机壳的外表面的方案,本申请对此不作限定。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,由于无论显示面板处于卷曲或是展开状态,所述第二显示区始终置于所述容纳壳体的外部,容易在碰撞或跌落的过程中发生损伤而导致显示不良,所述卷曲显示装置的还包括透明盖板,所述透明盖板贴合所述第二显示区的至少部分区域,所述透明盖板通常由硬质材料形成,贴合于所述第二显示区出光方向的侧面上,从而对所述第二显示区起到保护作用。
其中,所述透明盖板的具体构造详见下述实施例。
在一种实施例中,请参阅图7提供的一种卷曲显示装置卷曲状态下的侧视结构示意图以及图8提供的该卷曲显示装置卷曲状态下的立体结构示意图,所述透明盖板为平面盖板301,所述平面盖板301贴合于所述贴合显示区2022出光方向的侧面上,用以保护贴合显示区2022。
进一步地,由于所述过渡显示区2021呈曲面状态,所述平面盖板301无法贴合于所述过渡显示区2021而对其进行保护,还需设置其他结构对所述过渡显示区2021进行保护。具体地,请继续参阅图7,所述机壳还包括保护壳体103,所述保护壳体103在所述开口的一侧与所述容纳壳体101连接,使得所述开口位于所述保护壳体103与所述支撑壳体102之间,此时,所述保护壳体103、容纳壳体101的右侧壁、以及所述支撑壳体102的上侧壁形成一个凹槽,并使得所述过渡显示区2021容纳于该凹槽中,同时,所述平面盖板301的高度大于所述贴合显示区2022的高度,从而使得所述显示面板在卷曲状态时,所述平面盖板301抵靠于所述保护壳体103以及所述支撑壳体102的支撑面,进而使得所述过渡显示区2021置于所述容纳壳体101、所述保护壳体103以及所述盖板301形成的空间内,如此,以实现对所述过渡显示区2021的保护。
由本实施例所提供的卷曲显示装置中的显示面板包括第一展开状态与第二展开状态,当所述显示面板处于第一展开状态时,所述第一显示区201从所述容纳壳体101中沿水平方向卷出并展平,即形成如图9所示的侧视结构,以及如图10所示的立体结构。进一步地,将所述平面盖板301沿逆时针方向旋转,由竖直方向旋转为水平方向,与此同时,所述过渡显示区2021由曲面状态展平,所述贴合显示区2022也由竖直方向旋转为水平方向,从而使得所述第一显示区201、过渡显示区2021与贴合显示区2022共平面,以实现最大化的显示面积,即形成如图11所示的侧视结构,以及如图12所示的立体结构,此时,所述显示面板处于第二展开状态。
在另一实施例中,还提供了一种卷曲显示装置,其结构与前一实施例所提供的卷曲显示装置的结构大致相同,不同点仅在于所述透明盖板的结构存在差异,具体请参阅图13提供的该卷曲显示装置在卷曲状态下的侧视结构图,以及图14提供的该卷曲显示装置卷曲状态下的立体结构示意图,所述透明盖板302包括弯折区3021和平面区3022,所述弯折区3021贴合所述过渡显示区2021沿出光方向的侧面,所述平面区3022贴合所述贴合显示区2022沿出光方向的侧面,从而通过保护盖板,同时实现所述过渡显示区2021与所述贴合显示区2022的保护作用。相较前一实施例所提供的卷曲显示装置的结构,仅通过保护盖板即可同时实现所述过渡显示区2021与所述贴合显示区2022的保护作用,不需再设置其他保护结构,结构简单,但其弊端在于现有的保护盖板通常为硬质材料,所述过渡显示区2021无法由曲面状态展平,使得该卷曲显示装置中的显示面板仅包括一种展开状态,即所述第一显示区201从所述容纳壳体101中沿水平方向卷出并展平,形成如图15所示的侧视结构,以及如图16所示的立体结构,相较前一实施例中所述第一显示区201、过渡显示区2021与贴合显示区2022共平面的显示状态,本实施例所提供的卷曲显示装置在展开状态下显示面积更小。
在一些实施例中,所述显示面板通常为OLED显示面板,当然也可以为其他类型的可实现柔性显示的面板,本申请对此不作特殊限定。
需要说明的是,上述卷曲显示装置的实施例中仅描述了上述结构,可以理解的是,除了上述结构之外,在本申请实施例所提供的卷曲显示装置中,还可以根据需要包括任何其他的必要结构,具体此处不作限定。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见上文针对其他实施例的详细描述,此处不再赘述。
具体实施时,以上各个单元或结构可以作为独立的实体来实现,也可以进行任意组合,作为同一或若干个实体来实现,以上各个单元或结构的具体实施可参见前面的方法实施例,在此不再赘述。

Claims (18)
- 一种卷曲显示装置,其中,包括:机壳和显示面板;所述机壳包括一容纳壳体,所述容纳壳体包括内部的容置空间和与所述容置空间连通的开口;所述显示面板至少包括第一显示区和第二显示区,并能在卷曲状态和展开状态之间切换;当所述显示面板处于所述卷曲状态时,所述第一显示区通过所述开口卷曲于所述容置空间内,所述第二显示区位于所述容纳壳体外并用于显示;当所述显示面板处于所述展开状态时,所述第一显示区通过所述开口卷出所述容纳壳体。
- 如权利要求1所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,当所述显示面板处于卷曲状态时,所述第二显示区至少部分抵靠于所述机壳的外表面,当所述显示面板处于展开状态时,所述第二显示区远离所述机壳的外表面并与所述第一显示区一同用于显示。
- 如权利要求2所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述机壳的外表面上设有磁吸装置,所述第二显示区通过所述磁吸装置可分离地抵靠于所述机壳的外表面。
- 如权利要求2所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述第二显示区包括过渡显示区与贴合显示区,所述过渡显示区连接于所述第一显示区与所述贴合显示区之间,当所述显示面板处于卷曲状态时,所述过渡显示区弯折形成曲面,使得所述贴合显示区抵靠所述机壳的外表面。
- 如权利要求4所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述卷曲显示装置还包括铰链,所述铰链设置于所述过渡显示区背离出光方向的侧面上。
- 如权利要求4所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述机壳还包括支撑壳体,所述支撑壳体连接于所述容纳壳体设有所述开口的一侧,并在远离所述容纳壳体的一侧形成一支撑面,所述贴合显示区抵靠于所述支撑面。
- 如权利要求4所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述卷曲显示装置的还包括透明盖板,所述透明盖板贴合所述第二显示区的至少部分区域。
- 如权利要求7所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述透明盖板为平面盖板,贴合所述贴合显示区。
- 如权利要求8所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述机壳还包括保护壳体,所述保护壳体在所述开口的一侧与所述容纳壳体连接,所述开口位于所述保护壳体与所述支撑壳体之间,且所述平面盖板抵接于所述保护壳体以及所述支撑壳体,使得所述显示面板在卷曲状态时所述过渡显示区置于所述容纳壳体、所述保护壳体以及所述盖板形成的空间内。
- 如权利要求8所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述展开状态包括第一展开状态与第二展开状态,当所述显示面板处于第一展开状态时,所述第一显示区从所述容纳壳体中沿水平方向卷出并展平,当所述显示面板处于第二展开状态时,所述过渡显示区由曲面状态展平,使得所述第一显示区、过渡显示区与贴合显示区共平面。
- 如权利要求7所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述透明盖板包括弯折区和平面区,所述弯折区贴合所述过渡显示区,所述平面区贴合所述贴合显示区。
- 如权利要求11所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述显示面板处于卷曲状态时,所述透明盖板的弯折区在所述开口上沿抵靠所述容纳壳体。
- 如权利要求2所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述容纳壳体为圆筒形,所述第二显示区抵靠于所述容纳壳体的外侧面。
- 如权利要求1所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述显示面板为OLED显示面板。
- 如权利要求1所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述开口为狭缝型开口。
- 如权利要求1所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述容纳壳体内还设置有卷轴,所述第一显示区通过所述卷轴实现卷曲与展开。
- 如权利要求1所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述显示面板的形状为长条矩形。
- 如权利要求1所述的卷曲显示装置,其中,所述显示面板沿卷曲方向的两侧边设置有防卷曲条。
