技术解决方案
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是。
一种抽拉龙头的抽拉感应出水装置,其包括用于连接抽拉龙头的抽拉软管的花洒头以及用于配合于抽拉龙头的龙头本体的感应触发件;所述花洒头包括花洒本体、电磁阀以及受控于感应触发件的抽拉感应开关;所述电磁阀和抽拉感应开关配合于花洒本体且电磁阀与抽拉感应开关电连接,电磁阀根据抽拉感应开关的控制信号来控制花洒本体出水与否。
所述感应触发件呈环状,感应触发件侧壁设有弹性卡点。
所述感应触发件采用带磁性的塑胶注塑成型,所述抽拉感应开关为磁感应开关。
所述花洒本体包括内本体和套置内本体的外壳;所述电磁阀和抽拉感应开关配合于外壳中,内本体设有出水通道,电磁阀控制内本体的出水通道的通断。
所述内本体还设有进水通道和缓冲通道;所述进水通道与缓冲通道的第一端和出水通道的进水端相通,缓冲通道的第二端与内本体的外界相通,缓冲通道内壁设有挡沿;所述花洒头还包括缓冲组件,缓冲组件包括缓冲垫和缓冲弹簧,缓冲垫可移动的配合于缓冲通道中且缓冲垫与缓冲通道密封配合,缓冲垫位于挡沿与缓冲通道的第一端之间,缓冲弹簧容置于缓冲通道中,且缓冲弹簧两端分别抵靠挡沿和缓冲垫。
所述进水通道与缓冲通道平行设置。
所述内本体侧面设有凹陷的安装槽,所述电磁阀配合于安装槽中。
所述花洒本体还包括防水组件;所述防水组件包括第一密封圈和第二密封圈,第一密封圈和第二密封圈均夹设于外壳和内本体之间,且第一密封圈、第二密封圈、外壳和内本体之间形成一个防水腔室,所述电磁阀和抽拉感应开关配合于防水腔室内。
所述花洒头还包括与内本体相配合的水路切换装置,水路切换装置处于防水腔室外;所述内本体还设有至少两个功能水腔,水路切换装置控制出水通道的出水端选择性连通各功能水腔。
所述花洒头还包括配合于花洒本体的感应装置,感应装置包括与电磁阀电连接的第一人体感应器和第二人体感应器,第一人体感应器的感应方向沿花洒头的出水方向,第二人体感应器的感应方向朝向花洒头的侧方。
有益效果
采用上述方案后,本发明通过抽拉感应开关与感应触发件之间的配合能检测花洒头是否相对于初始位置进行抽拉;当花洒头处于初始位置时,抽拉感应开关感应到感应触发件,使得抽拉感应开关通过电磁阀控制花洒头不出水;而当花洒头相对于初始位置进行抽拉时,抽拉感应开关则脱离对感应触发件的感应,使得抽拉感应开关通过电磁阀控制花洒头出水;这样本发明可以通过是否抽拉花洒头而控制花洒头是否出水,使得人们抽拉花洒头时花洒头便出水,从而便于人们使用抽拉龙头,提高了抽拉龙头的使用便利性。

本发明的实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1至图8所示,本发明揭示了一种抽拉龙头的抽拉感应出水装置,其花洒头A以及感应触发件B,其中花洒头A用于连接抽拉龙头的抽拉软管,感应触发件B用于配合于抽拉龙头的龙头本体且感应触发件B能控制花洒头A的出水与否。配合图1至图8所示,所述花洒头A包括花洒本体1、电磁阀2以及受控于感应触发件B的抽拉感应开关3;所述电磁阀2和抽拉感应开关3配合于花洒本体1且电磁阀2与抽拉感应开关3电连接,电磁阀2根据抽拉感应开关3的控制信号来控制花洒本体1出水与否。本发明通过抽拉感应开关3与感应触发件B之间的配合能检测花洒头A是否相对于初始位置进行抽拉,花洒头A的初始位置即为花洒头A在抽拉龙头的重锤作用下而与抽拉龙头的龙头本体抵靠时所处位置;当花洒头A处于初始位置时,抽拉感应开关3感应到感应触发件B,使得抽拉感应开关3通过电磁阀2控制花洒头A不出水;而当花洒头A相对于初始位置进行抽拉时,抽拉感应开关3则脱离对感应触发件B的感应,使得抽拉感应开关3通过电磁阀2控制花洒头A出水;这样本发明可以通过是否抽拉花洒头A而控制花洒头A是否出水,使得人们抽拉花洒头A时花洒头A便出水,从而便于人们使用抽拉龙头,提高了抽拉龙头的使用便利性。
所述感应触发件B可以为带有磁性的部件,该感应触发件B可采用带磁性的塑胶注塑成型,而抽拉感应开关3则为磁感应开关(如磁簧开关或霍尔开关);当花洒头A处于初始位置时,感应触发件B的磁场触发抽拉感应开关3而使得抽拉感应开关3感应到感应触发件B;而当花洒头A相对于初始位置进行抽拉时,感应触发件B的磁场则没有触发抽拉感应开关3而使得抽拉感应开关3没感应到感应触发件B;其中感应触发件B可以配合到抽拉龙头的龙头本体的出口端处,该龙头本体的出口端用于抵靠花洒头A,该感应触发件B可以呈环状而使得抽拉软管可以穿过该感应触发件B,该感应触发件B侧壁可设有弹性卡点B1而使得感应触发件B能稳固的卡接在龙头本体的出口端内。需要说明的是,所述抽拉感应开关3并不局限于磁感应开关B,也可以是微动开关,而感应触发件B则用于按压微动开关,当花洒头A处于初始位置时,感应触发件B则按压抽拉感应开关3而使得抽拉感应开关3感应到感应触发件B,而当花洒头A相对于初始位置进行抽拉时,感应触发件B则脱离对抽拉感应开关3的按压而使得抽拉感应开关3没感应到感应触发件B。
配合图4至图8所示,所述花洒本体1包括内本体11和套置内本体11的外壳12;所述电磁阀2和抽拉感应开关3配合于外壳11中,外壳11能对电磁阀2和抽拉感应开关3进行保护,内本体11设有出水通道111,电磁阀2控制内本体11的出水通道111通断而控制花洒头A出水与否。配合图4至图7所示,所述花洒本体1还包括防水组件13,防水组件13包括第一密封圈131和第二密封圈132,第一密封圈131和第二密封圈132均夹设于外壳12和内本体11之间,且第一密封圈131、第二密封圈132、外壳12和内本体11之间形成一个防水腔室10,所述电磁阀2和抽拉感应开关3配合于防水腔室10内,第一密封圈131和第二密封圈132能防止水流进入到防水腔室10中,避免电磁阀2和抽拉感应开关3因进水而损坏。其中所述内本体11可以包括内主体1101和进水接头1102,内主体1101设有所述出水通道111,进水接头1102与内主体1101可通过螺纹连接的方式可拆连接,进水接头1102与内主体1101之间设有密封件而避免漏水,进水接头1102与内主体1101可拆连接而使得用户可以根据不同抽拉软管来选择相应适配的进水接头1102进行连接,进水接头1102外壁可设有连接沿112,外壳12内壁则设有固定沿121,进水接头1102与一固定螺母14螺接,固定沿121夹置于连接沿112和固定螺母14之间而将内本体11固定在外壳12中,第一密封圈131夹设于外壳12和内主体1101之间,第二密封圈132则夹设于外壳12和进水接头1102之间。
配合图5所示,所述内本体11还设有进水通道113和缓冲通道114,进水通道113和缓冲通道114成型于内主体1101,进水接头1102内腔与进水通道113相通,进水通道113用于接入抽拉软管接入的水流;所述进水通道113与缓冲通道114的第一端相通,进水通道113也与出水通道111的进水端相通,缓冲通道114的第二端与内本体11的外界相通,缓冲通道114内壁设有挡沿1141;所述花洒头A还包括缓冲组件4,缓冲组件4包括缓冲垫41和缓冲弹簧42,缓冲垫41可移动的配合于缓冲通道114中,缓冲垫41与缓冲通道114密封配合而防止水流从缓冲通道114泄露,缓冲垫41位于挡沿1141与缓冲通道14的第一端之间,缓冲弹簧42容置于缓冲通道114中,且缓冲弹簧42两端分别抵靠挡沿1141和缓冲垫41;本发明当电磁阀2将出水通道111关断时,缓冲垫41会受水流作用而移动,进而压缩缓冲弹簧42,使得缓冲弹簧42能吸收水流冲击力,避免本发明产生水锤效应而造成振动。所述进水通道113与缓冲通道114可平行设置,这样可以减少容置于缓冲通道114的缓冲组件4在垂直于进水通道113的方向上的空间占用。
配合图3至图5所示,所述内本体11设有安装座115,该安装座115成型于内主体1101上,安装座115的内腔中设有进水孔1151和出水孔1152;所述出水通道111包括第一通道1111和第二通道1112,第一通道1111通过安装座115内腔与第二通道1112连通,第一通道1111的进水端与进水通道113连通,第一通道1111的出水端与进水孔1151连通,第二通道1112的进水端与出水孔1152连通,第二通道1112的出水端则为出水通道111的出水端;所述电磁阀2安装于安装座115,电磁阀2可通过螺栓与安装座115锁固,电磁阀2与安装座115之间设有密封垫而防止漏水,电磁阀2的阀头21伸入安装座115内腔中,电磁阀2的阀头21活动封堵出水孔1152而控制第一通道1111与第二通道1112连通与否。配合图5所示,所述内本体11侧面设有凹陷的安装槽116,电磁阀2则配合于安装槽116中,这样电磁阀2与内本体11存在安装空间上的重叠,有助于减少本发明的体积;其中安装槽116设置于内主体1101,安装座115形成于安装槽116内。
配合图3至图7所示,所述花洒头A还包括与内本体11相配合的水路切换装置5,水路切换装置5处于防水腔室10外;所述内本体11还设有至少两个功能水腔117,各功能水腔117用于输出不同出水效果的水流而使得花洒头A具有至少两种出水效果,水路切换装置5控制出水通道111的出水端选择性连通各功能水腔117而控制花洒头A的出水效果。其中所述内本体11还包括出水面盖1103和起泡器1104,出水面盖1103内设有用于输出花洒水的第一个功能水腔,起泡器1104内设有用于输出气泡水的第二个功能水腔,出水面盖1103和起泡器1104与内主体1101相连,内主体1101内设有两个分水通道来连接第一个功能水腔和第二个功能水腔;而由于水路切换装置5在使用时需要作动,这样水路切换装置5在长期使用后容易出现漏水问题,因此本发明将水路切换装置5设置于防水腔室10外,这样水路切换装置5即使漏水,从水路切换装置5泄露的水流也不会流入防水腔室10中,避免因水路切换装置5漏水而导致配合于防水腔室10内的电子器件进水损坏。
配合图4和图5所示,所述内本体11内设有切换腔118,内本体11外壁设有正对切换腔118且与切换腔118相通的安装口119,切换腔118和安装口119可设置于内主体1101,安装口119处配合有阀座1191,阀座1191与安装口119之间设有密封圈而使得阀座1191与安装口119密封配合;所述切换腔118与安装口119相对的底壁设有第一分水口1181,切换腔118的侧壁设有通水口1183和第二分水口1182,通水口1183与出水通道111的出水端相通,内本体11的两个功能水腔22的进水端分别通过分水通道与第一分水口1181和第二分水口1182相通,所述水路切换装置5则控制通水口1183选择性连通第一分水口1181和第二分水口1182。其中所述水路切换装置5包括切换轴51、第一止水垫52、第二止水垫53、复位弹簧54以及操作按钮55;所述切换轴51可移动的穿过阀座1191且切换轴51与阀座1191密封配合,切换轴51的内端穿入切换腔118中,切换轴51的外端位于切换腔118外且切换轴51的外端与操作按钮55的一端铰接,操作按钮55的另一端与内本体11的内主体1101的外壁铰接,外壳12对应于操作按钮55设有操作孔122而使得人们可以对操作按钮55进行按压,第一止水垫52和第二止水垫53可移动的容置于切换腔118中,第一止水垫52与切换轴51内端相连且第一止水垫52活动封堵第一分水口1181,第二止水垫53与切换轴51中段相连且第二止水垫53活动封堵第二分水口1182;所述复位弹簧54设置于切换腔118中且复位弹簧54推抵切换轴51,复位弹簧54用于驱使切换轴51远离第一分水口1181。本发明当第一止水垫52封堵第一分水口1181时,第二止水垫53则开启第二分水口1182,使得第二分水口1182与出水通道111连通;而当第二止水垫53封堵第二分水口1182时,第一止水垫52开启第一分水口1181,使得第一分水口1181与出水通道111连通。本发明当用户通过操作按钮55对切换轴51进行按压时,切换轴51向第一分水口1181移动而使得第一止水垫52封堵第一分水口1181;而当用户松开对切换轴51按压时,复位弹簧54驱使切换轴51远离第一分水口1181,使得第二止水垫53封堵第二分水口1182。配合图4和图5所示,所述切换轴51中部设有一个安装块511,安装块511侧面设有嵌槽512,第二止水垫53嵌合于嵌槽512中,嵌槽512中配合有推顶第二止水垫53的推顶弹簧513,推顶弹簧513用于驱使第二止水垫53紧密抵靠切换腔118侧壁而使得第二止水垫53能紧密封堵第二分水口1182。
配合图4所示,所述花洒头A还可包括配合于花洒本体1的感应装置6,感应装置6包括与电磁阀2电连接的第一人体感应器61和第二人体感应器62,第一人体感应器61的感应方向沿花洒头A的出水方向,第二人体感应器62的感应方向则朝向花洒头A的侧方。其中第一人体感应器61和第二人体感应器62可采用超声波传感器或红外人体传感器;其中第一人体感应器61对电磁阀2的控制方式为:第一人体感应开关61有感应人体信号时(例如人手处于第一人体感应器61前)就控制电磁阀2导通,以实现即感应即出水和即离开即停水的感应出水控制模式,从而能节省用水,而第一人体感应器61的感应方向沿花洒头A的出水方向,使得人们将手放置于花洒头A的出水前方进行清洗时,第一人体感应器61能一直感应到人手而使得花洒头A能长时间出水,从而便于人们进行清洗。所述第二人体感应器62对电磁阀2的控制方式为:第二人体感应开关62每感应到一次人体信号时(例如人手处于第二人体感应器62前)就控制电磁阀2切换一次导通状态,从而可以通过感应控制的方式来控制花洒头A长时间内出水,便于人们使用。所述第一人体感应器61和第二人体感应器62可与一控制电路板91电连接,控制电路板91通过导线92与电磁阀2电连接。
配合图3至图8所示,所述花洒头A的花洒本体A可设有用于供电的内置电源,这样花洒头A在使用时可以直接通过内置电源来进行供电,从而使得花洒头A在使用时无需通过电源线外接市电,从而能提高使用便利性。所述电源可包括设置在防水腔室10中的电池7;电池7可通过充电接口8来进行充电,充电接口8、人体感应装置6和控制电路板均设置在防水腔室10外,该充电接口8、人体感应强装置6和控制电路板91可安装在一个固定壳9内,固定壳9配合于出水面盖1103,充电接口8和人体感应强装置6与控制电路板91电连接,控制电路板91通过导线92与电磁阀2和电池7电连接;所述第一密封圈131可设有弹性密封块1311,弹性密封块1311嵌置于内本体11的内主体1101外壁,且密封块1311与内本体11的内主体1101外壁之间形成供导线92穿置的导线孔101,导线92与导线孔101形成密封配合而防止水流进入防水腔室10中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种抽拉龙头的抽拉感应出水装置,其特征在于:包括用于连接抽拉龙头的抽拉软管的花洒头以及用于配合于抽拉龙头的龙头本体的感应触发件;
    所述花洒头包括花洒本体、电磁阀以及受控于感应触发件的抽拉感应开关;所述电磁阀和抽拉感应开关配合于花洒本体且电磁阀与抽拉感应开关电连接,电磁阀根据抽拉感应开关的控制信号来控制花洒本体出水与否。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种抽拉龙头的抽拉感应出水装置,其特征在于:所述感应触发件呈环状,感应触发件侧壁设有弹性卡点。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种抽拉龙头的抽拉感应出水装置,其特征在于:所述感应触发件采用带磁性的塑胶注塑成型,所述抽拉感应开关为磁感应开关。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种抽拉龙头的抽拉感应出水装置,其特征在于:所述花洒本体包括内本体和套置内本体的外壳;所述电磁阀和抽拉感应开关配合于外壳中,内本体设有出水通道,电磁阀控制内本体的出水通道的通断。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种抽拉龙头的抽拉感应出水装置,其特征在于:所述内本体还设有进水通道和缓冲通道;所述进水通道与缓冲通道的第一端和出水通道的进水端相通,缓冲通道的第二端与内本体的外界相通,缓冲通道内壁设有挡沿;
    所述花洒头还包括缓冲组件,缓冲组件包括缓冲垫和缓冲弹簧,缓冲垫可移动的配合于缓冲通道中且缓冲垫与缓冲通道密封配合,缓冲垫位于挡沿与缓冲通道的第一端之间,缓冲弹簧容置于缓冲通道中,且缓冲弹簧两端分别抵靠挡沿和缓冲垫。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种抽拉龙头的抽拉感应出水装置,其特征在于:所述进水通道与缓冲通道平行设置。
  7. 如权利要求4至6任意一项所述的一种抽拉龙头的抽拉感应出水装置,其特征在于:所述内本体侧面设有凹陷的安装槽,所述电磁阀配合于安装槽中。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的一种抽拉龙头的抽拉感应出水装置,其特征在于:所述花洒本体还包括防水组件;所述防水组件包括第一密封圈和第二密封圈,第一密封圈和第二密封圈均夹设于外壳和内本体之间,且第一密封圈、第二密封圈、外壳和内本体之间形成一个防水腔室,所述电磁阀和抽拉感应开关配合于防水腔室内。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种抽拉龙头的抽拉感应出水装置,其特征在于:所述花洒头还包括与内本体相配合的水路切换装置,水路切换装置处于防水腔室外;所述内本体还设有至少两个功能水腔,水路切换装置控制出水通道的出水端选择性连通各功能水腔。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种抽拉龙头的抽拉感应出水装置,其特征在于:所述花洒头还包括配合于花洒本体的感应装置,感应装置包括与电磁阀电连接的第一人体感应器和第二人体感应器,第一人体感应器的感应方向沿花洒头的出水方向,第二人体感应器的感应方向朝向花洒头的侧方。
