技术领域
本申请涉及控制箱技术领域,尤其涉及一种易检修电器箱体及空调室外机。
背景技术
大多数空调外机的电器箱体采用电器箱体盒盖、电脑板支架、电脑板、电器箱体的组装模式,电脑板常用螺钉固定在电器箱体内的电脑板支架上。电脑板的锡焊侧朝上,电脑板上的各电器位于电脑板和电器箱体的箱底之间。电脑板的线束通过电器箱体的卡爪进线固定。电器箱体盒盖、电脑板支架、电脑板、电器箱体的这种组装模式零部件多,在进行检修时,通常需要拆掉前罩壳,从外机前方拔掉插线,取出电器箱体,再拆卸电脑板。检修完成后又需要反序安装,工序繁琐,操作不便。
现有电器箱体的组装模式存在电脑板采用螺钉固定一般从电脑板上方打螺钉,存在螺钉破坏焊锡的风险,而且手容易接触到电脑板上方的焊锡,容易扎破手,且电脑板检修操作不便。
发明内容
本申请提供一种易检修电器箱体及空调室外机,用以解决现有电器箱体安装时电脑板损坏风险较大且电脑板不便于检修的问题。
本申请提供一种易检修电器箱体,包括箱体本体和盖体,所述盖体与所述箱体本体的顶面可拆卸密封连接,所述盖体的内侧面设有固定件,所述固定件用于连接固定电脑板,且所述电脑板的锡焊侧朝向所述盖体。
根据本申请提供的易检修电器箱体,所述盖体的第一侧可拆卸转动连 接于所述箱体本体顶部的第一侧,所述盖体的第二侧与所述箱体本体的第二侧可拆卸连接。
根据本申请提供的易检修电器箱体,所述盖体的第一侧设有销轴,所述箱体本体顶部的第一侧设有销孔,所述销轴从所述销孔中穿过,且所述销孔呈半包围结构。
根据本申请提供的易检修电器箱体,所述箱体本体的顶面和所述盖体之间沿周向设有一圈匹配的凹槽凸块结构,以实现箱体本体和盖体的密封连接。

下面结合图1-图19描述本申请的易检修电器箱体及空调室外机。
参考图1,本实施例提供一种易检修电器箱体,该易检修电器箱体包括箱体本体11和盖体12,所述盖体12与所述箱体本体11的顶面可拆卸密封连接,所述盖体12的内侧面设有固定件,所述固定件用于连接固定电脑板13,且所述电脑板13的锡焊侧朝向所述盖体12。
参考图2和图3,该电器箱体在盖体12的内侧面设置固定件,将电脑板13通过固定件连接在盖体12上,且将电脑板13的锡焊侧朝向盖体12,即电脑板13的电器侧朝向箱体本体11,从而在盖体12和箱体本体11盖合时,电脑板13的锡焊点位于电脑板13和盖体12之间,电脑板13的各电器位于箱体本体11内部。该设置结构首先在电脑板13安装时,是将电脑板13的锡焊侧朝向盖体12与固定件进行连接,人为操作面主要在电器侧,从而既可降低电脑板13安装破坏锡焊的风险,又可降低操作者接触锡焊的几率,从而避免对操作者造成损害。另外,该设置结构只需打开盖体12无需拆卸电脑板13,即可将电脑板13的各电器暴露出来,可大大提高检修的便捷性。
另外,设置盖体12与箱体本体11可拆卸连接,还可将盖体12与电脑板13一体拆卸下来,更加便于电脑板13的检修。设置盖体12与箱体密封连接,可保证电器箱体的密封性,有效避免虫子等微小动物进入箱体内部造成电脑板13损坏,进而提高电器箱体使用的可靠性。
本实施例提供的一种易检修电器箱体,将电脑板13固定在盖体12内侧面且电脑板13锡焊侧朝向盖体12,在电脑板13安装时,人为操作面主要在电脑板13的电器侧,从而既可降低电脑板13安装破坏锡焊的风险,又可降低操作者接触锡焊造成损害的几率,便于安装;另外,该设置结构只需打开盖体12无需拆卸电脑板13,即可将电脑板13的各电器暴露出 来,可大大提高检修的便捷性。
进一步地,参考图2和图3,本实施例中固定件包括螺钉柱121,电脑板13与螺钉柱121对应处设有开孔。电脑板13通过螺钉可拆卸固定在螺钉柱121上。电脑板13安装时,将电脑板13的锡焊侧朝向盖体12的内侧面,并将电脑板13上的开孔与螺钉柱121对齐,然后螺钉穿过电脑板13上的开孔拧入螺钉柱121中实现电脑板13的连接固定。螺钉柱121还可对电脑板13起到支撑作用,用于支撑电脑板13使得电脑板13与盖体12内侧面之间具有稳定间距。
进一步地,在另一个实施例中,固定件的具体结构也可为其他,例如固定件可为设在盖体12内侧面的固定卡爪,可利用固定卡爪穿过电脑板13卡在电脑板13的电器侧实现电脑板13的安装固定。固定件的具体结构不做限定,以能实现对电脑板13的连接固定为目的。
进一步地,可在盖体12内侧面的四角部位设置固定件,对应与电脑板13的四角部位连接固定。在另一个实施例中,固定件的具体设置位置和数量也可为其他,例如还可在盖体12内侧面长边的中间或短边的中间设置固定件,具体不做限定,以能实现对电脑板13的稳定支撑为目的。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图1,所述盖体12的第一侧可拆卸转动连接于所述箱体本体11顶部的第一侧,所述盖体12的第二侧与所述箱体本体11的第二侧可拆卸连接。该电器箱体的盖体12可绕第一侧转动从而打开或关闭盖体12。盖体12的第二侧与箱体本体11的第二侧连接形成封闭箱体,在需要打开箱体时,可解除盖体12和箱体本体11第二侧的连接,从而可打开箱体。设置盖体12和箱体本体11可转动连接,可便于盖体12的开合,可满足日常使用即日常检修。另外,设置盖体12的第一侧与箱体本体11顶部的第一侧可拆卸,还可使得盖体12能够从箱体本体11上完全拆卸下来,在电脑板13需要深度检修或一些不方便的操作时,可将盖体12完全拆卸下来,进一步提高了该电器箱体检修的便捷性和适用性。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图4,盖体12和箱体本体11在第一侧通过销轴124销孔113结构转动连接,且销孔113为半包围结构,以实现销轴124的可拆卸,如图5所示。具体的,参考图2,本实施 例中所述盖体12的第一侧设有销轴124;参考图6,所述箱体本体11顶部的第一侧设有销孔113,所述销轴124从所述销孔113中穿过,且所述销孔113呈半包围结构。参考图5,销孔113套设在销轴124外部,从而盖体12和销轴124一体可绕轴向在销孔113内转动,实现盖体12相对箱体本体11的可转动。销孔113呈半包围结构,即销孔113在销轴124的外部并不是完整的一圈,而是断开的,具有缺口115,从而销轴124可从该缺口115处拆卸下来,实现盖体12的可拆卸。
进一步地,在另一个实施例中,也可在盖体12的第一侧设置销孔113,在箱体本体11顶部的第一侧设置销轴124,销轴124从销孔113中穿过,且销孔113呈半包围结构。同样可实现盖体12和箱体本体11在第一侧的可拆卸转动连接。
进一步地,盖体12和箱体本体11第一侧的可拆卸转动连接结构也可为其他,例如可在盖体12和箱体本体11上分别设置连接座,且连接座上均设有安装孔,可设置转轴依次穿过盖体12上的连接座和箱体本体11上的连接座,实现盖体12相对箱体本体11的可转动连接。通过拆卸转动,可实现盖体12的可拆卸。转轴的两端还可分别与螺母配合连接进行定位限定,通过拆卸螺母,可拆卸转轴。盖体12和箱体本体11第一侧的可拆卸转动连接结构以能实现盖体12的可转动且可拆卸为目的,具体不做限定。
进一步地,盖体12的第二侧和箱体本体11的第二侧可通过卡扣结构可拆卸连接。参考图1,本实施例中在盖体12的第二侧设置开合卡爪123;参考图6,在箱体本体11顶面的第二侧设置开合卡扣112;盖体12和箱体本体11在第二侧通过开合卡爪123和开合卡扣112可拆卸卡合连接,结构简单,便于连接拆卸。开合卡爪123的具体结构可参见图1,开合卡爪123具有弯折部。开合卡扣112的具体结构参见图6,开合卡扣112具有开口。在盖体12盖合时,开合卡爪123的弯折部插入开合卡扣112的开口中实现连接,如图7和图8所示;在盖体12打开时,用力可解除开合卡爪123与开合卡扣112的连接。
进一步地,在另一个实施例中,也可在盖体12上设置开合卡扣112,在箱体本体11上设置开合卡爪123,具体不做限定。进一步地,盖体12 的第二侧与箱体本体11的第二侧之间的可拆卸连接结构也可为其他,例如可为搭扣结构等,以能实现盖体12和箱体本体11的可拆卸连接为目的,具体不做限定。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图1,所述箱体本体11的顶面和所述盖体12之间沿周向设有一圈匹配的凹槽凸块结构,以实现箱体本体11和盖体12的密封连接。匹配即凸块正好可插入凹槽中。箱体本体11,的顶面和盖体12之间通过凹槽凸块结构插接连接,可使得盖体12和箱体本体11密封连接,从而提高电器箱体的密封性,有效避免虫子等微小动物进入箱体内部造成电脑板13损坏。且在盖体12和箱体本体11之间设置密封结构,可提高电器箱体的密封性能,从而提高电器箱体使用的稳定性和可靠性。
具体的,参考图2,可在盖体12的内侧面沿周向设置一圈密封凸条122;参考图1和图9,相应在箱体本体11的顶面沿周向设置一圈密封槽111。在盖体12盖合时,盖体12上的密封凸条122对应插入箱体本体11上的密封槽111中形成密封结构。
进一步地,在另一个实施例中,还可在盖体12内侧面设置密封槽111,在箱体本体11的顶面相应设置密封凸条122,通过密封槽111和密封凸条122的配合实现箱体本体11和盖体12之间的密封连接;具体不做限定。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图10,所述箱体本体11上设有出线孔,所述出线孔用于穿出所述电脑板13的线束14。出线孔用于与线束14一一对应设置,且每个出线孔用于与对应的线束14尺寸相匹配。电脑板13的线束14可一一对应从出线孔穿出,可实现线束14的有序排放。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图11,所述箱体本体11的底面设有贯穿的线束框114。线束框114为贯穿箱体本体11底面的开口结构。且所述线束框114的第一侧贯穿所述箱体本体11的一侧壁。所述线束框114处设有匹配的线束挡板117。线束挡板117的尺寸形状与线束框114匹配,在线束挡板117与线束框114连接到位时,箱体本体11的线束框114呈封闭状。所述线束挡板117可拆卸连接在所述线束框114处,所述线束挡板117与所述线束框114的第二侧之间构造有所述出线孔。设置 可拆卸的线束挡板117,可先将线束挡板117拆卸进行线束14的安装再安装线束挡板117,便于线束14的安装。
具体的,可在线束框114第二侧开设第一半包围孔,在线束挡板117的对应侧开设第二半包围孔,第一半包围孔和第二半包围孔拼接形成出线孔;即线束挡板117和线束框114的第二侧可拼接形成出线孔。通过线束挡板117的拆卸和安装,可实现线束框114的打开和关闭。进一步地,线束框114第二侧的第一半包围孔的圆弧角可大于180°,即第一半包围孔的角度大于半圆孔。在安装线束14时,可先将线束14安装在第一半包围孔处,然后安装线束挡板117完成安装。设置第一半包围孔的角度大于半圆孔,可提高线束14与第一半包围孔配合的牢固稳定性,降低安装时线束14脱落的风险,便于安装。
参考图17,可打开线束挡板117,此时出线孔呈半包围结构,可便于线束14的穿过。可在线束挡板117打开时穿过线束14,将线束14一一对应穿过出线孔。然后再安装线束挡板117,使得线束挡板117侧边的出线孔对准线束14,直至安装到位,线束14固定在过线孔118中,完成线束14的固定,如图18和图19所示。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图12和图13,所述线束框114的第一侧贯穿的所述箱体本体11的侧壁上设有贯穿所述箱体本体11顶面的缺口115,且所述缺口115与所述线束框114贯通,所述线束挡板117对应呈L型。线束框114贯穿箱体本体11的底面,缺口115贯穿箱体本体11侧壁的顶面,线束框114和缺口115整体呈L型。线束挡板117同样呈L型且与线束框114和缺口115相匹配,使得线束挡板117可在线束框114和缺口115处与箱体本体11拼接形成封闭箱体,如图10所示。
该电器箱体设置线束框114和缺口115,使得线束框114和缺口115整体呈L型,且贯穿箱体本体11的一侧,可更加便于线束14穿过箱体本体11,便于线束14的安装,且便于线束挡板117的固定。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图14和图15,所述线束框114与第二侧相邻的两侧设有导向台阶1141,所述线束挡板117的两侧对应与所述导向台阶1141滑动连接;且所述箱体本体11的底面内侧连接有与所述导向台阶1141相对设置的限位板116。参考图12,限位板116与 导向台阶1141之间形成滑槽结构,使得线束挡板117可在导向台阶1141上抽拉滑动,便于线束挡板117的安装拆卸。
参考图16,所述L型线束挡板117的夹角处连接有加强筋1171。加强筋1171可加强线束挡板117的结构强度。进一步地,在箱体本体11的顶面设有一圈密封槽111时,L型线束挡板117的顶部同样设有密封槽111,在L型线束挡板117安装到位时,L型线束挡板117顶部的密封槽111与箱体本体11顶部其他部位的密封槽111拼接形成一圈密封槽111。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,所述箱体本体11的底面上还设有贯穿的散热框119。散热框119同样为贯穿的开口结构。散热框119对应电脑板13上的散热片131设置,电脑板13上的散热片131从散热框119中穿出至箱体本体11外部,有利于提高散热效率。且所述箱体本体11在散热框119对应处的高度小于其他部位的高度,所述散热框119用于穿出所述电脑板13的散热片131。即箱体本体11在散热框119处呈台阶状,使得电脑板13在散热片131对应处与箱体本体11在散热框119处的壁面贴合接触,保证箱体本体11在散热框119对应处的密封性。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,本实施例提供一种空调室外机,该空调室外机包括上述任一实施例所述的易检修电器箱体。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,基于现有空调外机电器箱体检修时电脑板13拆卸麻烦,电脑板13插线困难以及线束14固定杂乱等问题,本实施例提供一种电器箱体模块,该电器箱体模块主要由箱体本体11、盖体12和线束挡板117组成;电器箱体本体11与盖体12之间采用铰接方式连接,如图1打开状态,图4关闭状态。如图2,盖体12主要形状是矩形的板状结构,沿矩形板的四边向内偏移一定距离后设置矩形凸筋(箱体密封凸条122),在密封凸条122的四个角上依据配合的电脑板13固定孔尺寸设置螺钉柱121。在盖体12的一侧设置1个及以上的铰接柱,对面一侧设置开合卡爪123(用于盒-盖开合固定)。
安装电脑板13时,电脑板13上方(有焊锡焊点的一侧)朝向盖体12,安装孔对准箱体盖体12上的4个螺钉柱121,采用螺钉紧固,如图3。如图6所示的,电器箱体本体11左侧设置铰接孔,铰接孔为半封闭孔,将电器箱体盖体12的铰接柱卡入铰接孔,即形成铰接结构(图5),将箱体 盖体12铰接在一起,盖体12可以绕着铰接柱转动。在箱体本体11的右侧设置开合卡扣112,如图6。箱体本体11顶端四周设置密封槽111,其截面如图9。
如图11,在箱体的后侧设置一个U形(俯视图形状)的缺口115,在缺口115的底端(电器箱体本体11的底面)量产设置台阶式的导向滑槽,用于安装线束挡板117(如图10),在U形口的底部设置若干半圆形的过线孔118。图16是L形线束挡板117,挡板底面与竖直面之间可设置多条加强筋1171,增加挡板的强度,在竖直面板上端设置密封槽111,其形状大小与箱体盒顶端的密封槽111一致,在挡板底面的前端设置半圆形的过线孔118,其大小、位置与箱体盒U形口的半圆形线槽孔相对应。
将L形线束挡板117插入箱体盒U形口的台阶式滑槽内,即可使用,如图10。当挡板推至与箱体上的半圆形线槽孔接触时,即形成一个封闭电器箱体盒。安装时首先将电脑板13安装到电器箱体盖体12上,将线束14放入U形口,并按照需求布置在半圆形过线孔118中,如图17;再将L形线束挡板117插入滑槽,如图18;在L形线束挡板117接触箱体本体11的半圆形过线孔118后,即形成一个圆形的过线孔118,如图19,此时开始转动电器盖体12,将箱体盖体12上的密封筋插入到箱体本体11和L形挡板的密封槽111中,将箱体盖体12上的开合卡爪123卡入箱体本体11的开合卡扣112中。即完成电控箱体模块的装配。
本实施例主要提供了电器箱体盖转动打开就带出电脑板13进行检修的方便方法;箱体本体11与箱体盖体12的铰接连接结构;箱体U形口与L形线束挡板117的结构设计;箱体的槽式密封结构。该电器箱体在检修时,不需要拆下电器箱体,只需将箱体盖体12旋转打开,即可将电脑板13带出进行检修。而且带出的电脑板13是电脑板13上电器元件面对检修员,而非焊锡的焊点,避免了检修员因电脑板13不易拆而被焊锡焊点刺破手的风险。而且该方案的箱体具有良好的密封性。

  1. 一种易检修电器箱体,包括箱体本体和盖体,其特征在于,所述盖体与所述箱体本体的顶面可拆卸密封连接,所述盖体的内侧面设有固定件,所述固定件用于连接固定电脑板,且所述电脑板的锡焊侧朝向所述盖体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的易检修电器箱体,其特征在于,所述盖体的第一侧可拆卸转动连接于所述箱体本体顶部的第一侧,所述盖体的第二侧与所述箱体本体的第二侧可拆卸连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的易检修电器箱体,其特征在于,所述盖体的第一侧设有销轴,所述箱体本体顶部的第一侧设有销孔,所述销轴从所述销孔中穿过,且所述销孔呈半包围结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的易检修电器箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体本体的顶面和所述盖体之间沿周向设有一圈匹配的凹槽凸块结构,以实现箱体本体和盖体的密封连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的易检修电器箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体本体上设有出线孔,所述出线孔用于穿出所述电脑板的线束。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的易检修电器箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体本体的底面设有贯穿的线束框,且所述线束框的第一侧贯穿所述箱体本体的一侧壁,所述线束框处设有匹配的线束挡板,所述线束挡板可拆卸连接在所述线束框处,所述线束挡板与所述线束框的第二侧之间构造有所述出线孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的易检修电器箱体,其特征在于,所述线束框的第一侧贯穿的所述箱体本体的侧壁上设有贯穿所述箱体本体顶面的缺口,且所述缺口与所述线束框贯通,所述线束挡板对应呈L型。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的易检修电器箱体,其特征在于,所述线束框与第二侧相邻的两侧设有导向台阶,所述线束挡板的两侧对应与所述导向台阶滑动连接;且所述箱体本体的底面内侧连接有与所述导向台阶相对设置的限位板。
  9. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的易检修电器箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体本体的底面上还设有贯穿的散热框,且所述箱体本体在散热框 对应处的高度小于其他部位的高度,所述散热框用于穿出所述电脑板的散热片。
  10. 一种空调室外机,其特征在于,包括上述权利要求1-9任一所述的易检修电器箱体。
