- 一种基于热喷涂工艺的涂层表面改性装置,其特征在于,包括:壳体,壳体内具有腔室,壳体内侧或外侧设置移动机构,壳体侧部设置开口,移动机构可带动工件穿过开口实现移动,壳体内可通入保护气体,壳体在开口侧设置弹性进出机构,以保证工件进入壳体内腔室,并保证壳体密封性;喷枪,喷枪设于壳体外侧,喷枪可移动;温度控制单元,包括安装于壳体的加热控制部件以控制壳体内环境温度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于热喷涂工艺的涂层表面改性装置,其特征在于,所述壳体开口处上下接触设置弹性密封件,上下设置的两弹性密封件之间能够在工件通过壳体开口的过程中提供空间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于热喷涂工艺的涂层表面改性装置,其特征在于,所述弹性进出机构包括可转动的辊轮,辊轮一侧设置若干并排设置的弹性件,弹性件一端与所述壳体连接,弹性件与辊轮之间能够在工件通过壳体开口的过程中提供空间。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于热喷涂工艺的涂层表面改性装置,其特征在于,所述加热控制部件包括安装于所述壳体的加热电阻,加热电阻与电流控制器连接,壳体设置温度传感器,电流控制器、温度传感器分别与控制器连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于热喷涂工艺的涂层表面改性装置,其特征在于,所述温度控制单元还包括冷却部件,冷却部件包括设于所述壳体的冷却液进口和冷却液出口,冷却液进口、冷却液出口均与冷却液管道连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种基于热喷涂工艺的涂层表面改性装置,其特征在于,所述壳体设置气体接口,气体接口与气瓶连接,气瓶与气体接口的连接管路上设置气压控制部件;气压控制部件、所述移动机构分别与所述控制器连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于热喷涂工艺的涂层表面改性装置,其特征在于,所述移动机构为设于所述壳体内的丝杠机构,丝杠机构包括电机,电机与丝杠连接,丝杠设置挡板,挡板与所述工件通过紧固件可拆卸连接;喷枪的可移动方向与所述移动机构的移动方向垂直。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于热喷涂工艺的涂层表面改性装置,其特征在于,所述喷枪的两侧分别设置所述的壳体,每一壳体分别设置所述的温度控制单元;喷枪两侧壳体的临近侧分别设置所述的开口,且两壳体开口设于同一平面。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的一种基于热喷涂工艺的涂层表面改性装置的工作方法,其特征在于,包括如下内容:通过移动机构安装工件;向壳体内通入设定压力的保护气体;加热控制部件打开,以使得壳体内温度达到设定温度;打开喷枪对工件进行等离子喷涂;移动机构带动工件喷涂完成的部分通过壳体开口进入壳体腔室内,壳体内保护气体避免涂层氧化,壳体内设定温度使得涂层更加致密;喷涂结束后,调节加热控制部件的温度,使得壳体内温度缓慢冷却,直到达到室温,再停止加热控制部件。
