[001] The present invention relates to a remote station system for automated firing of a firearm for surveillance of fixed locations such as real estate, shops, banks, industries and outdoor public places and mobile locations, such as on board containers, land, sea and/or air vehicles.
[002] The present invention is part of the field of public security, more specifically in the area of armed surveillance and remote control stations for a weapon that is located in a stationary or mobile location on board a vehicle, designed to allow the operator-sniper in a remote position to fire ammunition accurately, safely and in an automated way.
Fundamentos da invenção Fundamentals of the invention
[003] Remote weapon stations known in the state of the art have some drawbacks.
[004] A drawback resulting from remote weapons stations is the fact that they can be uniquely designed and manufactured to be installed in mobile vehicles, whether land, water vehicles and aircraft. Certainly, in the popular imagination, the best-known vehicle that uses this type of remote weapon is the “armored war tank”.
[005] In more detail, they use manual target sighting systems, which are specifically installed on the vehicle they are mounted on, and their modes of operation, as a result, result from – and depend on – these systems. Furthermore, the general structure and dimensions of remote weapon stations according to the prior art are not used for fixed base locations such as real estate and/or outdoor public places. [006] In addition, it is noted that the remote stations of weapons known in the state of the art have firearms that are developed and designed solely and exclusively to function and be operated for this purpose defined above, more precisely, only in the area of war industry of military use of the armed forces of the countries.
[007] On the other hand, the increase in urban violence and the significant increase in the number of property robberies in recent years has made many building administrators look for effective ways to protect the heritage and ensure the safety of people. There are several security solutions available on the market, among them, security with armed face-to-face guards. Under this solution, there are doubts regarding this type of service and its efficiency in crime prevention. In the currently existing security format with armed presence guards, risks weigh on this type of property surveillance contract.
[008] Among the risks involved in security with armed face-to-face guards, a situation that involves the exchange of fire is one of the great risks involving the use of weapons, specifically with regard to the high possibility of stray bullets. In an exchange of fire with criminals, this risk increases, especially on the premises of the properties that are in the vicinity of the area under armed surveillance, which are the most vulnerable points. Even in the face of this danger, not even the training given to the guards guarantees that they are prepared for this type of occurrence, the main concern being the integrity of the people who live in the surroundings.
[009] Furthermore, the need for training goes beyond the training of an armed guard, as it is necessary to reinforce that there is another type of much needed training. He does not always receive due attention when hiring the service: psychological training. Armed guards need to deal with situations where technical and psychological training is used. These are the small occurrences typical of a condominium, such as complaints of excessive noise or fights. In this type of situation, the guard must put into practice self-control, professionalism and respect. The problem is, many security companies don't observe these needs with the same attention with which they analyze the professional's defensive capacity.
[0010] Another major risk concerns the theft of weapons, as some criminal factions are specializing in the theft of weapons from vigilantes. This type of action is increasingly common and aims to “restock” the weapons that are lost by other criminals in case of arrests. By opting for security with an armed on-site guard, the location can bring violence closer instead of pushing it away.
[0011] The complexity increases with the need for new hires to rotate shifts and days off. Another problem is managing the unpredictable absence of the armed guard: while in the company that has the department internalized, this will become an emergency problem to be managed, as the company cannot have security failures resulting from the absence of the professional and, consequently, from the improvisation in the search for emergency solutions.
[0012] Among the rules that must be followed to have an outsourced or in-house armed surveillance security service are certification and constant professional training that provide this type of service. Armed guards must have their recycling updated and duly up-to-date with the Federal Police and other specialization courses.
[0013] On the other hand, the “sniper” or “sniper”, also known as “sniper”, usually a military or member of the Armed Forces or the police force, is a professional specialized in long-distance and close-range shooting. precision. They are professional and agile shooters who can hit fast moving targets at long distances.
[0014] Typical sniper missions include reconnaissance, surveillance, elimination of enemy commanders and snipers, and targeting of opportunity.
[0015] That is, today there is a chasm between elite snipers capable of long-distance and accurate shots and the armed guards of security companies available on the market. Therefore, the present invention, vis-à-vis the state of current technique, comes to innovate in designing a system of remote station for automatic firing of firearms, from a distance, safely and with precision.
[0016] Patent document PI0800749-7 A2 BR describes a rudimentary remote firearm trigger and presents several weaknesses that do not make this invention commercially used. This invention is not shielded and does not protect its internal systems (firearms, motors, electronic circuits, monitoring camera, cables, etc.), leaving the entire system exposed to be destroyed by the aggressor oppressor, which would nullify its function of surveillance and private security, making it too easy for the oppressor to invade.
[0017] In addition, the document does not present a wireless remote system for the described trigger, that is, the operation must be carried out at the place of installation of the equipment since the connection is only by a "20-way cable", as described in the patent. Another disadvantage of the trigger is that it is fully exposed which could frighten people, customers and visitors with the sight of a firearm and exposed pointed at the public.
[0018] In addition, it can facilitate the theft of the firearm, as it could easily be removed by the oppressor and sold in the parallel arms market, further increasing the crime rate. Also, the document does not describe a recoil dampening system for the firearm after firing, which contributes to the destabilization of the equipment and the inaccuracy of the shot, which can hit other people with a stray bullet.
[0019] Regarding the components of the aforementioned driver, the electronic devices used are not suitable for the purpose since it is described in the document itself that the driver uses "two-stage windshield wiper DC motors" of automotive vehicles. As it is already known, unlike stepper motors, DC motors are imprecise and windshield wiper motors are intended to be used to “clean” the windows of motor vehicles, putting in doubt the use for the purpose that was developed. It also uses other auto parts available on the market shelf such as “electric car locks”. common type”. And, finally, the trigger described in the document does not have high resolution cameras or laser sights to ensure accuracy in shooting and avoid hitting third parties, other than the target, which is the aggressor oppressor.
[0020] In view of the above, the present invention has numerous innovations with technical and competitive advantages to be made available on the market. Among them, it is highlighted that the present invention has mechanisms and systems that adapt to commercial firearms and permitted use in accordance with national legislation. That is, the system of the present invention couples to any type of weapon that can be used automatically or semi-automatically, regardless of its size and/or caliber.
[0021] Another competitive advantage is the use of remote station control system for armed surveillance of mobile and immovable sites, with remote monitoring of high resolution site surveillance camera images and station, communication system contributing to increase the security of the place and carrying out a quick detection of occurrences.
[0022] In this way, the present invention contributes to increase the power of intimidation to aggressors in a safe way. The use of the remote station system for the automatic firing of the firearm has as its main function to increase the defensive power of a place, since this defensive capacity begins with the intimidation provided by the presence of a local armed surveillance and with remote control in a protected place at the distance, keeping the criminal at a great disadvantage by exposure to the remote station for automated firing of a firearm.
[0023] In short, ostensible and preventive security is the key to keeping criminals away from the place under armed surveillance.

[0034] With reference to the drawings, Figure 1 indicates, as a whole, an illustrative embodiment of the remote station system for automated firing of a firearm in accordance with the present invention. Said remote station for automatic firing of firearms (04) is adapted to be mounted on any immovable and/or mobile surface, in this case specifically, but not necessarily, under the roof of a room to be monitored/surveiled from a property. figurative (05).
[0035] In the embodiment shown in Figure 1, the remote station system for automated firing of a firearm is still composed of a joystick (01) and a remote control panel (02) connected via WI-FI, which are under a support table (03) configured to be activated by an operator-shooter, in order to control said remote station for automated firing of a firearm (04).
[0036] Preferably, the remote control panel (02) comprises an interface or an input device, which is configured to introduce and/or select command data by means of a joystick (01) and a monitor to visualize the full-HD camera images (21). The remote control panel is configured to communicate and process data via the internet through the WI-FI (wireless) system, where it obtains images from the full-HD camera (21 ) installed on the device for automated shooting of firearm (04), as well as controlling the electronic circuit of the command board (10), also remotely via WI-FI.
[0037] Advantageously, all movements of the remote station for automatic firing of firearms (04) are controlled via an operator-sniper at a distance, handling the joystick type console (01) connected to the remote control panel (02).
[0038] In other embodiments (not shown), the remote control panel (02) can also be configured to be connected, for data communication, to the electronic circuit of the control board (10) physically via USB cable (Universal Serial Bus or “Porta Serial Universal”, translated into Portuguese), for local operation purposes, through an internal connector (details not shown), adapted to be connected to a direct communication channel between the joystick (01 ) and the electronic circuit of the control board (10).
[0039] In this way, the remote station for automatic firing of a firearm (04) is locally controlled by the operator-shooter through the joystick console (01) and monitoring of the full HD camera images (21) displayed on the panel remote control (02).
[0040] It is worth mentioning that it is a considerable advantage that all the external parts of the remote automated firearm triggering station (04) are robust and armored to protect the internal mechanisms and the automatic firearm triggering device (06) ). The armored parts are: X axis mobile base (08), X axis mobile base rotation axis (09), fixing platform (12) and Y axis mobile base (13).
[0042] A estação remota para disparo automatizado de arma de fogo é controlada pelo circuito eletrónico da placa de comando (10), cujo diagrama em blocos na Figura 5 é composto pelas principais funções, a saber: [0041] The remote station for automated firing of a firearm (04), detailed in Figure (02), comprises a device for automated firing of a firearm (06) in Figures 03 and 04, which is capable of firing projectiles stored in the ammunition magazine (27) of the firearm (28). [0042] The remote station for automatic firing of a firearm is controlled by the electronic circuit of the command board (10), whose block diagram in Figure 5 is composed of the main functions, namely:
Ou seja, ela recebe a energia em 110Vac ou 220Vac e transformará na voltagem adequada para o funcionamento da placa de comando: 24Vdc, 12Vdc e 3,3Vdc; - Power supply: the power supply has the function of transforming the electrical energy that arrives through the electrical network into direct electrical current. [0043] The remote station for automated remote firearm firing (04) shown in Figure 2 is divided into three main parts: fixing platform (12), X-axis mobile base (08) and Y-axis mobile base ( 13).
[0044] On the fixing platform (12) are installed the electronic circuit of the command board (10), described in detail above, and the stepper motor of the X axis (11), which is responsible for moving the axis by 360° rotation of the mobile base of the X axis (09) that is fixed to the mobile base of the X axis (08), in both directions, that is, both to the right and to the left.
[0045] In turn, the stepper motor for the Y axis (07) is installed on the mobile base of the X axis (07), which is responsible for moving the mobile base of the Y axis (13) in both directions by 180° , that is, both up and down. Therefore, the remote station for automatic firing of firearms (04) can monitor and fire on targets located anywhere in the environment in which it is being monitored. [0046] The access to the interior of the Y-axis mobile base (13) is made through a door protected by an electromagnetic lock (17) with great retention force. Access to the interior is made only with the authorization of the operator-shooter via joystick (01) on the remote control panel (02).
[0047] On the inside of the mobile base of the Y axis (13) is installed the device for automated firing of the firearm (06), which in the embodiment shown in Figure 3, the fixing platform (18) is installed on the remote station for automated firing of firearms (04) through the fixing screws (19) aligned with the cavity of the firearm's barrel (15).
[0048] The device for automatic triggering of the firearm (06) is mainly composed by: firearm (28), triggering servomechanism (24), safety lock servo mechanism (29), full-range camera HD (21), laser sight (36), a sliding platform (31) on a rail (33) with 4 damping springs, 2 front springs (20) and 2 rear springs (32).
[0049] The great innovation of the present innovation is that the automated firearm device (06) has mechanisms and systems that adapt to commercial firearms (28) and permitted use in accordance with national legislation. That is, the system of the present invention couples to any type of firearm (28) of permitted use, automatic or semi-automatic, regardless of its size and/or caliber.
The firearm (28), preferably, is of the semi-automatic or automatic type, capable of shooting with a continuous or sequential fire after pulling the trigger, for example:
- SUBMACHINE GUN - also known as a submachine gun or submachine gun, it is a portable firearm, which can be used in the semi-automatic or automatic system, of reduced size for use by the hands, without tripod fixation, a usual pistol caliber, such as “9 mm” or “point 40”, among others; or - PISTOL - large firearm, generally semi-automatic, whose only chamber is part of the barrel body and whose magazine, when in a fixed position, keeps the cartridges in a row and presents them sequentially for the initial loading and after each shot.
[0051] As can be evident to a person skilled in the art, the firearm (28) to be used in the device for automated firing of the firearm (06) can be of the automatic or semi-automatic type and that can belong to categories that are different from what was described above and therefore, by way of example, the firearm (28) can still be of the "chain gun" type or of the "gas recovery" type.
[0052] The orientation of the firearm (28), with respect to the support element (30) is preferably carried out by means of fitting in the Picatinny type rail (22) that is fixed to the firearm (28) with locks. fixing (23). In the embodiment shown, the firearm (28) is mounted on the movable support element (30), which in turn slides back and forth on the track of the fixed support element (33).
[0053] The four front and rear damping springs, (20) and (32) respectively, are arranged to absorb the inertial reaction after the trigger (26) of the firearm (28) is fired, in order to reduce the recoil impact after firing and improve accuracy to hit the aggressor target.
[0054] Preferably, in addition, the firearm (28) is coupled to the fixing bracket (30) by means of the Picatinny type rail fitting (22), secured with the fixing latches (23). The sliding platform (31) comprises a guide for the movement of the fixing bracket (30) under the rail (33), which are mounted on the fixing platform (18) and to which the fixing bracket (30) is coupled in a sliding mode.
[0055] In this way, the firing of the firearm (28) is dampened by the movement of the sliding platform (31) between the two front springs (20) and the two rear springs (32), in the inertial movement of the back and forth type in a substantially rectilinear manner, until its definitive stabilization in the non-operational resting position until the next shot. [0056] The rail (33) is a preferably longitudinal bar, preferably bolted to the fixing platform (18), but, as an alternative, it can also be left out and directly manufactured as a single piece on the fixing platform (18). ) in itself.
[0057] Advantageously, but not necessarily, the fixing bracket (30) has a sliding platform portion (31), which is coupled to the rail (33) in a horizontally moving manner. By way of example, the track (33) has a cross-section that has a substantially C-shaped piece and laterally houses complementary protuberances of the attachment platform portion (18).
[0058] As shown in Figure 1, in the operating position, the operator-shooter through the joystick (01) activates a button to activate the safety lock servomechanism (29) and collect the pin that perpendicularly locks the trigger (26). ) of the firearm (28). This situation corresponds to a "ready to fire" condition, since the firearm (28) is unlocked with the trigger (26) released to be activated by the firing servo mechanism (24).
[0059] The firing servomechanism (24) of the trigger (26) of the firearm (28) is controlled by the electronic circuit of the command board (10) and by the joystick type console (01). The operator-shooter, after activating the joystick button (01), activates the servomechanism pin (25) that moves the trigger (26) to fire the firearm (28), by energizing the solenoid coil of the servomechanism of shot (24).
[0060] The “non-operation” position, on the other hand, corresponds to the way that the firearm (28) has its trigger (26) obstructed from being moved thanks to the safety lock servomechanism pin (29) . In this case, the remote station for automatic firing of firearms (04) enters the local monitoring mode, moving 360 Q , sending the images captured by the full-HD camera (21 ) through a WI-FI network connected to the Internet. These images are viewed on the remote control panel (02) by the operator-shooter. [0061] In the embodiment shown in Figures 03 and 04, when the firearm (28) is in the non-operational position, with the trigger (26) blocked by the safety lock servomechanism (29).
[0062] In the embodiment shown in Figures 3 and 4, the safety lock servomechanism (29) has a standard configuration to continuously lock the trigger (26) of the firearm (28), constantly maintaining the automatic firing device of the firearm. fire (06) in non-functioning state. Regardless of the situation, with electrical power or not, connected or not to the electronic circuit of the command board (10), for safety reasons, the trigger (26) of the firearm (28) is always blocked by the safety lock servomechanism. (29).
[0063] For the automatic firing device of the firearm (06) to go into the operational firing state, the operator-shooter via joystick (01) authorizes the electronic circuit of the command board (10) to electromechanically move the servomechanism of the safety catch (29) to physically unlock the trigger (26) of the firearm (28). In this way, the firearm (28) is ready to fire by activating the firing servomechanism (24).
[0064] Preferably, the remote station for automated firing of a firearm (04) comprises ballistic armor and a targeting system that comprises monitoring of high resolution images via a full-HD camera (21) and a laser sighting device (36), which are configured to provide the remote control panel (02) with target sighting images and signals, which indicate the position of a target that must be hit by said firearm (28) .
[0065] The target sighting system devices are supported internally by the Y-axis movable base element. In the embodiment shown in Figure 2, the firearm barrel exit cavity (15) is arranged in an intermediate position between the part of the full HD camera cavity (21 ) and the laser sight cavity (14). Preferably, the target sighting system is configured to be aligned with the muzzle outlet of the firearm (28), in order to further increase accuracy. of the ballistic firing of the projectile, thus allowing a correct target and aiming at a better orientation of the firearm (28), with respect to the target.
[0066] In the embodiment shown, the servo mechanism controlling the orientation of the device for automated firing of the firearm (06) is controlled by the electronic circuit of the command board (10) as a function of the commands given by the operator-shooter (which, for example, it acts on the joystick-type input device (01)) and, as a function of the signals provided by the target aiming system displayed on the remote control panel (02).
[0067] Thanks to the fact that the target sighting system is mounted directly on the inside of the Y-axis mobile base (13), the control of the device for automated firing of the firearm (06), through the electronic circuit of the control board (14), is completely independent of other security and/or surveillance systems that the site may have and/or hire. In this way, the remote station for firing a firearm (04) is independent of the infrastructure of the place and can constitute a "stand alone" system (in the literal translation it would be "stand alone" and which here has the meaning of “self-reliance”) with regard to the latter. Furthermore, the optional use of a UPS power supply unit makes the remote firing station (04) also potentially location-independent in terms of power supply.
[0068] Preferably, the remote firing device of the firearm (06) further comprises a cartridge collector compartment (35), which is fixedly mounted on the fixing bracket (30) and is adapted to receive the fired cartridges according to the amount of ammunition supported by the ammunition magazine (27) of the firearm (28), as can be seen in the embodiment shown in figure (04).
