在本发明的方向盘10中,该多个发光单元121被控制器控制以相对于彼此独立地执行动作,并且通过由多个发光单元121的动作组合形成的预设图案和/或预设颜色来。以下将提供几个示例以帮助理解本发明的多个发光单元的独立动作,为了方便该描述,基于图5(a)示出的方向盘描述示例。具体地,在图5(a)所示的方向盘包括方向盘轮缘11和布置在方向盘轮缘11上的光学指示组件12,并且,该光学指示组件12包括五个发光单元,即,第一发光单元120-1,第二发光单元120-2,第三发光单元120-3,第四发光单元120-4,第五发光单元120-5,并且,这五个发光单元在方向盘的径向上排列为一列。
在一个示例中,五个发光单元的动作组合可以包括:以特定颜色发光的组合,即,第一发光单元120-1,第二发光单元120-2,第三发光单元120-3,第四发光单元120-4,第五发光单元120-5以特定颜色发光的组合。而且,在一种情形下,五个发光单元的动作组合包括:五个发光单元以单个特定颜色发光的组合,可以进行如下定义:该单个特定颜色可以被设置为绿色以表示交通信号灯为绿色,因此,如果五个发光单元均以绿色发光,则,表示前方的交通信号灯显示为绿色;该单个特定颜色还可以被设置为红色以表示交通信号灯为红色,因此,如果五个发光单元均以红色发光,则,表示前方的交通信号灯显示为红色,以辅助驾驶员安全驾驶。此外,在另一种情形下,五个发光单元的动作组合包括:五个发光单元以五种不同的特定颜色发光的组合,还可以进行如下定义:该五种不同的特定颜色的组合表示多媒体功能开启,其中,第一发光单元120-1以红色发光,第二发光单元120-2以绿色发光,第三发光单元120-3以蓝色发光,第四发光单元120-4以橘色发光,第五发光单元120-5以粉色发光。
在一个示例中,五个发光单元的动作组合可以包括:五个发光单元中 的仅特定发光单元发光的组合。例如,仅第一发光单元120-1,第二发光单元120-2,第三发光单元120-3以某种颜色发光,而第四发光单元120-4,第五发光单元120-5不发光,以表示车辆电池剩余电量。
在一个示例中,五个发光单元的动作组合还可以包括:按照预设时序发光的组合。在一种情形下,预设时序被设置为所有发光单元两次共同发光动作之间间隔预定时间,例如,五个发光单元每隔一秒共同发光一次,即,五个发光单元以某种颜色闪烁发光。例如,当五个发光单元以红色闪烁发光时,表示提醒驾驶员注意盲区等;当五个发光单元以绿色闪烁发光时,表示提醒驾驶员车辆已经进入自动驾驶模式。在另一种情形下,预设时序被设置为五个发光单元依次发光间隔预定时间,例如,第一发光单元120-1在T1时刻发光,第二发光单元120-2在T1+1s时刻发光,第三发光单元120-3在T1+2s时刻发光,而第四发光单元120-4在T1+3s时刻发光,第五发光单元120-5在T1+4s时刻发光,以表示多媒体功能开启。
需要说明的是,以上示例中具体的特定颜色、具体的间隔时间等均是为了描述方便的目的,并非是为了限制本发明的方向盘,而且,本发明的方向盘的上述示例可以根据实际情况进行修改,例如,可以根据实际情况选择具体的特定颜色。
以及,尽管以上示例以图5(a)所示的方向盘为基础,但是,在本发明的方向盘中,多个发光单元的排列不限于在径向上排成一列,多个发光单元还可以被设置为沿着方向盘的周向排列成一排,以形成半圆形或圆形的发光环。此外,多个发光单元还可以被设置为其他形状,例如图5(b)所示,多个发光单元120被布置为沿着方向盘的径向和周向分别排列的多行和多列构成的矩阵形状,又例如图5(c)所示,多个发光单元120被布置为沿着方向盘的径向和周向分别排列的一行和一列构成的十字型。
以下继续参照图2和图3描述根据本发明实施例的方向盘。
如图2和图3所示,在根据本发明实施例的方向盘10中,方向盘轮缘11具有用于界定内腔的透光层13,该内腔在图2中被显示为具有椭圆形的横截面。以及,光学指示组件12被完全布置在该内腔中,如图3所示。这使得方向盘10的光学指示组件12不易被灰尘等异物污染,从而有利地 确保光学指示组件12具有较长的使用寿命。但是本发明的方向盘不限于此,可以根据实际情况将透光层和光学指示组件两者的布置进行不同的设置,例如,光学指示组件被部分地暴露于透光层之外。
以及,在图2和图3所示的实施例中,光学指示组件12还包括导光件、壳体、支撑座和柔性电路板,以下对这些部件进行详细地描述。
如图2和图3所示,多个发光单元121可以设置在柔性电路板122上,柔性电路板122可以经由胶层125固定在方向盘10的支撑座上。优选地,胶层125由能够提供高强度胶接力的胶形成,并且可以商业获取。以及具体地,在本示例中,支撑座包括刚性本体14和围绕刚性本体14分布的发泡体15,柔性电路板122及其上设置的多个发光单元121经由胶层125固定在发泡体15上,并且在图3中示为发泡体15的上侧表面固定有柔性电路板122及其上设置的多个发光单元121。而且,在图3中清晰地示出,柔性电路板122和多个发光单元121在大致一段弧上分布,方向盘10的方向盘轮缘11的横截面的上半部分同样地为大致一段弧,因此,也可以理解为柔性电路板122和多个发光单元121均与透光层13的上半部分形状相适配。
如图2和图3所示,光学指示组件12的导光件包括与多个发光单元121一一对应设置的多个导光部123,同样地,多个导光部123在大致一段弧上分布,以与透光层13的一部分的形状相适配。因此,能够有利地保证光源的合理利用以达到最优的亮度和均匀性。而且,多个导光部123中的每一者的面向多个发光单元121的内表面被设置为成型面,该成型面的示例分别在图4(a)-图4(c)中示出,其可以为多个弧形凸面、锯齿面、单个圆弧凸面。能够理解,通过优化导光部的局部结构或者光学齿角度的调整,能够调整发光覆盖的角度,从而进一步地保证光源的合理利用。
如图2和图3所示,光学指示组件12的壳体用于支撑透光层13,并且,壳体包括一体成型的透明部1242和非透明部1241,多个导光部123固定在透明部1242处,这里,也可以理解为导光件和壳体一体成型,并且,经由导光件(具体为导光部)引导之后的光线穿过透明部1242传递到透光层13。优选地,壳体的透明部1242也可以被设置为具有导光的功 能和/或散光的功能,以达到最优的亮度和均匀性。此外,还可以在壳体的透明部1242中加入散射的粒子来提高光线均匀性,避免看到光源的颗粒感。具体地,作为一个优选实施例,壳体的透明部1242和非透明部1241通过双色注塑的一体化结构实现,壳体的透明部1242的制造材料可以为PC、PA、PMMA,壳体的非透明部1242的制造材料可以为材料为PC-ABS、ABS、PBT、PBT-PC。
此外,如图2所示,作为一个优选实施例,壳体在第一方向上相对的两侧、即图2中的左右两侧被粘接在发泡体15上,以及,壳体在第二方向上相对的两侧、即图2中的前后两侧经由固定部固定到发泡体15上,该固定部例如可以是具有蘑菇头的细长件,并且,在本优选实施例中,第一方向垂直于第二方向。这种固定方式能够将壳体和导光件可靠地固定到发泡体15上。因此,如图3所示,发泡体15的上侧面固定有光学指示组件12和壳体,下侧面与透光层13相接触,从而分别在两侧支撑光学指示组件和透光层。但是这仅仅是示例,本发明的方向盘不限于此,壳体采用不同的设置方式,例如与导光件分离设置,或者采用不同的固定方式,例如铆接或焊接到发泡体。
如前所述,尽管说明中已经参考附图对本发明的示例性实施例进行了说明,但是本发明不限于上述具体实施方式,本发明的保护范围应当由权利要求书及其等同含义来限定。
Claims (10)
- 一种方向盘(10),其包括方向盘轮缘(11),其特征在于,还包括布置在所述方向盘轮缘(11)上的光学指示组件(12),所述光学指示组件(12)包括控制器和多个发光单元(121),其中,所述多个发光单元(121)被所述控制器控制以相对于彼此独立地执行动作,以及,所述光学指示组件(12)通过由所述多个发光单元(121)的动作组合形成的预设图案和/或预设颜色来指示与车辆或路况有关的信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述方向盘轮缘(11)具有用于界定内腔的透光层(13),以及,所述光学指示组件(12)被完全布置在所述内腔中。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述光学指示组件(12)还包括导光件,所述导光件包括与所述多个发光单元(121)一一对应设置的多个导光部(123),并且,所述多个导光部(123)中的每一者的面向所述多个发光单元(121)的内表面被设置为成型面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述多个发光单元(121)和所述多个导光部(123)中的至少一者被构造为分布方向与所述透光层(13)的一部分的形状相适配,并且,所述多个发光单元(121)被设置在柔性电路板(122)上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方向盘(10),其中,还包括用于支撑所述透光层(13)的壳体(124),并且,所述壳体(124)包括一体成型的透明部(1242)和非透明部(1241),以及,经由所述导光件引导之后的光线穿过所述透明部(1242)传递到所述透光层(13)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方向盘(10),其中,还包括支撑座,所述支撑座包括刚性本体(14)和围绕所述刚性本体(14)分布的发泡体(15),所述发泡体(15)的一侧用于支撑所述光学指示组件(12),以及,另一侧用于支撑所述透光层(13)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述壳体(124)在 第一方向上相对的两侧被粘接在所述发泡体(15)上,以及,所述壳体(124)在第二方向上相对的两侧经由固定部固定到所述发泡体(15)上,并且,所述第一方向不同于所述第二方向。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述多个发光单元(121)的动作组合包括:以特定颜色发光的组合,或,所述多个发光单元中的仅特定发光单元发光的组合,或,按照预设时序发光的组合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述成型面被设置为锯齿面或弧形凸面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方向盘(10),其中,所述多个发光单元(121)被设置为沿着方向盘(10)的周向布置以形成半圆形或圆形的发光环。
