Abstract
一种壁挂式空调室内机,其包括机壳和导流件,机壳上具有送风风道,导流件设置于送风风道的出口处,其可在一向前伸出送风风道的工作状态和一向后缩回的关闭状态之间往复平移,并且具有上导风壁面和下导风壁面,当导流件处于工作状态时,可向下平移至使下导风壁面避开送风风道的上吹位置,以利用上导风壁面引导送风气流向上排出,可向上平移至使上导风壁面避开送风风道的下吹位置,以利用下导风壁面引导送风气流向下排出。本发明的壁挂式空调室内机不仅能够通过前后平移导流件以开闭送风风道,而且能够通过上下平移导流件以改变送风气流的方向,进而分散送风气流,以使得送风气流更加柔和地吹入室内,提高用户的体验感。
Description
本发明涉及空气调节技术,特别是涉及一种壁挂式空调室内机。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对空调的送风效果的要求也越来高。由于热空气的密度小于冷空气的密度,因此在空调送风的过程中可能会出现热风无法到达地面,冷风直吹用户的情况。为了克服上述缺陷,现有技术中出现了在空调的送风口设置可转动的导风板,以对送风气流进行引导。
但是上述这种调节方式也具有一定的缺陷。虽然用户可以通过调节导风板的角度来改变气流方向,但是这种调节手段可能带来其他影响,例如为了避免冷风直吹,用户通过转动导风板使冷风向上排出,但是这种方式又有可能直接影响制冷效果,影响用户的体验感。
因此,在不影响空调的调温效果的前提下,如何实现调节送风角度成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的旨在克服现有技术中的至少一个缺陷,提供一种通过前后平移导流件以开闭送风风道,通过上下平移导流件以改变送风气流的方向的壁挂式空调室内机。
本发明一个进一步的目的是要提高传动的可靠性。
特别地,本发明提供了一种壁挂式空调室内机,包括:
机壳,其上具有送风风道;和
导流件,设置于送风风道的出口处,其可在一向前伸出送风风道的工作状态和一向后缩回的关闭状态之间往复平移,并且导流件还具有上导风壁面和下导风壁面;且导流件配置成:
处于工作状态时,可向下平移至使下导风壁面避开送风风道的上吹位置,以利用上导风壁面引导送风气流向上排出;
处于工作状态时,可向上平移至使上导风壁面避开送风风道的下吹位置,以利用下导风壁面引导送风气流向下排出。
可选地,导流件包括设置于送风风道的出口前方的主体部和形成于主体 部的后壁并向送风风道内部延伸的分隔部,以将主体部的后壁分隔成上部壁面和下部壁面;且分隔部的上表面与上部壁面共同构成上导风壁面,分隔部的下表面与下部壁面共同构成下导风壁面。
可选地,送风风道上壁的前端与下壁的前端处于同一竖直线上;且导流件配置成:处于工作状态时,分隔部的后端处于该竖直线上;处于关闭状态时,主体部抵靠于送风风道前端,以关闭送风风道。
可选地,导流件还配置成:在处于上吹位置时,使上导风壁面与送风风道的下壁衔接;在处于下吹位置时,使下导风壁面与送风风道的上壁衔接。
可选地,机壳前表面下方具有向后凹陷的让位凹陷部,以便在导流件处于关闭状态时容纳主体部的顶部区段,从而使主体部外表面与机壳前表面平齐。
可选地,在送风气流的流动方向上,上导风壁面先从后向前延伸,经圆弧过渡后再竖直向上延伸;下导风壁面先后向前延伸,经圆弧过渡后再竖直向下延伸。
可选地,该壁挂式空调室内机还包括:
至少一套第一驱动机构,用于驱动导流件上下平移,每套第一驱动机构包括第一电机、相互啮合的第一齿轮和第一齿条,第一电机安装于机壳,第一齿轮安装于第一电机,第一齿条沿竖直方向延伸且连接于导流件。
可选地,该壁挂式空调室内机还包括:
至少一套第二驱动机构,用于驱动导流件前后平移,每套第二驱动机构包括第二电机、相互啮合的第二齿轮和第二齿条,第二电机安装于机壳,第二齿轮安装于第二电机,第二齿条沿前后方向延伸且形成于导流件。
可选地,第一齿轮和第二齿轮均为直齿轮;且第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构配置成:在导流件前后平移的行程内,第一齿条在与第一齿轮啮合的状态下沿第一齿轮的齿宽方向平移;在导流件上下平移的行程内,第二齿条在与第二齿轮啮合的状态下沿第二齿轮的齿宽方向平移。
可选地,第一电机和第二电机均为步进电机。
本发明的壁挂式空调室内机中,导流件可以上下平移又可以前后平移地设置于送风风道的出口处,其具有用于分别向上和向下引导送风气流的上导风壁面和下导风壁面。用户可以根据需求控制导流件向后缩回送风风道,使其处于密封送风风道的关闭状态;用户还可以控制导流件向前伸出送风风道, 使其处于打开送风风道的工作状态。在导流件处于工作状态时,用户还可以根据需求控制导流件上移平移至上吹位置、下吹位置或者中间位置,在不影响空调的调温效果的前提下,实现了调节送风角度的目的,提高了用户的体验感。
本发明的壁挂式空调室内机中,第一驱动机构用于驱动导流件上下平移,第二驱动机构用于驱动导流件前后平移,实现了导流件既上下平移又前后平移。并且第一驱动机构的第一齿轮和第二驱动机构的第二齿轮均选用直齿轮,这样能够保证当第一电机工作时(上下平移的过程中),第二齿轮和第二齿条可以在保持啮合的状态下平移,当第二电机工作时(前后平移的过程中),第一齿轮和第一齿条可以在保持啮合的状态下平移。因此,这样保证了第一齿轮和第一齿条、第二齿轮和第二齿条一直保持啮合状态,提高了传动的可靠性。

在本实施例的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“进深”等指示的方位或置关系为基于壁挂式空调室内机正常使用状态下的方位作为参考,并参考附图所示的方位或位置关系可以确定,例如指示方位的“前”指的是送风风道的出口朝向用户的一侧。这仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对发明的限制。

本发明提出一种壁挂式空调室内机1,其一般性地可以包括机壳10、换热器20、换热风扇30等元器件。机壳10作为室内机1的外壳,保护着整个室内机1,并且机壳10上还设置有至少一个进风口12和至少一个送风风道14,机壳10的内部还可以限定出换热空间16,换热空间16用于安装换热器20和换热风扇30,在换热风扇30的促使下空气从进风口12进入换热空间16,并与换热器20进行换热,经过送风风道14送入室内,以调节室内的温度。
请参见图2至图5,本实施例的壁挂式空调室内机1还可以包括导流件40,导流件40可以设置于送风风道14的出口处,其可在一向前伸出送风风道14的工作状态和一向后缩回的关闭状态之间往复平移,并且导流件40具有用于分别向上和向下引导送风气流的上导风壁面41和下导风壁面42。导流件40处于工作状态时,其可以向下平移至使下导风壁面42避开送风风道14的上吹位置,以利用上导风壁面41引导送风气流向上排出,并且可以向上平移至使上导风壁面41避开送风风道14的下吹位置,以利用下导风壁面42引导送风气流向下排出。
也即,在本实施例中,当导流件40向外伸出送风风道14后,其可以通 过上下移动改变上导风壁面41和下导风壁面42位置,进而改变从送风风道14排出气流的方向;当导流件40向外缩回送风风道14后,导流件40可以密封送风风道14。
例如,如图2所示,当导流件40处于工作状态时,用户在制冷模式下通过调节导流件40使其处于上吹位置,下导风壁面42处于避开送风风道14的位置,此时从送风风道14排出气流能够在上导风壁面41引导下向上排出,克服冷空气直吹用户的缺陷。
如图3所示,当导流件40处于工作状态时,用户在制热模式下通过调节导流件40使其处于下吹位置,上导风壁面41处于避开送风风道14的位置,此时从送风风道14排出气流能够在下导风壁面42引导下向下排出,以克服热空气无法达到地面的缺陷。
进一步地,如图4所示,当导流件40处于工作状态时,导流件40还可以悬停在介于上吹位置和下吹位置之间的中间位置。在导流件40处于中间位置时,上导风壁面41和下导风壁面42同时正对于送风风道14,此时从送风风道14排出气流能够同时向上和向下引导气流排出。也即,在导流件40处于中间位置时,导流件40不仅可以实现调节送风气流方向的目的,而且还能够起到分散送风气流的作用,以使得送风气流更加柔和地吹入室内,提高用户的体验感。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的中间位置可以为上吹位置和下吹位置之间的任意位置,并且当导流件40处于不同的中间位置时能够进一步精细地调节分散送风气流的效果。也即,当导流件40越靠近上吹位置,越多的送风气流可以向上排出,反之,当导流件40越靠近下吹位置,越多的送风气流可以向下排出。
另外,上述举例仅是为了更加清楚地描述本实施例的导流件40的工作原理,并非用于限定导流件40处于何种位置时室内机1处于何种调温模式(制热或者制冷)。用户可以根据实际情况在任意调温模式下调节导流件40的位置,例如,在制热模式下将导流件40调节至上吹位置等,在此不作赘述。
如背景技术部分所述,当面对空调送风的过程中可能会出现热风无法到达地面,冷风直吹用户的情况,现有技术的室内机利用在送风口出设置可转动的导风板对送风进行引导。但是这种调节手段可能带来其他影响,例如为 了避免冷风直吹,用户通过转动导风板使冷风向上排出,但是这种方式又有可能直接影响制冷效果,影响用户的体验感。
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本实施例的室内机1采用在送风风道14出口处设置既可以上下平移又可以前后平移的导流件40。用户可以根据需求控制导流件40向后缩回送风风道14,使其处于密封送风风道14的关闭状态;用户还可以控制导流件40向前伸出送风风道14,使其处于打开送风风道14的工作状态。在导流件40处于工作状态时,用户还可以根据需求控制导流件40上移平移至上吹位置、下吹位置或者中间位置,在不影响空调的调温效果的前提下,实现了调节送风角度的目的,提高了用户的体验感。
请参见图6,图6是根据本发明一个实施例的室内机中导流件的截面图。在一些实施例中,导流件40还可以包括主体部43和分隔部44,主体部43设置于送风风道14的出口前方,分隔部44形成于主体部43的后壁并向送风风道14内部延伸,以将主体部43的后壁分隔成上部壁面43a和下部壁面43b,并且分隔部44的上表面44a与上部壁面43a共同构成上导风壁面41,分隔部44的下表面44b与下部壁面43b共同构成下导风壁面42。也即,当导流件40处于中间位置时(如图4所示),分隔部44将送风风道14的出口分隔两部分,一部份送风气流从分隔部44的上方通过,另一部分送风气流从分隔部44的下方通过,实现分散送风气流。
在一些实施例中,送风风道14上壁14a的前端与下壁14b的前端处于同一竖直线上,也即送风风道14上壁14a的前端与下壁14b的前端平齐。当导流件40处于工作状态时,分隔部44的后端处于该竖直线上(如图2至图4所示);当导流件40处于关闭状态时,主体部43抵靠于送风风道14前端,以关闭送风风道14(如图5所示)。
在本实施例中,当导流件40处于工作状态时,分隔部44的后端处于与送风风道14的上壁14a前端平齐的位置处,这样分隔部44可以在该竖直方向上平移,以实现向上、向下或者同时向上和向下引导送风气流。导流件40在处于关闭状态时,由于送风风道14上壁14a的前端与下壁14b的前端平齐,导流件40可以利用主体部43直接抵靠在送风风道14前端,实现关闭送风风道14。
请参见图2至图4,在一些实施例中,导流件40处于上吹位置时,上导风壁面41与送风风道14的下壁14b衔接;导流件40处于下吹位置时,下 导风壁面42与送风风道14的上壁14a衔接。
请参见图2,当导流件40上吹位置时,导流件40可以平移至使分隔部44的前端抵靠在送风风道14出口的下端,并且下导风壁面42低于送风风道14的下壁14b,这样可以实现上导风壁面41与送风风道14的下壁14b衔接,从送风风道14排出至少一部分气流在上导风壁面41作用下向上排出。
请参见图3,由于送风风道14上壁14a的前端与下壁14b的前端处于同一竖直线上,当导流件40向上平移至下吹位置时,分隔部44的前端抵靠在送风风道14出口的上端,并且上导风壁面41高于送风风道14的上壁14a,这样可以实现下导风壁面42与送风风道14的上壁14a衔接,从送风风道14排出至少一部分气流在下导风壁面42作用下向下排出。
请参见图5,在一些实施例中,机壳10的前表面下方具有向后凹陷的让位凹陷部18,以便在导流件40处于关闭状态时容纳主体部43的顶部区段,从而使主体部43的外表面与机壳10的前表面平齐,以使得在导流件40处于关闭状态时,送风风道14的密封性更佳且外形整齐美观。
请参见图2至图5,在送风气流的流动方向上,上导风壁面41先从后向前延伸,经圆弧过渡后再朝前上方倾斜延伸。也即是,上导风壁面41具有一定的圆弧过渡段,当送风气流受到上导风壁面41导向时,圆弧过渡段能够尽量降低由于改变气流方向而引起的风速损失。同样地,下导风壁面42也可以先后向前延伸,经圆弧过渡后再竖直向下延伸,降低风速损失。
请参见图7,图7是根据本发明一个实施例的室内机中导流件的侧视图,其中示出了第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构。在一些实施例中,该壁挂式空调室内机1还可以包括至少一套第一驱动机构,第一驱动机构可以用于驱动导流件40上下平移。并且每套第一驱动机构还可以包括第一电机60、相互啮合的第一齿轮61和第一齿条62,第一电机60安装于机壳10,第一齿轮61安装于第一电机60,第一齿条62沿竖直方向延伸且连接于导流件40。
在本实施例中,导流件40还可以包括两个相对的两个侧板45,主体部43位于两个侧板45之间,每个侧板45的外侧与机壳10可滑动地连接。第一电机60可以固定在机壳10上,第一齿条62沿竖直方向形成于侧板45的外侧,第一齿轮61固定安装在第一电机60的输出轴上,第一齿轮61与第一齿条62相啮合,以利用第一电机60驱动导流件40上下移动。
请参见图7,进一步地,由于导流件40不仅要实现在上下方向平移,而 且要实现在前后方向平移,因此本实施例的壁挂式空调室内机1在具有第一驱动机构的基础上还增加了一套用于驱动导流件40前后平移的第二驱动机构。第二驱动机构还可以包括第二电机63、相互啮合的第二齿轮64和第二齿条65,第二电机63安装于机壳10,第二齿轮64安装于第二电机63,第二齿条65沿前后方向延伸且连接于导流件40。
在本实施例中,第二驱动机构与第一驱动机构的安装方式相似,区别在于第二驱动机构的第二齿条65沿前后方向延伸,以驱动导流件40在关闭状态和工作状态之间平移。
请参见图7,本实施例中的第一齿轮61和第二齿轮64均选用直齿轮。在导流件40前后平移的行程内,第一齿条62在与第一齿轮61啮合的状态下沿第一齿轮61的齿宽方向平移;在导流件40上下平移的行程内,第二齿条65在与第二齿轮64啮合的状态下沿第二齿轮64的齿宽方向平移。
这样能够保证当第一电机60工作时(上下平移的过程中),第二齿轮64和第二齿条65可以在保持啮合的状态下平移;同理,当第二电机63工作时(前后平移的过程中),第一齿轮61和第一齿条62可以在保持啮合的状态下平移。因此,这样保证了第一齿轮61和第一齿条62、第二齿轮64和第二齿条65始终保持啮合状态,提高了传动的可靠性。可选地,第一电机60和第二电机63还可以配置成步进电机,尤其是直流步进电机。
本发明的壁挂式空调室内机1中,由于导流件40既可以上下平移又可以前后平移地设置于送风风道14的出口处,其具有用于分别向上和向下引导送风气流的上导风壁面41和下导风壁面42。用户可以根据需求控制导流件40向后缩回送风风道14,使其处于密封送风风道14的关闭状态;用户还可以控制导流件40向前伸出送风风道14,使其处于打开送风风道14的工作状态。在导流件40处于工作状态时,用户还可以根据需求控制导流件40上移平移至上吹位置、下吹位置或者中间位置,在不影响空调的调温效果的前提下,实现了调节送风角度的目的,提高了用户的体验感。
本发明的壁挂式空调室内机1中,第一驱动机构用于驱动导流件40上下平移,第二驱动机构用于驱动导流件40前后平移,实现了导流件40既上下平移又前后平移。并且第一驱动机构的第一齿轮61和第二驱动机构的第二齿轮64均选用直齿轮,这样能够保证当第一电机60工作时(上下平移的过程中),第二齿轮64和第二齿条65可以在保持啮合的状态下平移,当第 二电机63工作时(前后平移的过程中),第一齿轮61和第一齿条62可以在保持啮合的状态下平移。因此,这样保证了第一齿轮61和第一齿条62、第二齿轮64和第二齿条65一直保持啮合状态,提高了传动的可靠性。

- 一种壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于包括:机壳,其上具有送风风道;和导流件,设置于所述送风风道的出口处,其可在一向前伸出所述送风风道的工作状态和一向后缩回的关闭状态之间往复平移,并且所述导流件还具有上导风壁面和下导风壁面;所述导流件配置成:处于所述工作状态时,可向下平移至使所述下导风壁面避开所述送风风道的上吹位置,以利用所述上导风壁面引导送风气流向上排出;处于所述工作状态时,可向上平移至使所述上导风壁面避开所述送风风道的下吹位置,以利用所述下导风壁面引导送风气流向下排出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述导流件包括设置于所述送风风道的出口前方的主体部和形成于所述主体部的后壁并向所述送风风道内部延伸的分隔部,以将所述主体部的后壁分隔成上部壁面和下部壁面;且所述分隔部的上表面与所述上部壁面共同构成所述上导风壁面,所述分隔部的下表面与所述下部壁面共同构成所述下导风壁面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述送风风道上壁的前端与下壁的前端处于同一竖直线上;且所述导流件配置成:处于所述工作状态时,所述分隔部的后端处于该竖直线上;处于所述关闭状态时,所述主体部抵靠于所述送风风道前端,以关闭所述送风风道。
- 根据权利要求3所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述导流件还配置成:在处于所述上吹位置时,使所述上导风壁面与所述送风风道的下壁衔接;在处于所述下吹位置时,使所述下导风壁面与所述送风风道的上壁衔接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述机壳前表面下方具有向后凹陷的让位凹陷部,以便在所述导流件处于所述关闭状态时容纳所述主体部的顶部区段,从而使所述主体部外表面与所述机壳前表面平齐。
