Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a weighing mix system that is capable of generating a final mixture having a desired blend, by using a plurality of stick intermediates in which an active component has been homogeneously produced ahead of time over a specific length, measuring a separation length, and acquiring and mixing a necessary quantity of the active component via a simple operation for separating the stick intermediates of said length. A system is employed that includes a weighing mixer that generates the final mixture having the desired blend, by using the plurality of types of stick intermediates, which were produced by mixing a necessary additive into the active component and are such that the active component is homogeneous over the specific length, so as to measure, cut, and separate individual lengths for the stick intermediates.

Description

A system including a metering mixer
The present invention relates to systems including meter mixers that produce final blends of intended formulations, particularly systems including meter mixers using stick intermediates.
Conventionally, when producing a mixture from a plurality of types of materials, it was common to measure the amount of each material by measuring the weight of each material. Weighing a portion by weight measurement is a complicated task that requires a skilled technique to operate a weighing device.
In conventional dispensing or self-adjustment, there was scoring to divide the length or position provided at the time of manufacture, such as 1/2, 1/4, according to the dividing line previously provided on the tablet. It was a system that could not be divided in the length or position of . In the case of dividing by a length or a position other than the dividing line provided in advance, a very sophisticated and complicated work is required to measure the amount accurately.
Patent Literature 1 describes a technique for measuring doses by using a large amount of small granular material and varying the volume to be administered.
This is a technique for a dosing device having an adjustment device for setting the volume of the dosing chamber. The dosing device is characterized in one way by a dosing unit having at least one movably mounted adjustment element that can be moved back and forth parallel to the axis of rotation by a drive to vary the volume of said dosing chamber. .
As a result of the arrangement between the transfer openings and the substantially horizontal alignment of the axis of rotation, it is possible in a simple manner to guide the adjusting device for varying the volume in the dosing chamber, independently of the position of the chamber. It is stated that it is possible to keep the administration device compact.
However, when focusing on the metering and mixing function, a dosing chamber for containing irregularly shaped small granular formulations is required, and an adjusting device for changing the volume in the dosing chamber is required for metering. It was something to do.

It can also be applied to a system for blending cooking spices. Furthermore, the scale of the system is applicable from a compact system for personal use to a factory production process.
Continuing with the description of the features included in this embodiment. It is composed of magazines 1001a, 1001b and 1001c for storing different types of intermediate sticks, a weighing mixer 1003, a tableting machine 1010, a liquid generator 1011 and a packaging machine 1012.
Three types of stick intermediates are used by the weigh mixer 1003, here stick intermediates 1002a, 1002b, 1002c. A linear actuator that interlocks with the rotation of dials 1004a, 1004b, and 1004c by the user linearly moves the intermediate stick whose tip is aligned with the cutting position.
The length to be cut and separated from each of the intermediate sticks is measured from the initial position and the amount of linear movement of the intermediate sticks, and displayed on the display portions 1005a, 1005b, 1005c corresponding to the intermediate sticks 1002a, 1002b, 1002c. be.
After completing the linear movement to the position where the desired length is cut, the user presses the cut button 1006 . Intermediate sticks of the desired length are cut and separated by the cutter of the cutting and separating section, which operates in conjunction with the depression of the cutting button. The cutting/separating portion will be described later with reference to FIG.
The cut and separated intermediate sticks are collected and mixed by a collection/mixing unit 1007 . Then, it is homogenized in a homogenization section 1008 to produce a final mixture 1009 .
The produced final mixture 1009 is supplied to a tableting machine 1010 to be tableted, supplied to a liquid generator 1011 to be liquefied, and supplied to a packaging machine 1012 to be packaged. is constructed.
Here, three types of stick intermediates are used, but the types of stick intermediates that can be employed in the present invention are not limited to these, and can be changed as appropriate according to the desired final mixture composition. can be
In addition, the weighing and mixing machine and at least one selected from a tableting machine, a liquid generator, and a packaging machine are configured as an automatic dispensing machine, and control is performed by inputting a dispensing recipe in advance to control the built-in equipment. The device may operate the linear actuator, the chuck, and the cutting/separating section.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a stick intermediate and a magazine used in the metering mixer of this embodiment.
Here, the stick intermediate is shaped like a bar having a circular cross section. Here, the cross-sectional diameters 2001a, 2001b, 2001c of the stick intermediates 1002a, 1002b, 1002c are Ra, Rb, Rc, respectively. Depending on the amount of active ingredient required in the final mixture, intermediate sticks of varying diameters and cross-sectional areas are employed.
Here, a rod-shaped intermediate stick with a circular cross section was adopted, and a stick intermediate with a different cross-sectional area depending on the size of the active ingredient was adopted, but the valuation of the stick intermediate that can be used in the present invention is , but not limited to. Stick intermediates having different lengths, cross-sectional shapes, or cross-sectional areas may be employed depending on not only the size of the required active ingredient but also the type of active ingredient.
The trailing end 2002a, 2002b, 2002c of each intermediate stick is modified in shape to identify the type of intermediate stick.
The rear end portion 2002a has a square cross section and is partially reduced in size to form a characteristic notch.
The rear end portion 2002b is modified to form two flange-like protruding portions larger than the diameter of the main body.
The rear end portion 2002c has a diameter smaller than that of the main body and is modified by forming a flange-like protrusion at one location.
In this way, depending on the type and size of the active ingredient, by changing the shape of the rear end of the stick intermediate that is not used for weighing and mixing, the identification of which type of stick intermediate is increased, and the weighing and mixing work can be improved. It is effective in preventing the person concerned from taking the wrong intermediate.
The surface of the stick intermediate is coated and protected. Further, each stick intermediate is stored in a magazine 1001a, 1001b, 1001c for protection from damage during supply or distribution and for convenient handling during transportation.
When used in the metering mixer, it is taken out from magazine take-out openings 2002a, 2002b, 2002c.
Here, a micro RFID may be attached or embedded in each magazine or individual intermediate sticks for management of transportation and storage of the magazines, and management of transportation and storage may be made efficient by reading the RFID.
FIG. 3 is a flow chart showing the stick intermediate production process of the present embodiment.
In the active ingredient charging step S3001, the active ingredient in the quantity necessary for the stick intermediate to be produced is introduced into the stick intermediate producing tank by the stick intermediate manufacturer.
Here, for intermediate sticks having the same active ingredient, intermediate sticks having different concentrations are added by changing the amount of each intermediate stick to be added.
In the additive mixing step S3002, additives necessary for the charged active ingredients are mixed by the intermediate stick manufacturer.
Here, base solvents, binders, lubricants, pH adjusters and the like are used as additives.
In the homogenization step S3003, the charged active ingredients and additives are stirred and homogenized by the stick intermediate manufacturer.
In the molding step S3004, the mixture is put into a mold whose main body is a stick with a predetermined cross-sectional shape and whose rear end has a deformed shape by a stick intermediate manufacturer, and the homogenized active ingredient and additive are added. A mixture of is injected and solidified into a bar shape with a deformed rear end.
Among the above additives, the binder may be mixed in this molding step.
In the coating step S3005, the stick intermediate body manufacturer coats the surface of the mixture solidified into a rod shape to complete the stick intermediate body.
In the magazine storage step S3006, a predetermined number of coated intermediate sticks are stored in the magazine by the stick intermediate manufacturer.
In the supply/distribution step S3007, the intermediate stick manufacturer, supplier, or distributor distributes the magazine containing the intermediate sticks and supplies them to the users of the intermediate sticks.
In this way, the active ingredient density is uniformly generated, and the stick intermediate molded into a rod shape with a predetermined diameter or cross-sectional area is easier to handle than the small-particle active ingredient, and the length does not require skill. There is an effect that the weighing accuracy can be obtained by the weighing operation.
In addition, by producing stick intermediates with the same type of active ingredient but different concentrations of the active ingredient, the desired dosage can be achieved by utilizing stick intermediates with different concentrations in the field of dispensing or self-regulation. has the effect of facilitating accurate weighing.
Furthermore, since the coating is applied to the surface and stored in the magazine, there is little risk of damage during transportation and storage, and handling is facilitated to maintain quality during supply and distribution. In addition, it becomes easier for consumers to whom the product is supplied to store and use it.

FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram showing the functional configuration of the weighing mixer of this embodiment.
Here, the parts described in FIG. 1 are indicated by the same figure numbers.
The weighing and mixing machine 1003 includes insertion ports 4001a, 4001b, and 4001c for intermediate sticks, linear actuators 4002a, 4002b, and 4002c, chucks 4003a, 4003b, and 4003c for fixing the intermediate sticks moved by the linear actuators at their positions, cutting and separating It is composed of sections 4004a, 4004b, 4004c, a collection/mixing section 1007, and a homogenization section 1008. FIG.
The weighing and mixing machine is used by first selecting the stick intermediates that you need and inserting them into any or all of the outlets.
The intermediate stick inserted until the tip is aligned with the cutting position is linearly moved by the linear actuators 4002a, 4002b, 4002c interlocking with the rotation of the dials 1004a, 1004b, 1004c shown in FIG.
The length of each stick intermediate to be cut and separated is measured from the initial position set by aligning the tip with the cutting position and the amount of linear movement, and is displayed on the display portions 1005a, 1005b, and 1005c shown in FIG. be.

It is cut and separated by separating parts 4004a to 4004c.
The operation for weighing is to initially set the tip of the stick intermediate to a predetermined initial position, and measure the length, which is the linear movement amount, so that the length corresponding to the required capacity protrudes from the cut separation part. Therefore, no special operation or mastery of operation is required, and it is possible to achieve the accuracy of weighing a portion more easily than the measurement of weight or volume.
Although the number of inlets, linear actuators, cutting separators and chucks is three here, the number of inlets, linear actuators, cutting separators and chucks of the metering mixer of the present invention is limited to three.
