Description

发动机气缸盖及发动机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发动机气缸盖,另外本实用新型还涉及上述用于气缸盖的发动机。
背景技术
气缸盖是柴油机构造的主要部件,用来封闭机体上部,与活塞、气缸套构成燃烧室空间并保证柴油机进、排气过程的顺利进行。现有技术中都是将气缸盖与气缸套分开加工生成,最后进行组装,且两者之间需要密封垫片来密封。造成工艺复杂,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种发动机气缸盖,能够使得发动机气缸盖的结构精简,降低成本。
本实用新型的另一目的是提供一种发动机,发动机气缸盖的结构精简,降低成本。
本实用新型提供了一种一体成型的发动机气缸盖,包括一个气缸套和一个气缸盖。气缸套为圆管状且外壁形成有数个限位台阶。气缸盖形成有一个圆柱状气缸腔,气缸盖在气缸腔的内壁形成有有数个限位槽。气缸套的一端能够同轴地设置于气缸腔,并且气缸套的外壁与气缸腔的内壁贴合,气缸套借由数个限位台阶和数个限位槽固定于气缸盖。其中气缸盖还具有一个进气门口、一个出气门口、一个进气孔和一个排气孔。进气门口贯穿气缸盖并且连通气缸套在气缸腔内的一端。出气门口与进气门口并排地贯穿气缸盖,并且连通气缸套在气缸腔内的一端。进气孔置于气缸盖一侧并且连通进气门口。排气孔置于气缸盖上与进气孔的相对的一侧并且连通出气门口。
本实用新型提供一种发动机气缸盖,将发动机的气缸盖与气缸套相结合,结构精简,较低工艺成本。
在一体成型的发动机气缸盖的一种示意性实施方式中,气缸盖内还形成有一个圆环状的冷却水腔室,冷却水腔室环绕气缸腔,并且冷却水腔室连接开设于气缸盖上的 一个进水口和一个出水口。
在一体成型的发动机气缸盖的一种示意性实施方式中,气缸盖上端还开设有一个喷油器孔和一个预热塞孔,喷油器孔与预热塞孔分别连通气缸套在气缸腔内的一端。
在一体成型的发动机气缸盖的一种示意性实施方式中,气缸套为硼铸铁铸造件,气缸盖为铝铸造件。
本实用新型还提供了一种柴油机,包括一个柴油机机体和一个上述的气缸盖,气缸套连接柴油机机体的内部。
在柴油机的另一种示意性实施方式中,发动机为柴油机。

图2为发动机气缸盖的剖视结构示意图,参照图1和图2,气缸套10为圆管状且外壁形成有数个限位台阶12。气缸盖20形成有一个圆柱状气缸腔30,气缸盖20在气缸腔30的内壁形成有有数个限位槽21,气缸套10的一端能够同轴地设置于气缸腔30,并且气缸套10的外壁与气缸腔30的内壁贴合。气缸套10借由数个限位台阶12和数个限位槽21固定于气缸盖,进一步固定着气缸套10在气缸腔30内不会发生移动。
图3为发动机气缸盖的侧面结构示意图,参照图1至图3,气缸盖20还具有一个进气门口22、一个出气门口23、一个进气孔24和一个排气孔25,进气门口22贯穿气缸盖20并且连通气缸套10在气缸腔30内的一端,出气门口23与进气门口22并排地贯穿气缸盖20,并且连通气缸套10在气缸腔30内的一端,进气孔24置于气缸盖20一侧并且连通进气门口22,排气孔25置于气缸盖20上与进气孔24的相对的一侧并且连通出气门口23。
在本实用新型的一种示意性实施方式中,气缸盖20内还形成有一个圆环状的冷却水腔室32,冷却水腔室32环绕所述气缸腔30,并且冷却水腔室32连接开设于气缸盖20上的一个进水口26和一个出水口27,有效提高气缸套的散热效率,气缸盖20上端还开设有一个喷油器孔28和一个预热塞孔29,喷油器孔28与预热塞孔29 分别连通气缸套10在气缸腔30内的一端。
在本实用新型的一种示意性实施方式中,气缸套10采用硼铸铁的原料优先铸造,并在气缸套10外壁周圈铸造出两个限位台阶12,随后采用铝材料铸造气缸盖20,并在气缸盖20内留有一个气缸腔30,用于套设在气缸套10上,且气缸腔30内开设有与气缸套10外壁上两个限位台阶12相适配的限位槽21,进一步将气缸套10固定于气缸腔30内,保证气缸套10在发动机在工作中活塞的上下运动的时候不会发生移动。
本实用新型还提供了一种发动机。参照图4,发动机为柴油机,柴油机包括一个柴油机机体40和一个上述的气缸盖,其中气缸套10连接至柴油机机体40的内部,结构精简。

    一个气缸套(10),其为圆管状且外壁形成有数个限位台阶(12),
    一个气缸盖(20),其形成有一个圆柱状气缸腔(30),所述气缸盖(20)在所述气缸腔(30)的内壁形成有有数个限位槽(21),所述气缸套(10)的一端能够同轴地设置于所述气缸腔(30),并且所述气缸套(10)的外壁与所述气缸腔(30)的内壁贴合,所述气缸套(10)借由所述数个限位台阶(12)和所述数个限位槽(21)固定于所述气缸盖(20),其中所述气缸盖(20)还具有:
    一个进气门口(22),其贯穿所述气缸盖(20)并且连通所述气缸套(10)在所述气缸腔(30)内的一端,
    一个出气门口(23),其与所述进气门口(22)并排地贯穿所述气缸盖(20),并且连通所述气缸套(10)在所述气缸腔(30)内的一端,
    一个进气孔(24),其置于所述气缸盖(20)一侧并且连通所述进气门口(22),和
    一个排气孔(25),其置于所述气缸盖(20)上与所述进气孔(24)的相对的一侧并且连通所述出气门口(23)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的发动机气缸盖,其中所述气缸盖(20)内还形成有一个圆环状的冷却水腔室(32),所述冷却水腔室(32)环绕所述气缸腔(30),并且所述冷却水腔室(32)连接开设于所述气缸盖(20)上的一个进水口(26)和一个出水口(27)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的发动机气缸盖,其中所述气缸盖(20)上端还开设有一个喷油器孔(28)和一个预热塞孔(29),所述喷油器孔(28)与所述预热塞孔(29)分别连通所述气缸套(10)在所述气缸腔(30)内的一端。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的发动机气缸盖,其中所述气缸套(10)为硼铸铁铸造件,所述气缸盖(20)为铝铸造件。
  5. 发动机,包括一个柴油机机体(40),其特征在于还包括:
    一个如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的气缸盖,所述气缸套(10)连接所述柴油机机体(40)的内部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的发动机,其中所述的发动机为柴油机。。
