本发明提供的可调节床,通过在床垫内嵌调节支架,使得调节支架的转动带动整个床垫可以像电动床一样翻转,进而实现了床垫对用户的头部、腰部或腿部的抬升,实现了电动床的变形功能,避免了把传统家具的床更换成电动床时,成本较高,且运输不便的情况,且调节支架隐藏在床垫内,更加美观实用。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
图1为本发明实施例中调节支架的结构示意图、图2为本发明实施例中调节支架的结构示意图之一、图3为本发明实施例中调节支架的结构示意图之二、图4为本发明实施例中调节支架的结构示意图之三、图5为本发明实施例中可调节床的结构示意图、图6为本发明实施例中可调节床变化状态的结构示意图,如图1至图6所示,本发明提供一种调节支架1,该调节支架1独立设置且可设于床板或床垫2底部的凹槽21中,用于驱动床板或床垫2翻转;该调节支架1包括:底座11、支撑座12和驱动器13,所述底座11的一端与所述支撑座12的一端可转动连接,所述驱动器13驱动所述支撑座12相对于所述支撑座12翻转。
该调节支架1与底部设有可供其安放的凹槽21的床垫2配合使用,以实现电动床的变形功能,满足用户不同睡姿的需求,是现有电动床的低价替换方案,相较于传统的电动床成本降低了至少一半。
底座11和支撑座12在满足承重和稳定性的情况下,可根据需要选择任意的形状,推荐板状,便于规模化生产。当调节支架1处于非翻转状态,驱动器13不工作并位于所述底座11和支撑座12之间,底座11与支撑座12之间可以是平行或有一定角度,只需与床垫2底部的凹槽21配合即可;而翻转状态,驱动器13驱动支撑座12相对底座11翻转使得支撑座12形成倾斜面。用户可通过各种类型的控制装置(遥控器、手机或语音控制器)控制驱动器13工作驱动支撑座12相对于底座11翻转从而带动床垫2的翻转。相较于传统的电动床,独立设置的调节支架1结构简单、轻便,不同调节支架1之间也不存在连接关系,通配性好,可根据用户的需求设置相应数量的调节支架1来实现有电动床的相应功能。该调节支架1实现电动床相应功能的同时大大降低了生产成本和组装难度,且便于运输,在中低端市场具有非常大的价格优势。
进一步地,如图2至图3所示,所述驱动器13的自由端与所述支撑座12的首部3可转动连接,所述驱动器13的固定端与所述底座11的尾部4可转动连接。
当驱动器13伸长时,由于底座11是固定的,而支撑座13会沿着铰接旋转中心旋转,所以调节支架1能够像电动床的床板一样抬升并推动床垫2一起抬升。
进一步地,所述驱动器13设于所述底座11和所述支撑座12之间。避免驱动器13与其他物体接触影响其驱动效果或损坏。
进一步地,所述底座11的顶面设有支撑杆111,所述底座11的一端与所述支撑座12的一端通过铰接座112可转动连接。驱动器13停止工作时,支撑座12回落至初始位,支撑杆111与铰接座112配合能够起到很好的支撑,通过调节铰接座112的高度控制底座11和支撑座12之间的间距,间距越大,驱动器13工作时受到的压力越小好,有助于延长驱动器13的使用寿命。
优选地,如图2所示,所述驱动器13为直杆电机。直杆电机体积小、精度高、完全同步且自锁性能好,不需要管道的气源、油路,干净整洁,简单实用。
优选地,所述驱动器13为可拔式直杆电机。此种电机只提供推力供床垫2向上翻转,床垫2放平时不提供拉力,仅依靠床垫自身重力下降。更加安全,防止夹伤用户。
进一步地,所述底座11的底部设有防滑垫。防滑垫有助于增强底座11与地面的摩擦力,防止底座11位移,能够更好地固定调节支架1和床垫2。
进一步地,所述支撑座12设有的魔术贴或拉链。支撑座12上设置的魔术贴或拉链是为了方便调节支架1与床垫2连接,通过与床垫2的凹槽21中的魔术贴或拉链配合实现可拆卸连接。
进一步地,该调节支架1还设有震动器和/或USB接口和/或传感器。通过在调节支架1上安装震动器、USB接口、传感器等其他电器,可以丰富产品功能,满足客户更多的需求。
进一步地,所述底座11和所述支撑座12均设有多个开孔。有助于减少自重,降低生产和运输成本。
优选地,所述底座11和所述支撑座12均采用塑料、金属或木材制成。塑料、金属或木材的成本较低,具有较好的强度,且便于生产。
如图1和图5所示,本发明还提供一种床垫2,该床垫2的底部设有至 少一个凹槽21,所述凹槽21与以上任意所述的调节支架1相匹配,所述凹槽21用于设置所述调节支架1。
该床垫2是为了配合前述的调节支架1,凹槽21用于设置调节支架1,凹槽21的位置就是床垫2翻转的位置,一般根据人体曲线设计相应位置,如背部、腰部、腿部等,抬升用户的相应的身体部位。凹槽21可以间隔独立设置分别对应一个调节支架1,也可以设置大尺寸的凹槽21对应多个调节支架1。床垫2可与调节支架1分离后单独压缩后运输,使用时将床垫2和调节支架1进行组装;也可与调节支架1一体压缩后运输。凹槽21有助于压缩材料成本,且带有凹槽21的床垫2便于压缩和缩减运输成本。进一步地,如图1和图5所示,所述支撑座12的边沿与所述凹槽21的内壁贴合。防止支撑座12与凹槽21之间发生位移,避免两者之间碰撞产生损坏或影响用户休息。
进一步地,所述底座11和所述支撑座12平行时,所述底座11的底面至所述支撑座12的顶面的竖直高度与所述凹槽21的深度相同。
调节架设置在床垫2的凹槽21中并与床垫2的底面齐平,当床垫2平放于地面时,肉眼无法观察到床垫2内部的调节支架1,保证美观的同时还使得床垫2各个部位得到有效的支撑,避免床垫2局部凹陷,用户平躺时不会出现不适。
进一步地,该床垫2为可压缩式。
图7为本发明实施例中卷压缩状态的结构示意图,如图7所示,可压缩的床垫2有助于缩小床垫2体积,方便运输,降低运输成本。床垫2推荐选用海绵床垫,能够进行卷压缩,卷压缩后的床垫2能够极大的缩小单体体积,有助于进一步降低运输成本。
优选地,图8为本发明实施例中床垫的爆炸图,如图8所示。该床垫2包括:由非温感凝胶记忆绵制成的第一软质层22、由超柔绵制成的第二软质层23、由乳胶制成的第三软质层24、由高弹绵制成的第四软质层25、由支撑绵制成的第五软质层26、由支撑绵制成的第六软质层27,所述第一软质层22、所述第二软质层23、所述第三软质层24、所述第四软质层25、所述第五软质层26和所述第六软质层27依序堆叠连接成一体。
此种结构的床垫2偏软,调节支架1翻转时,驱动器所受压力会比较小,有助于延长调节支架1的使用寿命,且便于卷压缩,有助于减少运输成本,方便运输。
进一步地,所述凹槽21中设有魔术贴合或拉链。
凹槽21中设置的魔术贴或拉链是为了方便调节支架1与床垫2连接,通过与调节支架1上的魔术贴或拉链配合实现两者的可拆卸连接。
此外,本发明还提供一种可调节床包括:至少一个以上所述的调节支架1和以上所述的床垫2;其中,所述调节支架1设于所述凹槽21中并可推动所述床垫2的翻转。
使用时,用户通过遥控器控制驱动器13驱动支撑座12相对于底座11翻转,从而带动床垫2的翻转,实现用户头部、腰部或腿部等目标部位的抬升,当需要多个部位需要抬升时,只需要在床垫2的相应位置增设凹槽21和调节支架1就能实现不同部位抬升,即实现了电动床的相应功能。相较于传统电动床,本发明是非常好的替代方案,生产和运输更为便捷,极大的降低了产品的生产和运输成本。
调节架设置在床垫2的凹槽21中并与床垫2的底面齐平,当床垫2平放于地面时,肉眼无法观察到床垫2内部的调节支架1,保证美观的同时还使得床垫2各个部位得到有效的支撑,避免床垫2局部凹陷,用户平躺时不会出现不适。
如图7所示,床垫2推荐选用软质的床垫,如海绵床垫、弹簧床垫,海绵床垫能够进行卷压缩,能够极大的缩小床垫2的单体体积,与调节支架分别进行运输,使用时把两者进行组装;弹簧床垫无法进行卷压缩,但可与调节支架在组装状态下压缩后一起包装运输,减少床垫2的厚度再进行运输,这之间的取舍取决于运输的难易。本质上所有床垫都是可以使用的,区别点在于床垫软硬度对驱动器推力的影响,床垫越软驱动器越省力。有助于降低运输成本。
优选地,所述调节支架1与所述凹槽21可拆卸连接。调节支架1与凹槽21之间可通过魔术贴或拉链进行可拆卸连接,方便运输和拆装。
进一步地,图9为本发明实施例中防滑布的安装示意图,如图9所示, 该可调节床还包括:防滑装置28,所述防滑装置28设于所述床垫2和/或所述可调节支架1的底面,所述防滑装置28用于限制沿首部3、尾部4方向的位移。
调节支架1工作中会可能会导致可调节床发生沿可调节支架1翻转水平方向上的位移,为了防止发生位移,可在调节支架1、床垫2底面上设置防滑布、防滑垫或其他增大可调节床底面与其他物体之间的摩擦力,防滑布可与床垫2的底面缝合,防滑布再通过拉链、魔术贴等方式与调节支架1可拆卸连接,使得调节支架1与床垫2连成一体,避免出现位移。
进一步地,当所述调节支架1驱动床垫2翻转时,所述支撑座12的首部3与所述凹槽21的首部3贴合。
当所述调节支架1翻转时,所述床垫2重力作用下,所述底座11、所述支撑座12和所述驱动器13形成三角作用力以限制所述底座11水平位移。调节支架1装在床垫2之间的凹槽21内,当调节支架1翻转时,由于凹槽21会限制调节支架1与床垫2之间的相对位移,实现调节支架1对床垫会进行抬升,从而代替传统的电动床,更加简便实用,且便于维护。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种调节支架,其特征在于,该调节支架独立设置且可设于床板或床垫底部的凹槽中,用于驱动床板或床垫翻转;
    该调节支架包括:底座、支撑座和驱动器,所述底座的一端与所述支撑座的一端可转动连接,所述驱动器驱动所述支撑座相对于所述支撑板翻转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的调节支架,其特征在于,所述驱动器的自由端与所述支撑座的首部可转动连接,所述驱动器的固定端与所述底座的尾部可转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的调节支架,其特征在于,所述驱动器设于所述底座和所述支撑座之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的调节支架,其特征在于,所述底座的顶面设有支撑杆,所述底座的一端与所述支撑座的一端通过铰接座可转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的调节支架,其特征在于,所述驱动器为直杆电机。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的调节支架,其特征在于,所述底座的底部设有防滑垫。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的调节支架,其特征在于,所述支撑座设有的魔术贴或拉链。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的调节支架,其特征在于,该调节支架还设有震动器和/或USB接口和/或传感器。
  9. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的调节支架,其特征在于,所述底座和所述支撑座均设有多个开孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的调节支架,其特征在于,所述底座和所述支撑座均采用塑料、金属或木材制成。
  11. 一种床垫,其特征在于,该床垫的底部设有至少一个凹槽,所述凹槽与权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的调节支架相匹配,所述凹槽用于设置所述调节支架。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的床垫,其特征在于,所述支撑座的边沿与所述凹槽的内壁贴合。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的床垫,其特征在于,所述底座和所述支撑座平行时,所述底座的底面至所述支撑座的顶面的竖直高度与所述凹槽的深度相同。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13中任意一项所述的床垫,其特征在于,该床垫为可压缩床垫。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的床垫,其特征在于,该床垫包括:由非温感凝胶记忆绵制成的第一软质层、由超柔绵制成的第二软质层、由乳胶制成的第三软质层、由高弹绵制成的第四软质层、由支撑绵制成的第五软质层、由支撑绵制成的第六软质层,所述第一软质层、所述第二软质层、所述第三软质层、所述第四软质层、所述第五软质层和所述第六软质层依序堆叠连接成一体。
  16. 根据权利要求11至15中任意一项所述的床垫,其特征在于,所述凹槽中设有魔术贴合或拉链。
  17. 一种可调节床,其特征在于,包括:至少一个根据权要求1至10中任意一项所述的调节支架和根据权利要求11至16中任意一项所述的床垫;其中,所述调节支架设于所述凹槽中并可推动所述床垫的翻转。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的可调节床,其特征在于,所述调节支架与所述凹槽可拆卸连接。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的可调节床,其特征在于,所述床垫为软质。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的可调节床,其特征在于,还包括:防滑装置,所述防滑装置设于所述床垫和/或所述可调节支架的底面,所述防滑装置用于限制沿首部、尾部方向的位移。
  21. 根据权利要求17至20中任意一项所述的可调节床,其特征在于,当所述调节支架驱动床垫翻转时,所述支撑座的首部与所述凹槽的首部贴合。
