进一步地,旋转式植物生长供液培育装置还包括控制器,补光灯通过导线与控制器连接,电动机和电磁阀均通过导线与控制器连接。
进一步地,箱体开设有通风口,箱体内部设置有气泵,通风口与气泵连接连接,气泵与控制器电性连接。
进一步地,培育盆的下端连接有滑块,转盘设置有滑槽,滑块与滑槽能够滑动配合。
进一步地,培育盆的外侧壁连接有壳体,壳体内滑动套接有定位杆,定位杆的外侧壁套接有第二弹簧和套环,第二弹簧和套环均安装于壳体内部,第二弹簧与套环连接,套环更靠近转盘设置;转盘设置有定位孔,定位杆能够固定于定位孔。
进一步地,进水口和出水口均设置有端盖,端盖与进水口和出水口螺纹连接。
本申请实施例的旋转式植物生长供液培育装置的有益效果包括:
供液管的一端插设于水箱内部,则水箱中的水能够从供液管进入套管中,再从套管中进入金属管内。通过驱动机构驱动传动杆转动,传动杆转动带动金属管转动,金属管转动的过程中,供液管和套管随之转动,并且金属管转动带东转盘旋转,转盘旋转的过程中,转盘上的培育盆随之运动。插管横穿金属管并与金属管连通,插管与培育盆活动插接,则水能够从金属管进入到插管中,并进入到多个培育盆中对培育盆中的植物进行浇灌,从而能够对不同位置的植物进行浇灌。通过驱动机构驱动传动杆转动,培育盆随转盘转动,则多个培育盆中的植物在转盘转动的过程中均能够接收到补光灯的光照,可以改善植物受光不均匀的问题。

本申请实施例提供一种旋转式植物生长供液培育装置,请参照图1,其包括,箱体1、供液装置6以及旋转装置5。
参照图1和图4,箱体1的上端具有水箱3,水箱3具有进水口31和出水口32,箱体1的内壁连接有补光灯4。示例性地,进水口31和出水口32均设置有端盖,端盖与进水口31和出水口32螺纹连接。
参照图2和图4,供液装置6包括供液管61、电磁阀62、套筒63、第一弹簧66、套管64、金属管67、多个插管68和多个培育盆69,供液管61的一端插设于水箱3内部,电磁阀62安装于供液管61,套筒63的一端与供液管61连接,另一端与金属管67连接,且供液管61、套筒63和金属管67均连通,供液管61的下端连接有限位块65,限位块65设置于套筒63内并与套筒63的内壁可滑动地配合,第一弹簧66设置于套筒63内,且第一弹簧66的两端分别与限位块65和套管64连接,套管64设置于金属管67内;多个插管68与金属管67连通;多个插管68与多个培育盆69分别活动插接。
参照图2和图3,旋转装置5包括转盘615、传动杆58和驱动机构,转盘615固定套设于金属管67,培育盆69设置于转盘615上,传动杆58与金属管67同轴连接,驱动机构被配置成驱动传动杆58转动。
供液管61的一端插设于水箱3内部,则水箱3中的水能够从供液管61进入套管64中,再从套管64中进入金属管67内。通过驱动机构驱动传动杆58转动,传动杆58转动带动金属管67转动,金属管67转动的过程中,供液管61和套管64随之转动,并且金属管67转动带东转盘615旋转,转盘615旋转的过程中,转盘615上的培育盆69随之运动。插管68横穿金属管67并与金属管67连通,插管68与培育盆69活动插接,则水能够从金属管67进入到插管68中,并进入到多个培育盆69中对培育盆69中的植物进行浇灌,从而能够对不同位置的植物进行浇灌。通过驱动机构驱动传动杆58转动,培育盆69随转盘615转动,则多个培育盆69中的植物在转盘615转动的过程中均能够接收到补光灯4的光照,可以改善植物受光不均匀的问题。
参照图1和图2,示例性地,培育盆69的下端连接有滑块610,转盘615设置有滑槽616,滑块610与滑槽616能够滑动配合。
通过滑块610与滑槽616滑动配合能够调节培育盆69在转盘615上的位置。
参照图5-图7,进一步地,培育盆69的外侧壁连接有壳体611,壳体611内滑动套接有定位杆612,定位杆612的外侧壁套接有第二弹簧613和套环614,第二弹簧613和套环614均安装于壳体611内部,第二弹簧613与套环614连接,套环614更靠近转盘615设置;转盘615设置有定位孔617,定位杆612能够固定于定位孔617。
通过定位杆612固定于定位孔617,可以将培育盆69固定。第二弹簧613与套环614连接,套环614更靠近转盘615设置,则定位杆612固定在定位孔617时,第二弹簧613呈正常状态,当定位杆612脱离定位孔617时,第二弹簧613呈压缩状态,压缩状态的第二弹簧613对套环614有个向下的力,促使定位杆612插入定位孔617,从而使得培育盆69较好地固定在转盘615上。
进一步地,驱动机构包括支撑板51、电动机57和集水盘510,电动机57固定安装于支撑板51,电动机57的转轴与传动杆58同轴连接,传动杆58活动穿设于支撑板51,传动杆58外壁套设有限位环59,限位环59与支撑板51连接;集水盘510套接于传动杆58外壁,且集水盘510设置于转盘615和支撑板51之间。
支撑板51固定于箱体1的内部,支撑板51为电动机57提供支撑,电动机57能够驱动传动杆58转动,传动杆58转动的过程中集水盘510也随之转动,集水盘510设置于转盘615和支撑板51之间,则集水盘510能够收集从培育盆69滴露下来的水,避免水影响电动机57。其中,限位环59能够限制传动杆58的径向运动,转动时更加稳定,不会摇晃。示例性地,电动机57通过导线与开关7连接,开关7设置在箱体1的外壁。
参照图1和图3,进一步地,支撑板51的下端固定连接有支架52,箱体1底部具有导向槽11,支架52与导向槽11能够滑动配合。
则通过移动支撑板51沿导向槽11滑动,可以调节支撑板51在箱体1中的位置,方便安装。
进一步地,支架52的一端连接有限位杆53,箱体1的内壁设置有卡座54, 卡座54开设有限位槽55,限位杆53能够与限位槽55滑动配合,且限位杆53能够通过定位销56固定于卡座54。
当支撑板51沿导向槽11滑动时,限位杆53能够与限位槽55滑动配合,利用定位销56将限位杆53固定于卡座54,则可以将支撑板51过固定在某一位置。
在一种可能的实施方案中,旋转式植物生长供液培育装置还包括控制器,补光灯4通过导线与控制器连接,电磁阀62通过导线与控制器连接。
通过控制器能够控制电磁阀62,调节供液流量,操作方便快捷。另外,通过控制器能够控制补光灯4开启和关闭。
可选地,箱体1开设有通风口12,箱体1内部设置有气泵,通风口12与气泵连接连接,气泵与控制器电性连接。
通过控制器控制气泵在箱体1内部吹风,使得箱体1内部空气流通,最后从通风口12排出气体。
综上,本申请实施例的旋转式植物生长供液培育装置,通过驱动机构驱动传动杆58转动,传动杆58转动带动金属管67转动,金属管67转动的过程中,供液管61和套管64随之转动,并且金属管67转动带东转盘615旋转,转盘615旋转的过程中,转盘615上的培育盆69随之运动。插管68横穿金属管67并与金属管67连通,插管68与培育盆69活动插接,则水能够从金属管67进入到插管68中,并进入到多个培育盆69中对培育盆69中的植物进行浇灌,从而能够对不同位置的植物进行浇灌。通过驱动机构驱动传动杆58转动,培育盆69随转盘615转动,则多个培育盆69中的植物在转盘615转动的过程中均能够接收到补光灯4的光照,可以改善植物受光不均匀的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种旋转式植物生长供液培育装置,其特征在于,其包括:
    箱体,箱体的上端具有水箱,所述水箱具有进水口和出水口,所述箱体的内壁连接有补光灯;
    供液装置,所述供液装置包括供液管、电磁阀、套筒、第一弹簧、套管、金属管、多个插管和多个培育盆,所述供液管的一端插设于所述水箱内部,所述电磁阀安装于所述供液管,所述套筒的一端与所述供液管连接,另一端与所述金属管连接,且所述供液管、所述套筒和所述金属管均连通,所述供液管的下端连接有限位块,所述限位块设置于所述套筒内并与所述套筒的内壁可滑动地配合,所述第一弹簧设置于所述套筒内,且所述第一弹簧的两端分别与所述限位块和所述套管连接,所述套管设置于所述金属管内;多个所述插管与所述金属管连通;多个所述插管与多个所述培育盆分别活动插接;以及
    旋转装置,所述旋转装置包括转盘、传动杆和驱动机构,所述转盘固定套设于金属管,所述培育盆设置于所述转盘上,所述传动杆与所述金属管同轴连接,所述驱动机构被配置成驱动所述传动杆转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式植物生长供液培育装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括支撑板、电动机和集水盘,所述电动机固定安装于所述支撑板,所述支撑板固定于所述箱体的内部,所述电动机的转轴与所述传动杆同轴连接,所述传动杆活动穿设于所述支撑板,所述传动杆外壁套设有限位环,所述限位环与所述支撑板连接;所述集水盘套接于所述传动杆外壁,且所述集水盘设置于所述转盘和所述支撑板之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种旋转式植物生长供液培育装置,其特征在于,所述支撑板的下端固定连接有支架,所述箱体底部具有导向槽,所述支架与所述导向槽能够滑动配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种旋转式植物生长供液培育装置,其特征在于,所述支架的一端连接有限位杆,所述箱体的内壁设置有卡座,所述卡座开设有限位槽,所述限位杆能够与所述限位槽滑动配合,且所述限位杆能够通过定位销固定于所述卡座。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种旋转式植物生长供液培育装置,其特征在于,所述旋转式植物生长供液培育装置还包括控制器,所述补光灯通过导线与所述控制器连接,所述电磁阀通过导线与所述控制器连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种旋转式植物生长供液培育装置,其特征在于,所述箱体开设有通风口,所述箱体内部设置有气泵,所述通风口与所述气泵连接连接,所述气泵与所述控制器电性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种旋转式植物生长供液培育装置,其特征在于,所述集水盘开设有排水口,所述排水口设置有端盖,所述端盖与所述排水口螺纹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式植物生长供液培育装置,其特征在于,所述培育盆的下端连接有滑块,所述转盘设置有滑槽,所述滑块与所述滑槽能够滑动配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种旋转式植物生长供液培育装置,其特征在于, 所述培育盆的外侧壁连接有壳体,所述壳体内滑动套接有定位杆,所述定位杆的外侧壁套接有第二弹簧和套环,所述第二弹簧和所述套环均安装于所述壳体内部,所述第二弹簧与所述套环连接,所述套环更靠近所述转盘设置;所述转盘设置有定位孔,所述定位杆能够固定于所述定位孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式植物生长供液培育装置,其特征在于,所述进水口和所述出水口均设置有端盖,所述端盖与所述进水口和所述出水口螺纹连接。
